The charger that came with it doesn’t work
I received the iPad, the battery was at 6%. I tried charging it with the charger it came with and the charger didn’t work. Then I tried a different hub. Lastly I tried my Macbook Air charger on the IPad Pro and it works for charging. The iPad works fine but the charger it came with has not worked at all.

Scored Again With Warehouse Purchase
I’m going to use my Ipad for searching and showing digital cooking recipes since I’ve decided to follow the WFPB diet plan. There are quite a few cookbooks that I want to get my hands on, but would be a waste of money, printed paper, etc. Downloading digital copies is much better as it saves money and is good for the environment. The only thing I didn’t care for was that the Ipad IOS wanted to download data from my Iphone and sync all of my devices which I did not want or need.Other than that, I’m satisfied with my purchase.

Basically brand new
Needed one for school and it was very much in good condition it looked brand new. Highly recommend buying charger if you buy here since the one in the box when you order does not work but if you buy charger straight from apple it’s pretty cheap. The iPad works perfectly , had no issues using intense software for my classes😊Update: Had the iPad for a over a year now and it still runs very well, never had any issues charging or turning it on, and connects perfectly with all software’s for my classes. This was definitely a worthwhile purchase as a college student.

Excellent condition
This is a renewed product, so I wasn’t necessarily expecting it to be in pristine condition, but there is barely any mark on it at all. The only imperfection is a very small, very slight scuff on one edge that took me a while to even notice. It feels brand new and works great! The only down side is that I think its battery life isn’t as long as a brand new iPad, but again, I wasn’t expecting it to be like a brand new item. Great quality and definitely affordable, comparatively to new and other renewed/used products.

First apple product! Impressed
Its a great little tablet. I bought it for my artwork. The screen display is great! Its been great for my art. The one I got comes with a c charging port, which is nice because my samsung phone uses the same port. Battery life isn’t as good as my phone though! But it still is a great product. I hope to switch all my devices to apple in the future.

Better than expected!!!
Update: the vendor sent the correct cord in 2 days and the ipad is amazing! Customer service is A+++This ipad is in pristine condition, minus some scratches where the pencil sits. I cannot speak to anything else as it will not charge because I was not sent a USB-C charger, I was sent a lightning charger. I have requested that a USB-C charger be sent and I will update once I can fire this thing up!

Great buy!
This IPad was an awesome buy! I’m ecstatic that I bought this model (which has the M1 chip) over the newest model (which has the M2 chip)! After doing some research, the M1 chip beats the M2 in a lot of scenarios! Mostly what I use the IPad for which is creating music! The screen is brilliant, the sound is well above expectations! The battery life is a little lower than I’d like, but it’s suitable. This was a great buy!

Looks like new!
This iPad Pro looks like a brand new one and it was rarely used by the previous owner. Also, it’s very odd to see a Samsung USB C to USB C cable as a charger while the 18-watt adapter is normal, but made in a different company and the rest is fine.

Not working
When I first received the iPad Pro it had a lot of trouble charging. I had to angle the charger a certain way in the port for it to charge. After two weeks of use it completely blacked out one morning after charging. It won’t turn on anymore or charge.

Dessapointed
Had ipads for 14 yrs. I can’t work this one, it’s so not intuitive. Horrible instructions, well.. really no instructions. What an arrogant company. And what lack of respect for paying customers. I guess I’ll have to log in YOUTUBE to try and teach myself how to navigate this one, as it does not behave like its predecessors. Incredible.

Avoid refurb
When I received the product, the screen glitched constantly. Half of the screen would turn magenta and be unusable. Less than a year from purchase, the iPad will not leave the apple screen.

I got mine perfectly outside, screen, apps, logging in, … everything looks great so far. The only one issue I got was that while watching Youtube, the videos were kept very small in the left corner and I had to make it appeared in the full screen and it works. I’m not so happy that it doesn’t look like watching videos on Youtube at first on your other devices,…

Screen was pretty scratched up
There are some minor scratches, which honestly don’t bother me a ton. However, there’s also these incredibly deep scratches. Mine came with a glass screen protector, so it doesn’t feel too rough but I can definitely tell that if I take the screen protector off it’ll be noticeable. I use my iPad for art primarily so this will inevitably effect my usage with the product. Strongly considering returning but I’m weary given other peoples experiences with attempting to return.

Yea I’ve seen all the negative reviews but thankfully got it in almost pristine condition with only tiny minuscule knicks on the screen that aren’t even noticeable with the screen on and if its off your gonna need to look close af to see them other than that the off brand charger they gave seems to work perfectly as well so I’s deff rate this purchase.

Got this for my SO because she was doing all her artwork on her iphone (and it was still amazing!). Bought this as an early birthday present and she just can’t put it down.No complaints at all. It *is* used/refurbished but any “damage” is cosmetic and nowhere near the screen. Buttons work fine. Works with Apple Pencil 2 and Procreate!

