Good refurb iPad
This is a very good refurbed iPad at a very good price. We had no issues with it, it works as well as any new iPad I’ve worked with. Originally purchased for my daughter’s college work, it is now my wife’s go-to portable device when a phone isn’t enough. I totally recommend it, just know what model you’re purchasing and whether it has limitations as to iOS versions and/or apps you need.

I lost my old iPad on a flight a year ago and I didn’t want to spend the money to get a brand new one. I looked into “renewed”, “refurbished”, “recertified” products and decided to give it a try. Good Quality
I’m surprised at how quickly this item arrived to my house! It shipped and arrived next day! It works fine, so far, as I got it to replace my 10 year old iPad for my daughter who uses it for gaming and her iPad was incomparable with most of the apps she wanted to download. The only negative thing I can say so far is that it has some weird scratch/dirt looking marks on the screen that won’t come off. Other than that, it looks to be amazing!

This is my 3rd ipad I’ve had and as of now, my favorite and I still love and use my other ones too.
I have several apps that only run on an ipad and I wanted an newer tablet, can’t beat an ipad.. I have a couple and the only reason I got a new one is that the apps won’t work on a 10 year old ipad operating system! I still have and use my old ones… the mini ipad I got about 9 years ago I use every day, I just can’t install newer apps on it. This one is nice, screen is a good size and it’s so vibrant and clear. Everything works and is much faster than the old ipad, and I have never had a problem at all with my other two. When it comes to small tablets that I can take with me, in my purse or a tote… my ipad is my pick hands down. So handy and I can do most anything I need to do on it. I’m VERY satisfied with my purchase! Thank you.

Not happy.
This is what a problem buying a refurbished iPad from a reseller is like. First of all, the wall plug adapter sent by the seller overheats to the point that it is too hot to touch. 2) a charging cable was sent and it is the ONLY cable that gets the iPad to start charging. My other ones don’t work. 3)box it up take it to UPS; get the labels printed (there are 3 so $8 for printing 4);box it up in original box, etc and they will send me a new one. 5) Wish i had saved my $ and gotten the port fixed on my iPad Pro instead of this 6) i still have no tablet after all of this! I’m very skeptical of this company now because don’t they know how to install a charging port that will work with the usual replacement cables?The battery runs down quickly; the speed of this is very very slow. Now I wish I’d kept my money and fixed my iPad. I may do just that.

Battery on two out of the three I bought no longer charge and are inoperable
IPads arrived and had no issues, although one of the iPads is not the same generation as the other two. In under a year the batteries for two out of three of the IPads are not functional and will not charge, in effect, rendering them useless.My theory is that cheap internals (Including the battery) were used to refurbish the IPad. Other than that they functioned as expected. That’s why I didn’t give 1 star.

My third iPad
I’m a professional musician, and I use these iPads a lot in my profession. From an audio hookup to supply music through the PA, to reading music on an app, these iPads are indispensable to me.Every once in awhile I have to upgrade to get apps to work. That was the case with this purchase. It’s a great value for the money; the screen resolution is fantastic! I would not be able to tell that this was a refurbished iPad. Really, couldn’t find any surface scratches at all. The glass is perfect, looks brand new. So does the case.I really like that I’m able to now get upgraded apps and really superior pictures, all at a fabulous price point.Highly recommended!

Huge refurbished fan
Once again, a refurbished item came in like new condition and working flawlessly. The device looks untouched, the glass is pristine, the battery lasts hours. The only thing I do is read reviews… if plenty of reviews say the same as I just did and/or praise customer service, I feel safe taking a shot. So far so good. I haven’t been disappointed yet.

Christmas present-works perfect

Not as advertised but acceptable for my purposes
Other reviews of similar products led me to expect an iPad in an original Apple box with Apple accessories. None of that happened. I was expecting a reasonably pristine iPad, but there were a few minor scuffs on the back. Looked at in the right light, the screen shows evidence of heavy use with a stylus, and it can’t be cleaned off. The iPad arrived 76% charged; it took 5 hours to charge to 100%, which seems a bit excessive. If it holds that charge for a good long while, that may not be a problem. I’ll come back and rate that when I see how it does.Having said all that, I should also say that for the money I paid, none of these little niggles are catastrophic. Yes, I was expecting a cleaner product, but everything installed properly (and easily — Apple sees to that), and everything is performing as it should and as I wanted it to. I got a late enough generation that it could be updated to the current iOS, and that’s A Very Good Thing. All in all, I’m pleased, even though the reconditioning could have been a little more thorough.

Good Used/Refurb iPad
I had a 5th Gen iPad but wanted to upgrade (just a bit) so got this 6th Gen. I expected it to arrive a bit cleaner, but a quick wipe down and cleaning on my part took care of that. It came with a case, which was unexpected. It’s probably not a case I will use but it’s a nice to have. Also came with a new charger and cable, not Apple brand, which is fine. The battery life doesn’t seem great, perhaps to be expected with an older iPad, though my old 5th Gen seems to have slightly better battery life. Overall I’m pleased for what I got for the price I paid versus a brand new iPad.

Bought this for my dad as a Father’s Day gift, he LOVES it! Instead of trying to read the news on his iPhone, he grabs his iPad to surf social media and read the news, almost religiously! If you’re okay knowing someone else used it first, this is a great way to save some money. Bought the PEPKOO Triple Shockproof Case for iPad 5th/6th Generation 9.7 inch 2017 2018, iPad Air 2 Gen case to go with it, the swivel handle is great for holding the iPad or standing it upright on its own.

I don’t know.
I just got it 8.22.23 and haven’t had a chance to use it. It wants me to put my old iPad next to it, but my old iPad is lost somewhere in Entebbe Uganda or somewhere in Amsterdam where my lost and now returned luggage went. Apple has it locked it up for 24 hours why they try to figure out who I am even though they have sent codes to my cell phone and e-mail. Wish I would have bought something else not an Apple fan, but I got use to the old iPad so just went with it.
