Outstanding value!
This is a fantastic value. The Intel i7 11390H is extremely fast, excellent overall performance. I originally decided to make this purchased based on the materials used, build quality is all metal construction and equipped with USB-C 40Gbps, ethernet 2.5. Great IO for an excellent price! Also name brand good quality components factory installed, Lexar SSD 16 3200 RAM. Bluetooth has also exceeded my expectations. I was planning to upgrade the card right away but found the connectivity to be excellent! No need for an upgrade. I have 4 other mini including a Mac Mini, I’ve been using this as my daily driver for the past 2 weeks and I completely satisfied with this little powerhouse for the performance and price. Five star mini PC, and A+A+A+ outstanding customer service from this company as well. Excellent value.

Good Replacement for my 1st Gen I-7 now that Win 10 is going away
I tried a so-called 4 x 4 with an 11 gen Celeron 5105, one 11 gen Pentium 6005, and a 12th-gen Pentium 200 and for my CPU-intensive apps (Playon and Download Helper) the 5105 did surprisingly well and the others didn’t do much better if at all. With each one of those apps running alone, it was 75% to 85% with spikes higher so it would have to be dedicated to one of those apps at a time with nothing else running. But for $150 more than the 5105 the GMLTec i-7 can handle both of the high CPU apps plus working with and setting up Firefox and Chrome at the same time with a smooth 50% of CPU. So you get what you pay for

See, Good Things Do Come in Little Packages
This is my second mini-PC and after the first one, I was a little hesitant to push the “Buy Now” button for this one, but I’m so glad I did. This computer has plenty of RAM, storage, features and speed usually only found in larger tower PC’s. I did update the RAM to 64GB for my personal preferences and have had 6 to 7 applications open with no lag when switching between them or minimizing windows. I did have an issue with the power supply dying after 3 months, and the support team was great in resolving the issue for me within a couple of days. I would certainly buy another PC from GMKtec again in the future.

Small mini tower packs big punch
coupled with starlink internet this little box really delivers. instant startup with windows 11. super fast network connection instant site migration. can’t get used to the small size. only has three usb ports, two hdmi, mini jack for earphones/speakers, but only one rj45 ethernet connection. so i use a netgear x7000 to run all my weatherstations, security cams, and eeros wifi . i took a gamble on the price and manufacturer, so far i am extremely happy with this product. don’t do gaming and have not had to call customerservice .

First time building a desktop.I had to ask a lot of questions to get the right one.It is small in comparison with a processor I got a few years ago, that used a lot space and it was under my desk. This one is very small that makes my desk more spacious and look static. Since I don’t know much about processors I have to ask someone else what will be the best for: video conferences, music app, and for saving big files and more. And he recommended this one.

The mouse that roared!
Great little pc. You get a LOT for your money. Will revisit my revue after a bit of use but my first impression is that this is Ideal for office and home. Fast and lots of storage for programs. Fast NIC and Nice video. I’m not sure if I would expect to use this for gaming but for word processing, accounting, browsing…….You cant beat this!

Durante el tiempo de uso veo que la ventilación es ruidosa me gustaría que fuera sido silenciosa y al momento de ventilar absorbe algo de polvo por los dos lados de ventilación que tiene el mini pc ese polvo debería estar entrando a hardware que se puede ver a través de las rejillas de ventilación con el tiempo tocaría dar una limpieza al hardware por suciedadFuera de todo esto el mini PC funciona correctamente sin ningún problema hasta ahora

I LOVE THIS MINI PC
I love this device. At first, when I was looking at the specs it stated that it was 32 gigabytes of RAM but when I Scroll down on Amazon it looks like it was 8 gigabytes. I later checked the system and it has 32 gigabytes of RAM which is more than capable of what I needed to do. Personally, as a streamer and video and content creator this device makes all my dreams a reality. The device is very fast and fluid doesn’t slow down at all no issues at all and I’ve had it for almost about a month now. I was always skeptical about buying a PC that would be mini but honestly, this PC took all my worries away. 10 out of 10 would recommend if you are looking for a small computer to get any work done.

