Literally mind-blowing upgrading from AirPods Pro 2
Beats**all coming from an airpods & airpods pro 2 user**Two notes about me:* I have a pretty average sized head & ears* I wear glassesThoughts:- Noise isolation is way better than people give credit for, works about as well as the active noise cancellation on my airpods pro 2.- I can FEEL the bass.- Can hear all kinds of details in music (like when I upgraded to airpods pro but slightly better than even those). The AirPods gen 2 did that for me, then the AirPods Pro 2 did it again, and now these are doing the same.- Electronic music sounds absolutely amazing. Better than any other headphones or speaker I’ve heard.- Classical sounds amazing—way better than AirPods Pro 2.- Folk sounds amazing, & it’s like someone’s playing a really high end guitar right next to me while also serenading me.- Piano also sounds especially amazing- Case is slightly padded, but leaves a lot to be desired there—they also barely fit (see pictures).- They feel durable, even at hinges (which shocked me).- They DO fingerprint easily, if that matters to you.- Box is very sleek & giftable.- Not having the automatic ear detection is really nice for when I lift one side up to hear someone or something.- They are more comfortable than AirPods Pro, even with memory foam ear tips on those. But they do get slightly annoying with glasses but there is a sweet spot where it’s not bad (if I angle the headband towards the back of my head instead of having it straight up and down). But it’s not so uncomfortable that I don’t want to use them. Merely a minor inconvenience.- I ever so slightly wish I could see the battery percentage on my phone while charging, but it’s not any real inconvenience.- The micro-USB charger is potentially going to be a slight inconvenience because they wear out—USB-C or a lightening cord would’ve been way better.- Pairing with an iPhone is extremely easy.- The included carabiner for the case is a nice afterthought, but it’s a super flimsy carabiner and the loop keeping it on the case is tiny and I wouldn’t trust it. If it were better sewn and had a bigger loop, that’d be fantastic. I CAN attach an aluminum locking carabiner, but it’s just barely big enough for that.- Charging seems pretty fast, and while I do wish it would show me the percentage while charging, I really appreciate seeing the percentage in the battery widget while connected because other non-apple Bluetooth headphones don’t have that and I’m left guessing how much is left on the tiny control center icon with those.In sum, I HIGHLY recommend these if you’re looking for good bluetooth headphones and don’t have $400+ to spend. I snagged them for $99.95, and I couldn’t be happier. They’re definitely a good value at $200, but they’re mind blowing at a part-time, minimum wage budget. Almost every feature has been either mind blowingly fantastic, but those that aren’t are barely worth commenting on.Are they perfect? No. Should one expect perfection at this price? Absolutely not. I’d highly recommend buying if they’re in your budget!!!

Fantastic sound and phenomenal battery life!
Fantastic sound quality and the battery life is phenomenal! I use my headphones all the time and have to charge these about every other week, unlike my Apple EarPods which need to be charged every day. I have seen other reviewers mention that these Beats Headphones are too small or too tight for some, but I find them comfortable and the fit is good for me, but I am on the smaller side so they may not work well for everyone. Although these headphones are not noise canceling, they do block out noise well and the sound quality is excellent. I have the red ones and like that they come in several colors and not just black or white. They are a bit pricey, but do occasionally go on sale and the quality is definitely worth the expense.

