    Big View from Small Package

These mini binoculars really have a great magnification view and are well worth keeping in your bag or car. With one touch focus and 10x magnification these super small binoculars are perfect for quick distance views wherever you may go.They do not come with lens cover which is about the only con I can think of with these binoculars.Super handy to have with you, I definelty recommend these as basic always accessible visual aids!

    Great for the price

Excellent pair of binoculars for the price. Focus knobs work well. Comes with carry case, strap, and cleaning cloth. Great for sports games, bird watching, even star gazing

    really nice binoculars!

These are really nice binoculars. They’re lightweight but still feel substantial and they’re very clear when looking through them. The strap that they come with is kinda terrible but that’s no huge deal.

  4. Swboats

Cheap binoculars, but okay for a child or for occasional use.

These are pretty cheap binoculars, but I don’t believe they are intended to be used for things like hunting, bird watching, or marine use. These are more for someone who occasionally has a need for them in situations like spotting something on your property, or glancing at something while on a walk, or a child playing with their friends. I have a pair of Vortex 10×25 binoculars and there’s really no comparison, and the price just confirms that. The field of view isn’t great. There doesn’t seem to be a coating on the lens. I would probably not buy them, but for others, they might be perfect!

Doesn’t line up nicely, but works otherwise

Very much a ‘you get what you pay for’ situation. It’s a cheap binoculars, and takes some finagling to get the view correct. We couldn’t get the views to line up for both eyes, but using it with just one eye, like a spyglass, it worked just fine. It’d be fun for a kid’s toy, though, and maybe a good starter pair for a budding bird watcher

Inexpensive, and it shows. Opticals ok, but barely

The media could not be loaded.

We have a lot of birds in our backyard, and I was hoping to find a compact pair of binoculars to bring them “up close and personal”.First of all, they are very light. Normally this would be a good thing, but in this case, it tells me the lenses and other internals are likely made of plastic. Overall build is as expected for binoculars in this price range. There is a bit of “rubber” on the housing which helps holding them while in use.The optics are acceptable, although I’d question the “power”, as no way are they 10X. There is noticeable chromatic aberration (blue/purple fringe). Image sharpness falls off quite a bit near the edges of the field of view. In the middle, though, it’s ok. There is also a bit of barrel distortion on full wide.Despite the low price, I was still expecting a case and a decent neck strap, but in this case, there is no case; just a “velvet” pouch, and the neck strap has to be the thinnest such strap I’ve ever seen. Also, there are no lens or eyecup caps. Speaking of eye cups, there’s not much relief, and they cups dent easily. In summary, if you want to just throw a pair of binoculars in your backpack or purse, without worrying about them getting scuffed up or lost, these would work fine. Or, if you’re looking to get something inexpensive to give a kid, without worrying about the inevitable havoc said kid will wreak on them, these will might make sense. If you have any standards for an optical instrument, though, I’d take a pass. I can’t even say “you get what you pay for”, as I’ve seen better binoculars for the same, or very slightly more, money.

    Powerful and clear

The media could not be loaded.

First, the clarity of the optics are awesome. I had hoped for a bright clear day but had to try these binoculars out. Despite it not being very clear outside, the glass was exceptionally clear. Even at the furthest distance, I had no problem seeing the small details on objects.Second, this must be the best value out there for binoculars. I’ve paid twice as much for binoculars that Don’t have this construction or clarity. These binoculars are large, but I still was able to carry them comfortably on the lanyard around my neck. I prefer using them on the tripod that I bought from the same store.I am very pleased.

    okay

These are okay compact binoculars for quick spotting but not a pair you’d want to hobby with. the eyepiece is not very nice nor comfortable. looking at all other compact binoculars in this price range on amazon, this does appear to be similarly priced. I’m not sure if they really do magnify 25, since they do look about the same as another pair I have at 22. The amount of light it lets in for clarity is a bit dull but I don’t have an another 10×25 to compare against. in all, you are probably getting what you pay for with this pair of compact binoculars. it is a good starter pair for kids to give them something to do in car rides and walks.

