So I love the product I would say the only issue is the battery life I put the watch on at 11am full charge it’s been 7hrs and it’s currently at 9% and it’s only 6pm my last watch that was a series 3 from Apple even after I had it for almost 8 yrs that watch’s battery life lasted longer than this one and Internet research says that this Apple Watch should last about 18 hours of battery life

Visible scratches “Excellent” & Bad Battery
Amazon lists excellent ratings as saying: “The screen and body show no signs of cosmetic damage visible from 12 inches away”. I can in fact see scratches from more than 12 inches away. The battery life is also at 85% of its original capacity, so it dies quite quickly. While yes, Amazon’s criteria is that the battery has to have 80% or more of its original capacity, with the scratches and 85% of the battery I would not call this product “Excellent”. I would call it good, but not excellent.Just to top it all off, on the outside of the box that the watch came in, nowhere on it does it mention the quality the watch is supposed to be in, and the paperwork that is included lists the watch as new. (The watch isn’t new). This makes me come to the conclusion that in the company’s warehouse, they could pull a random box off the shelf for someone’s order and have no clue what the quality of the watch is without looking inside. Basically, all of this shows me that this company doesn’t know how to run a good business. (Amazon is not shipping these, the one I bought came from the factory itself).

Definitely not like new
I purchased two of these for my nieces for Christmas and was very disappointed. The faces were scratched, they won’t hold charge for more than 3 hours at a time, one of the bands broke the same day, the chargers that came with them also broke. It’s been a month since I purchased them and they’re basically just shelf decorations.

Great watch
Bought this for my fiancé for Valentine’s Day and he loved it! It was a great price for being used. Works great, battery life is awesome the only thing I was upset with was that the charger makes the watch very hot. I thought the chargers were universal so I used it for my watch and it doesn’t charge over 10% and ends up over heating my watch and shuts it down. The watch is 5/5 but the charger is 3/5 cause jt works for him but not for mine.

Battery wont hold a charge after 3 months
the (renewed) watch looked perfect, it came in generic packaging but after a few months would go from 100% to 20% in a couple of hours. even in low power mode and everything off. Now it dies after an hour even sitting on a desk off the charger.

(the lines are bc i wear the watch lower and higher bc the silicone band irritates my skin a wee bit. this happened with other watches but i wasnt able to buy nonsilicone replacement for that watch so i like that already) i did have to call support to help connect the watch to my phone initially but they were great. the box was done nicely, the watch face doesnt have any dings and isnt cracked in any way so its well refurbished. the battery life is not as long as other fitbands but honestly it is overall a more powerful device since i can reply to texts and ask siri to start a workout and tell her which workout im doing, or ask her to set timers and much more. i dont have any way of testing accuracy but either way it motivates me to take my dog for more walks and longer walks and to start doing pilates and yoga and running again. the app is also pretty easy to get the hang of!

Charges just fine and I see in the comments that people are saying the battery doesn’t last but I use mine to workout and it last about a day and half to 2 days before it completely dies. I love it

1st watch would hold charge RETURNED 2nd try perfect
Getting three stars because the first watch didn’t work, but the second watch has been great.I was so excited but in the end disappointed. The watch wont stay charged 1/2 a day so I went on U-tube looked up all the ways to save battery (pretty much turned off all the features you want in your Apple Watch) and it’s still only stayed charged for 8 hrs. Disappointing.Bought a 2nd one hoping for better luck works great so far one month inTheir return was wonderful. I returned the first watch didn’t get a confirmation on the return or confirmation that it was in route, but they did receive it, and a full return was issued. It took about two weeks.

Expected the worst but got next to brand new watch
after reading the negative reviews I was off and on about making this purchase. After receiving the watch I was worried bc it took over 2 hours to charge where it would turn on. But I’m impressed with the quality that I received. There is a little knick on the corner of the screen but other than that the charge lasts most of the day and functions normally. I received 2 different size bands that are apple brand. But received a black charger box to be expected after reading the description as well no instructions and I’m still trying to navigate the features and apps but paring was fast and effortless. All together I’m really happy I made the purchase and glad I did not have a negative experience like others. Thank you Amazon ☺️

Best purchase ever!
I bought this watch for myself and have been having it for a couple of months now. So far it has been working perfectly. It came in without any knicks or scratches at all. The battery life is pretty good. I haven’t had any issues with the watch. I believe this is by far my best purchase even with it being a refurbished product. I don’t have any connectivity issues at all and when connecting the Watch to my phone through the app, I didn’t run into any issues. When I’m ready to upgrade to a newer watch I will be buying from Amazon.

