Love My Purchase after Fixing Mixmatch Issue
Item as describe and came with 7 months left on Apple Warranty was a plus. I originally purchased a cheaper set from a different seller and received the attached Error Message when trying to connect to “Find My”. Connected Apple and we did a factory reset several times and item still would not connect to “Find My”. I requested a return as Apple instructed and order another set from a different seller; I received the same Error Message. Steps I took to get my AirPods to connect to “Find My” are listed below1. Go to setting and click on your name at top2. If your iPhone “Find My” is on turn it off3. Go to Bluetooth and locate your AirPods4. Select info (i) on right side5. Scroll down to “find my” select and delete error messages by swiping left.6. Go back to Step 2 and turn IPhone “Find My” on and select enable.7. Try to reconnect AirPods “Find My” by repeating steps 3-4 your Error Message should be done.( Apple advise you to update phone to current update. I updated mine, but also connected my first pair to my friend’s phone without updating hers and the “Find My” connected. The only thing she had to do was rename the AirPods because it listed my name when connecting to her phone.I hope this helps someone. I usually don’t leave long reviews, but felt this was necessary since Apple did not know how to solve the problem.

No “documentation”
I only received these yesterday, so cannot review the performance. However, the description of items included includes”Documentation”. Not sure what this refers to, but there are no instructions, manual, quick start guide, etc. I guess I’ll find user instructions on-line

The product is exactly as described and they work and sound great. However, after I paired them with my iPhone, it states that the owner is able to track the device in “Find My” application. So apparently, the previous owner hadn’t released the device prior to them being renewed.

Awesome Refurb, but….
When I opened the Amazon Box, the headphones weren’t in the Apple box. The lid and box were separated, case and headphones laying loose in the box. Whoever packaged these… was definitely careless. It was raining the day I received these and the Amazon box was soaked and the inside was wet. Thankfully the headphones work. I’ll think twice before buying an Amazon refurb again.

Got refurbished Apple AirPods 2nd gen and there are a lot of fakes out there, but this seller had authentic ones in excellent condition just as described! Got 2 pairs both are perfect! $240 but worth the savings over buying new from Apple direct. Highly recommended seller!

Worst customer service EVER
Update: the seller has now stopped even trying to do the right thing. They are not responding and to make matters worse even Amazon is not going to help either so I am out over $300. Why you ask b/c these were a gift and I purchased new 3rd gen from a different seller. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. They expected me to go back to the UPS store to ask if they still have the package. I have done everything they asked including going to the store and asking about it.These were a great gift for my grandson at Christmas. They had outstanding quality, sound was fantastic, everything worked great for exactly 27 days. The left bud started failing and then completely stopped working, the right bud was failing when I asked for and received a return authorization. Sent them back on 2/3/23 and after reaching out to their customer service I was told they had to have the package back. Yep I get that but there is no way that it takes 10 days to ship something from Washington state to California. When I reached out they told me “ it looks like they haven’t been shipped or are stuck”. When I check on the UPS app it says it is a incorrect or non existent tracking label. So not my issue I used their shipping label and their instructions. Oh and one of the remedies was to take them to a Apple Store like everyone has one of those around the corner. The Apple Store closest to me is a four hour drive. Now on top of getting a crappy product they are requiring me to do the leg work to find the package and ARE NOT GOING TO REFUND ME FOR THEM.

These are GREAT but…
The airpods came in the box and everything! everything was fine they connected just fine but.. when i put the airpods in the left one had really bad bass and sounded like an old clapped out honda civic, i told them about it and they are sending a replacement airpod! really nice to me and easy to work with, 5 STARS!!!

For the price I got these at they are definitely worth it! I love that they are refurbished! It was easy to set up. However if you have an iPhone you may not be able to connect these to the find my app. They charge fairly fast and the sound quality is great!

AirPods work great but….
UPDATE: after googling for about 30 min how to use these and reset these I have removed the location services for the prior owner. Very very happy about that. Made me very nervous to be in my home knowing someone has my location. They look great. Sound great! Found out they are water proof. My wet mouth 3 year old put the right one in her mouth…. And it was unbeknownst to me. When I figured it out it had been a few minutes. Came out sopping wet and still works perfect. So glad for the great price. Originally $199.99 I got them for $130 on prime day. Talk about a discount! Love apple love these products will definitely be coming back.Original post :The prior owner still has access to track item… which means they have my location…. Which means if I end up dead it’s Amazon fault. Huge safety risk

AirPods 2 fit better.
Most people seem to agree with me that the fit of the 2nd generation AirPods has a much better fit, even though this has better sound quality and more features. They’re still a great pair but if you want to save money, I’d say go for the 2’s.

Got it for around $20-$30 cheaper than the new one, I’m glad I got it renewed!! Just so you guys know, don’t just go for acceptable, go for excellent. Most people complaining most likely went for acceptable which doesn’t guarantee good AirPods.

