It will do for now
I was hoping for a bit better sound quality but for the price it will do for now.There is no ability to beef up the bass. The romote is rather cheaply made. I will need a new TV soon so when that happens I will get a better sound bar.

Oxs soundbar
This is one hell of a sound bar the subwoofer and the sound are very impressive really nice very loud but clear and crisp with wonderful bass only problem the right side of it was out and it made me so upset it’s such a savage sound bar and I’m using it for my 4k pc setup and to hear only half was still awesome but couldn’t hear what I paid for unfortunately I have to deal with this wish I could get a new one but I still would 100% recommend it solid 8.5/10

Samsung connectionsSon
Sound seems to be fine, much better than the tinny tv speakers but was almost ready to return the unit but did get it to work. The usb ports from tv to bar did not work as well as the audio RCA cables. Only connection that did work is the optical connection which may cause some issues as the Samsung tv has only one optical output. Otherwise, it seems to work.

Clear sound
I purchased this to add to my new TV and have enjoyed the pairing. The ease of hookup and style of unit made it all most invisible under TV. And the size was also perfect to fit under the tv and not take up too much space. The soundbar allows you to hear ever sound clear with excellent sound quality, and great bass too for a compact design. This is a nice soundbar and a good value!

Sound bar
Ok I just received this sound bar and hooked it up the proper way most people don’t know how I have a $1000,00 sound bar so the quality of this new one is remarkable ox’s sound and bass very satisfied a big shout out ox’s no complaints here and for the price it’s amazing and if you thought about buying one of these you better hurry up because this could be easily price into the $300 range so this gets a great review from me

It’s ok
I wanted something that didn’t have a separate sub woofer. This sound bar is ok but if you like MORE bass this isn’t the soundbar for you. It does have 3 different sound features to choose from. If I would’ve known that there wasn’t a lot of bass I would’ve chosen something else. UPDATE: I’m returning the sound bar due to the fact that it doesn’t connect to the tv all the time.

I will start off with saying that delivery was very quick. But when I went to open the package, it was neither completely sealed with a wrap, nor was the flap to open it taped. I’m surprise nothing fell out or did it? It was not sealed in anyway. I was gonna take one star off but the seller has made contact and had such a great attitude, I’m giving the full 5. I’m going to blame my Vizio “smart” tv for anything not working correctly. That being said, none of the included cables to connect the tv to the sound bar gave me sound. I decided to use a headphone jack in the headphone hole. Then I tried the blue tooth feature with my phone and WOW I had nice loud music! The BT hooked up REALLY FAST too. I have a feeling when I put this on a decent TV its gonna be even better! Vizio sucks and I thought I bought a bad sound bar. But I really like it and it works great for the price even tho I had to supply my own headphone jack to get sound. That’s on the tv maker not the sound bar!

I LOVE this sound bar NOW!
This is a redo ~ A friend set up my sound bar week ago Sunday. (Anything tech related gives me brain freeze). Monday the sound bar went from whisper to deafening, seemingly on it’s own. I was reduced to turning off sound bar and using audio from another TV in another room for viewing in living room. Yesterday another friend came by, took a look, removed all the wiring that came with OSX sound bar and reconnected the single wire I’d used with the older, now replaced sound bar to the smart TV. NOW I love the OXS! Actually, it looks better than the old one, the sound is magnificent and almost sounds like it’s surround sound ~ all this without a separate woofer! Truthfully I like this sound bar much better than I liked the original Samsung it replaced. Best $99.00 I’ve ever spent.

I’m using this speaker outside in my screened deck. It works great. Only complaint is you have to” turn it on” every time you turn on the TV. Which is why I took a star away. This was not in the directions because there weren’t any.

Compatible with my Samsung TV TU690T Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV
You have to go into the controls and switch the audio to PMC for the optical connection to work on my Samsung TV. With my TV, unfortunately, I can’t use the Samsung TV remote for volume. If I use the Bluetooth connection I can use the Samsung TV remote BUT, the audio is off by just enough to bother me. With all that said, the sound from this very well-priced sound bar is quite good and you can set it for different modes. Personally, I do not like having the bass woofer and I was happy that this unit does not have one but still provides a solid bass note. Also, I do use the Bluetooth function for my connected phone that I use for listening to music.