    Great for watching wildlife

I’ve been looking for a set of binoculars to do some bird and wildlife watching (without having to constantly borrow my husband’s hunting pair) and was excited to come across this set. They came well packaged and with great instructions for sighting them in for both glasses users and non-glasses users. Since I wear glasses about 99% of the time, I appreciated that they included instructions relevant to me. The image is clear and easy to adjust as needed. There are just a few things that keep these from being a 5-star pair of binoculars: 1) no caps for the lens, 2) the carrying case offers no drop protection and 3) the lanyard is uncomfortable for wearing for long periods of time. None of these things are deal breakers for me and I still consider these binoculars a good value as is and look forward to using them regularly.

Basic binoculars for seeing far away

These are basic no-frills binoculars. There are no lens covers and they have a narrowing range of field (25), but they magnify and they are small enough to fit easily into a purse, tote bag, or glove box. They are light enough to carry on hikes without noticing any extra weight. I use these often, whether it’s at the beach, on hikes, in my back yard, or at events where I’m far from the action. Very handy. They do come with a fake velvet drawstring carry case, a lens cloth, and a band so you can carry it around your neck. The image is very clear – I can read the names on the spice jars in my kitchen from 30 feet away.

These are nice binoculars for kids or for simple bird watching. They are not very powerful, but they do work. They come with a strap and a handy carrying bag.

Very small, lightweight binoculars for casual use

I am reviewing the product in the photos below. The link I had for them now seems to go to something else, so make sure my pictures match what you’re trying to learn about.. Many binoculars are large and heavy, which makes them cumbersome and something that you don’t keep at hand. But if you’re on the go, the best binoculars are often just the ones you have with you. So if you want to have something very small and lightweight that you can shove in your coat or pack for casual use, this product is great. Just 4 inches from front to back, this product easily fits into the pocket of a winter coat. These binoculars don’t have the brightest or sharpest optics that a high-end product would have, but if you’re outside in the daylight and want to check out the animals, these are fine. Not having the weight, you won’t tired your hands and wrists out, which is also important for people on the younger or older side. They’re easy to use, and when you fold them out they fit my face and eyes just fine. This product comes with a neck strap and a velveteen carrying case. As a small and light product for casual use, I gave it 5 stars.

    Good for all

Small size is perfect for kids or adult hands. Bird watching or hunting will be a good use for these. They came with a velvety drawstring pouch and a cleansing cloth. Great for a gift idea or personal use. We are going to use for hunting season.

Studier than a lot of binoculars in this price point

Studier than a lot of binoculars in this price point. The optics are clear for a small pair of kids binoculars. The focus wheel moves easily, and doesn’t present a problem for little hands. The eye pieces can be adjusted far enough apart for an adult to use also.

Not very sturdy but light weight

Not very sturdy but light weight. Focus slips a bit and doesn’t cover much range but if you want something around that doesn’t need to be too good, they’d be worth considering.

    Clear view

Small but capable. Has a modern look. Compared to an old Sharper Image compact binocular, this is much clearer. I had an easy time adjusting for best viewing despite wearing glasses. Even able to adjust for a good view without the glasses. The focus ring works smoothly. The included instruction sheet can be a bit confusing due to describing use of standard and compact binoculars simultaneously. Otherwise, easy to use.

Nice binoculars, but a little bit difficult to use.

I got these for my son’s football games. I am very nearsighted and struggle tremendously with watching his games even with my contacts in. I am hoping this will help me out quite a bit to keep up with his performance. My youngest son also really loves to use binoculars to “3D cloud watch”. So I figured these would be perfect. Nothing too fancy or intricate. Just enough to help me see further away. They do help you see rather clearly IF and when they have been adjusted properly. This brings me to my issue, it is rather difficult to get and keep it on the just right settings. Also, if you change what you are looking at and the distance is the least bit different, now it is blurry. I’ve never really had this issue with other binoculars in the past to this extent. The dials also turn quite easily in the middle meaning if you hand the binoculars off to someone and accidentally touch them now the settings are off and have to readjust all over again to clearly see what you were trying to look at. For this it is definitely not my first recommendation, but not my last either. They are decent quality, just a tad difficult to use if you aren’t a pro.

The lens on one side obscures about half the object

These binoculars are a nice size, but not the best quality. They are easy to adjust and focus, except one portion of one lens…makes half the object look like a clown mirror. There’s a handy carry case, that just fits…not a lot of protection for the binoculars not the lens.