These headphones deserve the hype!
At last I finally found the perfect wireless headphones!! I bought these back in November when they were on sale for Black Friday (only $80!) and wanted to give them a test period before I reviewed them. Here’s what I’ve experienced this far:Pros1. The sound quality is impeccable. Literally everything is so clear and crisp. Funny enough, to put it into perspective, I was watching a movie and did not notice faint background music until I put these headphones on.2. The battery life is great. For me, they last roughly 72 hours before I need to fully recharge them. With charging, it takes maybe 40 minutes to an hour to get back up to a full charge. Impressive3. They’re compact and foldable. You’d be surprised how many headsets don’t fold when you’re done using them but these are perfect if you need to travel.4. They can connect to anything! I connected them to the Bluetooth on my tv for the first time since I didn’t want to wake my roommate up at 2am and set up was easy and simple.5. Changing the volume or song is simple and easy.6. Not really a pro, just an opinion, but they are really cute and stylish.Cons:1. A lot of people were right about them hurting your ears after having them on for too long; maybe more than 4 hours of continuous wear. I wish the part that goes around your ears was a little bigger to minimize the discomfort, but nonetheless it’s not a huge deal.2. Don’t connect them to numerous things at once. For instance, I had these paired with my iPhone and laptop at the same time. When I turned on my laptop it disconnected from my iPhone automatically and vice versa. My suggestion, disconnect from the device you’re not using and only focus on one sole device at a time.3. I wish the charger came with a charging block instead of just a wire. If you don’t have an extra block make sure you get one.4. They are not 100% noise cancelling but it does block out a good amount of outside noise5. My only concern is that when you call someone or someone calls you there’s a weird echo in the background. Like every time you talk it sounds like you’re talking in a tunnel? Again not a big deal just something I’ve noticed.Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and if you’re considering getting these just do it. I really needed them for studying purposes and they get the job done 100%.

Second pair need red
Have the black solo 3s. Love them so much I bought the red. Comfort, sound and quality all right here. Not risking another brand when these are winners. Great for the gym. Very difficult to get sweat buildup but it is possible so that’s another reason why I got a second pair. Much more enjoyable than AirPods Pro or Beats Pro (pods)Easily worn three hours with no discomfort. No charging problems. Connect is easy to iPhone. They never fall off or slip at the gym or while biking yet not uncomfortable at all.

Great Headphones but some cons.
These beats are really great and the adjustable thing on the top really lets them fit nice on your head. And the sound quality is actually amazing. On top of that, beats and apple have some sort of connected/deal (idrk) and because of this, when you turn them on, they automatically pair directly to your iPhone (I have a 14) and don’t make you go thru any annoying pairing process every time. They also directly show the beats icon, connection, and battery life directly on your iPhone. You also get a free month trial of Apple music plus. My only issue is that the ear part that surrounds your ear is rather small, so this may be an issue, and it is for me. After a while, my ears kinda begin to feel annoyed or hurt because it is not encompassing my full ear, so I feel that either the price of them, they could maybe have made them a little bigger. And the travel case is also pretty small and tight. I am pretty sure beats has a more expensive and different option that does fully surround your ear but it’s pretty pricey. Overall these are great and easy to use headphones.

You pay what you get
Beats is my go-to brand when it comes to earphones. Used to have Powerbeats Pro and those are awesome. These one are a bit cheaper, and sound isn’t that crisp, but the bass is chef’s kiss, so I appreciate that as well. I love them though! The battery is impressive compared to most earphones so props for that!

Perfect for running, ear pads a bit small
I run outdoors frequently and was looking for a decent pair of headphones because my area is noisy and I was tired of constantly adjusting my airpods while running. I wanted something with serviceable audio quality that I also wouldn’t mind putting through the constant wear and tear of sweaty runs. I was previously wearing a more expensive pair of headphones to run, and while I do prefer those for use at home or for noise-canceling, they were too heavy and hot for running and I was worried about damaging them. The beats solo3 are a better fit for this particular use case (for me).Pros:- the apple bluetooth chip is extremely useful, it makes it so much more convenient to switch between devices! Major QOL improvement over other headphones I own- lightweight and don’t make my ears hot during exercise- stay put well even with a lot of movement (I’ve even worn these while hanging upside down at the gym and they didn’t fall off)- blocks out the perfect amount of sound for outdoor running, such that I’m not distracted by ambient noise but I still have enough situational awareness to hear a car honking at me at close range- audio quality is better than any of my in-ear headphones, which is really all I needed in this case- battery life is great, I never find myself running out of battery even though I use these quite a bitCons:- My primary reason for deducting a star: I was expecting these to be over-ear, but they’re actually more like on-ear; the ear pads are a bit tight and sometimes they start to hurt my ears after wearing them for longer periods of time, usually after ~45 minutes (I’d be especially cautious if you have any cartilage piercings)- It’s a bit hard to use the control buttons sometimes- the double tap to skip is a little finicky, sometimes if I pressed too quickly in succession or not hard enough it doesn’t register. The volume controls are so much smaller and so far to the top and bottom, respectively, that I sometimes accidentally hit the center pause button instead. Still convenient to have controls there, but they have room for improvement. I also find myself wishing that I could use the controls from either side instead of just the one, but that’s not a big deal.- I worry that the band might be damaging my hair a bit, as it’s a pretty grippy material. It’s not pulling out any hair, but I do wish it had a bit more slip since the headphones feel tight enough to stay put regardless

