Came clean, without a ding, and with new accessories
Came quickly and packed extremely safely. I live in NYC and had it delivered to work, and took an Uber to get it home. It booted up quickly, with a brand-new Macally wired USB keyboard/mouse set, which I’ve since replaced with wireless third-party silver/aluminum look accessories. I even received the model above the one listed, which was a surprise as it’s further equipped for photo editing, music collection (I still have 13,000 local files), and web browsing. Now that I know the video card has twice the RAM, I might look into gaming or even Photoshop. Either way I’m super excited to have gone from a 2010 Macbook Pro 15″ to an iMac, and the screen is gorgeous. Purely gorgeous. I always buy refurb but usually without a service plan, but since my 2014 refurb Macbook bit the dust after four months, I sprung for the 2-year plan and now use an external HDD to back up to Time Machine for peace of mind. All in all a great pleasure and no hiccups so far. Would definitely purchase again.

Great value.
I just received the product yesterday. It comes with a generic box with the large cut mark on one side. But it was padded with the plastic airbags and protectors so there is no damage inside luckily. There is no wrapping for the screen. But the screen is perfect and no visible scratch marks. I was able to boot up and upgrade to the latest version of MAC OS 10.15.4 Catalina without any problem. The system performs very well as expected. I am very happy with the purchase. A great saving compare to buying the new one.The only reason I give 4 stars is that it advertises with remote apple keyboard and mouse but comes with Macally wired key board and mouse. They should mention clearly on the website. Other than that I am happy. So far so good.

iMac is a great buy but is a real stinker on speed with included 5400rpm hdd. Go ahead and spend another $60-75 and get a decent SSD you will not be disappointed. I added a Samsung T7. Speed of included HDD is 50/75 but with SSD it jumps ten fold to 750/850

Slower than a dead man walking. Read on.
I received it about 8-10 days ago and just unpacked it and started the process of getting it up and running and ready. Boot time is so long, I could start and probably finish shaving by the time it completes the process. No joke. It has failed the system update a few times, but I’ll give it another try or two.If it starts to function properly, I will likely upgrade it. Perhaps and external SSD boot drive and RAM. So far, I am wishing I bought something better. I am a Mac guy, but this model is not making me smile at all, aside from the screens quality. I will update as time goes by.Well, It’s been doing and redoing the update. Growing old waiting. Oh I have a 500 meg connection incase you are wondering. Hours and hours trying to update. SELLER, are you reading this?Update: It’s not happy about transferring the files from my old iMac. So time consuming to get this process working on this new machine I have no Smiles left for this product.Total downer. I gave up on it some time ago. My almost 12 year old iMac runs better and is more reliable. Do yourself a favor and take a pass on this one.

I’m not going to lie, I was really scared to buy this computer due to the amazing price and the customer reviews. I was not sure what I was actually going to get but due to amazons amazing 90 day return or replace, I took the plunge and I do not regret it at all. My computer is fast, the screen is beautiful and the computer came with thin one day of me ordering!!! I was a little disappointed with the keyboard and mouse(off brand)but with a little research, I found that apple actually sells the Logitech keyboard on their site(its made for apple)! Overall I am very happy and glad I did not spend thousands on a new apple computer. Do your research and take a chance, you won’t regret it.

RUNS HORRIBLY SLOW. GET SOMETHING ELSE.
Computer looked great out of box. I have a 2012 version which runs great just getting old and I wanted something newer. This computer ran so slow right out of the box. I couldn’t even log into my Apple ID. It takes 5 min or longer (mostly longer) for anything to open after clicked. I went through customer service multiple times, reinstalling, updating, resetting to factory defaults to no avail. Computer never ran better and couldn’t do anything about it. I really disliked the return process, as I needed to wipe and completely reset to factory default even after deleting all my personal data. Took me 12 hours one day to just get it ready to return due to slow speed of this thing. I also was required to take a bunch of pictures to prove the product was not damaged, which is fine but again more time consuming. I also had to take a picture to prove I reset the thing and email it to the seller before returning. Hopefully seller is easy to work with. I will update this review with information on how helpful to seller was with the return process once completed.