    Very Durable And Useful

These work really good for bird watching. The zoom is clear and the binoculars are very good quality. The eye pieces are soft to the face and can rest there for long times before needing to remove. They are light weight and easy to use. They come in a nice carry case as well as having a long neck sting to use. Overall there are a pretty decent set of binoculars.

    Great compact binoculars

These binoculars are compact, light weight, and functional. They enable you to be able to focus each eye independently. They are made from a durable material and would be a great addition to any hunting or range bag. They have a tactical look and feel to them and are super clear and sharp. I got these binoculars for my range binoculars and I’ve used them a few different times- they work great, are durable, and are something you can depend on, These are not cheaply made binoculars. Very high quality.

Wide range of focus, works without glasses

I am always hesitant with binoculars because focusing through glasses lets in too much light. These surprised me on two counts. First, with my myopia I can focus them without glasses. Yay! And second, while the prism mechanism is reversed and the main lenses are in the center (to make them smaller) I don’t feel that I lost the stereo aspect. So I think it was an excellent choice for a small binocular that is easy to carry and keep handy in my vehicle.

    Can’t get consistent good viewing

Having had the same pair of binoculars since I was young (we’re talking sixth grade young), I looked forward to a new pair of binoculars that (a) had a longer view than my old pair, and (B) were light since the old, full-size ones were quite heavy. Let me say that I’m not someone who uses binoculars often and my vocabulary about it is rudimentary, since I don’t know what all the terminology means. But I like having binoculars for those times I want to see a particular bird in my yard, or if I’m going to an outdoor music event and may want to see something up close if I have to sit far away. With all that said here’s why I gave this only 3 stars.First the positives: They are lightweight. They are small enough to easily carry in a purse, tote, even cargo pants pockets. They can be used by children or adults. They look nice. The eye pieces are, what I assume, silicone so they are flexible and comfortable to have up again the eye area. Now here is what I don’t like about them. There never was consistency in the viewing. What I mean by that is, after having tried them indoors (just because) and outdoors, in bright light and in dim light, and at different distances, a few times I was able to adjust them to be clear and get the eye pieces to line up. By that I mean, when looking through the binoculars, there’s always dark parts you’ll see around viewing until you can get the focus correct and that disappears. More times than not, I could never get rid of the dark part so my vision was often hindered by this. Only on occasion would I have an unobstructed view, and only then if I didn’t have the eye pieces directly again my face. If I had them on my face, then the view was always obstructed (darn those dark parts). And I found that I’d prefer them to be able to be against my eye area to make the viewing more stable, but that wasn’t meant to be. Put another way, I wouldn’t want to use these at a Taylor Swift concert, I’d rarely be able to see her as my arms would eventually shake trying to see her performance since I’d be holding the binoculars without anything to anchor them (aka my face).Thinking that I was doing something wrong — even having read the instructions several times (there isn’t much to go by other than how to focus each eye and in which order) I handed them to my husband to try for a couple of days. He had the same issues as I did. We both agree that it shouldn’t be this difficult. I still keep wondering if I’m doing something wrong, but since my husband had the same exact issues, I don’t feel I am. Will we still use them? We’ll try, and if things get better I’ll certainly update this review, but for now my guess is these won’t be something we’ll automatically reach for when we want to view something afar, which is disappointing because we live near a lake and it would be nice to sit and easily watch the boats and birds.A few other things to note: it comes in a small faux velvet-like bag, which is a bit too small so it takes a bit of effort to get the binoculars back into the bag (but they do go back in). It also come with a (too) small microfiber lens cloth – which is good to have especially since there’s no lens covers (which I probably would only expect with more expensive binoculars). It also has a cheap feeling neck strap you can put on it, which is not great and kind of scratchy, but functional enough. And so, I’m left with my old heavy childhood binoculars or the new lightweight compact one – my, oh my, what’s a person to do? In case you’re wondering, I did do a comparison. The new compact binoculars, according to the seller, has 10 magnification with 25mm objective lens which, again according to the seller, has a viewing field of “362ft at 1000 yds”. This compared to my childhood heavy binoculars that has a 7 magnification with a viewing field of 367 ft at 1000 ft. ( Oh, look at me getting fancy and using what I hope is the correct terminology!) Between the two, my childhood binoculars prevail with its 7×35 because they provided a much easier and clearer view than this new compact one that are 10×25 — and that’s with them both having approximately the same viewing field but my childhood binoculars having only a 7 magnification.

