Great condition, perfect for me
Phone was in great condition when it arrived, even had a screen protector already installed (albeit a cheap one). The battery health was at 84%, better than I had expected and definitely more than enough for me to work a whole day on one charge. Some slight wear on the camera but to be expected of a renewed device. You do have to keep in mind that every phone’s condition is different. From my experience, even with Excellent quality, you can get significantly lower battery health (mid 70s), and it’s all essentially up to chance. All in all it was a great purchase, I still use the phone, and the price and other benefits from Amazon make it a better idea than purchasing from some other refurbishing websites.

Great iPhones, But Set-up Took A Long Time!
This was was an upgrade purchase for my daughter. We don’t believe in buying $1,000+ phones for teenagers. Amazon’s Refurbished was a welcomed gift! The phone comes well packaged and is in great shape. It works like new, as promised! But, it took us MANY HOURS to finally get this phone set-up and info transfered over. Here are some learned tips for set-up: First, fully charge the new phone and your old phone. If possible, leave them both plugged in during the process. We learned that your old phone needs to be at least 50% charged before it will even start the transfer process. Don’t bother backing up your old phone to the iCloud beforehand. It’s much faster to wait and do that with the new phone after all is said and done. Your first step, go into the new phone and in Settings, go into General, then update the software to the latest version. We had many issues with the process stalling and then we would finally get an error message? This wasted a lot of time! It’s so much quicker to update that software first, though it will take awhile (not lying). Once the software on the new phone is updated, then start the transfer process with your old phone. It will take a while (maybe 30 minutes). Once the whole thing transfers, your new phone will work and everything on the screen will look like your old phone. Here’s the one thing we did not think about, you will still need a new SIM card from your Carrier. They are free. Simply go to your Carrier’s store and explain that you bought a used phone and they will give you one. After everything is all set-up, call your carrier with your old phone and they will talk you through the process of installing the new SIM into the new phone. They will even test it out with you online until it works. Amazon Refurbished is guarranteed and definitally cheaper than other sites. The phone arrives fast too! After all is said and done, wipe the old phone to factory settings and remove the SIM card. Then you are all set! Newer phone at a cheaper price, it’s guarranteed, and my daughter is totally happy with it!

I ordered my iPhone 11 Pro Friday afternoon and it was delivered Saturday morning, without paying extra for shipping. I have only had the phone for a day, but it works pretty good so far. There’s a few scuffs on the side, but that’s to be expected with a refurbished phone. The battery health is at 89%.

