Mine is working great.
Mine works just fine. I do not know enough about these newer computers to judge them against each other. I have no problems playing HBS’s Battletech or Balder’s Gate 3 on highest settings make what you will of that. I will say that this PC is much much quitter than my other PC with its fan cooled tower and a Nvidia1060 graphics card. In the summer that one sounds like a big desk fan set on high. PS I HATE Windows 11.

Amazing Computer!
I chose the IBUYPOWER PC initially because of the great tech specs. It has exceeded my expectations. However, its the way it looks that will impress everyone who sees it. Every time I walk into my office and see the RGB lights, memory, keyboard and mouse in the beautiful two sided tempered glass case, it makes me smile. I was really in need of an upgrade because my gaming laptop would struggle to play newer games like Starfield. I’d have to compromise on graphics for only slightly better FPS. RAM might be set to something besides “Auto” which causes hard freezing
Some hard crash/freezing issues, did some research and changed the setting of my RAM in BIOs to “Auto” instead of the profile it was on.It’s been most the day and no problems any longer, I’ll keep you updated if it crashes after I post this.Other then that seems like a great build.EDIT: Turns out it was a combination of the RAM on a profile other than AUTO and my motherboard (ASRock) BIOs needed to be updated to recognize this new RAM (Neo Forza DDR5), no issues any longer.

Great Pre-built PC!
Extremely well built, excellent value for the money. You’d only save a couple hundred building it yourself and with my limited knowledge I felt like this was a great package deal. Shipping was weird, the estimated date kept changing for me but I still got it within a week. I also wasn’t a fan of the exposed box, anyone can see what it is and a 2k PC setting on my door step was a massive flag for a potential thief.Beautiful system and extremely fast however. Able to run any game with top graphics, I played Starfield with the top settings turned on and a ultra graphics mod with zero issues. Frame rate held steady and stood up to stress tests with no issues.It truly is a great PC and the mouse and keyboard work great, keyboard especially feels very nice and the RGB lighting is a good touch. I had to download Hyte Nexus to control the lighting for the keyboard and mouse. For the tower I had to install Armoury Crate which the PC asks if you want to install it when you first boot it up. The program is also nice for monitoring temps, changing fan speeds, etc. It also comes with a data transfer cable so moving my stuff from my old PC to this one was easy. If you’re thinking of upgrading to a higher end PC then this one should suite just about anyone.

Fast, Big, Powerfull and Good looking!
I tend to be very picky about my purchases, and especially with my electronic devices, and I don’t leave reviews for products that I haven’t used. This is without a doubt one of the best desktop PCs. Everything came very well packaged and withstood the abuse of delivery with a graphics card installed which, as we all know, are extremely sensitive to vibrations and sudden movements; It came with a foam bag that protected it from any movement. The PC is excessively large, it is huge, but the positive side is that the air flows better inside and everything was very organized inside. It is necessary to highlight that despite having several fans, it is very quiet. The performance is simply divine, I didn’t expect anything less for its specifications, nothing to mention about it. I loved acquiring this piece of computer…

I’m loving this new PC… it was money well spent.
I was long overdue for a PC upgrade. I had built an upgraded the last PC I had but that was a long time ago. So I decided to go with a prebuilt machine to cut down on the hassle of researching parts and doing a whole new build and this really fit the budget and the performance level I was looking for. It is very nicely built, solid and sturdy. It was well packed and safely secured inside the box. Setup was fairly easy. It has a slight bit of fan noise but that is to be expected since it has 7 case fans plus the 2 GPU fans. It’s attractive to look at with the glass case and lighting so not just your average boring PC box. This machine really boosted the playability of my Star Citizen game. Which is a game that notoriously bogs down even the most high end computers. I’m very pleased with how it is running so far. I would absolutely purchase another ibuypower.com PCI did have issue with Amazon itself because I purchased this on the Wednesday before Black Friday direct from Amazon because the shipping window fit with my availability to receive the item but unfortunately after I purchased it then went on a pre Black Friday sale on Thanksgiving Thursday, the day before I was supposed to receive it, for $250 less. Amazon wouldn’t refund the difference and the only way to get the Black Friday deal was to refuse the first one I ordered and have it sent back to Amazon and then reorder it again at the lower price to arrive on Saturday. I’m disappointed that Amazon couldn’t easily just refund the $250 to me or provide Amazon credit in that amount. This is kind of a silly way for Amazon to do business.