I see What you did there!

These are pretty nice binoculars for all different kinds of outdoor settings and uses. Outdoors especially with that grip, these aren’t going to slip out of your hand easily, whether you’re trying to catch a glimpse of some warbler or your favorite player on the football field! They’re pretty well made, not super strong, but they don’t claim to be super strong, so they definitely hit the mark!

    Good optical clarity.

This is a nice, light weight, inexpensive smaller sized binocular. Decent neck strap, not plastic. I used the main center focus on my left eye and then adjusted the diopter on my right eye. good. Very good quality image. Lenses are pristine glass, I presume. Good bino’s for a good price. I’ve used a lot of different brands of optics over the years and these are as good as many of the high priced glass.

    Good Binoculars

Not only do you get a pair of binoculars, you also get a carrying sac, a neck strap and a lens cloth. The binoculars are 10×25. The magnification is 10x and the lens diameter is 25mm. The binoculars will fold, for storage, from 4 1/2″ fully extended to 3 7/8″ compact. You also fold the binoculars to your eye width while using. The focus is easily adjusted with the center focus wheel and the right-eye diopter. The rubber eye pieces also fold down for easier use with glasses.

    Handy compact binoculars

I’ve had a pair of regular size binoculars that I’ve had for literally decades. I was excited when I saw this compact pair of binoculars, because when I’ve gone to a sporting event and taken my binoculars, they’re really bulky and take up a lot of space in my bag. I don’t have that problem any more, and I’m thrilled! This compact binocular doesn’t come with lens covers, but you know what, I can’t even remember if my decades old binocular ever had lens covers because i had been using them for decades without lens covers. The fact that this binocular comes with a handy carrying bag is enough for me in terms of protecting in when I take it on the road. Looking through the binoculars, the images are sharp and I can zoom in pretty well. In terms of how far/how close up, I’m not good with distances. So far I’ve been using them for the outdoors and nature and it’s fit all of my needs.

    Superior Clarity with Sturdy Build

I am thrilled with the overall quality of these binoculars. They are sturdy without being overly robust and are easy to adjust, ensuring clear views swiftly. The inclusion of foldable eye cups is beneficial for those who use glasses, but keeping them folded can be a tad difficult. While this doesn’t affect me much, it might be a little irritating for consistent glasses users.

    A nice pair of binoculars

A nice pair of binoculars for casual use. I got the compact version, which comes with a velvet carrying pouch. I wish the pouch was a little bigger, because it’s a struggle to get the binoculars inside it. The carrying strap isn’t super comfortable, but it does the trick. My kiddos asked for binoculars after reading in an astronomy book that you can look at a full moon with binoculars. I’ll say this worked for that okay (not as good as a telescope, obviously) AND provided hours of amusement in our back yard and at the park. They look nice and have been sturdy so far.The eye rests are soft silicone, which is nice — other binoculars I’ve had had hard plastic edges resting against your eyes, which hurt after a while. Overall happy with these binoculars and look forward to birdwatching later this fall!

Great Visual Clarity for compact binoculars

I’m amazed how clear and broad the view is with these small very lightweight binoculars. Easy to focus to crisp visual image. Excellent for the price. Also works well with my prescription glasses on or off. Great for backyard birdwatching from inside the house!Bonus: the shape keeps me from touching lenses, so no need to clean. Size fits easily into a jacket pocket and is so light I forget I’m carrying them. Storage bag is the one thing that could be better. It does keep clean and scratch-free, but it’s rather crispy and cheap in quality. A texture more like spandex or silkier would improve the experience, but otherwise so good that I didn’t take off a star.

    Excellent Value

For $20 these are an exceptional value. The optics are decent, with coated lenses and image precision that I would not expect at this price point. There is surprisingly little distortion around the edges of the field of view which is unexpected for budget optics that have a field of view of 14m@1000m. The case design is attractive, the focus mechanism has a firm feel to it and there is no play in the focus. They’re quite compact and come with a felt carrying bag and a lanyard. Overall I was surprised with the quality of the optics at this price point and with the quality of the focus. Definitely worth the price and are an outstanding pair of entry level binoculars.

    Beats a monocular!

