Was listed as “Excellent” and it certainly was.
Like many of you I was very nervous about buying a refurbished laptop not from Apple. However, this one came from Loop-Mobile, and it was pristine and had just 97 battery cycles. All in all, it was in perfect condition, without any scratches or blemishes, and worked 100% like it should. I was extremely happy, but had to return it as I found out my job was cutting my wages in between the time when I ordered it and when it arrived, as the budget had changed for 2024. I have shipped it back and am waiting for a full refund, so hopefully I can edit this review if I have any problems. Overall though I’m 100% satisfied with my purchase from Loop-Mobile, which stated it was in “excellent” condition. Update: they processed the refund within one day of receiving it, so 5 stars all around for Loop-Mobile.

Make sure you click on “other sellers” and choose DLX Certified!Mine came in with an Apple Refurbished Certified label. It looks and feels brand-new. It also came in early. The battery health was at 100%, and there was still Apple Warranty left.

A big upgrade for me
I had a 8 year old laptop, so this was a huge upgrade for me. I didn’t need the newest, especially if I could get one a few years older and a fraction of the cost of a new one. The shipping was packaged great – my only issue was the laptop charger which seemed to be a dupe. It stopped working after one day – but the seller refunded me $50 so I can replace it with a new one.Love the battery life – overall works great and is super fast.

Good Value Refurbished 14″ MacBook Pro
If you’re looking for an affordable M1 Pro MacBook Pro with some sort of warranty, purchasing through Amazon seems to be a good way to go. Overall, I’d give the machine that I received 4.5 out of 5.Pros:- Exterior aluminum case and screen are in excellent condition- Keyboard, trackpad and ports all work perfectly- More than enough processing and graphics power for everyday tasks or moderate photo/video editing- Great value for storage size and chip configuration (I ordered the 1 TB + 16 GB RAM model and it came with the 10 Core CPU + 16 Core GPU M1 Pro chip config)Cons: (these are absolutely nit-picks as I’m overall VERY pleased with the computer I received)- Battery Health: Received with 40-ish cycles and about 95% health. Would have preferred that to have received one with fewer cycles, but this is not the end of the world- Keyboard Cosmetics: The keyboard is perfectly functional and is more than acceptable in appearance, but it does show SOME signs of wear. The matte finish has been worn to a glossy sheen on the most used keys.- Original packaging not includedOverall: If you’re looking for a great 14″ MacBook and willing to compromise on it not being 100% cosmetically perfect (it’s probably 96% perfect), this is a solid value and hundreds of dollars less than one from the apple refurbished store.

As others said it came in a sealed Apple box certified renewed. Only 4 battery cycles. Called Apple to provide proof of purchase for 1 year warranty and now it shows eligible to buy AppleCare.Looks feels and acts like brand new.I am very impressed.

Read reviews about sellers and ask seller!
As others have said, read reviews on certain sellers for the best chance to get an Apple certified refurb. I’ve read countless reviews on DLX deals and decided to ask the seller if it was true and confirmed it. Pulled the trigger and 2 days later it arrived. I was pleasantly impressed how the Apple refurb box wasn’t damaged despite it being in a bigger Amazon box but took it out of the box and I checked for any kind of damage and didn’t notice anything. MacBook was in pristine condition, shined a light to see if there was any kind of smudges on the keyboard/body/screen and nothing! All in all, the product was worth every penny, highly recommend DLX deals!

