Got this for someone as a xmas gift and they LOVED it. I was surprised how well it worked at this price and will probably get one for myself. Was able to see well in almost pitch black but i would like a better zoom. I cannot complain too much though for the cost-these are slight issues. I live in the country and could make out items 150 ft away along a tree line. Makes a nice fun and practical gift.

Awesome night vision goggles
These are awesome night vision binocular goggles. I would highly recommend these for someone wanting them for hunting or just looking for animals at night at their house. I have really enjoyed looking across my property at night and being able to see so clearly what’s out there trying to find the coyotes howling at night.

These are amazing for my needs. I use them to watch my dogs in the field, day and night. Zoom is great and they feel very well made so I expect them to last a long time. If you’re on the fence, just buy them! I feel much safer being able to see my dogs (and their surroundings) at night.

Easy to use
My boyfriend got this for Christmas and was too eager to wait to read the directions and was able to use this right out of the box. The picture is very clear. We have used it several times at night to see coyotes in the back yard and we were able to see them all crystal clear. Definitely considering getting a second one for myself since he doesn’t let me use them. Oh and it takes video and pictures. So very cool feature.

Worth it!

What? No protective case?
I can’t believe this would be sold without a protective case to go along with it! A box with a thin foam wrap is all you get. The case must be purchased separately at a costly price. Yeah, only $25, but that is expensive for a binocular case that should’ve came with it. And to add to this somewhat negative review, I’d the neck harness. Come on! If the seller isn’t going to provide a case, at least provide a decent neck harness with it.As far as performance it’s decent for what you’re paying for. I need to view out to at least 80 yards and I already know I’m going to have to set up auxiliary IR flood lights to get the lighting I need to view that distance. Out my front lawn it works awesome. My max distance on my front lawn is 50 yards and it does the job great. Further out I’ll need IR flooding.Hopefully the seller reads this and adds that protective case to the package and maybe hike up the cost another $15 to cover the case cost. That I feel is fair.

Price point is excellent this product’s functions.
Based on the cost these goggles are excellent and easy to use with many functions. They hold a charge surprisingly well. They tested very well at half an acre and were clear and if you need the zoom even better. Not sure I could call them goggles without some sort of device to hold them on your head, but more binocular-like. Either way, I would absolutely purchase again for the price. I wasn’t looking at the professional level nor did I want that cost so these are perfect!

Good Value That Really Works
Got this thinking how great it would be to have digital power to zoom in like my cell phone does. Night vision is a bonus. I love the picture quality. It is easy to use when you get used to where the buttons are. Thought to get it as just a binocular but love the infrared feature. Great for night use with in range. Durability is fairly reasonable but haven’t dropped them yet either. Lots of uses.

I have bought similar items over the years and never been very happy with it. This one works as advertised, the zoom is a bit slow. Video quality is good. I love the fact that it can be used in both day or night. I have owned several others that were night only and prone to burn in. I didn’t want something that was that cantankerous. The IR flood light is stronger than I would have thought at about 50 yards. When You use a seperate IR illuminator the image will remain crisp up to 130 yards. The Downsides for me is the button placement for me isn’t very intuitive , they are also black so in the dark I can’t see them, I rectified this by putting glow in the dark tape on them… I used 3 different colors . so at a glance I could find the correct function. being a rubber coated button the tape doesn’t want to stick for long. the other issue I had, which I also rectified by 3d printing a more ergonomic (face gasket)from TPU so there is no light bleed from the screen. to me those are the only 2 issues and they are quite minor. The more I mess with it the more familiar with the button I will become. I like the fact that this can be tripod mounted I also appreciate that it has a manual focus. this makes for a much sharper image on the fly. As I rarely will have a need to take video or images I like that those features are there should i need them. When I got the device it was so light I thought I was going to have to order a separate battery. this is ultralight. so it’s great for backpacking. Also I tested it out and charges fairly fast on a mini solar panel. I can’t speak to battery life per charge. I charged it up and it’s still going 2 and a half weeks later. Again I am very happy with the weight of it. The rubberized plastic seems to be fairly shock resistant. Yes I have dropped it a few times. once on gravel and twice on hardwood floor.(unintentional) it suffered no ill effects. The light bleed issue is simply because I tend to watch for Varmints and other pests and am concerned it will alert them. The power button is a bit slow to turn on and turn off.. which is great because I had a unit similar to this and almost any button pushing would turn it on and off. at times you didn’t want it to. this one with longer power on hold times isn’t prone to getting bumped and running the battery down. So all in all This is very comparable to my $300 night vision monocular. I’m very happy with this unit and I believe anyone that is looking for feature-rich functional night/day Binocular will be happy with this. It’s not built all that rugged but what few mishaps I had prove that it’s not delicate either.

