Very nice
This product fired right up out of the box, easy to set up, Wi-Fi hooked up great. Bluetooth capabilities, so I was able to run a wireless speaker to it even though it does have internal speakers. I added more USB ports to run wireless keyboard and mouse.Only have 16 RAM, so when I had YouTube playing and a few more windows open, it was too much for it. I would suggest 32 RAM if not more if you want to open a lot of windows at once.But overall, I am very pleased with it.

Happy with my purchase
After two months of use, all is well! I listen to Pandora while I’m working, and setup my external speakers/subwoofer… I really like the audio levels and equalizer options my old computer didn’t have. The sound is really great.

Pretty good computer for the price.
I’ve been using this computer a couple of weeks now and it’s been decent to me. I’ve been using the phones technology for so long. I almost forgot how to use a computer. I had to buy a computer because I’m the church treasurer and I needed a computer in my house to get my work done properly for the church. The computer is decently fast. The best features for me is the capability to connect with my phone. So if I get a phone call or if my doorbell rings, I get to see on camera through my computer who’s there or I get to answer the call through my computer. I also get to listen to voicemails and WhatsApp messages through my computer as well.

Updated Review: A Basic PC for EM and Web Browsing, But With Annoying Quirk
This is an updated review, down one star from the initial review. This is an obsolete model which, even in its heyday, was a compromise in speed and processing capacity to give an attractive price point. Works fine for EM and web browsing but struggles with graphics-intensive work or streaming applications. Has an annoying habit of disconnecting from the internet overnight and nothing short of a reboot is needed to re-establish an internet connection. I’ve finally given up trying to figure out the cause. I’m still OK w/ the PC but overall regret this purchase.

Very nice surprise so far!
I was super excited about this HP desktop order. I had an issue at first, because I did not know that the processor was in the monitor. I actually thought it was missing. So far so good. Set up was a breeze. No problems. Love the white. I gave 5 stars because I experienced great speed and am pleased with everything. Will update later if I need to.

Had to return it: slow and poor quality throughout
We bought this as a gift. The recipient tried to use it, but told us, basically, “Thanks, but I have no use for this”.It’s surprisingly slow and underpowered even for web surfing, with nothing else open. The keyboard and mouse are extremely flimsy, and will not last.HP should not be selling this, speaking as someone using a computer literally daily since 1984. My 12-year-old laptop (admittedly, a good quality one) is faster and far more durable than this.I rarely return anything to Amazon, much less a computer, but I did return this. Avoid.

It meets my needs
Haven’t used a Windows based computer since 2019 but needed a computer for access to sites that do not offer support for tablets or phones. I’ve only been using it for a couple of days and it seems good. Had a few minor issues in the beginning but easily found fixes online. I purchased the model that does not have built in Bluetooth support but there are work arounds to most anything. I did opt for the higher amount of memory and larger hard drive.

Setup is no problem.
Replaced 12 y/o system, due to last “update” killing it. New system arrived within a with. Out of the box; all connections made; power up and setup takes a little time (W10 to W11); It has issue with being setup with the default internet browsery (issue with screens/invisible boxes); changed to Google and everything is fine. The 4 USBs (2-Std; 2-SS); ordered a USB extension bar with 7 outlets (USB 3.0); the sound quality sucks, but space is space. Received a nice pair of speakers (LOGITEC) and sounds much better than the “tin can” effect. Happy with the unit.

Horrible product
The product stop working after 6 weeks of using it. I called HP help desk and was told the seller changed the ram which was not compatible with the computer. I cant get any warranty on the product from HP due to product tempering. I asked for a refund the seller refused and wants to charge me the 470 I paid to restock the computer. I have escalated this situation to amazon managers. I am demanding a full refund. I am disgusted by this seller. I DONT recommended them to CUSTOMERS.

Beware of sellers modifying hardware on computers!
After 2 weeks, the computer would not power on. Sent it back to HP. They re-flashed the bios. The problem occurred again. During the trouble-shooting of the second case, the HP tech said the computer is out of warranty because the seller modified the hardware on the PC from 4G RAM to 16G RAM and storage from 128GB to 1TB. Beware of sellers modifying components as it will affect your warranty.