Refurb: Not Perfect (Update)
I was a bit disappointed when I first opened the package. It was not shipped in a box, but was in a fairly protected insert inside the box. I could see that on the right front edge there appeared to be some discoloration and what appeared to be a scratch along the top part of the lid. I was thinking Refurb Excellent meant no scratches. However, upon further inspection I took a cloth with some alcohol on it and just gave the case a good wipe down. That corner looked as though there may have been a sticker on it. So I cleaned it very well and lo and behold you can see from the picture there actually are no scratches and discoloration is gone. So now I open it and it immediately came to life. I did notice there was not little tissues between the glass and the keyboard, but the display seems perfect with no scratches and the keyboard doesn’t have any finger oils or wear on it. So I am happy about both. There was a couple of spots on the inside, but again the magic of an alcohol wipe and it cleaned up good. This MacBook Pro M1-14 was apparently initially purchased on Jan 24, 2023 as that is when the limited warranty runs out in 2024. No way to get Apple Care as the 90 days are well past. The battery indicator shows it to be normal with 99% battery life. It had 55 total charge cycles. Needless to say for the $1249.00 I paid for this thing I think I did great. It’s a refurb it isn’t going to be perfect. One thing I will say is they gave me a knock off power adapter and USB-C to MagSafe 3 cable. The cable looks great. But that power adapter got so hot that I don’t trust it and it’s going in the trash can. I’ll buy a replacement Apple OEM charging brick. The seller on this was Loop Mobile. I see many people say they have had a bad experience with them, but this is mine so far. If anything changes I will update this review. I am only giving 4 stars because if they had taken the time to clean up the case to remove the apparently stains and provided a OEM brick. These 3rd party bricks have been known to cause fires. So my rating of 4 stars is still good.Update: 12/20/23After about a week or two the battery started draining much quicker than expected. I actually contacted Apple they had me install a diagnostic and the battery level was much lower than when I initially got it. However, they recommended for me to wipe it and reinstall MacOS. So I did this as we thought maybe something was running in the background that a reboot was not clearing. However, that made no different. I could literally charge it to 100% and not have anything running from the taskbar. When I would get up in the AM about 7 or 8 hours later it was be at 75%. When I get home from work it’s would be at 50%. I couldn’t figure that out. I requested a return and I was sad to do so because other than the battery it was mint. The seller fully refunding me when the received the laptop back. I shipped it back in the same box that they shipped it to me in. I did end up purchasing another one that was an Apple Refurb, but that is another review.

Pick the right seller and cross your fingers.
i ended up ordering 2 of the same condition from this listing but from different sellers. the second one was about $15 less and was significantly better. it may be just one listing, but the sellers are nothing alike.The first:[1 star experience] Arrived early in “ok” used condition. It had a small dent by the screen where the lid meets the palm rest, worn keycaps, dust and debris under the keys, and scratches on the apple logo… I purchased a Refurbished/Renewed “Excellent”. This could be “good” or “very good”, but never excellent.The most glaring issue with the first though, was the battery. it had over 500 cycles (90% capacity)and apple only rates them for 1000 before replacement is likely to become necessary. (it also had an unofficial cable and charger, but the charger was 140W which, while cool, isnt any better than the 97W unless you have the 16 inch but it is still bulkier)I decided to order a second one but also be much more picky with the seller ratings this time and hope to get a better example so i can return this one.The second:[Perfect 5 stars] Arrived on time, and…. WOW! First and foremost, the battery had 4 cycles on it and full100% capacity! It also came in an official apple certified refurbished box with new official magsafe cable, 97W fast charger, and intact plastic wrap. I didnt check if apple care could be activated bc idk how and i got insurance through amazon. Also, i obviously didnt include photos of the second one. If you want to know what it looked like, go on apples website or to a store, it’s simply *flawless*.I already started my return on the first. As long as i dont have any issues returning it, i won’t be sharing who the first seller was. I’ll update this with any issues that pop up on the second one if they do, but as of now, im extremely happy with my purchase and leaving 5 stars to reflect that.

Only 9 charge cycles: How to increase your odds on a good refurbished unit
I am extremely happy with my purchase of a refurbished 14 inch silver base M1 pro macbook from Amazon. Much better than a new M2 Air of same RAM and Storage I was also considering and cheaper too. My model came with only 9 charge cycles and was an actual Apple Refurbished model. Here is how you can try to maximize your odds of getting a great refurb macbook:1. Understand there are multiple sellers under this refurbished listing. Amazon only provides the shipping / delivery, you need to pay close attention to the Seller. There are multiple third party sellers for this product and some have a better track record than others. Pay attention to Amazon reviews that mention the seller they purchased from and what the quality of the product received was. I saw multiple good reviews of Macbooks from the seller “woot”, and I made sure to select a config above that I liked and that woot still sold. woot was not the default seller, so be sure to take a look and select a different seller if you find a good one2. there is a difference between amazon refurbished standards and apple official refurbished standards. Apple’s is stricter. If you buy an Amazon refurb, you can find dirt, hair, and battery at 80% or above. Scratches on the metal. Unofficial charger blocks and cables. Etc. Apple refurbs will be fully cleaned and with everything official and boxed in their refurb box. They will even come with a warranty still. My order from the seller, woot, just so happened to be an Apple refurbished unit – so I scored big time. 8 months left on Apple limited too. I was not too surprised though as other reviews mentioned the same and it seems woot may have just bulk ordered a pallet of these from Apple not too long ago (Apple probably purging stock of M1 refurbs for the new M3 laptops). You can tell it is an Apple refurbished model if it comes in the brown box with a pull tab exactly like their other unboxing tabs, fully saran wrapped, and unboxes… like an official apple product really. Just quality packaging. See my attached images for reference.I say send it if you can find one from a reputable seller based on Amazon reviews like mine. The jump from Intel based mac to Apple silicon is night and day, even for a now 2 year old laptop design.

