Looks new
I like the iPad, it looks great, not a scratch, does a decent job. However the battery life could be better. It couldn’t handle games or long use. I bought it so that I could write a memoir but it does not have the capacity to download “pages” the app I wanted, so had to resort to “docs”. the system is just too old. I should have researched before I bought it.

Great Value
I bought this iPad for our 5 year old granddaughter for Christmas. We had previously bought her an Amazon tablet when she was 2, which has since gone kaput. She was already familiar with Apple iOS, so this was seamless for her. Since this was so affordable, if she breaks it, it’s not a calamity. She is very pleased with it and now she doesn’t ask to borrow the iPad, we bought her older sister last Christmas.Her parents are pleased with how easy it was to set time limits for these devices.

Should have bought a new one!!
This particular iPad is suppose to have a battery life of 12 hours and plus. It’s lucky if it makes it for 5 hours tops with going back on charge. It spends more time plugged up to the wall than it does getting used. Also when I first got it and I was setting it it said something about to many different users had been on that particular iPad and i couldn’t do what I was wanting to do. In other words I had just found out that the iPad I had bought had quite a few previous owners before me. The keyboard doesn’t want to work about half of the time also. It’s 50/50. I never know if it’s going to work or not and Siri is just as about dependable as the keyboard. Very disappointed with this refurbished iPad. I will never buy refurbished again, at least not this type of item.

I was skeptical, not anymore
These reviews made me very iffy about purchasing this product. Then I saw reviews on how good the actual iPad itself was, so I caved. Some people according to the reviews got a stylus, some got the original box the iPad comes in, others just simply had an iPad that wasn’t working, ones with several scratches, etc. I suppose I was the one with a lucky batch. The iPad itself is in PRISTINE condition, looks like no one touched this one whatsoever, front panel is so clean, and getting through the startup was really easy, just a bit laggy.All it came with was the iPad and the Charger. The charger works perfectly fine btw, as I saw other reviews say their charger didn’t work at all. This charger was brand new.With using it for an hour on Procreate, I noticed that some areas on the iPad can be spotty, but it might’ve just been the type of stylus I was using. I might update this review based on my further usage of the iPad, but overall, fantastic.Bang for your money, easy to use, very very clean, and overall one of the better iPad’s that apple has released. 👍

Such a deal!
My iPad Mini was approaching the end of it’s supported life and it was time for a new tablet. I have a desktop and a laptop, but there’s something to be said for the Jack of all Trades, a good tablet. I shopped for an iPad Air2 but the price seemed more than I was willing to pay, especially since this was more of a want than a need. Then I found I could get a new “refurbished” Air2 for less than old used units were selling for on eBay! I don’t know where Amazon gets these from, gotta be some deal they’re working! Mine arrived generic solid packaging and was 100% indistinguishable from new. Not a fingerprint or scuff on it. It booted up like any first boot Apple product and has run flawlessly for about 80 hours of use so far.The charger which was packaged with the iPad was aftermarket. That’s exactly what the product description said I would get. No earbuds either, ditto.I did buy the $73 insurance policy, good for 3 years, which also covers personal stupidity like dropping it in the toilet or launching it off the table. I figured for the money I was ensuring 3 years of satisfaction and it’s something I might have bought even for a new unit right from Apple.To summarize: Spend a lot less, get a tablet which is indistinguishable from what you’re going to pick up for a lot more from the Apple Store.

A good buy for the money if you want an iPad
It took two tries to get a suitable unit. While the first one looked good and operated OK, the battery was a complete mess. It would be at 100% and then drop within minute to a much lower charge and be down to 20% or so within a half hour. It’d hover there for a bit and then shut down the iPad. Tried all of the Apple fixes to extend battery life and recalibrate. Nothing worked so asked for a replacement iPad. It took about 2 weeks for the replacement to get delivered but it works fine — battery behaves as desired.

I’m not happy with the iPad Air2 that I bought when I found out it can only update software up to iOS 15. It’s not worth to buy this outdated product.

Remember that if has been used before
The battery life isn’t that great and it won’t update but I still have fun playing with it. It’s at least bigger than my phone for playing games. I can listen to the Bible with my air buds so it’s still a good value for your money.