So far so good, but still under review.
I waited a while to review this product because I wanted to see how it performed. The only issue I’ve had is I had to lower the display setting as the screen would go dark otherwise, likely just an issue with what I’m using for a monitor. Yes, the fan is loud and runs often. this doesn’t bother me but it may bother some. I really only use this PC for browsing and streaming so there isn’t a heavy workload on it. I can’t comment on how it performs with gaming or heavier lifting. I will update after 6 months or so as I have read that some people had issues with it suddenly giving up around that time frame. But as it stands I have no complaints.

The company said it can do mid graphics at 60 FPS he knows able to play War Thunder Max graphics and I didn’t even hear any any fans out of the PC with Max graphics on and it was no lag playing Roblox 60 a PS full Graphics there are fan speeds but I’m still impressed what the company said it does is it completely correct it’s fast it’s quick it’s got storage it’s like 10 out of 10.

Fast
Added 1TB M.2 SATA III memory to the expansion slot with no issues. It is easy to access and install. I am impressed with the speed of the processor and the data transfers between my NAS drive and the expansion drive. Started running Davinci Resolve(Video Editor). It was very slow on my previous computer but runs fast and efficient on this PC. 16GB RAM is sufficient for my operations. Amazon description says it has a DP 1.4(Display Port), but it does not. Not a big deal with two HDMI ports and one fast USB-C. Overall I am impressed with this unit.

Arrived defective. No “real” product support- just e-mails.
Would not connect to the internet. I worked for 5 hours trying to get the adapter and/or whatever else working. I read all of the online articles I could find to fix it. I even called Amazon support. No help. So, I tried to contact GMK Tec. They only offer an e-mail address.So, a defective unit from a manufacturer that offers no tech support? Hmmmmmm….I will be returning this item. STAY AWAY from GMK Tec!!!!

Just stop working
Was a great mini pc and I manage to play some low gpu games. The fan blows to the back of it which was always making all the stuff plug in the back hot. Overall it was working pretty great but after a couple of months it just suddenly stop turning on. In my photo it’s just has the power cord since I didn’t feel the need to plug in everything when I know it won’t work.

I was pleasantly surprised how cool it stayed, how fast everything ran and how easy it was to set up.What I did not like that there is no media port and no card reader. No freaking big deal. I got a usb hub with a card reader and used the included HDMI port. Wow this is small and powerful computer!

The fan constantly starts and stops. It’s loud and incredibly annoying. Even if I only have one tab of Chome open. The fan does this continuously.

This thing is a waste of money
This thing barely works. I knew it would not be comparable to a full size computer but this is ridiculous. Barely ever turns on. I just bought this for my son on Christmas and it has never worked correctly.

Excellent little unit for NAS, mini server, or daily productivity driver
This little box has it all in a tiny package, I’m very happy with it. Immediately updated via Windows Update, didn’t take too long (about an hour). Fired it up and checked it out. As a Plex server, it transcodes 4k very fast down to 1080p or even 480p without a stutter. Impressive! It’s been stable without reboot for over a week since I got it, wifi is strong and hasn’t dropped. Been simultaneously streaming OBS 720p to Youtube live while transcoding 4k in Plex (also have Jellyfish server running as a backup) with Tailscale, hasn’t skipped a beat. As a daily driver other than games, this will be more than enough for you. Also should be an excellent NAS box or general server for almost anything you can throw at it. The i7 really runs fast, zero lag or any issues at all to deal with. And yes, it comes with Windows 11 PRO (not Home) activated successfully and automatically on first network connection. Also appreciated, on first boot Win 11 doesn’t require a Microsoft login, you can set it up with a local account if you want right off the bat (no command line trickiness needed). Bios is modern UEFI with mouse support. LOTS of options, although I can’t find a power failure reboot setting. Still, this is the box you’re looking for if you want a tiny, all in one powerhouse. You’re not going to play Crysis on it, but for any productivity, server functions, or transcoding this totally has you covered.

This little PC just screams
I am upgrading from a very old PC from the 1990’s. I don’t install many unnecessary programs or useless data on my computers to slow it down so that is way I have waited so long to upgrade. I was afraid of switching to Windows 11 but got used to it immediately. This device is a steal with the $230 coupon on Amazon. I would recommend this device.