Perfect Experience
At first I was really skeptical, since refurbished M1 pro 14 inch 16gb/1tb is costs more than $2k(with taxes) on apple’s official site and here I was able to bough the same specs model for literally $1500 (with taxes). I did check the reviews, most says the laptop comes in original apple refurbished package and accessories and decided to pull the trigger. Got my package in 5 days and couldn’t believe my eyes. It was a legit Apple refurbished MacBook Pro, everything included in original packaging. Checked the battery cycle, it was only 2! Practically brand new! Bingo! Checked the warranty status and it was showing April 2024 (approximately 6 months)! Couldn’t be more happier! No scratches on the outside, crisp clean inside! So far so good! The only downside is you can not buy Apple care + extended warranty (I believe due to the third party selling) but hey there I was able to pay $500 less for the same product. Highly recommend

Insane Laptop Deal
I don’t often write reviews, but for how incredible of a product/deal this is, I had to. I almost thought to myself this deal was too good to be true…like how is it possible to buy a 1 TB 14in MacBook that also happens to basically be new for $1300? But after ordering this laptop, it came in absolutely PRISTINE condition. The packaging is done so that it looks like it did when it was originally bought from the factory. And the crazy thing is that the battery cycle count was only 3 when I got it. So pretty much it’s never been used before…unbelievable deal and I will be checking Amazon for all future laptop needs.Btw, when you pair this deal with Amazon’s Assurance insurance for the laptop, you can rest easy knowing any accident will be completely covered! Ultimate cheat code pairing that great insurance with one heck of a laptop deal.

Perfect condition – like new!
Received this item wrapped in an Apple box, with plastic wrap and the original charging cables. The 14” MacBook Pro appeared new, although the box did say “MacBook Pro (Refurished)” on it. Other than that, you would never be able to tell this product was refurbished. Excellent, even better than expected.
Don’t typically write reviews, but this was an amazing buy. Pristine condition from Reuse Deals, came in the apple refurbished box, no visible scratches or blemishes anywhere on the device, 2 battery cycles, 2 years of apple care still active, all accessories in original packaging, still has that new device smell even. I got the 65W charger, where some others got the higher watt charger, but overall this far exceeded my expectations. Figured I should give credit where credit is due.

Another Genuine Apple Refurbished with 6 Months Apple Care Jackpot Winner!
I was hesitant to order a refurb on Amazon, but those fears were put to rest with this purchase and kudos to DLX Deals in particular.The laptop arrived in an official Apple Refurbished box and had all the included accessories wrapped nicely, upon inspection there are no flaws on this machine, 100% unblemished, super impressed but that turned to being exhilaration when I saw the battery health @ 100% and only 8 cycles.I still have 6 months of Apple Care as another perk from ordering from DLX, super cool and appreciated, I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt compelled but the superb value this purchase represented.

Not sure what kind of sorcery is going on at Amazon, but the renewed MacBook Pro I bought from here was literally the Apple refurbished experience, sealed in a white box.The battery was at 0% on arrival, but I plugged it in, and charged up to 100% pretty quickly and the unit works completely fine. Literally on battery charge cycle #2 right now. The thing had never been used and obviously sat in the box a little too long. But it works like a charm. Can’t believe they sent me a sealed in box Apple refurb. Not sure if all of them are like this or I just won the amazon lottery, but here it is.One more thing.. The seller name: WOOT.

After reading reviews and potentially saving $1k buying a new 14” MacBook Pro M2 vs this M1, 16GB ram, 1 TB MacBook Pro I decided to roll the dice (knowing I could return it) and try Amazon renewed. I received it today and It’s pretty much brand new, 4 battery cycle count and absolutely flawless, factory sealed from Apple so I got the “opening new Apple box” experience and it came with the upgraded 96w charger!! ☘️😁I’m beyond pleased and glad I made this choice.Update,This was purchased from Focus who are an authorized Apple reseller. I now have a 1 year warranty from Apple and I am eligible for Apple Care, even more stoked!!

