Didn’t work and no Refund
Bought this for myself for Christmas. All excited and then all disappointed. Computer would not connect to the internet- wifi and network connections were good ,but nothing would connect to internet. I spent $119 at an Apple repair to see if it could get fixed, and because the laptop wouldn’t connect to the internet (wifi or hardwired), the repair guy couldn’t fix it. Requested to return laptop, and got approved and the label. Sent it back for refund – and then got an Amazon message from dealer needing me to text them because they were having trouble refunding me. Did what they asked and then nothing. The company ghosted me, no texts, emails, phone calls. WORSE no $$ refunded. Now Amazon is telling me to talk to dealer, so they’re ghosting me too. Save yourself the drama and buy a laptop from someone else. You’ll save yourself a lot of money and stress.

SENT BAD PRODUCT!
Received computer plugged in, uploaded all my data. Get to last point and Mac says BAD BATTERY. Contacted them immediately and left a message but they don’t respond back. They must NOT care they sent a bad PRODUCT to a customer. Have pics but this will not let me load to this page. DON’T TRUST THEM.

I haven’t owned a computer for several years. iPhone and iPad do everything a person with my computer knowledge, I have to say it’s nice having a real screen and an actual keyboard, and this MacBook Pro is in great condition and the M1 chip makes it crazy fast!!! I know I’ll get many years of service out of this machine!!!

I love it
Great and more than great deal, I bought it for around 800 bucks and it was great. The battery life is 100% which is like new, it looks new just some little scratches in the back where the logo Is but I don’t bother. The seller send me a original apple charger just that it was 30 and not 64 but still it charges in around 2-3 hours which is so fast in my opinion, since the battery last for more than 24 hours and I charger just like 2 to 3 days a week and I used more than 6 hours a day since is my school computer and I am doing online. I love the MacBook is really great and for the price is way better. I got it like 3 months ago and decide to test it a lot before writing a review. But I am happy.

Great laptop, screen quality, and battery life
Glad I made this purchase 👌 I was working from my old MacBook mid 2012 model. It was time for a upgrade since my older mac wasn’t eligible for upgrades anymore.The screen quality of this Mac is fabulous, it seems like everything is in 1080p, but I’m not sure though. I’ve been coding for hours and still have a huge amount of battery life left! Doesn’t overheat (thank god!) I’m able to switch to working on the bed (my old one did, very quickly). It’s not bulky like my old Mac, it’s much slimmer which makes it easier to sit on lap and work. The overall interactions are much much faster, I can see the M1 chip working 😉.I’ve had it for a week or 2 so far, and I’m highly satisfied 👌.

Defective MacBook Pro
Very disappointing. This product was defective took almost a month to get my money back. I was really looking forward to using my MacBook Pro but the Touch Bar was unfortunately broken. The Touch Bar was the only reason why I purchased the MacBook Pro.

Bought for My College Student
I gave this 5 stars! I bought this for my college student as his 5 year old Dell laptop was running too slow. It shipped directly to him at college. He opened it up with me on facetime and was completely surprised that it was practically brand new! No scratches or dents anywhere. Fully charged and runs fast! He is so happy with it. I would buy from this company again.

Took a risk, came out clean. No scratches. Marks. Malfunctions. Nothing. Like new. Never had a Mac before. It’s fun, still need a real pc for gaming but the small stuff works. Doesn’t run too hot. Couldn’t handle farming simulator 19 so do with that information what you will.

What a sweet piece of equipment
I was on the fence whether to get it or not and gave it a try. What a sweet machine! I ended up returning it and sticking to my iMac 24 and getting an 13′ iPad Pro. The iPad gives me enough mobility when I get tired of sitting at my desk – the MacBook would be an overshot for that. However, if I was more of a traveller I would get this machine in a heartbeat!

sent my complaint about how the keyboard keys was sticky didn’t sound/feel like you pressed a key and the center of the keyboard lights were already going out no matter the brightness setting. got offered 25$ as a “sorry”, yeah i’m sorry i chose this seller too

worth the money
I ordered it because knowing I was taking a risk with refurbished but Amazon allows you to return it for 90 days but mine arrived basically brand new and this laptop is so fast much better than my surface Mac OS is better than windows and all my apple products just tie together definitely worth the money
