Upgraded from IPhone 8 Plus
I bought this used IPhone 13 Pro in “excellent” condition and I’m happy with my choice. Battery came in at 95% and only a few very small nicks around the edges. One small scratch on the screen which is not an issue at all. Much faster than my old IPhone 8 Plus and the move over worked well but I was required to sign in several app with password and two stage verification. Overall very happy.

Still expensive and had issues connecting to email and text services
Have only had it a month or so now. I spent 6 hours and 4 trips to my carrier and Apple Store to get the unit to work properly. The carrier first said there was a software issue only Apple Store could fix-they tried on the phone to no avail. So then to the Apple Store who wiped the phone twice and reloaded it via the cloud. Then again back to my carrier-who got it working. However-I just noticed all my old music was not on the phone so now gotta figure that one out. Oh-battery seems to run down much faster that my old iphone10-at least so far.For $100 more-I could have had a new 13Pro and likely-less hassle.

Everything works but one small issue
I bought this phone in good condition, and everything works well, and it came with 89% battery health witch I think is pretty good, but the 1x camera sometimes has trouble focusing sometimes and it causes the screen to shake especially if the object/person is up close. I can get it to focus but I spent almost 600$ on this phone and that’s very annoying especially since I’m paying for a phone in good condition. I won’t return it since I need a phone right now and I can live with it because I don’t take a crazy number of pictures and it can still take nice picture when I need it to, and the recording mostly works fine.

Seems perfect mostly!
Everything was perfect physically! So happy with it. Batter is at 86%, and I would expect a little better for excellent condition, but not a huge deal since it seems perfect physically. The battery also seems to get really hot when charging so far.If I had to guess, I’d say they replaced the screen. There’s a gap between the frame, speaker, and the screen.All in all, no huge problems so far. I will update if there is. Thanks, Amazon!

Great but could be better
The phone has exceeded my expectations in physical condition, there’s one small nick on the front screen but it does not impede use at all. My battery life is lower than the other reviews I saw on here, but it about the same as my old phone so I’m not losing any battery life.My only real complaint is that the third camera (3x zoom) has four spots that are always in the picture when you’re taking a picture at more than 3x zoom, which is annoying if I want to take a picture against a light colored background.I recognize that this is a used iPhone and it’s expected to have some faults, I just wanted to point out some of the things that *could* be better.Overall I would recommend this seller!

Great purchase
I have been going back-and-forth on buying a phone, but finally my hand was forced because of issues with my old one. I’m so glad that I found this one online, I know it’s not the newest model, but I don’t need that. What I need is a good, reliable phone that was inexpensive, and that’s what I got! The phone has 86% battery life left, which is fine with me when I compare to my old 11 that was at less than 70%. The screen is unmarked, and I don’t see any scratches on it!

Great phone, even better price!!
What can I say, the phone itself is amazing, all the features work well, I don’t notice any issues. The cameras, display, software, everything is wonderful. Only thing that dropped this purchase down to a four for me is the battery health, which came in at 85%, so will certainly have to change that soon. Also a few scratches around the edges. Seeing as I bought in “Excellent” condition I expected at least better battery and fewer scratches. That being said, overall good purchase, would recommend!!

Just buy it! No regrets here! 100% battery
I was really skeptical about buying refurbished products up until this point, but you’re saving a lot of money by buying used products. My iPhone came with full 100% battery, screen is fully intact, no damages. But over the use of about 6 months now, I’ve noticed that the battery does deplete fast, but that’s just the battery life of Apple products.

End product was good, but a hassle
I’ve bought refurbished phones before and not had an issue, but this was my first time using Amazon Renewed. The first phone came and had 100% battery which I was happy about, but there was a crack in the lower left corner. Disappointing, but I returned it and bought another from Amazon Renewed. The second phone had 85% battery health, which is still good, and it works perfectly.The reason I’m giving it 3 stars is the way they dragged their feet giving me my refund. I returned it, it showed it arrived at their facility on January 12, and they kept pushing out my refund date which was aggravating because now I had two phones on my credit card bill. I contacted them on Jan 28 and they told me not to worry, I’d have my refund by February 17. I said absolutely not, they had better refund me by the end of the month, or I was going to dispute the charge. The guy chatting with me reassured me I’d get my money by February 17 and I went in circles with him on this, with us both stating the same thing over again. I ended it by telling him to tell his supervisor (who he had contacted to find out about the refund), that if I wasn’t refunded by Jan 31, I would be disputing it. I had the refund by the next day.So that was a pain and started to make me feel like it was a scam. It all turned out well, but they did not make the process easy. Supposedly they have to have received it AND processed the return for me to be refunded, but it was a ridiculous amount of time and should have been done long before.That being said, I’m happily typing this review from the second phone I bought from them and it’s in great condition.