Looks and works like new !! Honestly if I didn’t know it was a refurbished, I’d have thought it was a new Mac from the Apple Store. I haven’t tested it running huge applications like Photoshop, but it runs anything I throw at it in Safari just fine and handles the game League of Legends well. No lag. Definitely recommend buying this if you’re wanting a Mac but can’t afford one at brand new price !! This review comes from having this computer for month and I do not have any complaints. It also updated to the latest OS Big Sur just fine.

Impressed
Looks brand new. Some scratches on the base and the wire was chewed up a bit. Doesn’t came with original keyboard or mouse from apple. So I have to buy that separate. There’s a small red dot on the screen but when it’s powered on I don’t see it anymore. The speakers sound new. Overall great experience for a renewed product. I got the 2017 model. For $800 I’m very pleased. I would’ve given 5 stars if it had the apple keyboard and mouse.

After Warranty, my iMac is very SLOW!
After my 3 months warranty expired, my iMac working very slow, even the macOS and other softwares are update with final version, sometimes takes long time to open or close a window!!!What’s the solution? please let me know if you know why?

Loving my iMac!
First off, it was delivered in less than a week. This product was the best decision ever! I was skeptical but I bought this for digital marketing classes. It stated it came with high serria & I was able to update to Big Sur upon start up. It didn’t come with an apple mouse & keyboard, but the ones it came with are very nice and were brand new logitech. The computer is fast, looks brand new and I would definitely recommend buying from this seller. Completely satisfied!!! First time to use an iMac & was frustrating at first, but getting the hang of it, love it now!

I cannot believe this deal!
I had ordered this iMac 2017 with low expectations hoping I’d get something that at least worked – Its refurbed, right? Well, I don’t know what some of the other folks that wrote reviews ordered, but this iMac looked easily a 9.5/10. Booted right up (can’t wait to upgrade to SSD). Screen was bright and this is my first 4K monitor – wow. Ok, the included new keyboard is, umm, low grade. The included mouse, yeah, also low grade. I figure I’ll stick another $100 into a wireless apple keyboard and mouse. That’ll give me a really decent system for $500. I probably wouldn’t have ordered this if it wasn’t on Amazon – eBay was $100 more for a similar computer – and that can sometimes be a crapshoot. Already planning upgrades for this one… it’s a keeper.

Overall great experience and product
Great product. Had two small dents that I wouldn’t have noticed if I didn’t actually inspect this like a paid quality inspector. For a little more money they could have thrown in a magic set of keyboard and mouse. I ended up getting an actual apple cord which was nice but the keyboard and mouse it came with were VERY cheaply made and did not fit what would have came in the original box. That being said it is listed in the description that you will most likely get aftermarket accessories so anyone who complains about this or gives a lower review because of it is about as useful as the aftermarket accessories I received. Also, I wanted to purchase a warranty with the product from Asurion but the one listed was for tablets. This was confusing and delayed my purchase a couple of days because I contacted asurion to validate this. This is not correct and according to them you need to purchase the desktop warranty. This is probably not a seller issue as amazon seems to go through third parties to source product, rather an amazon issue or algorithm issue that attached the wrong warranty. The packaging it came in was super protective. If I were buying another I would go this route.

Good upgrade for my Mac collection
This is an Apple house: I’ve been buying Macs since the original came out in 1984. Currently I have an iPhone, MacBook Pro, iPad and this iMac … and my wife has an iPhone and iPad. As a second computer this older device is a great value (I use it as a file server in addition to a platform for Zoom and Skype). It was an upgrade from a 2013 model which couldn’t run the most recent operating system.If it were my primary computer I’d be a little frustrated because it’s much slower than my MacBook Pro. But it’s stable and easily supports a 2nd monitor, 2 external drives, a Logitech webcam and anything else I can plug into my USB hub.The video quality is excellent and I love all the USB/Thunder ports.