Great for its price!
Before I say anything, I have to mention I did have a $230 coupon when purchasing this but I believe it’s worth the full price as well! I have had minimal issues and the only negative thing I have to say is that the fan gets loud at times. Even then, it makes sense for its size and capacity so I’m in no means complaining. The graphics card could be better but that’s also just personal preference and the games I play (which run pretty smooth, might I add). I haven’t had to contact support so far but they do add a QR code in the box in case you do need it. Hoping I never will but if I ever do, I’ll edit this review and let yall know how it goes.

Very cool!
Purchased Beelink SER5 and loved it initially however the Wi-Fi would not recognize. I tried many things, ultimately returning and purchasing this beauty. First thing I check is Wi-Fi and BAM! 3 seconds. Done. Ryzen 7 is very cool in Beelink, but this Intel I7 is dependable and shows me things on my games I have not seen before. Very cool. Buy it.

Great value in a mini PC—one week in
This GMKtek mini PC rocks right out of the box, and at a wallet friendly price. The attached picture shows a side by side comparison of the PC I built in 2018 that was replaced by this new mini. I do need an optical drive, so that is shown under this new mini (purchased from another Amazon seller at the same time). “Technology improves over time” is an understatement! The new mini came fully prepped out of the box, no issues of any kind. The WIN 11 Pro OS opened and updated without issue. As to typical usage, I’m retired and use this in my home office (and this drives both monitors of my HDMI extended display right out of the box). Microsoft Office apps, photos and video editing, and internet are my main uses, so unable to grade gaming. I did not need tech support but gave it a 5 star review, as they emailed a few days after receipt to let me know they were there if I had any problems. So far I am pleased with this purchase!

Incredible Value
I got this mini pc to use in a proxmox cluster, it offered tremendous value with a 40Gbps USB-C port so I can connect a DAS box and 2.5 Gbps Ethernet. I got the 16GB/1TB version, given my experiences with most OEMs I ordered a 16GB dimm to increase it to 32GB but it came with 2 8GB dimms utilizing dual channel so I’ll have to get another 16 GB dimm. This is not a negative to be clear, if possible I think manufacturers should do this it was just unexpected given most OEM machines would always come with a single dimm. The PC was super easy to take apart and upgrade the memory as well, the 1TB nvme in mine is a Lexar so not a terrible SSD. There is also an M.2 2242 SATA slot so you could put a SATA drive in there for booting to utilize the M.2 with something like an oculink adapter if you wanted. (You would need to modify the chassis to do that) Machine also comes with the cleanest version of Windows 11 Pro I’ve seen, no bloat and they even managed to get the setup screen to completely skip past any of Microsofts pushy requests to use an online account. I got this during cyber Monday for $120 after using the $220 coupon and for that price I literally couldn’t buy the Windows 11 Pro license it uses so the value here is remarkable. I would’ve been extremely pleased even at the $340 price point so I would highly recommend anybody with the use case for this machine get it!!!

Compact and fast
It replaced an 5 year old desk side PC I was using. Everything, disk, memory, wireless are at least 30% faster than my previous machine. And it was 1/2 the price. I was concerned the box may overheat but it has remained room temperature. I do not do gaming so cannot comment on the graphics except all the videos I view (even 4K) look great. So Yes, I can recommend the purchase of this product.

