Wrong network configuration and wrong color, I returned it.
I’m sure this specific phone is a nice phone if you live in a country outside the USA. It is not configured to work with Verizon and the advertisement actually stated that it would work with most popular carriers and did not state that it was not set up for the USA. Also, I ordered the lavender model and was sent a green model. Never opened the box. Thankfully the seller was agreeable to a full and prompt refund.

Mis comentarios sobre el producto:Lo que me gustó es que el teléfono es de buena calidad y se siente súper suave (“smooth”) al tacto; venía bien guardado en su caja sellada y tiene una calidad en el zoom impresionante.Sobre el proveedor:Lo que no me gustó: Pedí el teléfono color lila y recibí uno negro y el proveedor no fue capaz de contactarse conmigo para decirme que NO me iba a enviar lo que yo había comprado. Honestamente, me tuve que resignar al color negro porque resido fuera de Estados Unidos pero me parece que es de muy mal gusto ni siquiera informar la situación al comprador.

Excellent phone!
It’s my first time using Samsung phone after using many different Android phones in the past. Excellent crispy sharp screen, high quality cameras especially night shots and blazing fast processor. I decided to get this phone since I will probably use it for 3 – 5 years. I deducted one star because I ordered green color but instead I got the black one. I’m okay with black color as I don’t want to deal with returns and long wait at this time.

Beautiful phone. Works with tmobile and xfinity.
International version seems to make for Spanish speaking country. Dual sim. Call tmobile and have my eSIM activated. Also put in my xfinity SIM card on the SIM1 slot and both numbers work just fine.It came with a cheap wireless charger and works fine.Overall, I’m happy with the phone.

I previously had a Samsung S20FE, which is also a good phone. I questioned my desire to upgrade as the S20FE already offered all I needed, and the S23Ultra is expensive.I am happy I upgraded. Everything is perceptibly smoother on the S23, and the new camera has some impressive zoom options. The S-pen is also a delight. However I am a gadget-head, use the device multiple times per day and enjoy exploring the features. If you’re just looking for an adequate phone that works efficiently, get something cheaper!

Dual sim, just what I was looking for
I am finally upgrading from my dual sim Note 9. I tried to buy this phone from Samsung USA, but not possible – no sales of dual physical sim phones in US. Ended up at this site, and all happened as it should. The phone arrived on the first day of the range of possible dates. The install was flawless with Samsung Smart Switch. Even my T-Mobile access transferred over – I didn’t even have to call them. The camera, the 5G, all are fantastic.

Phone is listed as unlocked and would not connect to the verizon network. Refund went flawless. The biggest issue was they choose the slowest shipping and didnt allow you to upgrade it.

T-Mobile said the phone I received could not be added to their network and shows up as the wrong phone in their system. This might be common but the person I spoke to had never seen it before. Sounds like a scam. Returned the phone.

Total disappointment
My experience with the Samsung S23 has been nothing short of a nightmare. The phone’s screen is an absolute disaster. Within less than two months of use, two glaring horizontal lines appeared, making it distracting and frustrating to use the phone.In addition, it’s essential to highlight the appalling customer service from the seller. When I reached out to them, they showed no willingness to accept a return or provide any meaningful assistance. This lack of support and accountability from the seller has left me deeply disappointed with the overall experience.In conclusion, stay away!

If you live in the US don’t buy this
This version doesn’t support most of the new 5g bands used in the US and then the return will take up to a month to get a refund and they can even choose not to refund you or only partially refund you. Avoid this like the plague.

Frustrating logon
I will start by saying I did not buy from Amazon. I got mine at my Verizon store. I love many things about it. It is beautiful and fast. The problem is the biometric log on is ridiculous. Almost impossible to get a fingerprint to register, then trying to get it recognized almost never works. Face recognition mostly never works either. I can log in with my pass code, but would prefer to use biometrics. So far everything else about this phone is great. Battery life is not what I was told it would be, but I’m retired so I do stay on my phone a lot.

Dual SIM International Version
We split our time between homes in the United States and Spain. We maintain cell phone numbers in both countries. For that reason, a dual SIM phone is crucial. With this version of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, we’re covered with both numbers no matter where we go.The phone is great. There are other dual SIM phones on the market, but it’s the camera on this one that makes it the one we had to have. Photos are gorgeous and the 10x optical zoom means we’re not compromising on photo quality by defaulting to the phone as our primary camera.All of our apps work flawlessly. Speed isn’t an issue. At this early point, battery life is incredible – easily more than a day even with a lot of video and audio streaming.The best phone we’ve ever had, and hope to have it for many years to come.

It is important to read the comments! It was too late, I had already bought the device! Today 11/13/23 I received the device, I notice on the edges that it seems the device is not new! The edge of the device has a small scratch that is not immediately noticeable, I started reading the comments and apparently I saw a comment saying that it is not compatible with Cricket! Oh surprise it’s true! I tried my cricket chip and it is not compatible! is a gotcha! I will return the device today! Amazon should remove you from here, it is a store that lies to its customers! In the description it says that it is unlocked but that is a lie! I’ll leave a photo so you can see that it’s true!After checking the device for 10 minutes, the battery percentage went too low! When I turned it on it had %54, after 10 minutes it went to %48 and it also heats up quickly!

Phone is not user friendly for an older person. Needs to have more tutorial information in larger video format. Phone is being used by a senior citizen and face recognition and fingerprint reader are not good for someone who has poor eyesight. If you are older and considering purchasing I would suggest you look for something that is more age compatible. The tech people who designs these phones need to go to class on the senior citizen level and learn what it is like to not have eyesight or mental capacity to do much other than make a phone call when they need help

If you ever have Sim card issues be sure to go to your carrier and get a new one compatible with this phone!! It will say “emergency calls only” or no signal… Get a new Sim card!!!! This seller is genuine, learn to use Amazon and how to get in contact and maybe you’ll know it’s not bull…i talked with them. Now I have to just get a case😂😂😂 10/10 would buy from again 🤙 after my own errors, it was resolved. NOTHING wrong with the phone at all!!!

Not entirely sure who was so upset that they left a 1 star review, But I received my package on time and un damaged. The phone looks and feels to be authentic Samsung and everything works perfectly ….I have T-mobile here in the US, I had no problems simply just popping in my SIM card and it working out of the box.I specifically ordered the international unlocked version because it has room for either a secondary SIM card or a memory card if you so choose to do so… Works perfectly.I’m still mad at Samsung and the local US carriers continually trying to take away the auction for a secondary memory card just so that they can get you to pay $400 extra for the phone that has more memory…. but for now this is one way to get around that.Cheers !!

I purchased this as a global unlocked phone. Advertised with a wireless charger which was not provided. Phone was new but loaded with Singtels apps and was not compatible to US tmobile via IMEI. Had to activate via esim on Google fi. Not optimum but it worked. The phone was new, but I could have purchased an unlocked one from my carrier in the US for about the same cost and it would use US Sims. We will see if the charger that was supposed to be included shows up. If not, I will take the rest of the stars away.

Worst Cell phone I’ve had
The Galaxy S23ultra 5g is as good as a rock! It barely sends my texts without being temperamental and “Failing”, my apps for medical information won’t work and Samsung feels the customer should get the phone fixed rather than finding out what THEY need to do for our cells to perform correctly! Worst nightmare! Pick another cell phone if you’re expectations are for a $1000 cell to work! What a crock!