Superior performance, looks great, and easier than building!
Was going to build a new PC myself, and then saw the price and specs for the iBuyPower Pro Y60 Gaming PC Computer Desktop Y60BI9N4701. I went back and forth and then saw how the value worked out when pricing the parts individually.Box and packing materials used were ideal, and nothing was out of place or loose.Performance is fantastic and better than expected! The PC looks great, and cable management and layout choices are better than something I would have come up with. Much easier than building myself, and honestly some of the components I would have chosen to use anyway!Although the RGB isn’t necessary, it is a nice touch on the cooler, fans, and RAM. System stays under 50c while under full load and testing, and even if I force fans to max, it isn’t too crazy for loudness. Glass looks great!Overall, very satisfied, and glad I made the decision to purchase! Happy to wean myself off of Geforce Now and actually enjoy my games locally again!

Nice system. Had a cable unplugged and a small board that was loose but fixed them.
The media could not be loaded.
This is very quiet for 10 fans total. And it is very fast! Was fairly easy to setup and migrating data. If you have external drives there is a BIOS setting for recovery you may need to change but its easy to do. Just take it from auto recovery to manual mode. So far so good. Hope it keeps this up!

Almost feels too good to be true
I had not bought a new PC in almost 10 years, but after growing tired of the troubles I was having with my old PC, I decided to splurge a bit and see how ordering a Y60 Gaming Desktop to my home would go. I have had it for about 20 days so far.It arrived earlier than expected, and the exterior of the box was in good shape, always a good sign. The PC itself was very tightly packed, both well cushioned/secured. It was a challenge getting it out of the box without cutting apart the box’s edges itself.The PC came out of the box in mint condition. Not a single blemish on what has since become one of my prideful possessions. I was very pleased so far.The interior packing foam was so well installed. It was a form fit that did not press down on any of the components too hard. It was actually a major hassle removing it without having to remove the GPU. With patience I removed it safely though, and was pleased to see the GPU had been reinforced with couple zip ties and an appropriately sized foam spacer.Upon closely inspecting the interior of the computer, I could not find any single issue apparent to me there either. Clean, unblemished, not thing bent or dung up, and the cable management was impressively done. I could not see any way in which I could improve upon it. The case seems naturally strong suited for tight cable management, and that obviously was utilized by whoever assembled my own pearl.After getting the PC booted and setup, I have been having such an absolute blast with this thing. I really hope it continues to perform well for me, time will tell, I have a good feeling about it. So far though, it is performing very well. It is in the 69th percentile on UserBenchmark without any overclocking, or any performance optimizing tweaks to the Nvidia control panel.I am abundantly happy with it. From what I can gather, others seem to largely be having a good time with their new machines as well. There isn’t a day that goes by I’m not happy to see this crown jewel running my set up. The beating heart and the brain of my temple, my most sacred and hallowed of spaces.It was a pleasure doing business with IBuyPower. You guys brought the magic back to my digital life. Playing the DS3 Cinders mod for the first time finally on the TV I have…Incredible. What a time to be alive. I don’t take it for granted.I had to be fiscally responsible for a good long while, and couldn’t afford a purchase like this in good conscience. I appreciate this thing all the more now getting it at the right time, for a price I am also happy with. IBP are Dream Makers.

poorly built. —horrendously optimized, massive waste of money. never buying pre-built again.
i remember when i was a teen that Ibuypower was considered the “insider gaming pc company”. The best of the best that only a handful of niche gamers were aware of.So one can imagine my disappointment when my pc worked fine for a week or so. only to be rendered nearly useless with a myriad of major blue screen issues, which could not be self-repaired or even diagnosed by a variety of PAID PC experts. i resorted to using ibuypower “tech support” (useless AI that links you to inapplicable vague youtube videos). Spent weeks on reddit and with PC repair specalists whom all had different diagnosis: the ram, the power supply, the CPU, the GPU, etc. i have spent hundreds of dollars in replacing so many of the PC’s original components only to find out that in the end, it was windows 11 causing all of the issues. basically incompabtible with a gaming pc of that magnitude. i am thankful in that due to these errors, my PC barely retains any of its original components as they have been replaced by better ones. I should have bought the case (that and the i9 were the only components worthy of salvaging) and built the PC myself…because basically i bought an overpriced, poorly built gaming pc, diassembled it entirely, replaced all interior components except for the i9 (fans, GPU, motherboard, ram, power supply, network card).to add insult to injury. the technical issues caused physical damange to the network card, rendering it useless (much like the rest of the components) erased the contents of 40TB of data from all connected external hard drives. the whole endeavor is absolutely worthy of a lawsuit (data loss alone valued in the tens of thousands of dollars). Refunding the device would have taken between 30-40 days to see my money back. worst Christmas gift ever. worst new pc experience ever. buyer beware, avoid IBUYPOWER products (unless you have dozens of extra hours on your hand, know that you will not receive proper tech support, and have the technological knowledge and thousands of dollars needed to resolve the myriad of software and hardware issues youre signing up for. if you’re a gamer and plan on making some major changes to your PC’s hardware, than AVOID WINDOWS 11. if you already have it, backup your data, remove it from your pc and revert to windows 10. Windows 11 is not optimized for a gaming pc in the way that windows 10 is. ibuypower is not optimized for a gaming pc company in the way that Alienware , (HP) Omen, or Cyberpower are. if refund/lawsuit were not so time-consuming, that’s the route i’d take.you’ve been warned.p.s.this exact same PC-build is being sold by four other companies. buy it from them.