My personal experience with this seller was great. My laptop came without any visible damage, no scratches on the body or the screen. The battery life was low, approximately 4 cycles, if I remember correctly. It came with the original charger and what appeared to be the original Mac box.My advice to everybody buying refurbished laptops is to read the description carefully and not expect to receive a laptop that’s almost brand new or unused. I was fortunate; mine still had activated AppleCare. However, based on my previous purchases from different sellers, I haven’t always been as lucky. I’m giving five stars based on my experience, but it’s important to keep in mind that buying used is not the same as buying new. Be prepared in case something slightly less than great arrives!

Works great
Bought this laptop to primarily edit videos with Final Cut Pro. It works but sometimes it’s freezes or moves real slow. While that can be irritating it’s not a deal breaker. Worth the money however if you can afford to go new, go new.

Its A Legit Purchase
Overall, I am so far happy with my purchase. I have had it for about 2 mo. now with no major issues. I will likely be keeping the item if nothing arises in the 90 day period. Battery life has been good. It had 19 charge cycles when I got it. The screen is nice and clear. No cosmetic damage no scratches, was very clean.However, the packaging was very underwhelming. Once I opened the amazon box, it was just floating around in this bubble wrap, it wasn’t stationed, you could shake it and it was all over the place which did concern me when I received the package.

Great Refurb option, with some minor gripes
This option was a refurb priced at almost 500 less than a new option, had only 2 small dents near the track pad on the edge, battery health was at 85%, we will see how this lasts in the long term, shipping could have been better, just came wrapped in a bubble sleeve and the charging brick rattling around the box, no care at all.

Another Apple Certified Refurbished Jackpot!
Bought this 2021 MBP 14 M1 Pro looking for a better deal than the M2 MBP 14’s currently on the market and available on Apple’s own refurbished store. I found this deal on Amazon and have determined through reading the recent reviews that it appears the seller Woot has a good amount of Apple Certified Refurbished stock that they must have purchased in some kind of lot deal from Apple. I decided to roll the dice and purchase a 2021 MacBook Pro 14 M1 Pro with 16GB RAM and a 1TB SSD for $1399.99…And I am thrilled with the result! I signed for the package that was delivered today and, sure enough, found a shrink-wrapped and perfectly packed Apple Certified Refurbished MacBook Pro inside! Included was a OEM charger that was the appropriate 97 watts to accommodate this higher power 10 core chip over the base 8-core model that normally comes with a 67-watt charger.The laptop itself is gorgeous and only had 6 charge cycles on it at 100% capacity out of the box! Honestly, I can not find a flaw anywhere on the device at all. What I got here was basically a brand new to me M1 MBP 14 with a savings of over $800 from when this model with this SSD capacity would have been new! I am one happy guy. The device’s battery was completely discharged when it arrived, so I did follow a charging calibration cycle just to be safe: charge the device to 100% and then continue to leave hooked up to power for 2 hours, unplug and complete drain power to shut down, and then plug back in and charge back to 100%. This is probably totally unnecessary and overkill, likely even done at the factory! But I just wanted to be safe considering that this is the procedure with replacement batteries such as what you will get with iFixit.Good luck on your roll of the dice, I feel like Woot is the one to buy from right now given all the success reported in the reviews. Also, if you are wondering, this seems like the optimal time to buy these since we are already well into the M2 chip cycle with many Apple Macs containing it and these old stock Apple-certified refurbished M1 devices seem to be piled up in the re-sellers inventory right now!

Amazing results, coming from a windows user
This was my first Macbook from Apple and after 2 weeks of daily usage, I can say it performs excellently in performing every day browsing and work from home. The screen is very vibrant and colorful, I’ve never been used to this smooth of a screen before. Everything seems to be running fine! It connects perfectly into my apple ecosystem, as most of my products around me are already apart of Apple. Would recommend.

In great condition except for a scratch on the side that is not noticeable but the charger…
To be renewed this is pretty good. Almost as good as new besides a small scratch on the side that no one will ever see. My only complaint is the 92% battery capacity, although its quite good for a used device, I do wish it was a little better but that’s still pretty good. Now the main issue is the charger…it gets extremely hot. It’s not an official apple charger so i was worried and will end up buying one for an additional 40 to 70 bucks. That’s the only thing keeping free from giving 5 stars. The macbook itself is doing great otherwise. Can’t complain too much when you’re saving almost 1,000 getting an older machine that is just a little bit less powerful than the M3 pro or M2. And with extra storage and ram to boot.