If you are like me, you have been waiting for this for almost 60 years.Ahem… I mean 30.Anyway, seriously, I couldn’t count the # of times I’ve thought “man, if I only had night vision, that would be So Cool!”. Alas, that just wasn’t possible.Then one day about 40 years ago, ahem… So, I’ve heard, there was a war movie where they were using this giant contraption that probably weighed 800# to SEE THE ENEMY IN THE DARK ! Oh my goodness… SO Cool ! But obviously out of reach for me.Then, about 30 years ago, (I heard), there was another movie featuring night vision…. This time, it was briefcase sized. Hmmm, not bad… I wonder….. So, I searched and searched, all over the inter-umm-magazines and catalogs. No luck.Then, about 20 years ago…. It happened again, but this time it fit INTO a breifcase, AND I has reasonable access to a world of info. It took awhile. Then it happened. THERE IT IS FOR SALE ! Oh dang… Small print says “For sale to Military and police only”. OHH MANNNN. Not like I could afford the $32,000.00 price tag anyway, but still. No fair.Good thing I’m patient, but HURRY UP !So… Time goes by.About 10 years ago, maybe it was a James Bond, I don’t remember, but WOW! The Action Hero this time pulled it out of his breast pocket! Nice! (you youngsters may not know what a breast pocket is… (Umm, neither did I), just google it. Anyway, my heart rate skyrocketed and I couldn’t wait to, once again, go searching. THERE IT IS ! And it’s AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC!I ran for my wallet… I started to fill out the order form… Whoa ! Wait ! Are they High? $2,700.00 ?I very carefully slid my Visa back into it’s comfy cubby in my wallet and sent it for nap time. Then I sat down and cried.But I digress. It’s 2022. My wife’s birthday was coming up. Time to surf. Amazon of course. As I was approaching the end of the customary (mandatory, I think) one hour surf through the Home Page, Daily Deals, etc. (everyone does that, right?), off to the side of the page, I saw those Magic and ever so Mystical words, NIGHT VISION ! And it was UNDER $2,700 !My heart rate started to climb… Then it looked me in the face and said “Ya Right, don’t believe it. It’s not legit. It can’t possibly actually work. It’s probably a flashlight and some cheap binoculars. Go back to the Kitchen Section”. I did. For a minute. But just for “educational” purposes, I had to check out at least a couple of the listings. I did. I checked out ALL OF THEM!While I was looking, the thought occurred to me that my wonderful wife loves to look for the Owels and Racoons and other such creatures that stir in the night when she takes our dogs out…. And she loves to take pictures of them too.. Well, during the daytime anyway. Surely she’ll LOVE to have a NIGHT VISION CAMERA for her birthday ! Right ? (I’m so smooth)Wow, it worked ! I figured that if it didn’t work well that she’d just return it, along with probably a couple other items.******* Actual Product Review Begins *****”*Guess what ?SHE KEPT IT !!!IT WORKS !!!You’re a big boy or girl or whatever. You don’t need me to tell you every little tiny detail. Besides, who likes those really long reviews that waste your time?So here’s the deal. This is not a flimsy El Cheapo kind of child’s toy. This is actually a pretty nicely made product that does amazing things. I’m not saying it’s military grade or made of unobtainium or anything like that, I’m just saying that it’s an awesome adult toy (or should I say toy for adults? Does that sound better?), Anyway, it doesn’t take long to figure out all the buttons however, I do definitely recommend glancing for a couple of minutes at the rather nicely printed instruction sheet. It does a pretty clear job of explaining the ones that you can’t figure out by yourself in 3 minutes. So then as you anxiously await for dark and head outside as the sun starts going down, you start using it just in standard mode looking through it like binoculars (except you hold it backwards) (oh, and you don’t pull them up to your eyes because you’re just going to look at a screen just like your cell phone) (you’ll get used to it), but the thing is you’ll start to notice as it gets darker and darker that you can still see the things you’re looking at through it as though it’s daylight. It’ll still be in full color and reasonably clear. And the zoom is crazy, actually they seem to be happiest at 20, 30, maybe 40 yards. As it gradually gets even darker and it’s almost actually, well, dark, you’ll be even more amazed because it just keeps on working. Then when it gets really dark it’ll switch over to the infrared, I guess it is, mode. Which means your view turns into black and white, but no biggie, because it’s so exciting just to be able to see things that you’ll just be having a blast. And it’s still a rather clear picture. If you’re like me.. (sounds familiar) .. you may actually be giggling and dancing and prancing around the yard.(Just don’t tell anybody I said that.)Seriously though, it really does work and it’s a lot of fun. I’m sure there’s lots of specific uses for it such as nature, personal protection, zombie apocalypse monitoring, and things like that, but to me they’re just fun and interesting and I love going out to look for the nature in the trees. Speaking of that, at some point you’ll notice that as you look at the lens, it looks like there’s sort of a flashlight thing pointing at whatever you’re looking at. It’s kind of a weird sensation. My first instinct was to move a closer and aimed it down at my feet and sure enough it got brighter and I could swear there was a flashlight just shooting out the front, but then as I move the unit off to the side and just look down at where it was aiming there is no darn light. Then I looked at the front of the unit and there is no light (except for a little red light you’ll notice) it’s kind of freaky but I guess that’s what the infrared looks like through the lens. It is actually lighting up what it aims at. But you can’t see it. Unless you look through the lens of course. It’s just super cool.Unfortunately, at this point I had to let my wife play with it for a while.When I got it back I realized that I had totally forgotten that this thing is also a camera and video camera.I checked it out. Not bad at all ! It actually works too! Amazing!Full functionality of everything that the ad promised !It even came with a huge memory card!I’m not a photography expert but I definitely do appreciate good clear crisp pictures. I’m used to the ones from my fancy high end flip flop phone. I haven’t spent enough time with this yet to tell you whether or not this is as good as or better than my phone, but with the first few glances I would say it’s pretty close. And that’s really good, especially considering that this thing was like 1/15th the price of my phone and my phone doesn’t see very well in pitch black darkness.Bottom line: . Yes it does work. Yes it’s a blast. Yes I recommend it. Yes you should buy it, Yes… I mean, what could possibly go wrong?That’s my highest rating score of 5 Yeses ! Now….. if we could just get this thing to surf the net and take phone calls…. Fun to use for close proximity
Cons: When I bought these during the Christmas shopping season I was not expecting professional level but expecting a certain level. These night vision goggles are fun to use if you are out camping or on the deck and want to see what is not far from where you are. Do not expect to see across a small field or football field, it is too far away. The zoom feature acts like it is digital so it isn’t very clear.Positive: If you want to use it for close to short range viewing at night for fun then these work very well for that! The detail of sticks on a tree and leaves is very clear so are other objects.I voted this with 3 stars as I am on the fence or in the middle to recommend. Give them a shot and see what you think. If they are eligible for return, then it is always an option within the timeframe allowed. If you decide to do so, have fun, just make sure you are looking in the right ends with your eyes, lol!