Great Deal on a Great Product!
With my old iPad losing its charge more and more frequently, a cracked screen (actually its third screen: I cracked one when I dropped it upon walking into the web a massive banana spider had spun across the garden path, and The Kid cracked the original when he stepped on it), and a system that Apple would no longer update, it was time for a new iPad. This fit the bill perfectly! Sixty-four gigs in a lighter (by almost half a pound) iPad Air for under $300? Wow, yes please! It arrived in just a couple days, and yes, I know “renewed” isn’t “refurbished.” How did I know? I read the whole product description, unlike, apparently, some other people on here. And, oh the horror, there was the teeniest, tiny little blemish on the back. I found that out by removing the ABSOLUTELY FREE case the vendor provided, which nicely complimented the ABSOLUTELY FREE and ALREADY INSTALLED low-glare screen protector! Incidentally, reading the description thoroughly was how I also knew this wasn’t coming with a keyboard, as another customer — who obviously didn’t read the description — was surprised to discover. There was absolutely nothing “hidden,” “misrepresented” or “misleading.” The description is quite accurate: accessories like keyboards and pencils can be purchased separately to enhance your iPad. I plan on getting the former, with a case. Switching from my old iPad to this one was a snap. Within half an hour of the FedEx guy showing up on the porch Saturday morning, I was using my new, used iPad. In short, the price and product were great and perfectly matched my budget and my needs. I hope this iPad lasts at least as long as my old one. And kudos to the seller for providing an honest, thorough description, great price, and prompt shipping.

These iPads absolutely are terrible. They turn off on their own even at 30 percent turns off. They are slow, but do the job. The battery life. Yeah. I wouldn’t recommend it unless it’s for an young child with a time limit. But you get what you pay for

Works as advertised
I find refurbished items to be quality items more so than brand new out of the box. Consider that new items in a large store are never unpacked and checked out. Renewed items are plugged in and tested. May seem counterintuitive but in my experience it has proven true several times.

Great product and seller. Received product in a timely matter.
I just received the iPad earlier today and so far so good everything seems fine. The battery was charged at 76% which is good. So far the battery seems okay and the iPad had no scratches or anything on it. It came with a lightening cable and charging block in the box for the iPad. All the buttons work. The seller is great. I paid $265.00 for the iPad and I received it three days later. I probably would have gotten it earlier but Sunday was Easter which was no problem at all. The seller is honest and look forward to buying renewed items from them again. I will come back and do updated review after awhile if anything changes or if the iPad continues to work well.

It did not work on arrival
When it arrived the battery level was 85%. I left it on and within 15 minutes of a drop to 6%. I turned it off and attempted to charge it. After eight hours it was at 35%I currently reset it and erased everything that I had started to download and applied for a return.The battery would not hold a charge for very long and would discharge even one on the charger. Obviously the people who renewed it did not test it properly

Nice tablet
This Ipad came pretty quick. It works pretty good, for what I use it for. I did find when I downloaded a game it had a previous gamer tag, so I don’t know what that’s about. I don’t use it for anything serious but I do like it so far. Glad I bought it, and LOVED the bargain.

DEFECTIVE and no support
Speaker was crackling within a week, battery stopped charging after a month. I requested a replacement, week later it said shipment delayed, week later it was canceled. Then it was past the return window. I contacted support and they haven’t responded. Amazon said all they can do is send them an email. Now I’m left with a broken iPad. Make it right. Buy your iPad somewhere else!

Chargers don’t work
I bought two of these for my children. The iPads themselves work fine with no issues so far. Very good condition for refurbished item. However on the first attempt to charge, neither of them would charge using the chargers included. I then used an official apple charger and they charged immediately with no problem. So the seller has included off brand chargers that are not accepted by the device. To buy a new 12w charger and cable is an extra $39 so assume that’s the added cost you would need to pay to have a usable order.

Few minor issues.
It came with NO battery life. Had to charge for a day until I was able to set it up. The screen does have some pitting to it, and the metal casing has some damage and scuffing. Typically when I read professionally refurbished, I take it as the guts are the same, but the outer appearance has been replaced. Overall, it works and the price wasn’t ridiculous.

Prince Express iPad Air 2 is amazing!
I’m very pleased with the 2018 iPad Air 2 I ordered from the seller Prince Express on June 29, to receive it so quickly on July 2! I was very happy to see on the FedEx tracking site that the package would arrive so soon. As for the iPad Air 2 itself, the unit I received is in clean, beautiful, pristine condition and great working order. It powers on fine, the battery holds a long charge, and there is absolutely no scratches, nicks and dings on the aluminum back, sides and no cracks in the screen or any sign of mistreatment by the previous owner. I was also very impressed to see the iPad was sent with a plastic back cover attached and also a matte glass screen protector already applied to the screen, (I play games a lot and like to read on a tablet) I’m not sure if the seller applied the screen protector, or the previous did and it was left on, but I really appreciate it being there and its matte finish is easier on my eyes for lack of screen glare. I have also happy to find a brand new non-OEM charger and power cable in the box too. I’m very happy to recommend buying iPads from Prince Express as a great seller to buy as the shipping time, and fantastic grade A iPad I received is just an amazing deal and much appreciated!