Beautiful
The watch is beautiful, only a tiny scuff where the watch face and metal meet, it’s not even noticeable, you have to really look. The reason for my 3 star review is the battery life. It battery was guaranteed at at least 85%. But I hardly use it throughout the day except to read one or two texts and the batters only last from 7am-5pm, to me that doesn’t sound like 85%+ but more like 70%.

I love this watch. I have only owned this one so I can’t really compare to other models in terms of quality, battery, or functions, but it does exactly what I wanted it to do. The battery life leaves much to be desired but with some tweaks, I was able to make it last almost a full day. I can’t use it for sleeping bc the battery won’t go that far without charging and I’m not with the charger throughout the day. All in all, I’m very happy with this model.

Okay so i finely decided to buy a smart watch, looked around and setteled on this one. all in all not bad for the price. wish the battery lasted longer then a day, but hey knew that when i was looking around ( friend has one and thats her complaint ) now for the watch. IT’S used = meaning someone owned it before so maybe some scratches on the glass or some thing. it showed up and no pink band, but it it had the metal rose gold band instead + ( in my book ) no scratches on glass + . only problem was getting it to updated but after an hour of mumbling under my breath and watching a video or 2 i figured it out. all in all i think it was a great deal. 178 plus the tax= 187 versus 350 to 700 for a new one. gave the screen 4 stars only because sometimes it is a little picky on where you have to touch.

Good product for the price. It works great and my watch had no dings or imperfections. It took a while to pair only because of the update but once I updated it, everything works perfectly. I was able to pair it with my iPhone 14 pro max. It’s also great that this series can still get the latest version of WatchOS. Definitely recommend

Great cosmetic condition, terrible battery life
The watch does everything it’s supposed to do and looks almost like new. However the battery only lasts a couple of hours which makes this watch pretty much useless. Within ten minutes of removing the watch from the charger the battery will discharge from 100% to 95% without even using it. I can’t just carry a charger with me everywhere.

Horrible battery twice?
The first watch I received looked great out of the box. I set it up then updated it while on the charger and it never came on again.I reached out to the company through Amazon and the customer service was great ! I received a new watch within a week.My problem now is the new watch is not keeping a full charge longer than 4hrs. The watch used to last over 12hrs. I tried to look past the two scratches on this watch because the watch worked.. but I will be returning this. It was really nice using the watch for about 2 months I’m going to get a new one this time.Updated 5/3/23I tried to use the watch a little longer despite the charging issues. It became uncomfortable and frustrating to use the watch because it started to burn my wrist after I took it off the charger. The imprint from the bottom of the watch left a mark on my wrist. I thought that if I let it cool after charging it wouldn’t burn my skin. I was wrong! The second time was worse and happened as the watch was dying.I really would like to give the watch 0 stars!The 3 stars are for the customer service! Every interaction was great start -finish. I applaud them for sending that replacement watch. I think there should be detailed inspections prior to selling the product. If those are already conducted, it would be nice to have possible issues listed in the description so these issues wouldn’t be a surprise. I enjoyed the watch while it lasted. my experience convinced me to purchase a new watch, if no issues occurred with the second watch I would’ve kept it. Scratches and all.

Great Starter Apple Watch
This works just like it says it does. It came in great condition though the battery health (81%) was a little lower than I was hoping but not terrible for a series 4. I did end up returning as this one just did not have all the features I was really looking for. I decided that a series 6 was better to fit my overall needs. If you don’t care about the always on display, more storage, and O2 sensor, this is a great starter Apple Watch!

So far so good
I’m be had the watch for a week and my only issue ia with the battery life. It doesn’t last more than 10 hours and usually is dead by the time I get home from work. I don’t know if that’s because it’s a refurbished watch or if that’s the normal battery life of an Apple Watch. Otherwise it’s a good watch and it’s encouraging me to get up and move more.