the best headphones
The best headphones. I was looking for the perfect headphones with the qualities of sound cancellation , durability, color and comfortability and I found the perfect ones. How i even found out about this product is because one day i was working out at the gym with my cousin and i need music loud enough and my airpods was not loud enough for me so me and my cousin swapped and i was so satisfied with the loudness of it and i was so focused and encouraged to finish my workout. I really like these because of the sound cancellation mostly , when I am doing my school work working out and I don’t want to hear anything I put these on and everything on the outside just goes mute and the headphones just do their job. In a lot of headphones I feel like the advertisement is really fake. As someone who has tried the majority of wireless headphones this one is probably one of my favorites so far. But I do have some dislikes and likes about this product starting off with the dislikes . first thing i would like to start of with is how big the headphones are like there so noticeable and there just there i wish there were smaller nad like airpods sort of another dislike is u could hear the music out the headphones loud and clear so it’s like whatever your listing to others can hear which i honestly hate that. Next is that you can lay down with them like if u were laying down on your ear its just super uncomfortable because like i said on how big it is. Now let’s move on to the like starting off with the ear muffs they put on the headphone . The earmuffs are what makes this product super comfortable and if it’s cold your ears will be warm because of the earmuffs. Next is the loudness of course like i said in the beginning and the sound cancellation. Finally, I love how this product has multiple colors and they are all beautiful but the color I have is just out of this world which is the pink rose gold color love love love this color is just such a pretty color and it’s my type of vibe. My honest review for the headphone is 4.8/5 these are great headphones and they have everything you need in them i just personally don’t like hoe big and bulky they are and how you can hear the music outside the headphones but other than that love this product and i highly recommend you buy this for a friend or family member or even yourself if your looking for a headphone with noise cancellation and loudness to it .

Good for the price
This is the first time purchasing beats headphones and the first thing I would say is the sound quality is really good for the price! They hurt my ears if they’re on for a long period of time but that’s usually how it goes for headphones. I will say that one small complaint I have is that my hair keeps getting pulled out due to strands getting stuck in the opening on the sides so it results in me having to carefully pull them out or they’ll get pulled. Another small complaint is that people can hear the music you’re listening to if you have it on high volume, but I tend to listen to music on high volume so that could be a me issue. Other than that I’m satisfied with the headphones and the sound quality and price is very agreeable 🙂

Use this for business calls too!
The Beats Solo 3 Wireless headphones were my favorite Christmas gift hands down. I use the product daily and batter life is incredible. I used AirPods before an was charging them daily, with the Beats I only charge once or twice a month. I am most impressed by the charge and how long it lasts. I also use the headphones on business calls and zoom calls every day for work. The sound is great and I have not had any quality issues. I highly recommend this product for personal or business use!

