Great laptop. When i got it, the battery cycle had 30 counts, so it’s practically new and the battery lasts forever. Very fast with M2 chip. No issue at all so far and very happy with the purchase.

Great bang for your buck
Basically brand new. Still had the plastic wrapping around the box. The product itself was shipped nice and secure in proper packaging. The computer itself is great. I’m a realtor and have multiple tabs running, I was having a bit of lag when I first started running it and upgraded to the newest OS and ran much smoother so if you run into that when you first start using it try that. Hardware wise it’s definitely decent for most stuff. If you do a lot of video editing and have heavy programs running you will want to upgrade and get one with an 16gb ram and better processor. Great laptop for getting last years MacBook.

Is a gift for my mother. 5 months and still going strong.
A huge upgrade from her cheap handmedown HP laptop. She says it performs great, the little touch screen works, she uses an external port and that works fine with the laptop. Very lightweight which we can appreciate, she works from the couch sometimes.The laptop came packaged like a newborn! So many things kept safe during transit and keeping the screen safe. No dents, bumps, or scratches. This seller is top notch!

Caught fire
This MacBook Pro arrived in excellent condition and worked well for two months until the battery started smoking and it caught fire while charging. The intense heat was enough to leave a scorch mark on my desk mat.

While I love apple products and would love to give this a 5 star I took one off because it is not as crisp and clear and as fast as I would hope from a recently reeased apple product. Would highly recommend
I have purchased many many MacBooks. The last new one I purchased was in 2020. It was a little more than 2k. This MacBook Pro is essentially brand new. Not a scratch. Double the memory and a M2 chip. It was a little more than 1K. I will NEVER buy a new MacBook again.
