Not too bad.
Phone works great so far , I fully charged it and been setting it up for the last few hrs and the battery is doing great. Battery life came in at 86% will be sending it out to get a fresh battery. The trim around the phone did have some damage a bit more than I would have liked and around the camera but so far day 1 the phone is working great.

Soy de los pocos de habla español pero en fin. Compre el celular y realmente lo hice con miedo pero al final resultó que el teléfono me llegó en condiciones excelentes, todo funcional, solo un simple rayoncito en la parte superior izquierdo de la pantalla, algo que no es de tan importancia porque cuando colocas protector de pantalla queda todo bien. La batería llegó con un buen % llegó en 90%, posiblemente ya baje al 89 en los próximos días pero si valió la pena comprar hasta ahora todo bien, solo toca esperar que no de fallas. R.D🇩🇴🇩🇴

Quality is Amazing 🩷
At first I was very skeptical buying a refurbished phone even though I know it would save me a ton of money, but I am not disappointed! It came right on time and there was no damage due to the mail. They even already installed a screen protector on the phone for me which made me even more happy! My old phone was literally on its last leg so it felt so good to finally get an upgrade and not have to spend almost $1000 on a new phone. The camera is beautiful and has such high quality and resolution which is perfect for me since I love taking photos. The size of the phone is perfect for me since I have small hands and really didn’t need a pro or pro max sized phone. I love the color and the placement of the cameras on the phone. For the model only being 2 years old it still is an amazing phone. The only feature I wish it had was the crash detection feature, but it’s not a big problem at all since my Apple Watch has crash detection. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase! I’ve had this phone for 3 weeks now and no issues whatsoever. 🙂

Well worth the money!
The iPhone 13 (renewed as promised. The batterly life was (surprisingly) at 100%, which for a renewed is amazing. The phone itself was scratch and dent free and no apparent blemishes. The Camera lenses were without an damage and I’m glad I picked this company! The SIM card tray was also in good shape and it was as simple as replacing so true to as advertised, it was “unlocked”. I will come back here if I decide to upgrade or recommend it to someone who is planning too.

Even though the item was listed as Excellent, the marks on the phone shows it was not handled properly.The glass front and back is flawless and the camera is also great. got battery health as 88% which is acceptable. But then the bezel had chip marks, seems it fell on the ground and hit hard and luckily no damage was done. NOT highly satisfied with purchase but one more reason to buy used electronics in store.The phone works flawless and has no issues

Refurbished quality not quite to standard.
The iPhone 13 is an amazing phone. It’s camera is really good and it takes great pics. It’s A15 bionic chip is crazy fast. For testing me and friends took an iPhone 12 Pro against the iPhone 13 standard. Loading up Call Of Duty on the same carrier the iPhone 12 Pro beat the 13 by roughly 2 seconds. Keep in mind the iPhone 13 was in standard configuration so it had 4GB of RAM and the iPhone 12 was a Pro so it had 6GB of RAM. Despite the 50% RAM increase that the 12 had over the 13 it was still a close call and for some of the loading sequences the 13 had the lead. The iPhone arrived in a somewhat dirty condition but was easy to clean. The only problem I had with this order (Not Apple’s iPhone 13) was a small scratch about 4mm in length. It might not have been a big deal but it was deep enough to create a vivid rainbow distortion along the scratch when the screen displayed brighter pages (Note: I got “Good” vs. “Excellent” condition and therefore that must have played a part is this distortion but was not within the quality parameters set by “Good” condition). All in all I think the purchase was a good one and I would buy this again.As always, The Glorious Frassat

Good product!
Originally had issues with the phone accepting the SIM card, and called the call center for the carrier. They said the phone was not compatible. I then wrote a review saying it was not accurate description of the item. I decided to go and have it checked in person at the service center for this carrier. They were able to resolve the issue. It was not the phone…. Shame on the SIM carrier…. Misinformation via phone… Thank goodness took it in in person.So long story….great phone. Shipping was challenging to recieve as it needed to be signed for. Just wish UPS would allow for a smaller delivery time to be specified.

I ordered the iPhone in the excellent condition choice. Ordered on a Thursday night and received on Monday! It came very well packaged and labeled. Upon inspection it looked like new. No scratches, dents, cracks or dirt any where. So far everything seems to be in working order. The only thing I am disappointed about is the battery health. It is at 88%, I know that’s petty but when one pays for the excellent option you expect a little better. So other than that I am very pleased with everything else!

I was skeptical purchasing a “used” iPhone online. But I am so happy with my new phone! First, it arrived in a timely manner. Second, it was in the condition as indicated, looked brand new. I took it to a local phone shop to have a protective cover placed on it and the tech said there are a few scratches on the screen, but honestly I never found them! The phone works great. I held off on writing a review, just to make sure the phone continued to work well. It’s been nearly two months and it’s working great and I still love it!