So Far, So Good
I hated to part with my older Windows 7 refurbished computer but it was time for retirement. This HP All In One is all one could hope for. No bulky box, nice big display in HD. Took only a few minutes to fire it up, add a few extras and I”ve been computing ever since. Only have it week, but I see no problem as all works fine.

Very Tidy and Easy to Use
I love the color being white because black computers are dust magnets.It is very tidy since there is no tower to clutter the desk. My 10 year old loves using it to play Roblox and it is compatible with my white HP printer and my iPhone.The keyboard clicks are noticiable but not a deal breaker. Touch screen is fine but I don’t use it to keep fingerprints off. The mouse is functional and as long as you know how to use Windows functions, you will enjoy the facility of using it.The camera is located on top and behind the center of computer and it easily slides up.I recommend.

Super easy set up
This computer has been amazing. I waited several months before writing a review to make sure it was an honest one. We have not had any issues at all. Setup was super easy. I love how the camera can be put up and let down easily. My daughter takes Outschool classes on it and it does well with that too.

The PC is fast to set up. Very easy. All the ports are on the back. Accepted all of my old gadgets just fine. I bought the 1 TB model. Very good picture on screen. Crisp. Bright. It comes with Office 365 but if you want mailing you’ll need to get the full version. Unless you are very good at surfing the net and getting your own templates. I did get the Asurion Protection too. I figure why not. Everything is downloaded if you have any issues. Let them fix it. No more start up discs. Comes with wired mouse and keyboard. Monitor is on a sturdy stand. I like mine.

Great looking
We needed a new computer for our personal use at home. This computer is NOT a touch screen. I asked some tech friends and they gave me some parameters of what to look for. I got way more ram and storage than they suggested as a minimum. I got the brand they suggested. The only thing that this computer “ lacks” is a slower processor than they suggested as this is “slower” than an i3. They suggested an i7 but honestly for the price i paid and now that we have this computer up and going it works just fine. Maybe if you were gaming or something then you would be a newer / faster processor but for average people like us the price was great and we feel we got a great new computer. Very happy with the purchase

Hard to sign in
It was easy to set up, however I bypassed the security password. The next day when I started the computer it asked for the security pin. Of course I didn’t have one. When I tried to reset and create one it would not do anything. Tried a hard reboot and that worked

Smaller than it looks but works okay…
Smaller size / Higher price. That’s inflation for you. This PC isn’t that bad but it took me a bit to set up Windows and Micro Edge of which I’m not fond of. This came with Windows 11 and as soon as I did the required windows updates, I came up with a double install on the graphics update. The update keeps trying to install and can’t because it’s already installed. Windows 11 won’t let you hide a update so far. So here we are. Windows 11 in a failure. At least it’s not a critical failure. Will probably get corrected in some future install pack. Sad Windows has these constant problems. In my case, I am working through getting all my PC’s out of the spinning hard drives. Solid State Drive (SSD) is more reliable. Faster start ups. Cooler to run and much less noise. Come on Windows. Get it together. Overall happy with this otherwise.

Do not buy from this seller!
We bought this computer for my father when he entered assisted living. It never worked correctly and we worked with an IT professional for nearly a month to correct the problem. The CPU was operating at 100% constantly, which caused problems when trying to watch videos, download photos, etc.I contacted the seller and they asked for a detailed account of the problem from the IT professional, which I provided. After giving them that information, they refused to help and directed me to the HP website to see if HP would be willing to fix it.We purchased what was marketed as a brand new computer, and it is clearly defective. The seller offered no assistance, no refund, and no replacement. I would never do business with this seller! Steer clear!

Takes forever to load any app
Wouldn’t recommend this computer to play Roblox or Minecraft. Frames are incredibly slow for impatient teenagers. Had to restart the computer multiple times to clear the frozen game.