These little binoculars are not fancy, but they are just fine for bird-watching, hiking, site-seeing and you will be happy to keep them handy and use them often. We have a spy glass monocular in the glove compartment of the car that we use when we dine at a favorite restaurant that is located on a lake. The one-eyed spy glass gives me fits. I can never find what I want to see fast enough, or keep them within view for more than a second… the monocular is “fumbly” for viewing. These binoculars are so much easier to use, find my target and focus sharply to get a good view of what I want to see. The husband can keep the spy glass, but the binoculars are mine!

    Pretty Neat Binoculars!!!

These are pretty neat binoculars. I have ALWAYS wanted a set but never got around to getting a pair. I wanted these especially for camping as well as for my “bug out bag.” Inside the small box includes the instructions, a hand strap, the binoculars, a special cleaning cloth, and a protective tiny soft bag (to house the binoculars). The instructions were pretty straightforward. I was able to follow along and see objects from far away. It is really fun! I have been looking at license plates (from extremely far away) and making out the letters, something I would not have been able to do without these binoculars. I am excited to be able to use these things out in nature!Overall, these binoculars work fine and allow you to see far objects up close. I would definitely recommend these binoculars to others. They’re a lot of fun!

    Good quality for the price

I was looking for a compact binocular to take with me to concerts, bird watch, etc., and these didn’t disappoint. They are very light and compact and fold up neatly when in the travel pouch. The lenses are clear and easy to focus, and they have directions in case you’ve never focused binoculars before. They’re not for extreme long distances, but I’m happy with their quality and construction for the purposes I mentioned at the beginning of this review. They also have a neck strap you can attach for carrying convenience.

Contents include the binoculars, cleaning cloth, strap, storage pouch and instructions. I have been wanting a nice, light, easy-to-use pair of binoculars with decent optics and magnification to take to concerts and performances (since everything on stage is a blur to me otherwise) and for routine (just in case) travel. These binoculars check those boxes. They are very compact, very light, feel good in the hand and are easy to focus. The instructions are more generic than specific but they offer a good review of how to use binoculars. I own a 10×42 pair of a gold standard brand that to which I compared these. These look to be accurately classified as the magnification (10x) was very close and the field of view (25mm for these) was about 1/2 of my other pair. These of course were not as bright, but still allowed for a decent amount of light penetration. There are no lens protectors, but they are quite recessed and have little chance or being scratched through accidentally coming in contact with something through jostling and the like. The frame is plastic, but substantial for the weight. The included pouch is so tight it is a struggle to remove and replace them. from it. This will have to be replaced. The strap is not heavy but is adequate for their size and weight. Conclusion: I think this is an impressive product at this price point (<$20). These seem perfect for the ‘it would be nice to have some binoculars right now’ situations and are affordable enough that they are lost or damaged while traveling, it would not be a great burden. I recommend these binoculars for travel and performance viewing.Rating: 4*Unless this review is edited, you may consider these ratings & descriptions to hold during long term use.

    Amazing Product

The media could not be loaded.

It’s just amazing, the focus, clarity and color are incredible, they have the best view of any binoculars I’ve ever used, and in this photo of the moon you can clearly see the surface of the moon and the obvious craters. It was a beautiful shot without any filters in hand. This pair of binoculars is very powerful, but also allows you to see the stars more clearly, enjoy the beautiful scenery, feel the magic of nature. I can see far through these. They have good exit pupil Settings that you can adjust yourself. They have lens protection covers, they perform very well in low visibility, I was impressed, the price is very cheap, great value for money, although large but very suitable for me, it is recommended that you buy a triangle bracket, so that you can enjoy different angles, highly recommended to friends who like to travel.

    They are Huge and Heavy

The binoculars seem to work fine but are big and heavy. The visual is so precise you can’t move a bit or you lose the object. You must have a tripod and it needs to be a heavy duty one that fits the binoculars if not you won’t be able to use them

OK optics but not serious binoculars

These are very low cost binoculars – I got them for a child who was graduating away from complete toy / pretend binoculars, and for that I think they are decent. The optical quality isn’t bad, actually, particularly if you evaluate one eye at a time. However:-I don’t think the two halves of the binocular are very well aligned, leading to some blurriness.-I normally use close to zero diopter adjustment, here I had to crank all the way to the limit to get both in focus. And the biggest thing: If they had just put (even really cheap) eye relief cups on these they would be MUCH much better and more friendly to use. As it is, those aren’t here at all so you need to float these in front of your face. This is the biggest detractor, I think.

