-Q: why I can’t connect X3 with the Drift Life App properly.
-A: as the X3 has various Wi-Fi mode (AP mode and Station mode), please make sure you are entering into correct mode by checking these points.
1. when camera is turned on, please click on the Wi-Fi button once, and wait till the Wi-Fi LED go to solid. don’t hold the Wi-Fi button as it will trigger scanning QR mode.
2. if the problem is still exist, please connect your X3 with PC, and format the memory card by once, a wrong file in the memory card could also trigger unexpected behaviour on the Wi-Fi connection.

Ghist X3 Camera is junk
Camera will not hold charge when off, App is very slow, cant access camera via app until fully charged. I should have returned during 30-day window.

Everything is wrong with this; it takes forever to connect with the app, if it ever does and the camera angle needs to be corrected. It keeps saying Wi-Fi is connected or connecting but still does not connect; the app is junk. The error message comes up in Chinese and is hit or miss when recordeding. Unless you like headaches, don’t buy this camera.