Best of 3 in comparison
I bought these flash sale for $41 versus the list price of 59.99 and compared it to the Raycon every day headphones which listed for 99.99 and I got through Black Friday sale for 69.99 and found the Raycons Had a better feel. The Life Q 20s had to be played with full volume on the phone did not connect automatically to Bluetooth like the Raycon did and they were not water resistant like the Raycons were. The Raycons had a more in-depth base about it and I liked the way the Raycons Told you that it was connected to the Bluetooth when you first put them over your ears. I could feel the sound better with the Raycons. The soundcore, Life Q 20s did not connect automatically and just gave you a series of bleeps to let you know it was connected. So construction wise and convenience wise and sound wise I found the Raycons better. I then compared the Raycons to a pair of beats solo3 which listed for 199 and you can get them at Costco in black for $99 which is what I paid for them in an Amazon cyber Monday sale. The sound quality of the beats solo3 was by comparison Superior to even the Raycons. If you set your phone volume to high, you can still adjust the beats up or down without it affecting the volume on your phone, whereas both the Raycon and the soundcore when you increase or decrease the volume it would increase or decrease it on your phone . I returned this product and spent the little extra money for the beats solo3 and am happy. But if you’re looking for a good sound for under 50 bucks the soundcore life Q20 is very good. For a price between 50 and 100 the Raycon fit the category and was great, and if you’re not afraid to spend the extra bucks, the beats solo3 is the best.

If Device isn’t connecting to Bluetooth try this…
Nice product. However, when I tried to pair it with my iPhone 14, the Beats weren’t showing up on my Bluetooth device list. I tried for about an hour, then I tried to hold the power button down for 10 seconds. The lights blinked individually, then they all blinked together. I waited about 10-15 seconds and it factory resets itself. The device should show up on your blue tooth after. Great sound! I literally cannot hear myself talk with these things

Love these Beats!
So I ordered a pair for my daughter for Christmas but got the wrong color. So I ordered her the correct color and tried hers on. I was surprised at the quality of the sound and how well they block out environmental noise. I used to worry about hearing loss and didn’t want my kids to use headphones when they were young but I don’t worry with these because of the quality. No ringing in ears after use.

I don’t know how I did the gym without these before!
Let me just start off my saying I was hesitate about these! I always see people using them at the gym but I just thought I wouldn’t like them because I’ve never used a type of headphone like this before / didn’t know if it would be too bulky for my liking? However, I was wrong! These come with a case so I just hook my keys right to it for the gym! I love that these block out other noises when you’re wearing them which allows me to listen to my music at a MUCH LOWER volume than previous with just regular headphones. The quality of the sound is amazing and it holds a charge for about 5-6 workouts for me! Worth every penny!!!

The best workout headphones
There’s not a noticeable difference in sound quality between these and the studio headphones and these don’t slip off a sweaty head while bench pressing or doing anything bent over. Great for jogging when noise cancelation isn’t a big requirement. Between these and my studio beats, these were two purchases I was afraid wouldn’t live up to the steep price tag but I was pleasantly surprised when they did. My next purchase will be beats ear buds

Very clear sound, not as loud as I thought they would be.
Everybody has been raving about Beats for years and I finally got some. I do own noise cancellation Apple airpods and I do have to say that theirs is better in that regard. I also feel like my airpods are louder than these Beats.I will say, the sound itself is the clearest I have ever heard. Very very clear sound. I can hear everything, they are just not as loud as I was expecting/hoping they would be.The comfortability of the headphones is also a little questionable. I can’t necessarily lay down with these or sleep with them, and they are a little tight on my ears even when loosened. I find myself needing to take them off after awhile, but with my noise cancellation airpods, I can forget I even have them in and sleep with them.That all being said, I guess I am glad that I have both, but I was expecting more from the Beats.

Very surprised with these!
After reading the other reviews I was not sure how happy I would be with this but I am thrilled to admit I am very surprised! These are “on-ear” and I was afraid they would be too tight but they are very comfortable. I wear them on average 7 hours a day so I do anticipate replacing the cushions at some point but for now they are fine. The sound is great and while these are not advertised as “noise-cancelling” I find the outside noise suppression to suffice. Actually I hear nothing. Would I purchase these agin? Yes!