I was skeptical placing my order, but the computer came in a timely manner with great packaging. I did let it get to room temperature before plugging it in. It cam on and worked perfectly out of the box. I would have preferred a different key board, it wasn’t my favorite, but it did come with one and a mouse. Defective. I had to return it.
At first, I was really excited to open this. It looked brand new, and even had the official Mac mouse and keyboard. Everything was sealed with plastic, which made me feel as if I was unpacking a new product, rather than something used and refurbished.BUT….Right away, the computer took 10+ minutes to load, and then froze. I had to unplug and plug it back in. For the next few days, it had a booting problem. Then, programs like Google Chrome would uninstall and then automatically want to reinstall every time I restarted the computer. During one startup, it even said “Mac OS not found”, and I had to unplug again. The computer would get slow in general, even though it was supposed to have the best of the best hardware installed.Keep in mind, this was only after having it for about 2 days. So I barely touched it, and it was already having huge software issues from the get-go. I tried to Google the issues to see if there was anything I could do to fix it, and everything I found told me that these were serious hardware issues. So I was forced to return the computer and get my money back.Normally, I like being frugal and not buy anything brand new. I’ve bought used macs from eBay before without much of an issue. This was my first time buying Amazon Renewed, and I am never going to use this service again. Clearly, whoever they hired to make sure these computers work made a mistake with this one.

Came loaded with Catalina Os. Works flawlessly. I highly recommend getting one of these iMacs. You can’t be the price and they last forever. I am still running a 2007 model and it works great. I’m happy happy, mine came in the original box, all wrapped in the original cartons and cloth screen protector over the monitor to protect it while it’s in the box even.. It came with a apple keyboard and mouse, as well, there isn’t ascratch dent or ding anywhere, it’s clean as could be, or a new one, some of the reviews made me a bit hesitant, so I opted to gowith spending a little bit more money, seemed the lesser priced ones had most of the trouble, minesgreat, like brand new, no trouble, it’s way betterthan spending thousands!!!!!!

Loving it so far.
Working perfectly so far. A bit slow to get some things going but far better than our old iMac. Looking forward to finding out everything this computer can do. Was not a fan of the keyboard that came with it but it was in perfect condition, I just prefer the longer keyboards with the number pad. The mouse is okay but we have wireless ones laying around that we’ll probably switch out. Runs graphic heavy games pretty well. Cosmetically everything looks perfect. Upgrading from a 2008 model so of course it’s dramatically better. So far very happy with our purchase.

MacBook Pro Replacement
My first worry was whether it was going to come damaged. I can say that it was well packed. I was expecting the stuffing to be paper instead of the good bubble wrap. This iMac did not disappoint me. It was easy to set up. Maybe that’s because I worked a lot of computers and know what expect as it pertains to operating systems. To replace my MacBook Pro the replacement cost would be about the same as an iMac. I still have my iPad to use as my portable device. It did come with a keyboard and optical mouse.

Good iMac despite not as advertised
I ordered this iMac on Amazon to replace the iMac my parents were using. Their iMac’s backlight went on it and since it was a 2012, wasn’t going to be worth fixing. My Dad ended up passing away unexpectedly a few days before the computer issue, so the replacement would be used mostly by my Mom for email, occasional FaceTime and by my wife and me when we visited. So we didn’t need anything too fancy for her. I thought a refurbished model might be a good way to go. I ordered the computer on a Monday. Expected delivery was to be the following Monday or Tuesday, but ended up receiving it already on Thursday. iMac was in good condition and booted up within 10-12 seconds. Had no issues with upgrading the software to the lates Mac OS, and then migrating all the files/folders etc… from the old iMac via Time Machine backup I had done on an external drive. Computer seems to be very fast and responsive and so far have no issues with it. The only problem I encountered was, after getting it all set up, I realized the hard drive was only 256GB, not the 1TB that was advertised. The RAM was actually 16GB instead of the 8GB RAM that was advertised, so that was a nice and unexpected bonus. I wasn’t too concerned about the lesser hard drive space, as my Mom is not going to need it, but I contacted the seller anyway to find out what happened and see if they could give me a partial refund since I didn’t get the iMac that was advertised. They were quick in responding to my concern and apologized. After sending them a couple screen shots showing them the hard drive space and serial number, they looked into it and again apologized for the computer not matching the advertised specs. They offered to refund me $75, which I thought was fair and agreed to it. The keyboard was a smaller, corded mac keyboard which was just fine, and the mouse that was included was a generic cordless mouse. I kept that as a spare one, and have my Mom use the corded mouse that they were using previously. All in all, a good purchase and am happy so far with the computer I got for my Mom.