We ordered 2 pair of the Night Vision Binoculars, one for us and the other for my sister and brother-in-law for a present. We were all able to set them up together and test them in darkness and during the day. For the money we purchased them for, they are well worth the investment. The only thing that we noticed is the icon on the rubber buttons are hard to see, especially when all of us are over 70, but it was remedied with rubbing a lumber crayon over the icons. The binoculars are light and easy to use. We are all taking a cruise in Alaska in May, we will surely use them. Totally recommend them at this price.

Great unit for the price.
Build quality of the unit is good. Strap is a good length. Night vision works well. Has more features than we need. Great unit to have.

Best gift of the year!
So unfortunately I did not buy this for myself so I’ve only had a few opportunities to play with them first hand. I bought them as a Christmas present for my mother because her favorite past time is sitting on her porch and watching nature out of her backdoor (her backdoor just so happens to open up into endless woods and nature). On a regular basis she will watch for her favorites; families of deer (they brought two new babies with them this year!) Wild turkeys and woodpeckers. I gave her these for 2 reasons, her eyesight isn’t as great as it used to be, drastically cutting back on the beautiful nature she can witness. And I thought if she was up late, the night vision could open a whole new world of animal friends for her to watch that she wouldn’t normally catch roaming around in the day time. She was using these binoculars daily when she first received them. So much so that her boyfriend sent me a text telling me he no longer gets his relaxing nights on the couch with mom anymore 😂 Moral of the story, I definitely recommend these binoculars! For yourself or any other nature loving friend or family member. I will ask if she’s able to figure out how to send some pictures that she’s captured to add to the review.