Great experience, Read for a honest unbiased however just a few things people should know
I declined to leave a unboxing video & picture on this one as its the 2nd device I’ve bought from this store/seller in a month, technically 3 in total from one of their affiliates. So , I’ll start with delivery & packaging , in my profession ( CyberSec/OSINT ) this is very important detail, it will typically tell the rest of your experience. They did great with shipping times, the got it to me early which is always welcomed and as promised came with a very generic charging block & cable and the device that’s about it and it all works great!. I will also say their after market packaging they used was actually very professional and looked great, sealed with care . There was some paperwork on the side I highly suggest reading as its about your warranty and thus is important. Remember you pay for what you get, especially with Iphones. I use Android and IOS in business, I bought a brand new 2021 NEW flagship android device for $320 less than this product but what I paid extra for was that Amazon renewed guarantee which not only promises your device to come with certain prerequisites like over 90% battery life etc BUT it comes with a one year warranty as well as a great return policy which is also a year. I saw alot of mixed reviews , and the details is where you need to look . This company/store did a great job. With its presentation, Now I’m not going to go to deep I go i to a deep review on the device as a iphone is a iphone, is a iphone. I have owned every model ,this was a replacement for me aside from business use. This would have been 5 stars all around given the check star system Amazon has in place However, for example the battery I gave 4 stars, it did come with 90% battery in its bank but like most Iphones unless it’s a new battery and has been conditioned ( charged ) properly the battery life is not great on any pro model unless it’s the max versions but it will do most great and as expected. The forest green was a color I loved and was out of stock when I bought it new so that was a nice addition vs the green iphone 12 pro I have which a total different shade of green. So I bought a bundle , a recommended case and some tempered glass screen protectors, I will say as they are sufficient, I made a common mistake as I do like to pay for convienance these bundles are not always the most cost effective route. Do yourself a favor & look around, so my total was about $730 , the phone itself was priced decent enough but remember that tax is going go be a least $50 added to the device. The phone came 100% Factory Unlocked as advertised and in great shape , the only blemish which I wasn’t heartbroken about However for that kind of money and knowing how inexpensive it is to fix the glass as I’ve done it many of times, there was a decent scratch at the top near the top speaker HOWEVER, I am a tad OCD about things like that especially when spending that kind of money and having actually bought 3 devices Factory Unlocked I have a high standard. I think most people wont take a 2nd look at it. Just a side note, the resell and value system of used Iphones especially are still very off in 2022 considering for another $150 I could’ve just bought the iPhone 13 NEW. That said, that has nothing to do with this seller or store just a observation as my business is in all tech. At the end of the day,I can o my fairly go off of what I git & my experience. I am highly impressed and happy with this purchase. This store/seller took great care in its delivery time, its great packaging, everything came as advertised and product for all Intensive purposes is basically NEW. After 3 devices both IOS & Android , I would not hesitate to do business with this company again. Don’t second guess these guys , in reality this was a 5 star sale . They did great business and as I said I was willing to pay more as yes you can find this de ice cheaper all day BUT you are gambling , when it co es to stuff like this I can’t stress enough you get what you pay for. The device was perfect, again great presentation, Factory unlocked,ive tested it on over 20 GSM carriers thus far and I paid for a great product but a peace of mind for a full year , it has a great warranty, and I have no plans of a return but that option is there if you want it . They did great, I am happy and would buy again!

Quality degrades quickly! Do not recommend
Update: May 23,2023I received the device in mid-November 2022 and by mid-May 2023, the device no longer works. During a phone call, my phone randomly reset and has not turned back on since. It is stuck on a reset loop. I have tried hard-resetting, letting the battery drain and charge back up, and upgrading the software through a computer, but nothing has worked.Buyer be cautious! The device may work during the 90 days you have eligible for return, but beyond the 3 months the seller and Amazon will not refund or replace the device.Do not purchase if you want a reliable and fully functional device with a warranty.————————————–April 24, 20235 MONTH REVIEW:At first glance this was a good deal on an affordable refurbished iPhone 11 Pro. The device I received arrived in good packaging and no visible wear marks on the phone. Unfortunately, it quickly began to decline as far as the internal quality.The begin, the battery arrived at 85% max capacity, which is a measure of the battery capacity relative to when it was new. About 2 weeks into having the device, I noticed my phone wasn’t retaining charge like my previous iPhone 11 Pro. I decided to disregard the issue as I believed it was just one small issue.About a month in, I began to have glitches in my device such as my screen freezing, my touch screen response being very delayed, and even audio issues. I would be on a phone call and people would say they couldn’t hear me. This issue would persist until I reset my device. My phone also began to reset on its own. These issues occurred very little at first but now 5 months in they happen too often and it is frustrating to deal with. I sometimes have to force reset my device, which is really inconvenient when I’m on a call or relying on GPS.I’m only 5 months into owning the device and to add on to my list: I am now having issues with my front facing camera. I am getting an error saying my TrueDepth camera is having issues, and because of these issues I am unable to use the Face ID feature to unlock my phone or to log into certain apps.I have a quality case on my device, it has not been abused/dropped/exposed to harsh temperatures-just normal basic use. I use an official Apple charger and I’m far from meeting storage capacity. The phone itself looks new, but I was sold a faulty phone.THINK TWICE about purchasing!!! The phone may look like it is good but the quality quickly declines. If you still decide to purchase the phone, return it in the first sign of an issue.