Worth it, but with a few shortcomings.
Dec 2020: I bought this iMac for ~$750 from CTS Warehouse (there’s more than one seller for this item). Overall, I’m pleased with my computer. It looks “almost new” with only a couple of minor smudges from leftover sticker/label glue spots on the back, but pretty solid overall. I haven’t had any problems installing software or registering my system. The retina screen is pretty sweet and had no dead pixels nor other imperfections. I got a Magic Keyboard and Mouse, although these were of the first generation. I didn’t get the Gen 2 Keyboard and Mouse that would’ve come with a 2017 system. The keyboard and mouse were also very, very, very dirty. As in their previous owner ate every meal at his/her computer. In any case, the keyboard didn’t even work. Frankly, it was an insult to include these. I know other people here didn’t get a keyboard or mouse, but I would’ve prefered that to having to deal with someone else’s trash. I ordered a new set from Ebay for an addition $100 to the total cost.July 2020 Update: My iMac was slow… it took between 3-5 minutes to boot-up and opening files took for ever. Even loading web pages was slow. I started to doubt that the computer’s spec were as the seller described (the “About this Mac” information can be faked). It turns out everything was as descibed, but the computer was still slow. I went to OWC and bought a 32GB RAM Kit and a 480GB SSD Hard Drive (~$250 combined). I watched YouTube videos to learn how to install these myself. It was an involved, but not impossible process for someone without experience. Now my computer is snappy. Boots in less than 30 secs. Web surfuring is fast. Documents load in a flash. A new iMac with similar hardware sells for around $2,300. All together, I spent about $1,100 ($750 on iMac, $250 on upgrades and $100 for a new Magic Key Board & Mouse). I’m pleased with the investment. But it took some work and additional $ to get this system to where I wanted it. Other folks may not be inclined to spend the additional money or time.

If first you don’t succeed…
The first mac I ordered from Kanga booted up and I installed Catalina. When I tried to use Migration Assistant from a Time Machine backup from my Macbook Pro, the process failed after 24 hours waiting. AppleCare had me run a diagnostic on the hard drive which failed. After some back and forth the vendor, Kanga, agreed to accept the return. I sent it back to Kanga with a smooth refund. Kanga included a USB keyboard/mouse by Macally. I’ve received a second machine from MASTERTRONICS which comes with an apple bluetooth keyboard mouse. The Kanga machine seemed fine other than the failed hard drive, but it was too short to know. It came packed in generic packing, but was well packed. The MASTERTRONICS came in the Apple box packed like new with all the protective screen covers, with a new bluetooth keyboard and mouse. For the price, I would pick the MASTERTRONICS as a nicer unit. Update: I’ve had the second mac for about two weeks its its running perfectly. I’m coming off an 13″ Macbook, so the 21″ screen is a huge improvement. I don’t know what I would do with a 27″ screen, but I’m not a power user. My biggest complaint, which is something I knew before I purchased is the difficulty of upgrading the ram, which so far I don’t need to do; 8 is enough. For the price, its a good value for almost like a new machine. I agree that for a power user, upgrading to a solid state drive and more ram would be nicer.Update: I was having huge problems of slowness with this mac for the last year. I suffered until I fixed it today. I upgraded the RAM from 8 to 32 and got a solid state hard drive. I don’t know which of these two things fixed it but its fixed now. I can open tabs and do multitasking for the first time. My thinking is tied to the speed of my computer and now I can think faster. I should say that the upgrade is not for the faint at heart. I recommend IFixIt.

Perfect computer! Not original keyboard and mouse!

This refurbished computer is perfect amazing and beyond what I expected for a refurbished iMac for 314$$! My only issue and I’ll get over it is that the keyboard and mouse are knock if extremely cheap pieces. I messaged the seller prior to purchasing and was told keyboard and mouse will be original! So I bought the unit and didn’t bother to purchase those piece’s separately my new iMac shipped and arrived extremely quickly and safety the packaging was safe and secure! I was instantly annoyed to open the box and find the cheap not even remotely compatible keyboard and mouse!! I’ve messaged the seller several times still no response other than saying it will be original when possible which is absolutely not was told to me when I did the instant message box on the product page! But it’s whatever I’ve ordered them both separately over all I would buy again and in fact will order one for my daughters room for Christmas because the most important part the computer exceeded my expectations!So buyer beware NOT AUTHENTIC accessories but computer absolutely makes the purchase worth it. I’m definitely not impressed with customer service. Hope this helps