BAD CHARGER – if your ipad doesn’t charge read this
first of all i will say the ipad came in AMAZING condition! absolutely no scratches or dents and came with a screen protector already on it, and works flawlessly.HOWEVER, the charging block they send is not good, and when trying other blocks/chargers, it may seem like the ipad will not charge.ipads need AT LEAST a 12w charging block. they send you with a 5w, and most cheap chargers from the store are only 5w. you must use a more expensive and better charging block for the ipad to charge !!after using a better charging block it worked perfectly. i do believe they need to send a more adequate charging block in with the ipad.

Good Tablet Poor Seller
I purchased this as refurbished, and a few months later I started having problems. I contacted the seller, Tech Exchangee, and they basically blew me off. They said I have a 90 day warranty. When I tried to talk further with them about my situation they never responded. Poor customer service. From now on I will not purchase refurbished products from Amazon.If this product was brand new I wouldn’t have problems with it, and would give it 5 stars.

IPad Pro turned out GREAT but the charger not so much.
Because of some negative reviews I’ve read, I was afraid my ipad pro would look banged up or not work properly. Kept my expectations rather low. However, when I took it out of the box, it looked pretty brand new with only some smudges on the screen. So happy! I set it up right away with no issues. My apple pencil also works, so that sealed the deal for me to keep this purchase.The only reason why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the charger. My ipad pro kept making the beeping sound for charging, which told me the cable or the usb port was of cheap quality. Luckily I had another usb-c cable I used for my nintendo switch. This is not a big deal since I wanted a usb-a to usb-c type of charger, which I’m buying separately. However other people might find this very annoying.

This was almost a disaster!
This item did not wake up with a press and hold on the power button or a wake up with a charger plugged in. I had to do the volume button power button trick to wake it up. It seems to be working pretty good. I had one small scratch on the screen, otherwise, it was like new.

Overall Good – Charger Doesn’t Work
Charger: The charger does not work, so you will have to purchase that separately.Screen: There are quite a few scratches, but once you put a screen protector on top, you can not see them anymore.Overall Performance: It does work pretty well and is fast for most general uses like streaming videos and taking notes. I do not know if it works for high performance streaming games or drawing art.Overall, I do think you are getting what you paid for. The iPad works fairly well overall for second hand use. The only issues I have are the battery and charger. I think the battery does drain rather fast when using compared to other models- but it was not so concerning to the point where I felt that I needed to reach out to the seller. And as mentioned previously, my other concern was the charger; the charger does not work and is not from Apple so you will have to purchase that separately or try reaching out to the seller (something I have not done).

I have a lovely iPad that I’ve been using for about two years now, and there’s hardly any wear and tear. I highly recommend getting a screen protector and a camera protector to avoid any potential cracks. On Good Friday, my iPad Pro stopped charging. So, I went out and bought new cords and chargers. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the problem. After running the gambit of mixed emotions (my whole life was on that iPad), I came to Amazon to see if I could find a replacement. After going through everything that was available, I started checking specs and customer reviews. When I got to this iPad and seller, to say I was apprehensive would be an understatement! I have never bought an electronic item that was used, refurbished, or renewed, and to tell the truth, I had never considered one either. This particular iPad Pro was listed as “renewed” in excellent condition, but since it had 1TB of storage and was being sold at such a fantastic price, I decided to give it a try. I had checked out Apple’s website, and a 2022 model with 1TB was selling for $1999 and up. This iPad Pro was a 2020 model and was being sold for $714.95!! So, a HUGE price difference! My iPad was supposed to arrive by Wednesday at 9 pm, but it actually arrived on Tuesday around 11 am! It arrived in a generic brown box, inside an envelope. When I opened the box, the iPad was wrapped in bubble wrap, along with the charger and charging cord. Once I removed the bubble wrap, I could not believe my eyes! This iPad looks basically brand new, just minus the protective plastic covering that is on all new Apple products! After carefully examining this little beauty, I cannot find any scratches, nicks, or blemishes! Not on the screen, not on the cover, not even on the corners!! I feel like I got an excellent deal! I received this iPad from a place called Tech Exchangee, and the next tech item that I need, I will be checking them out before anyone else! I would not hesitate to purchase another “renewed” item from this great seller! This was truly an awesome purchase!

So far, best decision ive made.
Only had it in my possession a couple of days. So far, it’s flawless. Physically flawless. Even came with a glass screen protector on it sealed perfectly with no air bubbles which i did not expect at all. Haven’t had much experience with it yet being that I do not have a case yet and I am not that daring to use it without a case lol. But overall, Battery life (which i was most concerned with) seems great so far. Hasn’t died on me yet and ive only charged it once since receiving it (because it came on 34% and i needed 50% to update the iPadOS. I know each purchase is different but i have ZERO complaints with my experience.

Glitchy, but Good Enough
I am assuming this is something of a fluke and I just got unlucky, but the iPad I received has been glitching since day 1. When I write using any apple pencil, it starts making markings (Lines, dots, etc) in places of the screen that I didn’t touch. This is especially common when I write on the top half of the screen. It is still functional, just irritating.