Gorgeous, fast computer that takes up a lot of space
It arrived quickly, setup was easy setup, no bloatware, and it runs blazing fast. It came with a corded keyboard and mouse that I don’t really need. I don’t think the specs mentioned it supports Bluetooth. My last computer didn’t, so I needed a separate Bluetooth adapter. Nice that it wasn’t an issue with this computer. It also connects better to my WiFi and gets faster speeds than my old computer, perhaps due to the 2 antennas you screw into the back of the computer.Unfortunately, the width of this beautiful beast of a PC prevented me from being able to use the mount under my computer desk. It would block my monitors if I tried to put it on top of my desk, and you never want to sit a computer on the floor, so I had to order a stand for it.

Amazing computer! Quality build! Could not be more satisfied
Excellent computer! Could not be more satisfied with the build quality, blazingly fast, no problems whatsoever. I’ve been using it now for over a month and had zero hiccups. I had purchased a similar computer from a competitor and had to send it back twice for repairs. I’ve combined it with the Wisecoco 515×1920 vertical monitor and could not be more jazzed. The quality of the case is second to none! Easy to work on without a whole set of complicated tools needed. Way to go iBuypower. Will come back to this company in the future if need be.

My 2nd IbuyPower computer
This is my 2nd IBuyPower computer. My first is still going strong, I just wanted another. They are tricky to get the foam out of the inner area (I had to remove my video card to to get it out) but otherwise it’s pretty much plug and play. My only issue is that I have 2 curved Samsung monitors plugged in and each time my computer comes off of standbuy, it will not recognize the 1st monitor. I have to unplug it and plug it back in for the computer to ‘see’ the monitor. I decided to never let the computer go to standby and I just turn off the monitors myself.

100 yard glance
If you were to take this out of the box, turn it on and forget about it you would probably think it was the perfect purchase. I recommend however that if you buy this you take some time to open it up and make sure you won’t have a ton of headaches down the line.The biggest issue I had was lots of screws that appeared to have been over tightened/stripped it is obvious someone used a power tool to assemble this case. Some of the cables were run in ways that caused them to contact the fan blades. Last but not least, this case or specifically this build is loud, it is not always loud but anytime you are gaming expect to notice it. Not a deal breaker for me but it may be for you.Performance however has been rock solid AVG about 90+ FPS in Cyberpunk with everything turned on @1440p.

Very fast and large
Very nice prebuilt gaming pc. You have to open up the case to remove packing foam. Does MS flight simulator in VR good and normal mode outstanding. Boots up in about 10-15 seconds. One star removed due to shipping with a gen 3 NVME SSD 1 tb. Should have been a gen 5 or at least a gen 4. I put a gen 4 4 tb and cloned it to be my main drive. about 2-3 times read/write speeds faster. Very loud fan under load.

Bought this computer when it was on sale for 1799$. I needed a new computer and noticed that buying this prebuilt was cheaper than assembling it myself.My computer came with13900KF CPUPNY 4070 GPU360mm iBuyPower AIO coolerTeamgroup T-force delta RGB 32 GB DDR5-5200 (16 X 2)Crucial P3 1TB SSDPowerSpec 750W Gold PSUAsrock Z790-C.After all driver updates, I got a 3Dmark score of 17760, which is on the lower side. Sadly, the graphics score was on the lower end. The results were acceptable.Screws to mount additional SSDs were not included.On the good side, there was no bloatware.Addition: I was hearing loose screw sounds when moving this machine. Turns out the noise was actually from unused loose PCIE connectors!

