Beautiful condition, battery capacity lower than expected
The phone is in phenomenal condition no scratches on back or sides light scratches on the screen but only noticeable if you’re looking for it. Phone is unlocked, camera is as good as new, it looks and performs like it’s straight out the box and no overheating which is an issue I had with my old 12 pro. Only complaint is the battery life is at 85% which I wouldn’t expect it to be so low, I’m looking to keep this phone for another three years so hopefully it doesn’t become an issue too soon in the future. Overall very satisfied with this purchase.

It’s like this phone is brand new. I can’t tell that it was used before. I got the 12 pro max 256gb for $500 and went to xfinity mobile to get my data swapped and it’s perfect. So easy. Bought a clear sparkley otter box case and screen/camera protector on Amazon and saved so much than going to a store. I’m so happy. My 10sx max had white lines on the screen and the back was shattered so it was time- so glad I saved going with an older model cuz this phone is literally new. I’m so glad I found this renewed electronics option on Amazon. Literally game changer can’t be happier about getting this great deal. Package came via fedex.

Good phone DONT USE THE CHARGER!!
I really enjoy the phone but I will need a battery within the year (my personal thoughts) it came with 85% battery life so that’s all fine and dandy. Now the bad, don’t use the charger it comes with… spend the extra to get a cord at Walmart or something. The cord caught on fire in my phone, but my phone is fine.

It’s a gamble
Buying a used iPhone or just used anything is a gamble. But after reading the other reviews I thought I’d have a good chance of getting a good phone. After I got my black iPhone 12 Pro Max with 128gb, I saw that some of the sides had scratches on them. I didn’t mind them too much because with a cover it was literally impossible to see them. The battery health was at 81% which was a bummer but it is what it is. The screen was okay at first. It worked well. Then one night it just it wouldn’t work so I had to turn off the phone and turn it back on. A day after I got the phone, I tried putting a screen protector on it. I had 4 of them. I thoroughly cleaned the screen before putting them on. Yet for each one, there were always some spot or damage shown on the screen which I think the screen protector revealed. At first I thought I didn’t clean the screen properly or put them on properly. But after the fourth one I realized the hidden damages on the screen. And this phone was listed at being in “excellent” condition smh. I’m most likely gonna return it because it isn’t worth $475 imo. Just be careful y’all.

amazing protect
To start off i NEVER write reviews but i am so amazed!! Out of all the refurbished iPhones i have bought this had got to be the best one. Most of the time there’s always something wrong with the phone wether its the battery or a tiny scratch. I was a bit skeptical in purchasing it but i really needed the upgrade. The phone came in today the condition is AMAZING. Its like i bought it straight from apple. The battery capacity is at 100 the speakers work just fine. I may have just gotten lucky but it works AMAZING. (purchased the “excellent” condition)

I gave it 4 stars because the charger that came with the phone was non functional (lucky I had a charger at home). Other than that the phone itself came in excellent condition. A few scratches/blemishes that are almost invisible. I’ve had the phone for 3 weeks and no issues so far. Battery at 87%.

Phone is good but..
The phone itself is nice, you can hardly tell it’s been used. When it came, I tested that the sound, camera, the screen quality, battery life and space were decent, and I was pleasantly surprised that everything worked as if the phone was brand new. The only problem, and it’s a big one, is that they did not send a charger with the phone, which was advertised on this listing. Thankfully, someone else in my house had a charger I could use, otherwise, the phone battery would have died on me before I could even look at anything. I reached out to support for that missing piece and they wanted me to start a whole return just to send me the charger. It was more of a hassle to return the phone after all the setup, than it was to just buy a new charger so I just ordered one online. If this is not an inconvenience or too big of a deal for you, then I’d still recommend this phone. It’s definitely a steal for the price!

Refurb was in excellent shape.
It’s January, 2024. I wanted to replace my son’s years-old iPhone 6, I couldn’t afford to get him an iPhone 15. I settled on the iPhone 12 max pro because it hit the sweet spot for price (a shade over $500). The phone was advertised as a refurb in ‘premium’ condition. It arrived a couple days early, and was in premium condition – just a little scuffing on the right upper bezel. Other than that, the phone looks brand new. Battery life is over 90%, as advertised. Screen is pristine.My son was happy with it, and managed to get transfered over from his iPhone 6 without any problems at all.Happy with this purchase and with the seller.

