Amazing Purchase!!
I was really hesitant to buy a refurbished MacBook Pro. But I didn’t want to spend over a grand on a new one. I did my research and the M1 version of the Air and Pro were loved by many. I wanted the touchbar so I went with the Pro. I pulled the trigger and was so surprised with the condition of my MBP. Not a single scratch or scuff, the battery health was at 100%, it basically was brand new. It was also extremely fast and responsive. I’ve seen reviews saying the charger was iffy, but mine was fine. No issues but I guess that varies from person to person. If you want a MacBook Pro that’s basically brand new and want to save a lot of money, go with this one! I can’t recommend this enough!

Buying a refurbished MacBook was never my plan but I’m definitely glad I did. This laptop arrived with sturdy packaging. The laptop itself works like brand new, plus the M1 chip is unbelievably fast. I love it!My only problem with this product is the charger the laptop comes with. I personally, am using my older MacBook charger block with an extension. The refurbished ‘OEM’ MacBook charger is horrible. It shakes and I can hear components loose. Plus it took for-eeeever for it to charge when I used it the first (and last) time. Besides the charger, this laptop is astonishing. I wouldn’t know if it was refurbished if it was sent to me in an apple box! 4.5 stars!!

Delivered just as promised
It has been a month since I received my Macbook Pro from the Woot (the seller). It came without any visible scratch. The battery life was 98%. It has served better than I expected and can offer more years.Although the charger is bit suspect. sometimes you plug it and it says not charging for some seconds before it begins to charge.

The worst purchase I have ever made in Amazon: bend case, deep scratches, broken bottom panel …
I have purchased this Macbook 13 as a gift to my nephew. So I found out about the condition of the laptop a bit late. The touchpad is not fully functional, the case is bent, there are deep scratches everywhere, the bottom panel is broken, and the screen quality is horrible. I am surprised how a laptop in this condition can be sold. And on top of that, I felt ashamed after knowing I gave such a laptop as a present to my nephew. Hope they will resolve this situation fast.

Disappointed
Nothing is wrong with the body, I like that the keyboard has a backlight. I also like the touchpad part. I don’t like that I cannot download streaming apps such as Max, Starz, or Netflix. I’ll be returning it for this reason.

Basically brand new
I received my MacBook pro 13” in the mail today, first impressions it was nicely packed and protected in the Amazon Renewed packaging. The laptop looks flawless and if you did not know it was a “renewed” you’d never tell a difference. I got it updated to the latest OS and everything is smooth as silk. Cosmetically it’s mint, not a single scuff, smudge, or scratch to be found. The charger is an aftermarket but it charged the MacBook from 7%-100% in about 45 minutes, no complaints with that. I went into the settings and the battery’s overall life was at 100% so they must have replaced it with a brand new one or the thing was just never used. I am overall very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

I love the touchbar
I know that he touchbar is unloved by the masses but I wanted an Apple Silicone with one and this was it. Last of it’s kind. I’ve seen them go bad and I’ll deal with it when it happens. I’ve used the Apple Silicone Macs before so I knew I’d get great battery life. The best thing about this update is Davinci Resolve flies!

The experience of trying to buy refurbished, renewed, or refreshed was not worth it to me.
First of all, the delivery time is way too slow. 4-5 days is a long time to wait. Second, if there is a problem with your purchase (like mine) your money is tied up for about 10 days. That’s how long it took from time of purchase to getting the money back in my account. Not to mention all of the phone calls to tech support and Amazon trying to get this to work. If you have lots of money and plenty of time, you may be able to save a few bucks buying refurbished. It was not worth it to me.My experience: The MacBook Pro I bought arrived in an original MacBook Pro box. It looked like a new computer. I was so excited, thinking what a smart purchase it was. Unfortunately, my excitement was quickly diminished when trying it out for the first time. I opened the lid on the computer and it fired right up. I went through all the set up prompts and all seemed fine. I was so happy. However, when I closed the computer and reopened it a few minutes later it asked for my password. I entered it and it didn’t recognize it. After a few more attempts of what I know was the password it started the time out process. No worries right? I bought the Asurion protection plan with tech support so I gave them a call. Well, that didn’t work out either. After working with them (for a while) to fix the problem it just got worse. The computer started crashing and would not restart. We tried it with the charger and with out. We closed the lid and opened the lid of the computer hoping it would restart. Nothing. The tech said it should not be working this way and recommended returning it. As we were speaking I opened the lid again and wala it started up. We started the password reset again, and it crashed again. Again, he said it’s not supposed to work this way. So he connected me to Amazon to start the return process. So there you have it the computer was returned. My money was tied up for 10 days, and I lost about 4 hours with all of the follow up calls and time it took to take to the UPS store for return. I won’t ever try to make this kind of purchase on Amazon again.

so if you’re thinking to buy one of this go ahead I just got mine today and I’m speechless it’s brand new no scratches, or dents nothing 0 I’m extremely happy with this purchase it came with everything originally from apple charger cable etc, battery life is very good also my battery capacity is at 100% and let me tell you I buy a lot from amazon but I’m not the type of guy who will leave a review not matter what if I see something wrong with it I just ask for a refund and that’s it but I really had to make a review about this Macbook Pro and the reason why I’m doing this is for peoples that are wondering if is worth it to buy it just like I was asking my self, but men overall this this is insane LOVE IT!!!! this is the kind of sellers Amazon needs everything matched the description so if you’re looking to get one go ahead stop wasting your time and buy it you won’t regret. and yes I’m doing this review on the McBook!!