I mostly love this iMac
I’m new to using a Mac so I wanted something that I would consider a value. Brand new was too rich for my budget but this was just right. And being a 2017 model it’s still early in its expected lifespan. To hedge I did choose to get an extended warranty but I’m hopeful I won’t collect on that bet.Shipping was prompt. It came boxed in original packaging (a box inside a box) and looked brand new. It included a new looking Magic Keyboard and Mouse.One of the big draws for me was the 4K display. It is simply beautiful. The 21″ size is great for me. It fits nicely on my desk.It came with Mac OS Catalina installed. Yeah, no immediate upgrade.There are times when it takes a few seconds to respond, primarily from a locked screen. I’m not sure if this delay is due to bluetooth connection to the mouse/keyboard or having a HD and not a SSD. You should have a bit of patience with this. If you don’t you may want to choose another model or plan to spend some money to have a SSD installed.One disappointment was the Bluetooth as it would only turn on intermittently. I did a lot of research and found this was a fairly common issue with this model. I tried lots of software changes to try to fix it but to no avail. But I really didn’t want to send this desktop back so I instead chose to buy a $19 USB bluetooth dongle (by Hideez Key) and the problem was solved. With 4 USB connectors this wasn’t a big loss and I haven’t had any problems since.Overall I mostly love this iMac. I consider it a good value and look forward to using it for years to come.

Great value, but will require a bit of work at the beginning
As far as purchasing iMacs go, this is by far the best value you’ll find for one 2017 or later. It came shipped very securely – I just had to wipe it down a bit (and use some goo gone on the sticker that was stuck to it). As other reviewers said, my iMac came with a generic keyboard and mouse (the keyboard was wired), so I separately purchased the Apple Magic Mouse and keyboard for a better experience.Upon first setting up the iMac, it wouldn’t connect to ANY Wi-Fi networks, which was causing frustration. I ended up being able to complete set up and installation by plugging it into my router and connecting via Ethernet. It was also running an older version of MacOS, so it needed to be upgraded to Monterey. Once upgraded, things began to run much smoother. It’s not lightning fast like the new M1 models, but for a little over $300, this was a no brainer.

‘Like New’ At A Fantastic Price!
For reference, my purchase is for mid-2017 4K i5 3.0Ghz 8Gb RAM model, at $409 US)Like many other reviewers, when purchasing ‘Renewed’, ‘Refurbished’, ‘Restored’ (insert your favorite term here), I did a lot of research on this and still entered the purchase with a degree of skepticism. After all, how can something previously used or abused arrive in pristine condition? Well, this skeptic is convinced. The iMac arrived well packaged, with power cord & peripherals as promised and looks absolutely stunning. It’s like I bought a new product!! Screen is clean, sharp. No dings, dents or ANYTHING to indicate this is other than new. WOW!To address some of the comments I’ve read that resulted in reduced stars:1. The seller text is very specific. You will likely receive a non-Apple keyboard and mouse, of varying qualities. Individual perceptions differ, so opinions are all over the board. But they work and are clean. Mine were wired vs wireless. Don’t care either way. The system came up when they were attached.2. Y-E-S. the device is slow. C’Mon guys. It has a 5400 rpm platter drive. What else would you expect? Is this a stopper? Absolutely not. Connect an external SSD, and either set that as the Startup Disk or press Option key on boot and select the external SSD to boot from. (I’ve read you need to ensure the drive is formatted as GUID). My plans is to get a Thunderbolt enclosure and a NVMe Pcie from Intel, 1Tb. Currently $45 & $87 US, respectively. Very cheap upgrade to go from 1 min 40 sec (approx) to 10-15 second boot time and improved zip with app launch and drive access times.As I read in many reviews, the display is crisp, bright and gorgeous. No eye strain. I’m running at 50% brightness. Detail is incredible!Initial attempts to connect an Apple wireless (Bluetooth) keyboard and trackpad, both gen 1, failed. Realized I had to shut them down like a PC — hold power button for 10-15 seconds, then power on with a quick press. After that, no issues connecting. Wireless works great – all bars. Of course, distance from AP will dictate signal strength and internet response speed.3. Many of the negative reviews are not about the operation or condition of the product, but focus primarily on 1 of 3 things – shipping damage or delivery, missing components or boot/operational issues.Taking these one at a time:- Shipping damage is beyond the control of the seller. Working with the shipper should resolve the complaint.- Missing components. Contact the seller. From what I’ve read, when this occurs, the seller is good to their word and supplies the missing items- Boot to black, boot issues in general, operational issues. Yes, it should reliably boot up. But before screaming too loudly, either reformat/reinstall the OS yourself or ask a techie friend to do this for you. I’m guessing that at least 8 times out of 10, this will fix the issue (from my experience with computers over 20+ years).Honestly, I don’t think you can find a better deal for a quality iMac running 7th gen Intel i5 at 3.0Ghz, with discrete graphics. I am a light gamer and have yet to test this device thoroughly, but from lots of online reviews, I expect to be able to get between 25 to 60 fps when I don’t push beyond medium graphics settings. Without huge graphics horsepower, ultra graphics settings are out. Apple does not advertise this as a Gamers computer.The only complaint I have is that I bought it for $409, and the next day, the 1 remaining device was advertised for $379. Today, I see 5 (?) devices available, and the price is $369. But in the overall scheme of things, even the price I paid is a great deal.So really, no complaints. One of the best deals I’ve made. Got more than I expected
The iMac arrived in pristine condition, and I was able to update it to the newest OS immediately (something I was worried about with and older Mac). there was nothing of note on the chassis. Of damage, the only thing I could mention external or otherwise is there was a small sticker on it, which I was able to easily peal off. The keyboard was brand new and the Magic Mouse seemed to be, if not new, very lightly used. Both were of the latest generation and Bluetooth. I know some other reviewers had problems with this company/product; and that almost turned me away in favor of a newer, more expensive, model; I am so glad I didn’t do this, the computer is fast, and I got a device which fits my needs perfectly at a drastically reduced price. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to use it for normal use (I usually have 10+ windows open at once on my desktop and 10 times as many safari tabs and it doesn’t slow it down at all). Everyday use that is, if you use it in the conventional sense of the word (would not recommend for gamers, etc.)*NOTE:One thing that I wish someone had told me before I purchased this was that, IT CAN NOT BE USED AS AN EXTERNAL MONITOR, at least not without a $350+ device such as the Elgato 60s+. This would not have been a dealbreaker for me, and I would have still bought the device knowing this, but this could be a necessity for some users and a shortcoming which is not well advertised.