Two of these and left side stopped working
I gave them 4 stars cause I’ve yet to find better sounding headphones out there.But the same issue happened in two of these where the left side just stopped working. One it took a year. And the most recent took 2.5 yrs.Still the best sound and volume I could find in headphones on ear.The Bluetooth distance is incredible. Way further than 33 feet they say it can go.So had to buy another one today but didn’t want to wait a week for Amazon to come so got one at Walmart for same price.I think it’s a wire loosening up cause if I twist the left side I can hear some sound.There’s YouTube videos of a fix but WAY too complicated for my skills b

AMAZING SOUND!
I never thought I’d give in to the hype (and price tag ) of a splurge like this.I purchased these beauties when they went on sale and after years of wanting and waiting I finally bought them!The quality of the product and the boom in the base makes long flights so much more tolerable!

Wonderful sound. Not great for those prone to tension headaches
The sound quality on these allows for one to have a truly immersive experience. The battery life is long. Connection with blue tooth is clear and strong. These are so close to perfect. Would give a 5 star had I not have TMJ and be sensitive to pressure and weight, which triggers headaches, painful face, jaw, ear tension. I’ve tried many adjustments for more comfort. If I go as big as I need for that, they slide off while I dance. Not dancing, isn’t an option. Leaving this honest review for fellow neck and head tension holders. I still use them when I can, just comes a bit of a physicalPrice. Thankfully the sound I enjoy is worth it 😉

These headphones are amazing!
I just received these beat headphones. Love the rose gold. So easy to set up to my iPhone. The price was half of what I saw at local stores. The sound clarity is unbelievable. They are so comfortable. Came charged. One of my favorite purchases . You will love them 5 plus stars!

Beats ! Great Christmas gift for the Hubs !
My husband absolutely loves his new headsets. He wears them all the time around the house as he watches his videos on his phone. He says the sound quality is wonderful. I’ve had them a month since Christmas and no problems so far at all good product

Great Headphones
I bought some over 5 years ago and they worked great so it was time for an upgrade. These ones are great and to my knowledge there is no noise cancellation so if you are looking for that these are not the ones. They are wireless and you can buy a cord to have them not wireless. My old ones did come with the cord so I expected these to but they did not so be aware. The battery life is long and they charge pretty quick.

My son loves these!
I got a good deal for Christmas. My son loves them. The only thing I dislike is the noise canceling. He can’t hear me talking to him. LOL. He’s a teenager. He’s not listening to me anyway. He let me try them and the music quality is awesome. Highly recommend.

Good sound quality
My kid and her friends like this item because it’s wireless and produces really good sound. I say the earpieces should be wider and better padded. She says they are okay. So, there definitely is a difference of opinion between apparent and a teen.

An amazing product
I bought these for my sister and she said it’s amazing and it’s so good that she keeps wearing them 24/7.She said sounds is amazing, Volume controlling is easy, and the noise cancelling feature is amazing she can’t even hear me when I scream at her to be quiet when playing her video games

Excellent sound, decent fit
I was fortunate to get these on sale, but they sound excellent. The fit leaves a bit to be desired, the adjustments help, but still feel like they could be a bit more snug on the ears themselves.If you’re looking for noise cancellation, look elsewhere.

Nice product and very loud
Mine came dead and when I changed them they changed relatively fast for the little time I had them on the charger, The Case is small so you won’t be able to fit a base in there but the cord fits just fine.

Great on-ear headphones, but the bass quality was lower than expected.
Overall I really like the Beats Solo3 Wireless On-Ear Headphones. I think it’s important to point out that these are ON-ear, not OVER-ear headphones like the Beats Studio. The sound is still pretty immersive but the quality of the bass could be better for a $129 price tag.I also purchased the Raycon Fitness over-ear headphones at the same prices. I would pick the Beats Solo3 when comparing to the Raycons. The sound quality was better and I like the slimmer look of the beats compared to the bulkiness of the Raycon.

Great alternative from AirPods
I’ve have first gen AirPods for a while and they started to die more and more faster. They could barely keep a charge from years of usage. I’ve always wanted beats and very satisfied that I finally pulled the trigger on these headphones. They do hurt my ears after hours of listening to music but that’s only because I wear glasses. Other than that, these will be my next everyday headphones outside of work. Additional, the Bluetooth option made this purchase a no brainer.