I purchased the GMKtec NUCbox7 PC for my home office workstation. This is my 2nd GMKtec purchase based on my excellent prior PC, the NUCbox3.PROs:13th gen Intel i5, 32GB memory and 1Tb SSD, Windows 11 Pro.Great performance in a small package. This will fit anywhere (see picture). Comes with a bracket to mount the PC to the back of your monitor, if you like. (Monitor not included).Great port selection and strong video will support up to 3 monitors simultaneously. (HDMI, Displayport and/or USB C). If you use a portable monitor/tablet with USB C it could be a portable workstation. I chose to make a very compact desktop setup.Absolutely NO bloatware!.Basic setup is simple ~ took me 7 minutes (I timed it).You will use your own keyboard, mouse, webcam, etc. (all mine worked fine)Cons:You may need a bios update before you can run Windows Update (I needed an update to include TPM 2.0, required for Win 11). This is not really a problem because GMKtec has OUTSTANDING customer support. Yes, it is an import, but communication was clear, simple and without any confusion. I received the bios update within 12hrs of identifying the need. I applied the bios update and then performed a Win 11 upgrade-in-place to Win 11 Pro 23H2 (latest), with no issues. And as I said, perfect support… better actually than many “big name” brands. Believe me, I have spent hours on phones with tech support for “major” brands, but in this case, a clear and simple eMail exchange was all that was needed.Following setup and updates, I’ve loaded my go-to apps. Powerful mini-PC with a nice configuration & fast processing/multitasking speed for any needs!

This is the 3rd mini-PC that I have ever owned and I have to admit that this is the fastest one in processing speed of all & also the best looking one. The reason I had to try this is due to the i7 processor. My need to buy a mini PC was to live stream and watch YouTube videos along with some light web browsing in my 2nd office room. And this mini-PC sparkles on all the breakthroughs set by me. I have tried other mini-PC in the past but the experience was not good with them due to their super slow speed. I have used it fairly for 7 days and my review is exclusively based on this brief usage with the gadget. I will update my review in the future in case my point of view changes during the long-run usage.My 2 cents below :Pros:- Decent configuration: Intel Core i7-11390H processor with 4 cores & 8 threads. Its operating frequency can go up to 5.0 GHz in burst mode- Intel Iris Xe Graphics G7 96EU is an add-on to calibrate as per your need- PC performance is good enough for the processor and with 16 GB DDR4 RAM. Doesn’t slow down the operation drastically while running the latest windows. RAM is expandable to 64GB maximum- High HD video including 4K run so smoothly without any issues. Have tried YouTube, Netflix, Apple TV, and many online free content providers.- PC supports multiple displays (3) with 4K@60Hz output- Has WiFi6 inbuilt and hence up to the latest standards- Mini-PC runs decently fast even when I do multitask. No issue with web browsing either. I have parallelly used multi-tabs without any issue and playing multiple youtube windows together definitely works as well- It has WIFI (both 2.4 and 5ghz) & Bluetooth 5.2. My Keyboard/Mouse connected works flawlessly via Bluetooth- Multiple I/O ports: 4 USB 3.0 ports, 1 Type-C port, 1 Gigabit Ethernet port, 2 HDMI ports, & an audio 3.5mm jack port. This should suffice for most of the needs- The device itself is very light and portable- This is a very good looking device with nice design aesthetics- Comes with a monitor VESA mount & hardware to place it behind the screen- Licensed version 64bit Windows 11 Professional is pre-installed- Comes with 1 TB M.2 SSD already installed in it. SSD is expandable to 2TB maximum- It doesn’t overheat. Thanks to the fan beneath it. I kept it on with video playing for 3+ hours and still went good- Comes with an HDMI cable in the box- Manual has detailed directions in it to refer to if needed- The setup process was easy and quick. Everything was ready within 5 minutes- 1-year worry-free warranty providedCons:- I wish it had a display port too- No TF card port to add additional storage if neededConsidering the cost and convenience in a room where you do not need to put through huge CPUs, I profoundly suggest this product.

Great performance, loved the packaging, very quick small computer.
I use this device for some regular web surfing as well as some light gaming. I am able to play Counter Strike 2 at 60fps on low quality @1440p, which honestly surprised me. I am happy with the RAM and Storage included. When stressing the system, the fans do ramp up and the cooling is audible, though watching the temps suggests the cooling is sufficient. I have purchased a GMKtec tiny computer in the past, and I think they did a great job packing everything in the small chassis.

Powerful mini-PC
This is a fun little mini-PC! I just received it, so have only had a few hours with it, but it seems quite powerful, with a nice CPU, plenty of RAM, and I haven’t had any graphics problems with the few games that I’ve played so far ( a few on steam and Roblox ) on a 2K monitor. A few things to be aware of: it does have active cooling and when it’s working hard, you can hear the fans spinning. The power supply does have a pretty big power brick, almost half the size as the PC itself. I’ve attached a few images of the PC itself, a wired network speed test (960 Mbps, which is great) and a CPU usage graph from task manager.