First time buying amazon renewed, honestly better than I expected. The deal in itself seemed like a steal however a bit dissapointed with the 85% battery health. Kinda wish it wouldve been in the 87-92 range or just a whole new battery in general, other than that it is the iPhone 13 Pro. 120 hz display, solid battery life, solid brightness, again if you are going to buy a phone “renewed” is definitely the way to go to keep e-waste off the planet

So far so good – phone came better than expected.
I was worried about buying from a third-party seller, and the ration of bad reviews. I think it depends on the seller/the randomness of the phones they fix up when you get a ‘bad’ one. I went through DirectCertified I believe, for a blue 128 GB iPhone 13 pro.I ordered on a Saturday, it was shipped out on Sunday, and I received it on Tuesday morning – I did have to sign for it. It came in a white box, sealed, and when you opened the box there was a 30-day warranty instruction/troubleshooting instruction. There was also a SIM card poker, a new charger underneath the phone, and the phone wrapped in bubble wrap. It also had a protective film around the phone.When I inspected it, the phone was honestly in near-perfect physical condition, just had some dirt around the camera lenses. I wiped it away quickly. The battery life was ay 87%, which is decent for a used phone, and given the price I paid, I’m happy with what I received.I will keep testing everything of course for the next month, but so far so good on quality and service!

The phones are being sold by THIRD party sellers
I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro 128GB (gold) in Excellent Condition. The phone was in a very good condition (no screen scratches, the camera was fine, no scratches around the edges etc) and the battery life was 87%. HOWEVER, as you can see from the photos the screen was damaged from the inside and there were two black spots where the phone wasn’t responding ( I guess a screen replacement caused this). These dots expand with time and you end up with a black and dead screen! I contacted the third-party seller and sent back the phone as a defective/damaged product. Thankfully, they were very helpful and they issued a refund as soon as they receive the phone.

Just received my iPhone 13 Pro. I use it in my business and currently have a iPhone XR. This one is slightly smaller than the xr but not by much. Sounds better, more responsive and better images and camera. I am no expert but to me seems that way.The phone came nicely packaged with new charge and cord. Also a nice little clear sleeve so I dont scratch it before my rugged case shows up!Also my phone when going through settings shows a years warranty and also I purchased the monthly insurance for accidents etc for 7.29 I believe.On the fence about new or an Amazon reman? Mine is like new. Looks as though came right out of the box. Popped a SIM card in from the old phone and transferred all my contacts, pics etc in less than 20 minutes.

Not in excellent condition
So far the phone works good, what I didn’t like for it to supposedly be in excellent condition is what it said when I ordered the phone. There are nicks around the rim of the camera lens, a scratch on the screen, and it said is dual for sim card and SD card, it’s for 1 sim. That’s why I gave it a four.

Phone arrived packaged well with a block and charger. Did not immediately notice any damage to phone. Nothing noticeable. Looks almost brand new. Checked battery capacity. 88%. Not the best but for the price I can’t complain. I’ll be back the next time I need a newer phone as I can’t justify dropping $1000 on a phone.

I’ve never ordered anything refurbished before and so this was a small leap of faith. I’m happy with my choice. Phone was clean, no scratches and functions like any phone. The aspects that are different : there is a tiny spot on the edge of the screen that is always dark. It’s so small that it took me a week to notice it..it’s about the size of a single poppy seed. It doesn’t affect phone use but maybe some people would dislike that little spot. Also the battery is at 89% of what it was when new. For the big drop in cost relative to a new phone, these aspects are fine with me.The phone is clear, fast and takes great photos..no scratches on lenses.

I’m impressed
So I had an iPhone XS (10), and desperately needed a upgrade, on a budget. Doing my research, my best bet was getting a 13 Pro over a 15. I was doubtful of buying off Amazon, but after looking at reviews, I said, “why not”.Out of the package, it looked great, well it should since it’s “refurbished” (look at photos). The screen and the back of the iPhone had no noticeable scratches of any kind.Transfer wise, everything went smooth! I couldn’t do the side-by-side iPhone transfer, so I had to do another option. The battery life was 87% (see photo 3). I was a bit disappointed since it wasn’t a full 100%, but I’ll do that when I need to. On another point, this was the 256 GB storage option, so a plus.Another point, the shipping came a day or two after it was “supposed” to deliver (was saying it’ll be delivered within 5 days). If you’re patient, then it’s fine.Overall, I’m happy with this iPhone 13 Pro, way better than my iPhone XS (10). Hopefully this will last and have no issues!

Hey soo I was very skeptical or w.e on buying this phone I was even gonna cancel it 🤣 but yall it was worth it battery life on 💯 fosho & NO scrachesss or nothinnn camera good everything trust I checked too to bottom took me bout 2 hours and 3 mins. Soo yea this it yall PeriodT. 😘

Muy buen producto, mucha espera
El producto luce totalmente nuevo de fabrica supero mis expectativas,solo tiene un rasguño en la pantalla imperceptible bajo el protector el punto negativo es que se demoró excesivamente en llegar 2 semanas aproximadamente mucho para ser un pedido antes de año nuevo, en fin valio la pena la espera un muy buen producto a un excelente precio

Came in absolute amazing condition (regarding scratches/fractures/cameras/etc)Gave 4 stars and not 5 only because it came with 85% battery health and without the original charger (came with a non-original one)Overall I’m very very happy with it! Great price and amazing color