Great so far but…..
Okay so…where’s the box? All the other reviews have an apple box but mine came like this. REALLY STRANGE!!! So far they work good. Had a little trouble connecting them but I finally got it. Charger is a bit dented but I don’t really mind. You can tell they are renewed but the look clean. If u want AirPods recommend these. So far they work great!! A bit uncomfortable but that probably just a personal thing.

My favorite ear buds so far!
A lot of people say they don’t hold charge long enough, mine last about five hours.Love that it takes less than fifteen minutes for them to be fully charged again in the case. I which there was a volume button on the pod but that’s for apple to work on.

Works just as good as new
I can’t even tell these are refurbished apple AirPods because they work just as good as new ones. It’s only been a few days my wife has used them but she said she can’t tell the difference between the refurbished and new. But she can tell a difference between the 1st gen and 3rd gen AirPods as they are significantly better! The audio quality and noise cancellation on these are impeccable compared to previous gens. Highly recommended if you’re looking to save some money!

Amazing option if you don’t care about cosmetic damages
I don’t usually write reviews but these airpods were SUCH a good investment instead of getting new ones. I chose the airpods in “good condition” instead of “excellent”. If these are just good then the excellent ones must look brand new. These are just as good if not better than my other ones. The only downsides are that they have a few scratches and cosmetic damages but it doesn’t affect the sound quality at all. You can cover them with a case and they are good as new. I love them, highly consider getting refurbished if you want to avoid paying full price.

Perfect condition
I was worried they may have issues from being refurbished but I prefer to purchase things second hand for environmental reasons. The set I received was not linked to the previous owner like other reviews mentioned and they work like a brand new pair of AirPods.As far as the design goes, I really love the feel of the new model. The stem is shorter and more comfortable for listening while lying down and the new button press style prevents my face from accidentally pausing the music or video. I typically use my headphones to watch something while I fall asleep so I don’t disturb my husband and the new style is much more comfortable.The sound quality is really incredible compared to the pair I upgraded from. I was using a pair of i12’s I bought to try the wireless bud style of headphones before spending more on a nice set and wow, the difference is staggering. I knew these would be higher quality but I really am amazed by the sound quality.I find myself forgetting I am wearing headphones. They are very comfortable and the sound balance makes it feel like I’m listening to a surround sound speaker system.Really pleased with my purchase and I’m glad I went recycled and saved some money and resources.

Everything about it is great until you wear it for more than 50 min
These are amazingly high quality earbuds in every way however after using it for more than 50 min (listening to a live conference) unfortunately it gave me ear pain because of it’s opening touches some part of ear hole. Maybe it’s just my ear and works for most people but I had to return them.

Live listen feature makes them a very good substitute for hearing aids at a fraction of the price. Invest in a cheap strap and you are good for traveling and activities without losing one or both.

I’m glad I bought at this price, they work but sometimes cut off. It’s sort of strange, but it hardly ever happens. I wish there was a pause/play/skip feature but there isn’t as I thought, just to hang up. The sound is great tho. Sometimes they fall out of my ears , but I say it depends on your ear.they stay in for Most the part.

Fits (for me) as well as Gen. 2
I was concerned about fit given other reviews. The gen 2 fit really well but would occasionally get loose. This gen 3 fits even better for me. The sound quality is excellent/improved , the spatial sound is interesting. I also have the Beats Fit Pro. I like their look and fit too; these have a slight edge though over the “in ear” design of the Beats (though necessary for noise cancelling).

Came in moderate condition, different cord the. The regular white one, and a slight crackle in the right AirPod. I understand because these are refurbished! I gave it a good go, but it sadly didn’t work out for me! The seller was very understanding and I was able to return and refund with no problems! Just make sure to not throw anything away (papers, box, etc.) before you check then out because you will have to return them with everything it came with!

Love these AirPods!
I love these AirPods 3rd generation!! It’s way better than the apple AirPod pros which don’t fit in the ear as well and have a uncomfortable feel to them. The AirPod 3rd generation has good battery life, great quality of sound and fit well in the ears. It’s great for listening to music and for studying if in school. Super satisfied with these and would buy a second pair if I ever lost these or if they broke. Really happy with my purchase! 🙂

Awesome just like NEW JUST AS EXPECT THEY SOUND AMAZING
These worked perfectly! They did indicate still registered to previous owner Apple ID but does not affect it at all. To me it was not a deal breaker I can still use them on all my devices and music streaming services like Apple Music, Spotify, Pandora and are linked to my Apple ID too no issues which means I can track them easily too. Now if you’ve done your research and know what air pods 3 can do such as the spatial audio, adaptive EQ, skin sensor motion section, water and sweat resistant etc then these have it all work excellent and really loud too. Also got the AirPods Pro’s for my son by I personally like these better especially the fit, but do try them at the apple store or try someone else’s if possible to see if you like how fit you. But I’m a Dj and compared to my Beats these sound Better!
