Works just like new
The phone was just like no no scratches no dents no marks literally as if I got it off of the Apple Store. The battery health is at 89% so that’s good enough for me.. I had a Samsung before of us and then transfer. It was very easy. I have a t-Mobile Sim card from my Samsung. I just put it in this iPhone and it works just like it should work. 🦋

Packaged nicely, like new appearance, and works perfectly. Only worry is that there are blocked emails showing in the settings that have nothing to do with my use. I don’t use the face recognition and use sticky tabs to block the cameras when not in use. This works perfectly for some facial privacy.

Overall a great purchase
The media could not be loaded.
I’m overall pleased with my purchase, however there are a couple of things that I am not happy about. I paid for excellent condition and as described, the device should have minimal to no visible scratches or other wear and tear signs. Even though these are not very visible I am able to see one small scratch on the screen which does not affect the performance of the device. With this being said it is still not acceptable for an excellent condition payment made. I do not mind as much given that it is only visible when screen is not lit up or you tilt it sideways. I also want to mention the most important feature being the battery life not being the minimum percentage mentioned in the description. It was mentioned to be at least 80%, however it came with a 74% battery life. I do not see any issue with the charging time or duration of its display time. It performs all tasks as it should and have no additional concerns regarding its overall performance. For the reasons mentioned above, I give it a 4 stars given that the battery life was mostly my only concern. I would have to say though, that it is a good spend given that it is a preowned device.

Decent
Edit: After having it for a few days I realized that it’s actually not just like new. The screen has lots of scratches that I didn’t notice because it had a full sized screen protector already applied, and while I’m grateful for this, I wish they specified because then I wouldn’t be over here struggling with the expensive screen protector I bought and ended up wasting because I thought they were trash.Condition wise this was 10/10 no scratches or blemishes. So far I’ve had it for less than 24hrs and it works great(will update if anything changes) only downside see right now is that the battery is 81% at maximum capacity and they did say it’s guaranteed at 80 or above so I won’t complain too much I just wish it was more 😩. Also delivery was quick, it came one day early.

I love how smooth the os is even on 60HZ and the smoothness on the camera app and social media no damage was on the front sides or back buttons click perfectly both speakers and both mics are perfect charges good speed. Way better than the a53 5G I had it was so laggy even with 2 apps downloaded.

I am very happy with my order! The phone came in perfect condition. No scratches or marks and the battery capacity is at 100%! So far so good in terms of how well it works. The only thing so far is the sound I think is a tad bit duller than my old iphone 7 so I’m not sure if it’s just this phone model or if something happened, but it’s not a big deal, it still works fine and can go very loud.The box with my phone also had a complementary glass screen protector I could put on as well as a little tool for removing the sim card. :)I previously tried to order the same phone on Reebelo.com but the phone came all scratched up and a battery capacity at 77%. I returned it (after much hassle) and came back to trusty Amazon to buy it again. And the price ended up being better here than on Reebelo. Overall, I’m very happy with the phone.

Excellent Conditions – Battery 100%
Been using this device for about ~2 weeks and so far it’s been amazing. Feels like brand new. I had a bit of issues while syncing it first time with my older iPhone (SE). But nothing I couldn’t figure out. Camera is really good compared to my previous device, and battery life came with 100%. Something that really surprised me was the quality of the speakers since in a previous review I read it wasn’t good, but mine turned out amazing. I can use the phone for about ~8 hours in between charges so pretty much the entire day (and I use for pretty much everything, YouTube, Netflix, etc). Overall, definitely recommend!!

Amazing Purchase!
This was an amazing purchase! I opened the box took off the wrap and wow! There is no scratches that mess with the phone or noticeable! It’s like new! I would have thought it was new if it was not labeled at used! The Camera is great! The dual cameras make a great ultra wide view and a main view! Battery capacity is 85% that’s the internal battery. It charges to 100 percent no problem. The internal battery just means that it limits phone use in between charges. So instead of like 17 hrs when it was new now it may it may go down to 16-15 hrs of use between of charge. It’s a great phone! I’m excited to use it this year!

Third time is the Charm
The phone arrived in a well packed package with charger and cord. Unit looked in like-new condition, and let the unit charge to 100% before transfering my old I phone data with SIM. A good wifi connection helps with the software update and transfer of data. The first iphone I got from Amazon (refurbished) worked flawlessly for years, but recently part of the touch screen was not responsive. So I order another one, this one was clean and seemed to function without issue but, the edge of the phone was not sealed properly and light was visible along the phones edge. Amazon was quick to accept the return and issue a refund. This current phone appears to be higher quaility, and even came with an installed screen protector. Kudos to this vendor, great product, fair price.