Best you can buy
I’ve had these since 2022 and I’m truly amazed. I charge it once for an hour or so and I use them all week. The battery life is insane. I’m still in shock they still work like new and I haven’t broke them yet and I use them allllll the time , doing yard work , cleaning the house , walking, at the gym, in bed when mys sons watching tv and I’m on my phone. I just got done doing the dishes and decided to take the time to give my opinion 😀

Perfect

I LOVE THEM!
I got them for christmas and the bass in them is great! They’re awesome for noise canceling as well and you can’t hear the music on the outside unless of course you have it turned up all the way lol. They’re super comfy too and have buttons on the side for volume, pausing, or skipping songs.

Sound quality is great, though, I can’t wear it for a long time as it hurts my ears after a while
These are my first ever over the ear headphones. The sound quality, noise isolation, wireless range, and battery life is great. However, I don’t know if it’s my ears but they are sore after 15min or so of wear. I feel like this may be because the ear cushion isn’t as big, so I do have a minor problem with the comfortability. I’m also used to wearing earbuds too. I bought these specifically for in-house use when I clean or have long baking hours for work. They’re great though, I love how it can fold up and fit in the travel case too.I regularly go to the gym using my ear buds as I feel they are more durable when lifting. I don’t know how people work out with these as it does get hot without working out so… I’m still on the fence about using these at the gym. But overall, for the price I got it on Black Friday, I’d say these are bang for buck!

Awesome!!
My daughter started crying when she opened these! They are such a pretty rose gold color and very slim so they’re perfect for her to use at the gym. I got these on a great sale in 11/23 for about 100 bucks. Absolutely cant go wrong with these bad boys.The sound quality is superior yo any headphones or earbuds I’ve ever listened to. I love to blow my ear drums out but I can only manage half volume on these! Absolutely amazing bass as well, will rattle your brainpan. Hope she let’s me borrow them!

Issue saying connected *update*
The headphones kept disconnecting from blue tooth. Possible defective headset. Unfortunately have to return but Amazon helping me with getting me a new one.*Update*New one in and works and sound great. Very simple to use. Not basking but They’re a little over rated. First time owning Beats and I was just expecting to be amazed But nothing serious. Just a good headset. Cushion is great but I wear glass, so it can get a little uncomfortable.Found an adapter to use headset on the PS5. Sounds ok, I was told the mic was low, even after adjusting level.

Can’t go wrong with Beats Solo3!
I purchased these on Black Friday as a gift for myself as I like to listen to podcasts when I’m falling asleep and they are excellent. I also plan to use these when I’m on the mower during the summer months mowing greens, tees and fairways at the golf course. Long lasting battery life, excellent bluetooth sync with all Apple products (Imac, Ipad, Iphones). HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. Wait until Black Friday and you can find them for under $100!

Get a wire if you want to use in cold weather.
Bought to replace older wired Beats over the ear headphones which I had problems replacing ear pads. New wireless are great when they work but I am happy that I kept the wire from my old earphones. One of the reasons that I use over the ear in cold weather is that they keep my ears warm when out walking. Problem is they tend to shut down when the temperature drops below freezing. Now I carry the wire all the time just in case. Very disappointed But now I know why they have a plug for a wired connection.

Highly Recommend!
So I ordered this product for my son as a Christmas gift and he absolutely loves it for the quality and hey, it’s Dr. Dre’s to me but we know it’s “Beats” right? Also, I wanted this product for a very long time. I ended getting another one for my son due to his choice in the color, but I kept this silver one for myself and wait for it…..🤯😎, love it!! My girlfriend loves these!
My girlfriend has an old set of in-ear Bluetooth headphones and she hated the feel of them after a while so I bought her these! She loves the color and feel of them. They also instantly connected to her phone and come with a carrying case. Great purchase!

Cancel out sound
I absolutely love my beats I use them to work out and just for every day use. I love the fact that it does cancel out the noise that is around you and the battery battery life is tremendous.