Good binoculars for the casual user

These binoculars are certainly not for users of high-end binoculars, but they are well-suited for everyday use to observe nature or sports events. They are quite compact and unobtrusive: they can fit easily in a pocket or a small pack, even a fanny pack.

Misleading description and instructions but still a decent compact binocular

What comes in the box: The binocular, a carrying bag, a lanyard, a cleaning cloth and a set of instructionsFirst, the instructions that are included seem to not be the instructions intended for this binocular, in that the illustration is definitely not the binocular in the box. Nevertheless, with a little thought, it is not difficult to figure out how to use the binocular. The instructions do adequately describe how to set the interocular distance and the individual eye focus, which is not difficult. The movement of these functions is smooth. The feature of the fold-down eye cups to allow for viewing with glasses is a bit irritating because they keep popping back up. Hopefully they will loosen their flex and remain in position with use. There is no mention of how to install the lanyard in the instructions, but it’s pretty intuitive. The protective bag is a little small and hard to get the binocular in and out. They could have made it just a couple of millimeters larger.I was able to get a good focus from about 6 feet out to a fairly far distance. I could read the address on the mailbox of the house down the street about a block away. The field of vision seems very adequate for a small binocular. They perform fairly well in dim light but are in no way night vision capable. This is a misleading claim. It’s odd that they are claimed to be waterproof but can’t be used in the rain or immersed in water. What?Despite all the oddities of the description and the instructions, I find it to be a decent small binocular. I give it 4 stars.

Handy size to take with you

I recently spent a weekend on an island and kept wishing that I had some binoculars with me to look at ships and nearby scenery. If I go again next year, I will be bringing these for sure. The size is good and should be easy to throw into my backpack or bag without taking up too much space. I’m much more likely to take these with me that I would with full-size binoculars. The unit does not have lens caps but does come with a protective cloth storage bag that will protect the optics. A small lens cloth is also included (I’ll keep that in the storage bag.) This is great, I do wish the bag was just a tiny bit larger, it takes a little effort to slide it over the binoculars. It is ok and I’ll hope a little stretching happens to make it a little easier to drop them into the bag.The eye cups seemed a little odd to me but they do work well once I got used to them. While I wear glasses, I found it more comfortable and got better results using these without the glasses. The pupil width adjustment seemed fine and it does have a separate focus for the right eye to allow compensation for people with different vision in the two eyes.Optically, the image looked crystal clear and not at all hazy/foggy. Colors seemed correct. I’m not an expert on the specifications but the magnification seemed reasonable and what I’d expect. I tested by looking across a river and items and detail were visible but the magnification was not so large that I got shaky images.

    Compact and comfortable

I was looking for a compact pair of binoculars that I can use in my sunroom or on hikes to view birds and wildlife. These hit every nail on the head! They are small, comfortable against the eye, easy to focus, and work great. The detail is very good. It even comes with a small velvet bag and an attachment so you can hang them from around your neck.I only have 2 complaints:1) They do not come with any covers for the eye pieces. I know that you can store them in the bag, but I am a little worried that I will scratch the lenses if I am not careful.2) The cord that was provided as a neck strap is a bit scratchy. It does the job, but not the most comfortable to have hanging around your neck as it rubs. Simple solution is the buy a different lanyard device that is more comfortableOther than that, I think that these are really great value for the money and look forward to getting more “up close and personal” with the wildlife viewing!

    Good little binoculars

I got these for the wife for bird watching out our backyard with all our bird feeders. She loved the idea and the thought of being able to see the birds and animals more clearly. These binoculars do the trick but they are a mixed bag of instructions and carrying case. The instructions seem to be from a different set, but the overall inner workings are similar, so you can figure it out. The case is also very disappointing, but at least it’s not the binoculars themselves. The image is nice and sharp in bright light, but they do suffer at dusk or in dimly lit scenarios. Keeping these by the back window to grab a quick glance at a bird, these are great, but I don’t know if I’d take them to a sports game if it’s not a noon game with no clouds.