I purchased the pink with the pink sand band and bought a couple of fun bands as well. No scratches or any noticeable defects and I absolutely love it!The only issue is that I use it with a 6s plus phone, which is old, so I had to go to the Apple Store to get it to pair correctly. That’s bc the watch uses 9.0 and thePhone 8.7 or something. The guys at Apple told me I can pair the watch with phones up to a 12. I’ve had my phone since 2017, so I am careful with my electronics.Wish I had bought this sooner!

Aluminum case models DO NOT use sapphire glass

This is more of an FYI rather than a review. Apple incorrectly lists ALL series 4 models as having sapphire glass. THIS IS NOT TRUE. The aluminum case models come with Ion-X glass which is NOT as scratch resistant as sapphire. I purchased a 4 series with an aluminum case and confirmed with a Diamond Selector (used to test diamonds, but is commonly used to test watch glass) that it does not have sapphire. See the attached video. I compared the Apple watch to two other Citizen watches. The one on the left has a mineral crystal, the one in the middle has a sapphire crystal. Red means sapphire, NO red means something else (Mineral, Gorilla, Ion-X etc.).Now, Ion-X glass is not necessarily a bad thing. Sapphire glass is FAR more scratch resistant than Ion-X. However, Ion-X is FAR more shatter resistant. If you are going to be hard on your watch like working manual labor, constantly hitting it against hard objects, prone to dropping, then you should go with the Ion-X glass. Yes it is going to scratch on you, but it is much less likely to completely break/shatter. If you are simply wearing it for everyday activities with no regular threat of smashing or dropping it, then you should go with sapphire. There is still the possibility of it shattering when dropped or hit on a hard surface, but it will remain virtually scratch-free.

Scary At First, But Great When I Figured It Out
At first I gave this company a 1-star review. It appeared that my watch had come already linked to someone else’s account and if that’s the case, there’s no way to unlink it without that person’s password. Along about 3am I sat bolt upright in bed with a realization. What if it was in demo mode? I searched the trusty internet and there was a great video on YouTube from a guy who bought a used watch that was in demo mode and how he cleared it. It’s the easiest thing in the world to do. Five minutes later, my watch was set up to my account and was rocking along beautifully. Thus far, everything I’ve tried has worked beautifully, including the ECG (EKG) and the cellular function.So why the 4-star review for a watch that I’m rapidly coming to love? It’s because of the company. Sending the watch in demo mode with no documentation whatsoever was unprofessional. If they are going to sell refurbished watches, the watch should have a factory reset performed and be ready to link to the new user’s account on arrival. This cost me quite a bit of distress until it dawned on me after hours of fighting with it that the watch might have been in demo mode. And at that, I had to research until I found the YouTube video. Was it worth it? I think so, but if you’re wanting a watch that will come to you in the same state that it would have from Apple, this probably isn’t the place to shop.

Love the Watch, but charger didn’t work
Pros:- This is for my used watch, each is different -• Affordable compared to new• Mine had no visible signs of wearCons:- These are for a used watch -• No instruction manual• Battery charger doesn’t work• No care in packagingThis is my very FIRST Apple Watch, so there’s been a bit of a learning curve. The first 3 days was literally a headache. I almost returned it.On the surface…everything looked great. There were no visible signs of wear. No scratches or flaws.However, mine didn’t come with a user manual or instructions, so setting it up was a little difficult. Luckily, my iPhone was able to walk me through the process. I had to update my software on the iPhone, so it was a longer process. Once I got them both synced everything “seemed” to be working fine. However, the battery life drained within a few hours. I charged it overnight, but it only charged to 60%, and would rapidly drain. I scoured the internet to see what the problems might be. Deleted Apps, lowered brightness, turned on backup power reserve, etc. My last ditch effort before returning was to buy a different charger……and Voila…it worked! I also got a message to update the watch software once I plugged it into the new charger, so that may have also been the problem. So, the charger that mine came with was a dud. I imagine that might be the case for a lot of others since I’m seeing a lot of reviews about the battery life now.The good news is that it’s working like a dream now! It charges to 100% now, and my battery lasts all day!Overall, I’m happy that I finally made the leap to get an Apple Watch. I’ve had it for a month now, and I’m still finding new things to do with it. If you’re struggling with battery life on your watch I hope you found my comments helpful!