Sharp, bright image – a must have while walking during dark
I bought this for when i’m trekking to my blind deep in the back of the forest I hunt in. I needed some help visually when it’s pitch black, no moon out, due to the terrain and waterways – so i don’t fall and destroy my ankle or whatever. I just tried these goggles out and WOW. Just wow. 10 stars. I was highly skeptical this would do anything my other than give me sight in the dark at 10-15 yards or something like that. NOPE. I could see CLEAR, sharp images for probably out to 100 yards (my vision is perfect, actually it’s better than 20/20, just for reference. I can’t speak to how this would work for someone with poor vision). The motion detection was fantastic. The illumination on the IR, also fantastic. The LCD screen is crisp viewing. While walking, I immediately spotted a small critter about 40 yards to my left while I was sweeping the sight back and forth testing the goggles out. The critters eyes were lit up like light bulbs on my screen and I could see the whole animal clearly. Needless to say, while prohibited to be used during hunting, i am SO thrilled to have it to use while hiking to my ground blind. Especially crossing the ravine and rocky creek right in front of it. I feel better now knowing I can see the ground and far out with these goggles. Also, it was pitch black when I tested them. No light source, cloud covered sky and no light pollution.

Lightweight, adequate for our purposes, came in a timely way.
We use these binoculars to locate predators around our property when the dogs alert us to intruders. The ability to recharge at the computer or via an AC cube makes thesem lightweight and economical to use. The images aren’t terrifically clear, but they’re not bad at all for the price, and given that we are interested only in what species we’re looking at – bobcat, cougar, coyote, dog, or bear – are perfectly adequate for our needs.

Good Product for a Good Price.
We have a cabin in the woods and use these to sit on the porch in the dark and watch the wildlife at night. They work great in low light conditions and have a nice large viewing screen. Great product for the price. I would recommend.

Like it but….
Like the goggles just wish the buttons were spaced or configured differently. For someone with small hands I wish the buttons were not all in the middle. Changing modes is confusing and I can never easily find the recording button. But for the price and quality of the product I’d definitely recommend checking it out.

Useful daytime/dusk also, but very sensitive in low light
I would like to say ahead of time this will shine light in your face, by design, so you need to know that. It’s not like a covert “viewing scope” or binoculars but instead, lights up the viewing display makes your face visible to the enemy. That may or may not be a problem. With that out of the way, I really love this device and now after using it for some months, in many settings, I give it an A- overall. Useful for just looking, and great if you want to record also. My picture here shows ambient light mode, across the room. Fringing occurs of colors. Notice effects on straight edges and high contrast areas. Nighttime use is much sharper, better defined, but B/W due to imager design. This is normal. Also, nice extra that the EXIF included with JPGs this shoots is rich with data and probably useful for you in case you are creating a library of images. Caution: get yourself familiar with the buttons and layout and functions, as you will not be able to figure it out in the dark. They are all at handy fingertip positions but if you don’t remember which one is which, you will not be able to turn it on or even use it.

This is very cool, do not hesitate to buy!
Very pleasantly surprised how great these worked in the Pitch Dark or during the day. It takes still photos or video and has a great range. It records video & sound very well! I live in a rural area and sometimes at night I here some animal outside and want to know what it is. These do the trick and I can see way over into my neighbors property as well in total darkness. Fun fun fun.I did not give 5 star only because the battery doesn’t seem to last very long. Must keep it plugged in if you want it ready at a moments notice.

Exciting and educational
Gifted my adult Son theFYTGA Night Vision Binoculors, he and others ate enjoying them on weekend nights. We live on edge of woods, behind and in front of property, we can sit on either porch or deck and see all the “activity of night life in trees, on ground. Enjoying ourselves, very much. He can’t wait to take them camping with him and his girlfriend.

Great for Gifting
I bought this for my husband for the holidays. And let me tell you He was OBSESSED, he was like a kid on Christmas morning and Christmas week playing with their favorite toys. Any chance he got he would go outside or look out the winder with them and test it in every setting. Showing everyone in the family as well. He couldn’t wait to use them in the woods. Night vision works
Have really enjoyed using the night vision binoculars. My wife and I have been able to watch the white tale deer 🦌 coming into our back yard in the dark to get to our feeders.

Neat gift

Perfection
Bought a pair for my son and then a pair for my son in law. They both love these and use them all the time. They sneak out at night and watch the deer and get great photos. Would highly recommend.

Looking through the binoculars it looks like it’s daylight. It’s also more like a camera than actual binoculars and even has the ability to store pictures on the SD card. Highly recommend!