MAIN ISSUE:How do you get it to stay on Bluetooth setting?If inactive, the sound bar will change modes from BLUE to GREEN.Then instead of just pressing play on my TV to return, I have to change the MODE back to Bluetooth so it can reconnect to the TV.It’s annoying and I think I may return it if I can’t figure it out in the next 10 days.CONS:The sound is good. But all the sound modes (EQ modes) sound almost exactly the same though.Don’t get this if you are expecting a lot of bass, mids or highs from it.It’s very average all the way around. But if you pair it with a subwoofer and surround sound then it really adds great sound for the value and can even be mounted behind the TV out of view.PROS:There is no distortion, but then again, it doesn’t really go loud enough to cause any distortion.Also, it’s easily mountable with two screw holes in the back and comes with all the wires and hardware that you will need.UPDATE:Great customer service! They reached out to me after I posted my honest 3-star review and offered a full refund and a gift. But most importantly, they listened and understood my complaints/issues and forwarded them on to their team so that this will not be an issue in the future. Usually when I return something, I give up on that manufacturer as they didn’t meet my standards. But in this situation, their honesty, humility and willingness to listen to the customer actually strengthened my confidence in their products in the future. I look forward to the next version of their soundbars to see if the issue is resolved. If so, I will purchase one as soon as I am able to. Another big factor is that they never once asked me to change my review or remove it for incentives like a lot of these sellers do, and I make sure to call every one of them out when they do offer something for a 5-star review or offer something to remove a negative review. That type of business makes it very hard to determine if a product with a lot of good reviews is legit or not, which is why I end up returning a lot of the crap that I buy thinking it’s a great deal and a great product. I wish more people would expose those sellers who offer gift cards and free stuff for a 5-star review regardless if the product is worth it or not. All it takes is one person to call them out on it and then the rest of us can vote that review as Helpful so that it is at the top for everyone to see before they buy. This seller is the complete opposite of that and for that reason, I will continue to purchase their products as long as they continue to listen to what the customers want from their products and hopefully people will see this review and vote it up so that others can know that they truly earned whatever rating they have. A+ Customer Service!

Easy to Assemble
Honestly, the system seemed to do very well.I found the little box that came with it that had multiple cords to adjust to different tv needs. It was so easy to connect to the tv with only on cord and another for the power.There were no crazy connecting screens or needing to link the system in some complex way. The second the system was on and attached to the tv, it was connected immediately.There are so many things I have yet to learn about this amazing system and I absolutely recommend it to enhance your audio experience. You will absolutely see the effects immediately!

Doesn’t work
It should come with longer audio output cords or at least a usb cord. I bought this for my new 75″ tv. It sounded so great I ordered another one for the older smaller TV in my bedroom. I prefer to get a brand I know is good and not playing the return game. The second sound bar I ordered did not work… did not indicate that it was connected. I’m BEYOND disappointed in this. If I didn’t get such a great deal on the first one I’d send them BOTH back. Thanks for wasting my time. This is why I am giving only ONE STAR. The bad negates any ounce of good.

This is better than no bar but lesson learned..you do indeed get what you pay for in sound bar world.I’ll admit it was my first (sound bar that is) but I read myself blind with reviews and this one got raves for days. “Better than the Sony” etc etc.Here’s my humble list of things to know even for a beginner.WATTS matter. This one is low.No on screen volume display (super annoying). Only 3 types of sound settings and zero control of base and trebble.Lastly it is not compatible with any remote so you have to have 2-3 remotes out all the time.The sound quality isn’t bad….it’s simply just one bump up from the out-of-the-box tin can tv sound….and I’m not picky! It sounds like I am..but I’m not. I’d say spend another $50 and get WATTS and control of your sound at the very least.

About what you’d expect from a low0cost sound-bar.
The overall sound quality isn’t that much better that that of our Visio TV. Connecting to the TV was fairly simple with the provided cables. It was a bit more complicated getting the bluetooth to connect to both our Alexa unit and our phones for playing music. had to reboot both to get them to recognise the speaker.

I do not like having to turn the sound bar off separately. Could there be a timer to shut it off or somehow get it to work with the Samsung TV remote?The sound is great and once I figured out how to remove the little end cover from the Optical cable(via answer by another owner) all worked out just fine.Again, using the supplied remote is just a bugger that makes it a pain to wok with-this unit performs well and the sound can really get up there.I found that the unit has a sleep mode that enters when a TV is off for a while and that is a very good valuable feature.I wish the manual used a larger font.I will need a Bluetooth transmitter in order to use the Bluetooth connectivity of this product so I probably will continue to use the optical connection. This is a very good product and it’s priced properly.I still await a response to my technical support email.

It’s huge
Now I’m not a tech person and I haven’t used any other sound bar before so I can’t compare one to another, but this does a pretty good job. First it does come with all the cords so don’t be like me and buy another optical cord thinking it wouldn’t have it, because mine did. Now it is not a very long cord so if you’re planning to have it farther from your tv (like on a different shelf on a stand, etc) you may want to buy a longer cord. Since I’ve never hooked one up I was worried I wouldn’t know how. It took me a min to find the right plugs in the back being it’s an older flat screen, but I did and hooked up all the cords within about 2 mins. The bar itself is a little heavy, and bulky. As you can see in the pic it is almost as long as my TV and does take a good chunk of the front of my stand up. Once hooked up the sound for us is good and we can hear our shows much better. I didn’t have my TV speakers turned to audio so when I went to mute the sound I’d have to do both the bar and TV so make sure you turn your TV speakers to Audio so that it just comes through the bar. Again I’m sure there are sleeker speakers out there that aren’t as big and maybe have better sound but this was a great price and does what we want so for now we are happy.