SUSPICIOUS MALWARE HIDDEN
DO NOT BUY THIS. Your digital security will be permanently compromised. In the first few weeks, I didn’t notice any particular issue except that the computer was a bit slower for the year/specifications. But it worked okay, except being constantly slow. I thought it was just a performance issue. Beginning around week 8, when the Amazon return window closed, Safari started changing the default engine by itself and installing malicious extensions and background daemons. The problem got worse and worse, and now the standard “settings” procedure does not fix the issue. I am sure I am being tracked.

Great condition!!
Im satisfied with the computer one small scratch on the back, it’s not noticeable the computer works great after a few updates. The only reason it’s getting 4 stars it’s because it was delivered to wrong address the box was on the other side of the building if I wasn’t home, and check the delivery picture I don’t know if I would have the computer.

Arrived on time looking like new complete with genuine Apple keyboard & mouse.
I have been using this for a little over two weeks with no problems. It has been updated to macOS Ventura. 13.0. I made 1 upgrade that has really improved the performance. This mid-2017 iMac comes with two Thunderbolt 3 ports. I purchased an Acasis Thunderbolt 3 enclosure for use with a 1TB WD NVME SSD to use as an external boot drive using 1 of the TB3 ports. After restoring the internal iMac HDD drive to the external SSD I switched the iMac to boot from the external drive. Now boot times from power on to login take about 15 seconds not the 1 minute 45 seconds it took from the internal HDD.Using the Blackmagic Speed test the internal HDD was glacially slow consistently delivering read-write speeds of 97MBs. The external drive consistently delivers read-write speeds in the 2290MBs neighborhood. The memory is still 8 GB. I’ll probably upgrade that before long.

Overall it was okay
Overall, computer was okay. Biggest concern is that it is very laggy and slow. Every action I take has the pinwheel pop up. Not a tech person, so not sure what would be causing this…just the fact it is a refurbished/erased, or an issue with processor? Received computer faster than expected and exterior in good shape. Found an added keyboard and mouse included, which I was not expecting, but it was a nice surprise. Ordering was easy. Overall, my only complaint is the slow processing. Thanks.