They Crammed a Lot of Awesome Into a Small Package
My dad’s PC power supply died, but he was due for an upgrade, so I picked this mini-PC as a gift for him, and I am glad I did. It is a solid and strong machine that has more than sufficient processing power, RAM and hard drive space for anything my Dad would ever do. Don’t let the size fool you – there is a lot of awesome in this mini-PC.Setup was a breeze. This PC comes pre-loaded with Windows 11 Pro and with zero bloatware – which I really appreciate. After applying the latest updates, we started seeing cold boot times in about 10 seconds! My Dad was shocked how something so small was so powerful (he was used to Mid-tower PCs). He loves loves the significant power savings and how quiet this mini-PC is, even under full load, the fan is very quiet.This is a very good mini-PC for most use cases. It might not be great for high-end gaming since there is no dedicated graphics card, but for students, office workers, standard photo and video editing, and more, it is more than capable. To top it off, it is upgradable. I purchased this product on sale, making the already good deal amazing.I highly recommend this mini-PC – especially if you can find it on sale.

Fastest Computer I Own
Super fast, compared to my other PCs. I had a problem connecting an external BD reader (via a SATA-to-USB3 connector), so I cannot use that with this PC. Otherwise everything is working as advertised, including USB3 for external HDDs. HDMI and DP also worked fine, as did wireless (USB2 dongle) keyboard and mouse. My gigabit LAN works just fine. Windows 11 Pro is successfully activated. I have not tested USB-C. I was able to expand the RAM to the maximum 64 GB, but due to unclear documentation, I was not able to add an SSD expansion (which I had bought and then returned). In fact, I found the documentation so lacking that I tried “Contact Us” with the manufacturer, and did not get a reply. I finally gave up, and did not add more internal SSD. Because this PC uses SSD storage, I do NOT use it for a lot of writes and rewrites: that is all done with real, networked HDDs. (In my experience, SSDs have a limited shelf life if you constantly write and rewrite them.) This was well worth the money.

Terrible PC
It’s a bad product. Loud fan. Doesn’t. Mouse freezes when transferring data to external drivers. External drive disconnects at random times. This is not a gaming PC either because I’m unable to play simple 2D games without being laggie. Also it said under the specs posted that it’s a 5.0GHz core i7 but it only goes up to 3.40GHz. this a second review I’m trying to post for this product because if I’m too honest amazon won’t post my review. I never used bad words or was being rude I was just being honest.

NUC comparisons: Minisforum and GMKtec
NUC comparisons: I bought both a Minisforum and a GMKtec .They are 5″x5″ bigger than the old Intel NUCs which were 4″x4″. I have been a NUCs user since 2014. Not used for games. I’m Linux user so I wish there were a cheaper version with no OS.Two RJ-45 connectors makes almost no sense whatever unless you want to build a router. I think the Intel chipset supports this facility so they added it for perhaps no other reason. A waste.Internal expansion: with the GMKtec NUC is another NVMe slot versus a SATA connection in the Minisforum. Installing the miniature SATA connector is tricky.One has a 1TB SSD the other 500GB.HDMI 2.1 + DP versus 2 x HDMI 2.1A two 4K screen workstation is simpler to set up with dual HDMI. If you happen to have a DP screen you do have a choice.Minisforum is easier/quicker to change hardware. GMKtec does not even explain how to open the box — their manual is worthless.Minisforum plated silver colored plastic (nasty)GMKtec subtle gray plastic (pleasing)Aesthetically I like the GMKtec but overall I prefer the Minisforum

Amazon Customer Service is exceptional
I really liked the small footprint. Original unit was missing the power converter/adapter so it was basically useless. Amazon customer service came to the rescue by sending out another unit promptly. Second unit was complete and is working flawlessly. Set up was easy and all my old components were accepted by the new unit. The only reason I rank this item as highly as I do is because of Amazon customer service.