Listennn reading the comments I realized ordering from this seller is a hit or miss really and mine was a hit.Firstly it came way earlier than expected it was in a regular box bubble wrapped and it came with a charger ,brick and the pointy thingy for the sim.Cosmetically the phone looks great no obvious scratches or dents, I had it under my lamp and you literally have to tilt the phone to see the small scratches. So 10/10 for that.The battery I was expecting 75-85 and was pleasantly surprised by the fact it came with 100%. Just perfect!Audio wise it’s also great, louddd way louder than my iPhone 7+ so that’s a great improvement, all speakerphones are clear and working.So far so good worth the money! Get it ! Take the risk.

The 11 Pro is really a decent iPhone, still very much modern and in line with the newest ones. My 13 Pro Max took a turn for the worse so I ordered this as an emergency phone, I don’t mind the switch one bit. I barely notice a difference other than size.

Depends on luck, frankly
This phone was a last resort. I had a completely failed experience with another seller’s IPhone 11, and to be honest, I was extremely nervous when ordering this one. The reviews had been 50/50, so I had very little clue what I was going to get.The package arrived a day early, which was nice and unexpected. My phone was put into what seemed like a generic Android phone box, which, I’ll let you know damn near gave me a heart attack when I opened.Inside were a few things. An Amazon renewed card and one other thing I can’t remember- as well as the phone (obviously) and a charger and charging brick. Charger and charging brick are standard but the cable feels pretty nice and the brick is a good size. Standard plastic holder inside. Nothing more, nothing less. No complaints.For the actual phone, it was inside of a plastic zip bag. The bag itself was scratched up so it was difficult to see the phone inside until i took it out. The first thing I did when I took it out was inspect it for damage. I was completely ready to pack it back up and send it back- but I was pleasantly surprised.The phone had very little cosmetic damage, just some scratches on the frame (my case covers it anyways, so it doesn’t matter to me) and literally no screen damage- besides a little scratch on the upper right corner near the bezel. And you have to remember these phones are used, so I didn’t feel a need to dock a star for that, since you can only see the scratch when the screen is off and light is being reflected onto it. Overall, 9.5/10 for cosmetics.Then, the battery. My particular phone came with 80% battery health, which I personally don’t mind. I have the means to be able to get it replaced when the time comes, and to be honest was a relief after my last IPhone 11 from another seller had 100% battery health, just for it to be a non-Apple battery and cause all sorts of problems.Overall, I have no complaints with this phone. It’s in great condition in my book. Mic, speakers, cameras, haptics, everything (as far as I’ve been using it) has been in perfect order. Based on other reviews, whatever phone you get from this seller honestly depends on luck. It’s trivial, and that should never be the case, but if you can, I’d say take the risk. Worse case scenario you return it and get a full refund and try again.Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase.

So, I bought this phone for my daughter because I did not want to make payments on another phone. This was a good price for me. So far so good everything seems to be working well the only thing is that her phone says there is an unknown part. It was easy to set up and because the phone was unlocked, we just took her sim out of her old phone and put it in the new one and it worked right away. Not sure about the unknown part thing though.

Camera seems and looks fine, it’s the cover plate that’s bad.
To start with the box was too big for this small camera. It had no padding. The camera looks OK but the clear cover for the camera face that was in with the small camera box is badly damaged with 2 large cracks as can be seen in the picture. The camera turns on and looks OK. I’m disappointed because all the many items I get from Amazon are always well packaged.