Apple iPhone 11 is a good phone
The Apple iPhone 11 has a good quality battery life. The display is good quality for pictures and games. The camera is good and has good, easy to use features such as 0.5 and zooming in on a certain object. There is a lot of storage for apps, movies and other gaming activities. I have had this phone since Christmas and I like what I have so far. I would purchase this for my family if they wanted it. This is a previously used phone but in really good quality. Thank you!

Received the phone yesterday and it’s in excellent condition, phone took proper time to ship tracking it was also perfect. It transferred all of my information from my old phone properly, it was very easy to add to plan with no complications so it is TRULY unlocked ! Only issue I have is mine came with 74% battery life im eventually gonna have to get a battery replacement but overall this purchase has been the BEST!!

You get more than you pay for
I purchased this phone as a majorly needed upgrade from my previous OnePlus Nord N200 5G, immediately out of the box, it was a huge upgrade. Considering I paid ~$260, this phone has been a blessing for that price range, especially compared to buying new. It came with a screen protector already applied, which was convenient although I had ordered one in anticipation.My only issues are that the phone came with a small scratch on the silence button which is incredibly visible, and the way it was shipped. It came in a very loose bubble wrap pouch which in the worst case scenario could have caused damage to the product. The box it came in was also very rustic, it didn’t have the luxury feel of opening a new phone. Though this is very reasonable, I was expecting more care in it’s packaging.Overall, phone runs smoothly, arrived with 50% battery, camera is a high quality, especially portrait and pano modes. Perfectly good luxury phone at a budget price.

Phone is great! Shipping & setup frustrating
The renewed iPhone 11 itself is in great condition. Battery health is at 91% and came with a screen protector. It’s been 2 weeks since setup completed and so far the phone is functioning as if it is new.[Edited to add: After 1 month, the screen protector cracked twice. It has protected the main screen, but it is not that durable itself. The screen protector on my old phone went a year without cracking.]My issues are with 1) shipping and 2) setup.1) Shipping: Amazon said it would arrive on a specific date (3 days from time of order) and would require signature. Well, it was delivered a day early and left at the gate (that is always open), not at my house/door, and no one signed for it. The issue is that the gate is next to a public park, not secure at all and gets a fair amount of foot traffic. We had no idea they delivered it a day early and anyone could have walked by and taken it. Normally we’d be excited about packages arriving a day early, but this was a high $ item, left in a public area. Thankfully my husband left the house to run an errand and saw it by the gate. Unknown how long it was sitting there.2) Setup took nearly 2 weeks and at least 15 times restating the setup process. It would get a little further in the process each time, then an issue would arise or would lock up and would require to start over again. Our rural town does not have high speed internet so went into town to use Starbucks WiFi & it was not enough to do what was needed. Ended up at a friend’s house but after 2 hrs I had to leave for appointments & errands. First issue, before I could do anything, the new iPhone requires an iOS update. It took 2 hrs to update the iOS on this new phone. Then it got stuck installing it, so had to install/uninstall it 4 separate times. Ended up going on a pre planned trip to see family in a big city and the internet at their house was like night and day. I was able to do the entire setup that weekend, but still had issues & had to call Apple for help. The whole set up process was soooo frustrating, infuriating, and disappointing that it took so long and was not as easy as they make it out to be. & Im good at troubleshooting electronic issues and researching resolutions. One thing I noticed is much of the troubleshooting advice online was outdated, even on the apple help website. Hope others have an easier time with setup.

Screen has many scratches scuff marks
I bought this iPhone and fell in love with it instantly. But it definitely isn’t in EXCELLENT refurbished condition. It came with a screen protector and when I removed it the actual screen has so many scratches it’s not even funny. The aluminum siding has scratches as well. Overall for $251.97 it was an ok deal. Should’ve have gone with refurbished good or acceptable and saved $50. Battery health life is 84%.

I have been using my iPhone 6 since July of 2019… I love it so much… an actual button to press and an aux port. It’s become time for a new phone though I was going to get an 8 and went ahead with this iPhone 11 instead. Had a huge panic/buyers anxiety but this phone came in great condition and I’m happy with the purchase. It is a big pretty phone for sure ! No scratches, looks brand new to me. Little dirty in the ear piece and the inner most speaker dots do have some crud in them but not a huge problem to me.That being said I am not particularly happy to get a battery with 84% life in it. There was a point when I got the iPhone 6 that they were coming with completely new guts and a brand new battery. So after almost 5 years of use its battery is 80%… spend $250 on an 11 and it’s 84%..you get my point probably. It’s not a huge deal though I guess I just expected a new battery. This is a good phone and I hope it lasts me as long as my 6 has 🙂

Couldn’t be happier. arrived earlier than it was suppose to, well packaged, battery charges up to 100% and only way to visually know its not Brand New, is to angle it up in light and if you look verry carefully, there was a smuge in the top right corner. Probably will never purchase another NEW phone after this experience!