UPDATE: I bought the premium renewed iphone for their one YEAR satisfaction GUARANTEE with free returns and a complete refund for any reason. I bought this in May of 2022 for $900 and returned this in December 2022 However after 3 weeks of waiting I finally got my refund for $794. After hours of being juggled between representatives I was finally told that there is a 100 dollar restocking fee despite no where anywhere was it explained that there would be a restocking fee. Amazon representatives on multiple times lied to me and refused to help resolve the situation the last person I spoke to Danica A in the Philippines claimed over our 40 mintue conversation that she was the head of Amazon worldwide customer service yet also saying that she had a supervisor but refused to connect me to them because they were not equipped to handle customer service issues….do you realize how insane that is she refused to give me any information that would allow me to report her to Amazon corporate office except her first name and last initial which was most likely a lie. I paid an extra 100 dollar (apprx) for the premium renewed plan but no one I spoke to even knew what that was. I cannot emphasize highly enough that you should avoid this at all cost because they will 100% screw you over bewhare do not do this do not buy this I can’t emphatically explain to you enough why you need to avoid this. Unfortunately Amazons gotten so big and taken over so much of the market share that no one can compete with their prices so if I want a phone at a reasonable price I have to buy it from them. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and spent thousands of dollars of my money on them If I could never buy from them again I never would. That is how much they have damaged the customer loyalty bond. Just PLEASE BEWHARE what you risk if you go ahead and purchase something from them lies, deceit, manipulation, terrible service, financial loss, and hours of lost time being juggled between representatives.May 2022So this is my first experience with Amazon’s renewed premium program where you pay between $50-$100 more than the renewed price but for that you get an item whose battery is at least at 90% capacity relative to a new one and instead of a 90 day warranty you get a year warranty and a year to return the item. For less than $100 I thought that was definitely worth it. However the first iPhone 12 pro they sent me had a battery that was at 85% capacity which really pissed me off because I felt cheated so I returned it and purchased it again and I’m glad I did because the 2nd ones battery was at 100% capacity and for all intents and purposes it was a brand new phone at a used price. Granted it’s still really expensive it was $900 before tax but I got this to be future proof at least for the next several years. This is my first iPhone before I was all android phones but it seemed like every year I was having to buy another phone because something out of my control always happened but my parents still had their iPhone 8 that they bought new and it was still working perfectly. I haven’t had this phone for more than a few days but so far I’m very impressed with it. The facial recognition capabilities are so good. My phone can recognize me when I’m in a dark room whereas my Samsung tablet can’t recognize my face without all the lights on. One feature this phone doesn’t have that really surprised me was that there is no built in fingerprint scanner and I think that was a mistake on apple’s part. The battery is supposed to only last 21 hours but a full charge is lasting me a little over 2 days. The screen is gorgeous is it HDR Dolby Vision and HLG compatible and not even my 4k tv supports all of those so it makes streaming look brilliant. You can see every detail even though the screen is 6.7inches. it seems like everyday I’m finding out a new function that this phone has granted a lot them I’ll never use because I don’t use my phone that way but it’s cool to know that if I wanted to I could if I so choosed. I guess I’ll stop my review here because you get the gist and I hate it when people on Amazon beat a dead horse and I don’t want to be one of those so Amazon renewed premium is a worthwhile program and the iPhone 12 pro max is an awesome phone that’s worth the investment.

Apart from a relatively minor scratch on the display (top right), the color (would’ve preferred the Graphite) and the capacity (only 256 GB) … I would say this iPhone is pretty perfect. Received the phone with stella battery health (100%), beautiful blue, simply amazing given that the 12 was first available more than 3 years ago.The phone came with iOS 17.0.2 installed but I think there was a silent update to 17.0.3, probably some security patch. A Premium iPhone with great features
I ordered mine in January of this year so I’ve used it for a half year thus far and am pleased with this model iPhone. A couple issues straight away were: battery was listed as 90% health or better but that wasn’t the case. My iPhone arrived with 87% battery health. There was also a few little scratches on the front glass but once I had the glass screen protector installed you couldn’t see them. so no problem. Everything else on this iPhone worked perfectly. Since I ordered the premium version (for a higher price of course) the battery health was an issue. I didn’t want to return the iPhone for a replacement after setting it up et al, I was able to receive a small partial refund for the battery health not being as stated. It has remained at 87% for these past 6 months and lasts a long time. It’s an excellent phone.The camera lenses are great; I am glad to have the 3 lenses and use all of them regularly. And the large HD space, 512GB is fantastic – the largest I’ve ever had in an iPhone and am not concerned if I am shooting some 4k video as I won’t run out of space.I also like that it still takes a physical SIM card. (not just the e-sim) I have Verizon and everything just works. (You provide the SIM card)This is the first time I purchased a ‘refurb’ Apple iPhone through amazon. I was a bit concerned before buying but once mine arrived and we got the wrinkles out I am very pleased and happy with my purchase. I was just tonight looking at the apple website and they have refurb items and they had this exact iPhone – but for more than I paid. Their’s came with a new battery, that would be nice, but my phone just works perfectly, does everything it should and battery lasts long. When I need a battery, I can get Apple certified replacement of that so this phone is going to last me a long time.Oh, it’s got 5G too. Though around here it’s still LTE or 4G. A winner!

No que todo está bien
Lo único que deben de hacer es chequearlo antes de ponerlo en venta porque el teléfono lo quisimos programar y no dejaba porque la pantalla estaba floja decía algo en la pantalla así para que otros clientes no tengan el mismo problema gracias

Very Satisfied
After reading the reviews I was a little nervous to purchase due to some people receiving the phone in bad condition or with major cracks or software issues. I figured it would be a gamble. I still went through with it. I was very please when I saw my IPhone 12 Pro Max was in immaculate condition. It even arrived with a screen protector on it. No visible scratches other than a small one on the screen which is barely visible. The software is OEM and there are no after market parts on it. (I saw one review where the camera was replaced with an aftermarket part causing the phone not to be able to use the camera) everything is running smooth and the battery is at %84 battery health. They do notate that the health will vary between %100 – %80. The phone still lasts all day. I’m definitely happy to have purchased from here.

Agradable experiencia un celular estado 9/10 (No está impecable tiene aruñones leves) pero nada grave, la pantalla está nítida y viene con un 89% de batería lo cuál se agradece muchísimo, buen empaquetado y cargador no original pero bastante funcional.