Very Happy with this Prime Day Deal
Overall, extremely happy with this purchase. I was able to get this computer on Prime Day for ~25% off, making it much cheaper than assembling the components myself to build a similar machine. Even without the discount, they don’t charge a significant premium for a machine that comes out of the box ready to go. So far it has run very smoothly and quietly. I have not had a chance to benchmark it yet, but it’s handled the games I’ve thrown at it easily.My only complaints are minor cosmetic things and do not warrant lowering it from 5 Stars to 4…maybe 4.5, but I’ll round up:- Their logo sticker on center of the rear fan makes it look like its wobbling slightly when it spins. It’ minor, but its the only movement which draws your eye in an otherwise static appearance. Thinking about just coloring it in with a sharpy.- The Intel Core Sticker they put on the front of the case is slightly crooked- The Caution – Tempered Glass! sticker is on the glass instead of the protective plastic you peel off. I’m afraid to remove it without leaving sticky residue after reading another customer’s review.- The pictures in the listing clearly shows two fans in the top of the case that are not there my computer. I believe they moved them to the bottom under the GPU as there are two there, possibly for aesthetic reasons as there is nothing special about these fans. I haven’t looked closely at temps, but you I’m confident I won’t have issues with the open vents of the case on 3 sides and with the 7 fans I have (including the CPU liquid cooling and GPU).The only other issue I have is that you don’t know what you’re going to get with the motherboard, memory, and storage until it arrives. Mine came with a Western Digital SSD and ASROCK Z790-C motherboard. I would have preferred Samsung for faster read/write speeds and a motherboard with more than 1 USB 3.2 Gen2 port, but I still think the value was there. Customer service was very helpful to provide a full component list upon request once it arrived and I had a serial number.

Great product, but minor hiccups prevent 5 stars
Came on time. Everything seems okay, this is my second IbuyPower Prebuilt.Last time, the airtight seal that prevents the GPU from flopping around was safe and secured, this time unfortunately the bag wasn’t any even around the GPU and was depending on a single piece of Velcro and styrofoam, to save it. The cable management is the biggest disappointment, as my last prebuilt was gorgeous with the cable management in the back. This time, it looks as if the person who did it. Just wrapped it up with one handful and called it a day. Besides that. It powers up and plays just as it should. It’s a great product. But unfortunately it’s hit or miss on whoever builds your PC, as if they might not have as much care or take pride in making sure their customer they’re building for has a great cable management or a safe delivery. I do recommend them. But best of luck to you, on whoever builds yours.

Great specs for the price
I use this PC for multiple uses (programming, video games, streaming) and in the two months so far I’ve had no problems. Every game runs on ultra settings at 70 fps or higher. It’s also a bonus that the PC is very quiet. In the MSI center app, it allows you to customize the RGB settings for your PC. There’s also a game sync option but that only seems to work for specific Ubisoft games. Overall it’s worth the money and I’m happy with my purchase.

Good Performance, Misleading Specs – 3 Stars
I checked the IBUYPOWER website for more details on this PC; although advertised with an ASUS Prime Z790-V motherboard, it contains an ASRock Z790-C motherboard. This discrepancy affects the compatibility and installation of some components. For example, you won’t be able to install an Asus Thunderbolt 4 PCIe card; you will need one from ASRock, which I couldn’t find from any sellers in the US. The included PCIe riser obstructs the installation of additional PCIe devices, making upgrades more challenging than anticipated. Despite being satisfied with the included components and not minding the ASRock motherboard, the misleading information and the inconvenience caused by the riser design were disappointing. If you plan to upgrade your PC, this may not be the best choice unless you’re prepared to use a different case.

So Far Perfect!
I just received my iBuyPower Gaming Desktop, and i am beyond satisfied with what i received. Have anything gone wrong so far? No.1. Packaging the product was very well done. You can tell that the product was going to be safe during the shipping. (Only issue i have and advice for those who will be purchasing is to make sure you are present for the delivery, because of the fact that my package was delivered with original boxing. It is basically an advertisement on what the item is for your neighbors or others to see. It may lead to theft. )2. Gaming Experience so far is top notch! i have not had any issue with the gameplay. Being able to crank up all setting to at its highest.3. It does use WiFi Antennas, which i was not aware of but it posts no issue for me. Not sure for anyone else.4. Overall structure and build is very pleasant to the eyes. I am at awe with how well put-together the product is!5. For those having issues with heat/fans. I think placement of the desktop is key. Mine is very well ventilated and hardly any sound comes from it.

Very powerful PC works straight out of the box I would have given it five stars, but the PC came with one faulty RAM stick. I quickly contacted Amazon support and was able to get new RAM for my PC free of charge. The fans can get loud, but if your wearing headsets, you won’t hear them. Everything about this PC so far has been amazing and worth the price point.

First Pre built system for me in 20 years.
Great system! running AAA games on ultra and High settings @ 1440p. Packaged well for shipping. I threw a 2 TB nvme SSD for extra storage. They built it like I would have, which is what made me buy it. Really impressed.