Expensive spy device that scratches on any touch
Unfortunately I need to keep buying smartphones because they are an essential part of life, but the spying capabilities of these phones are a violation of personal privacy.CAMERAThe camera is the best it’s ever been. The photos are incredible. The processing does something to your skin to make it look smooth. The portrait option makes the figure pop out in the frame.SCRATCHINGThis iPhone scratches when just in a pocket and touching normal clothing. I’ve never used a screen protector and had an iPhone scratch so easily. On reading more, I see this is a common problem with the iPhone 11 and is because they made the glass stronger, which made it scratch easily. Apple should provide a warning on purchase and a free screen protector, but they do not.BATTERYMuch faster than my previous iphone 7. I have leftover charge each day after one full charge overnight.FACIAL RECOGNITION EASE OF USEThis is a downgrade from the iphone 7. The fingerprint sensor was fast. The facial recognition has not added anything to the phone – it’s made the phone slower and more cumbersome. ApplePay is not fun to use anymore. The side button is a hassle to double click through a case for Apple Pay.For some reason, Force Touch was removed from the phone. This removes a lot of functions or makes them much slower. The iphone 7 was probably the best iphone Apple made in terms of responsiveness and efficiency.THE APP STOREStill can’t read all reviews on the app store for an app. How am I supposed to know what people think of the app?SPYINGDid you know that:-It is impossible to turn off WiFi or Bluetooth so that you can always be tracked-Anyone can purchase your tracker information from private companies and know anything about you-When you give an app permission to access your photos, the people running the app can access every single one of your photos-When you give an app access to your microphone, it can listen to you any time-When you give an app access to your email, it can literally download and read all of your emails-When you give an app access to your location at any time, it probably knows where you live and work-Apps place lots of trackers on your phone. When you charge your phone at night, then is when it’s sending out that data. This is the “background app refresh” setting on your app. Turn it off to stop the trackers. (to read more, check out the Washington Post article “It’s the middle of the night. Do you know who your iPhone is talking to?”)-It seems that Apple plans to improve this with iOS14, but from the description of the features it will have, it will barely begin to cover all the problemsApple should be more transparent and clear to customers on the tracking abilities of the phone. They should make private companies agree that they will not sell your data to law enforcement of the government.

Worked great for 3 months
The phone worked great for about 3 months but the screen began to malfunction and wouldn’t respond in several areas the day the return window closed. I tried to get a refund from the seller “Tech Exchange” but they were not very helpful and declined the refund when they recieved the product even though they accepted the return request beforehand. Luckily Amazon customer service was very helpful and understanding and I was able to get a full refund.

I bought this for my birthday a month ago and it’s prefect for me because I have kinda small hands. Everything works really well and I haven’t had any problems besides the battery being at 77%; it actually lasts me all day anyways so it’s not even bad. I bought silver and it’s more so silver on the sides and milky white on the back. I love this phone and I’m not upgrading anytime soon. OH AND THE CAMERA QUALITY IS SO GOOD. I can’t wait to start taking videos with it. The charger they gave me was a fast charger too so thank you 🥰. It was the best gift I bought myself for my 19th.

El iPhone me llegó en muy buenas condiciones estéticas. Con las cámaras funcionando Perfecto , micrófono y altavoz también. Se satura un poco el sonido si se le sube mucho el volumen. Batería 80%Noto un desperfecto en los colores de la pantalla. Saco fotos y me quedan mucho más claras , las paso a otro celular y se ven bien. El problema es la imagen cómo se ve desde este IPhone .Asimismo, me aparece en ajustes una notificación de que el Display del IPhone no es reconocido o está mal instalado. Quede contenta con el producto aunque la pantalla es fundamental y creo es un error que no debería ocurrir.Espero una respuesta. Gracias

My phone arrived in mint condition. I did a full charge and set up the phone with only one issue so far. I’m unable to pair my apple watch to the phone. So far everything else functions perfectly. I’m satisfied with this purchase.

Todo salió bien excepto el cargador
Todo va bien hasta ahorita solo que el cargador no sirve se conecta y desconecta a cada rato por suerte tengo el cargador de mi iPad y ese es el que usare para cargarlo llego con condición de la batería de 88% esta bien para ser re acondicionado

Quick delivery/exceeded expectations
This was a Christmas gift for my daughter and she was absolutely over the moon happy and in love on Christmas morning! I was leery of purchasing a renewed item but it’s very clear that it works exactly the same as a brand new one! Somehow I missed that this was an 11 Pro which is pretty hard to find a case for. Even though the phone is actually smaller than her current iPhone the screen size is actually larger, so it was a win-win.

Not bad
My white 11 pro 512gb came with about 82% total battery capacity. It works, the battery lasts a long time. Never had trouble with it dying on me. Still not sure how I feel about the capacity though, but it hasn’t given me any problems.

Iphone condition look good for a acceptable selection option. The touch screen however seem to respond kinda slow, but for the price I guessing you get what you pay for. And I would given a rate 4 star but the color iphone I received was a different color so 3 star is fair in my book.