DLX DEALS 100% Battery Health exactly like new.
I don’t normally write reviews but since it’s expensive I will I got a MacBook from DLX Deals Certified purchases excellent condition it came exactly like a new MacBook not a scratch 100% battery health all wrapped in a Apple Refurbished box. Honestly pretty sure is was Apple certified refurbished not just amazon.It also had a 1 year apply warranty I believe but yeah flawless I took a risk to save some money and don’t regret it I couldn’t find “moot” or whatever that reseller was but this was a great buy.Laptop runs pretty fast but my desktop windows 7950x 3070Ti 64Gb ram & 8TB computer is faster.This thing tho is a productivity beast for my job and work.

Received an “Apple Recertified” 2021 14″ Apple Macbook M1 Pro !
Ordered an Amazon Renewed (Excellent Condition) 2021 14″ Macbook M1 PRO /16GB RAM/1TB SSD and received a sealed official “Apple Recertified” laptop! It came in next day and in new condition. The laptop itself was sealed in the OEM Apple packaging and all accessories were new from Apple including a Mag Safe charging cable and 96W Charger. Not to mention the battery was 100% capacity with 9 cycles.Also, Apple support was able to provide 1 year warranty and confirm it was eligible for Apple Care. The Apple M1 Pro 14″ so far has been a great laptop and worth the upgrade over base M1/M2 Macbook Air considering the additional CPUs/GPUs, RAM, SSD, and improved screen/camera/speakers. I would recommend seller “DLX Deals Certified” for Apple recertified products. Definitely a great deal for the quality, specs and being Apple Recertified!

So close to 5, but had one issue.
well-priced and arrived on time. I bought the M1 in Excellent. It looks great and ran great. Then I tried a game to stress it. I started hearing an odd noise near the fan. I ran a diagnostic, (I highly recommend it to be the first thing you do if you buy one. very easy but I waited for an issue.) The fan showed a problem. I removed the back panel after buying the Needed P5 screwdriver. It was a little dirtier than I would like for a refurbished laptop. But there was a small piece of plastic stuck in the left fan causing it not to spin and make noise. I removed it and the diagnostic showed no issues.Feature wise and value for money, cant beat it. This was best case scenario for the fan issue. The fan may not have been an issue prior to shipping but the small amount of dust collection had to have been.It loses two stars for the refurbish process but again, I think the value is worth this potential issue.

Apple certified Refurbished
I never write review, but this product really superised me. I read many reviews and decided to buy from the Woot, who has multiple positive reviews.The computer is really brand new, without any scratches or defects, they even upgrade my power to 96W. You can see the pictures I attached taken in the sunlight. The computer I received has only gone through five charging cycles, and there are still four months left on the warranty, which is truly a pleasant surprise for the price. Initially, I doubted the positive reviews for Woot, thinking they might be advertisements, but it wasn’t! it is indeed very good!After reading many reviews, I noticed that reviews for purchases from All out apple and loop mobile are not very favorable, while DLX has some positive feedback. When making a purchase, please pay attention to the supplier, read reviews, and hopefully, everyone can find a computer that meets their satisfaction!

Great MacBook for a decent price.
MacBook was deilvered quickly. This one was not shrink wrapped in an Apple box -I was kind of hoping, but not expecting. Once out of the box it DID come in, looks wise it was pretty pristine. The battery cycle count is at 65 for this one. I had a weird issue with the charging cord -as it turned out, the charger was conflicting with power delivered from my monitor’s USB-C connection (with the monitor winning). I reached out to the seller before figuring it out and they responded within a day that I could return it for a refund. It was not needed and I have added confidence that if there’s an issue, I can return it.

Dirty, poor packaging, but decent product.
Not quite the quality of packaging and presentation I was expecting or promised, but the product generally meets description:Good: – 20 charge cycles, sticker on back said 95% battery health, but Mac says 100% (description promises >80%) – No scratches on screen – Overall decent quality except for some minor scratches near ports – Included charger/cable; not Apple like others got, but that’s fine – Product specs meet descriptionBad: – Computer was just short of filthy. Dirt/grime, smudges and fingerprints on exterior and interior – including on screen and keyboard. Spent about 30 min cleaning, looks good now. (Description said professionally inspected and cleaned – clearly did not happen.) – Computer came loosely in box. It seemed they stuck a 14″ MacBook in packaging meant for 16″+ laptop. While no apparent damage from shipping, was not secure or immobile in box. – This is being nitpicky now; SLIGHT shading on edges of screen. Barely noticeable, and it sounds like this is a general MacBook issue. But still there.Overall not bad, but not super impressed. Price was pretty good compared to other options out there (shopped around for a while). While I most likely will keep it, thankfully this is backed by Amazon’s 90 day guarantee so I can return if I decide I don’t want to keep it.