Works Fine but not supported by Fire Stick/Alexa world
I was hoping to add it as a controllable device in the Soundbar Section of the FireStick. 200 Manufacturers are listed but not this one. I asked for the IR Profile to add manually but never received an answer. It was an inexpensive experiment and I will ultimately replace it with a Smarter Soundbar with FireStick/Alexa integration.

For the price, unbeatable. Sound quality is excellent. Far superior to a Vizio sound bar I had that was three times the price. . Easy to set up, particularly with several audio sources. (The connectivity (USB, Optical, Coaxial,BlueTooth,Auxiliary) is unusual and versatile, given that many other soundbars at higher prices, offer only an Optical input, thus necessitating an additional hookup system.) Wake up feature works well, and remote is easy and very effective. Highly recommended.

Great value for the money
Not high end audio quality but surprisingly good sound and power for this price range. Sounds better than a Sony soundbar I purchased in 2014 for 3X as much. Easy set up with traditional wired hookups and bluetooth (although I haven’t used the bluetooth yet). Remote control is not great but is functional.

Great basic speaker
Paid 69…super deal for single speaker. Ez hookup. Have it on optical. Solid bass especially for outdoors. Buy it if ur ok with good sound on the cheap. U can spend more, but this is a great priced and performing speaker…period

Old people and this sound bar helps.
I can adjust the quality of the sound and direction so that my wife and I can hear the TV. We are old and don’t have the quality hearing of the younger generation. This is a great improvement over the lack of sound engineering in modern TV’s.

Good quality, looks very high end and arrive on time
I ordered this soundbar for my 55inch TV and it’s perfect. It arrives the next day and the package was clean and professional. Manual easy to read, not like many other products (imported or made in china ones) in the market. Quality wise very good, looks very high end. Love it more than the old verizon one I had. Highly recommended

Great speaker
I am going from just using my television speakers on my Samsung TV to the sound bar. Wow! What a difference. It’s exactly as described. The sound quality is wonderful and connecting. It was very easy. All I did was plug in the optical cord, and the power cord. The sound is great and I love it has a built-in subwoofer. I found myself often going to max level on my television volume and this sound bar makes all the difference. In addition, I can still use the volume on my Samsung television as an added sound bonus. I am really happy with this purchase.

Needs more base
Instructions was unclear in how to set this up. Sounds good but needs more base. Basically, it worked for my budget. I’ve heard better sound bars but this needs some tweaking and would make it way better.

Great sound!
Great soundbar, easy set up via Bluetooth. The only thing I wish is if it stayed connected and powered on every time the TV starts up. Always having to reconnect it via Bluetooth on TV and to power the soundbar each time. Otherwise, happy with purchase.

Decent price and decent sound when it works 🙁
I thought it was a good price and it was easy to set up. However, it doesn’t stay connected to the TV when it’s off or there are power outages and I don’t know how to fix that. It’s currently disconnected because I couldn’t figure out how to connect it again. It’s disappointing. It certainly wasn’t cheap and I would expect with all the cords plugged into the correct places that it shouldn’t be this difficult every time.

GREAT SOUND!
My plasma tv lost its speaker so I needed a sound bar and I am thrilled that I found the OXS brand. I hear sounds and conversations that I did not realize were there in my favorite movies and tv shows. Easy to connect and you can choose the type of media (tv, movie, etc.) from the remote so you get the best possible sound.

Bluetooth seems to fail sometimes
This wasn’t able to work as a computer speaker for me, so I tried it on my TV, which is better, but I need to keep pairing it and that’s annoying.

A Game Changer Affordable Sound Bar
I love my new sound bar ❤️! I have a small 25 inch flat screen TV, and for so long, i stayed away for getting a bigger TV, until new neighbors moved in and I was subjected to hearing their TV, played so loud. I finally decided to research getting a sound bar, and came across this model after watching several YouTube videos on the performance of this model, and gave it a try. I was blown away by the sound that the OXS sound bar! What a game changer! I wish I had purchase this years ago! Great sound quality, base, subwoofer! All for an affordable price! I am very jaywith this investment.

Makes a high pitch noise
The soundbar works well enough. But be warned it puts out a high frequency noise. When sound is coming out of it, you can hear the noise but it could be missed. However whenever there is silence, say between commercials or just a quiet part in a program, the noise is very obvious. We didn’t figure out it was the soundbar at first, until we turned it off and the sound disappeared. Very annoying, especially if you are someone who easily hears high frequency sounds. We don’t plan to use it anymore and will see if it can be returned. There are so many brands out there, if you need/want a soundbar, skip this one and save your ears.