Better have a power adapter
The power adapter included with this refurbished Mac is garbage. Thankfully I already had some heavy-duty USB-C chargers from other devices. The Mac it self is as expected, happy with my decision overall to purchase a refurbished mac. But the idea that this is somehow “green” is as garbage as the power adapter it comes with, which I now have to throw away. Not very green at all.

Step up from surface.
I had a Surface Pro, and it was difficult to use in a classroom setting. If I had of know MacBook was this great, I’d have had one years ago. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It doesn’t decide to do upgrades in the middle of my class presentations! It literally has four times the battery life of the Surface. When I set up dual monitors on the Surface, it took me over 30 minutes. With this computer, I just plugged it in! It asked if I wanted to connect; I said ‘yes,’ and it set it up! This computer was in perfect condition and could have been sold as new! I’m a very happy customer!

slight damages with the corner and middle keyboard buttons having scratches. tbf that wouldn’t be too surprising but this was an excellent condition so that’s was disappointing. considering the battery was swollen and the bottom panel was lifting off on the sides too😃.battery health was 90 with a 157 cycle count. would have love lower but that’s okay lo. battery lasted for more that twice hours.

I was nervous buying used from a non-Apple seller, but it has been good so far. I’ve had the computer for about 3 months and the only thing I’ve noticed is that the speaker isn’t very loud on some videos. Some, not all. Other than that it’s great- battery was at 97% when I got it. It did come in an unremarkable box with a cheesy generic adapter, but what are you gonna do. For the price I’m definitely satisfied and am glad I got this one and not the Air. The screen is fabulous, doesn’t hurt my eyes as much and is great for photo editing. It’s a yes for me.

Great value and renewed is like new!
Hi,I wanted to save some money when buying this laptop and went for the renew one, have no complaints about it! It is completely new and works like new. The only issue here is the charger, it didn’t come with the original one (instead with a generic one) and I’m afraid that in the long term this will affect my battery performance or it will eventually get damaged given that it doesn’t feel like a good quality charger.

Not a device for everyone

Best computer I have ever owned/used.
I love my M1. I got a refurbished unit from Amazon for the savings. I was a little worried when it came, the box was a little beat up, it came in its factory box, but did not come with original charger. The charger they provided was brand new and works great. This MacBook is the fasted computer I have ever used, period. I dabble in music production and gaming. I have no complaints. The laptop was in perfect condition too, not a scratch on it. Check if the M1 works with any specific software you use prior to purchase, I had to wait for some that I use to work, no big deal, but if you use video editing software, or other processor heavy apps, double check. I don’t know why people dislike the Touch Bar, I love it.

Very Happy.
After reading some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive.I received the Mac yesterday. There is not a scratch on the device, all the keys work, and the battery health was 100% with no cycles – it seems like new. I’ve been setting it up all day and the battery is about 15% down… after about 5 hours.It looks like it’s a new Apple charger, and an Apple box as well.I’m extremely happy and would order again in a heartbeat.

Good computer
There’s really not much to say as I am a Apple person anyway so the computer works as it supposed to. I actually got this computer for my five-year-old son for Christmas so with that being said a five year old with a Mac computer what can you say! ☺️

Don’t hesitate to buy it.
I am a senior CS Student major. I have been finding one of the best laptop ever to upgrade from my old Macbook pro 2017 13’3 inches. I have been finding the item so hard until I found this one. With only 915 (849 plus tax). I have had the same price with the macbook air M1 with the power of Pro m1. Best purchase ever!

Great but only has 2 USB ports
The laptop came in excellent quality. I’m always happy to buy refurbished from honest sellers.However, there is one mistake on the description. This laptop only has 2 usb ports instead of the advertised 4. I’m going to try to make this work.

Works like new. No issues so far.
Got it in a open state only with a soft bubble wrap. But laptop is pretty much new with zero damages. Works like a charm..used for a month now. Battery is also replaced/new. No issues so far. Except the charger looks a bit old but works fine.

Speechless, just an amazing purchase
Great purchase, product doesn’t seem used or refurbished at all, if it came with its original box and charger I wouldn’t even notice.On that matter, charger is generic but for the price I don’t really mind at all.