    Good Budget Binoculars

So I made the mistake of comparing these to a high end pair of binoculars, but reframed my headspace to focus on the fact that these are considerably cheaper. It is a good size, makes it very easy to pick up and go or even throw in a carryon. I can see myself taking this to more places as it is a lot more travel friendly compared to my other pair.Obviously it’s on the small size (AA battery for scale), so it does have physical limitations because of it. The viewing area seems small, but fortunately the images come in very clear. I feel like I’m noticing a slight fisheye effect in my peripherals, but it could be an optical illusion (seems to go away when I focus on the edge of the image). The small case is nice and it’s overall pretty light, would be great for kids.Just watch your fingertips, I’ve pinched myself on the top crease three times already!

    Good image quality, disappointing case.

The image is fairly bright and clear. In low lighting conditions, objects were accurately represented with minimal dimming. These are not “night vision” binoculars. I was able to get good imaging from about 6 feet to a few miles away with the focus knob range. On the pair I received, there was a particle in the optical path, likely on one of the internal prisms (see picture taken from the back). The particle is not in the focal plane, so it doesn’t affect the image, except for reducing the light getting to your eye.The focus knob makes a squishy sound, like a gear moving through grease. Not a problem, just a little odd.The case included with mine is a velveteen bag with drawstring. The binoculars were difficult to get into and out of the bag with the neck strap attached. The case in the product description looks like stiffer canvas with a flap, which would be nicer. These binoculars are on par with binoculars of similar price range. There are a few manufacturing defects that could have been avoided and the bag was a disappointment. The image quality, which is the main reason to buy binoculars, is good.

good option for fairly local viewing

I was interested in these binoculars largely for viewing small wildlife and birds within my property and surrounding areas. I wasn’t looking to see things too far afield, but to see rabbits, groundhogs, and chipmunks a few yards away and birds in the trees on my property. For my use, these were very good value as they work for local viewing and are very economical. They should also work as “opera glasses” for indoor viewing, though they are heavier than conventional opera glasses.I found these easy to work with and they focused properly by adjusting the dial in the center. I tried them both with and without glasses and they worked fine in both ways, though I think it was easier to focus them while wearing my glasses. They come with a cord so you can wear them around your neck and a pouch, but my problem was that the pouch was far too tight to get the binoculars into it. When I tried, it started to rip. Even with great care, they had to be forced in and were so snug that I decided it wasn’t worth it. Lens caps would have been a far better option. Other than the case, I was satisfied with these, but they aren’t professional-grade binoculars, but, for someone who uses them infrequently, they’re a nice budget option.

    Nice enough for the price

I’m actually pretty pleased with the price of these and the value you get for them. The thing I was less pleased with is 2 fold, the instruction manual has nothing to do with these specific pair of binoculars. It doesn’t mention the strap, it doesn’t mention anything else about this pair. It’s some sort of generic “this is what binoculars are and how they work” document. The other thing is the small velvet-like bag that it comes with barely fits. Even after taking it out of packaging and assembling with the strap it still doesn’t fit unless you really work to get it in there. That makes the bag worthless. Overall the actual product is good. Clear lenses and good focus for an inexpensive pair of binoculars.

    Good Quality, Easy Adjustment

I received these binoculars just in time to use them at a baseball game which included a pregame retirement ceremony. I was able to follow the action nicely, and see the expressions on the faces of the attendees better than I was with a smaller, less powerful set that I have used in the past. The one issue I had was that it was slightly difficult to get the binoculars in and out of the the included drawstring pouch, and the unstructured pouch did not protect the rubber eyepieces; one of mine is bent after only one day’s use. This doesn’t affect the binoculars’ usefulness, but is unfortunate.

    Solid, compact set of binoculars

I like the compact size, sleek look, and sturdy feel of the binoculars. They come with a neck strap that you have to attach yourself. Since this is marketed for adults AND kids, I would like to have seen a neck strap with more cushion – to prevent “rope burn” for kids or a straps that snaps on and off for safety reasons. The binoculars adjust easily to fit my eyes and the knob at the top to bring them into focus is not hard to use. The carrying case is a velvety bag that barely fits the binoculars, so they are hard to slide in and out of the bag. I will probably look for something else to hold them.Overall, they will come in handy for birdwatching and sporting events.

I got these for my son since he’s always trying to take mine. These binoculars are light, compact, easy to look through. Comes with a bag thats very hard to put the binoculars back into, so I will probably discard the bag. Clear view, perfect for sightseeing and sports events.