Paid for excellent condition
See update at the bottom of the page-You can clearly see the roughness of the sides of the phone. The screen is perfect. The back has a scratch and the top of the phone is a little rough as well. All good, for now as I plan to put a case on it and you won’t see that.I’m a little concerned that I fully charged the phone and turned it off for several days and when I powered it back on it was completely dead.I have no idea if this is normal or not. I bought this phone as a Christmas present so not using it like I would normally use my own phone has me wondering, is this good or bad???Guess I’ll find out once it’s unwrapped and being used 🤷🏻♀️Update- phone charges to 100%. Looks brand new and I love it! iPhone 6 to 11
My iPhone 6 died and was only iOS 10 so it was time to get a new phone. After much deliberation I decided to buy the Apple iPhone 11, US Version, 128GB, Green – Unlocked (Renewed) and couldn’t be happier. It looks brand new, literally not one scuff mark, the battery was at 82% life but for $329.00 I got the phone, a charger (cord and block) and a clear protective case with iOS 16 installed. Way cheaper than buying new. I also liked that it’s not a huge phone, 6.1 inches.I was concerned as my old phone completely died so I wasn’t sure how to get Apple ID and all on the new phone as I don’t have a landline or other phone. I googled and learned to just select lost password at the Apple ID prompt, it allowed me to reset my Apple password by asking for my old phone’s passcode to open. The sim card transfer was a piece of cake too for this non techy. I love all the new things the iPhone 11 can do, easier deleting some things, the camera is better and wide lens, more emojis for texting, etc. I haven’t charged the phone at all since 6:00 AM this morning and have been playing with it, updating apps, installing, etc. and the battery is still going strong from this morning.When you get the phone it walks you through set up which just took a few minutes. Meaning it let me enter a new password, set up my language, time zone, etc. I believe it asked about font size, etc as well, it was all easy setup – nothing really stymied me which I was grateful for.To put it through its paces, I emailed, texted, called, received calls, took photos, surfed the net, downloaded form the App store, etc and thus far no issues and at this point I don’t anticipate any.Spending the additional $$ for the latest and supposedly greatest iPhone isn’t necessary for me – and I don’t have to deal with “new” issues the latest phones sometimes have. In summary, I would definitely buy unlocked and renewed again.

Phone looks brand new…
I’ve been using the phone for about 5 days now and overall I’m happy. I got a great phone at a great price and the shipping was super fast! I have already noticed the battery life on this phone is a little terrible. Considerably worse than my 7. (Yes I did all the things you’re supposed to do to improve battery life). The screen on this phone seems to be less sensitive than my old phone, leading me to believe maybe this one was replaced. And lastly, the charging block that was included in the box with the phone is not a lightening and is also not an Apple product. So those things are a bummer but not enough to warrant a bad review 🙂

Phone for exceeded my expectations!
My son has the same phone, purchased it new, and I feel my refurbished phone is as good as his was when it was brand new. There is a small issue, and the seller took care of it immediately. My phone is an absolutely pristine condition, works wonderfully, and I couldn’t be happier. My entire family plans to come back here for future phone purchases. Couldn’t give a higher recommendation for the seller.

Good quality
Bought this for my dad and he finds it easy to use, came with a screen protector already on but I doubt all of them have a screen protector. The screen came with a couple of scratches not described but overall works well.

Great Condition!
Was a bit anxious to buy a used phone from Amazon, but the renewal program is great. Phone was in excellent condition & came exactly as described. Good price, and had confidence if there was an issue it would be dealt with. There wasn’t an issue. Phone arrived fast, worked and looked exactly as described, and is up and running in no time. Small crack on screen but 94% battery life
My screen came with two small cracks in the corner even tho I paid for excellent condition, buttt my battery life was 94%. Which most reviews said there’s was between 78-84%. So I was very happy with 94% battery life. When my screen is turned on u can barley see the scratches 🤷♀️

Great replacement phone for son
My son dropped his iphone XR in water a few days after Christmas while duck hunting. He’d told me back at Thanksgiving that the waterproof case he had had broken, but of course he told me in the middle of everything and I forgot. So of course his phone sustained damage. He’d just started driving and I wasn’t comfortable with him being phoneless, so I found this iphone 11 for just a few dollars more than another XR. He was happy to have gotten an upgrade, and the battery lasts so much longer. Absolutely wonderful quality for a refurbished phone!