Scratches everywhere but low cycle count
This cost $1389 before tax and said to be in „excellent condition“. There are at least 5 scratches and 1 dent on the surface. It’s weird to see so many traces of use but only 3 cycle count. I wonder how the laptop was used. I‘ve used it for about a week so far. Most functions works well. The Internet connection sometimes doesn‘t go well though it gets better over time. Also, a third-party charger was provided.

Not even space grey and condition said “New” – not even close
Color: The color was wrong it was silver and not space grey. I attached a picture of my current space grey Mac next to this one.”New” Condition: Secondly the condition said “New” which I know this is a refurbished machine but was expecting it to be barely used. The battery has been used 176 times that’s not something I would consider “new. However, the physical body is in great condition only one scratch on the entire thing. Over all, the computer works great but the wrong color makes me skeptical of the entire description.

I think it’s fine?
I ordered a MacBook M1 Pro in excellent condition, with the expectation that like most of the review I would receive an Apple refurbished laptop.Charger is not Apple certified and doesn’t work 3/4 of the time it’s plugged in, which makes me nervous about how it will affect the battery life and charging port over time.Otherwise too soon to tell how it will operate. Keyboard has wear marks on common letter like the “U”, “enter” and space bar keys.Slightly disappointed overall.

Gigabyte as laptop manufacturer not quite good
I bought this product twice, the first case it had visual artifacts/glithces on the screen, which prevented me from comfortably using it, since these artifacts/glitches were quite annoying and definitely a malfunctioning hardware or incompatibility with some software from Gigabyte. (This is item I returned, and proceeded to immediately buy another one, just for giving gigabyte a second chance).The second item did not have these so call-ed artifacts/screen glitches, but it did came with just a single ram of 32gb , instead of dual 16gb (but the company who sells it took the hit, and gave me some of my money back to compensate for the lacking dual ram, still, dissappointed that they couldn’t deliver completely).It’s been almost 3 months of usage, and I can tell you that I WOULD hesistate con purchasing from gigabyte again, since now it’s having some stuttering issues along side performance issues with regards of the GPU, which is an RTX 3070 ti, I was not able to troubleshoot what is making the stuttering, but the only way to solve it , is to restart the computer, which is making it extremelly annoying.All in all, I give it a 7/10, it was pricey, and definitely not the quality I would’ve expected, for the same price, other manufacturers had extremelly good options, and better track-record for that matter.Not recommended, would get it only if on a good deal.BTW, the 360hz screen is a blessing, but due to the issue with the gpu, you most probably never fully use the 360hz of the screen, not even on CS.GO, which is saying A LOT.

Amazing deal of a laptop
As others have expressed here, what was sent to me was an Apple certified refurbished laptop. It’s in perfect condition. 2 battery cycles. Basically brand new. I feel like I hit the lottery.But I urge you to buy from Woot. My first purchase was from a different reseller and it was the OPPOSITE experience — a totally disgusting mess of a laptop with literally slime stuck on the keyboard.I couldn’t be more satisfied with this purchase.

Quality Customer Service.
As the product description stated, it was shipped with a 3rd party charging brick and cable. The brick did not work out of the box and the cable ended up not working after using it a couple of times with the new brick I ordered. Im very familiar that these things happen with 3rd party chargers so I really wasn’t upset it just seemed like it was just a bit of an inconvenience at the time. But if you have prime shipping literally nothing is an inconvenience lol. I reached out to the seller to explain what happened and they VERY quick at responding and super considerate for refunding me the amount that I paid to get a new charging brick and cable ordered. As far as the MacBook goes it’s exactly what was described it’s got a few definitely got a few charge cycles on it but everything seems to be in mint condition and the battery life on it seems to be about what it is advertised to be. Very pleased with my overall experience 🙏🏼

Big upgrade
Coming from using a mac book air from 2010. The value in the price for a refurbish Mac book pro M1 chip. For photo and video editing. There is no delay, while editing drone videos. And works well with a Wacom tablet.