I’ve had this phone for about 3 months now; upgraded from an iPhone XS Max to this, no issues so far & everything is still perfect.When I received it the first thing I did was check for scratches, cracks, dents, etc. and there was absolutely none, it was like it was brand new out of the Apple Store.I charged it up, set it up with no issues.Tested both cameras which worked perfectly. Tested the microphone & speaker which also worked perfectly. (The sound was very loud which I appreciated)Battery life was at 100% :)I also wasn’t sure about the color, I usually am a pink or gold girlie but I went with midnight, it looks black until you’re in the sunlight, then it looks very blue. I remember driving down the road & the sunlight was hitting it directly, I couldn’t even tell it was ever a black-ish color. It was very blue and I thought it was very pretty :)I’m so so so pleased with this phone, definitely money well spent and worth it.

Really happy with my phone. It looked like it was brand new except for a teeny scratch in the corner, but it ended up coming with a screen protector that we didn’t know was on there and it was the screen protector that was scratched. Every once in a while after prolonged use like watching videos, the battery does heat up so I’m not sure if that will be a problem one day. Delivery was fast and it was packed well. I purchased a phone from another Amazon seller the week prior and we had to return it bc of battery problems. My only complaint is that the charger that came with the phone does not work well.

Battery Life
Although this product did come when its supposed to and I am pretty happy with it, I did notice a few paint scratches, which I’d expect from a reused phone. However, I was really disappointed to see the battery life. While others were fortunate, it was the opposite for me. The battery life on my phone is 85% and the phone itself charges really slow, for me at least. The phone itself is in good condition and works smoothly, it’s just the battery life that really disappointed me as I wanted something near the mid 90’s because I want a phone I can use daily without having to charge every two hours and I’d expect a phone to charge much faster, but this phone took almost an hour to charge at least 15%!!!

Worth the money!
I read the 1 star reviews to prepare myself for the worst but my phone came in with no problems and a 96% battery! I am very impressed with it. The only thing aesthetics wise that was off was there were little tiny scratches on the screen but I don’t notice it when the phone is on. It is a great deal for a phone that would have been 600+ dollars! For a refurbished phone I would absolutely recommend it!

Like new phone for half the price
I got a renewed iphone 13. It was delivered the next day. The case and all glass was without defect. The battery life was 96%, which is pretty good for a used phone (Renew does not replace the battery, and they generally drop to 85% life by 300 recharge cycles). My iphone 12 broke and I needed a new phone fast. The Verizon store was $730 for a replacement unit. This unit at $405 with similar specs (but iPhone 13) was a good solution.

So I’ve have an iphone 8 for almost 5 years already and I wanted a new phone. I was hesitant because of some of the reviews too. I got the device in excellent quality there are two scratches on the screen that you can see but once a screen protector is on it’s no longer visible. The phone came with 93% battery health which was good but kind of a bummer since I saw people get the same quality and have 100%. There’s also some dents on the bottom of the phone very tiny but you can’t see them with a case on as well!! (minor dirt in the port and speakers). Tested the speakers and they work too, all cameras and buttons work. Everything works!!

It’s a gamble!
Received phone with a noticeable dent/scratch on screen. After showing pictures to seller he suggested it could just be the screen protector and I removed it and phone appears ok. Checked battery life to find it at 86%. Was hoping for better as this phone was inspected as an excellent condition. It appears to be a bit of a gamble when ordering as some reviews have been impressive especially on the battery life. I will be keeping it hoping it keeps going for a while but if your a gambler you might get a good one.

Given Amazon great return policy, I figured I had nothing to lose. It arrived a full four days ahead of schedule and looked virtually new. Looks Almost New, Except For the Scratch
I bought this phone because my watch was not compatible with my iPhone 7. I liked that it looked new considering that it was the Starlight phone. I do not like that it came with a hairline scratch on the glass right out of the box. Considering that my current phone is scratch-free after all this time, I do not know if I will be able to tolerate a scratch on my new phone, renewed or not.

Truthfully I wanted to get the 15 but I didn’t want to jump from a 11 straight to a 15 but this 13 is amazing. Hasn’t had any problems. Would highly recommend buying from this company

Frustrated @ first but I think we good
I was very excited to get a new phone my old one dying. But when I got it I was a little upset. For a few reasons:1. The phone just came in a bubble wrap pouch and then in a box and in the shipping bag. So a little sketchy on the packaging part but I guess not a huge deal (it did come with a charger and block. Not the official apple one but still good)2.There were minor cracks at the top of the screen and the charging hole is a little scratched3.It was kinda just dirty. The back camera had some stuff around it same with the speakers. Not hard to clean it but just work I didn’t want to put into a new (ish) phone lol4.It took me over 2 hours to get it set up. It needed to be updated but after a little over a hour of it trying to update I gave up and restarted the whole process. It worked the second time but the phone got so hot from doing all this.I decided to just keep it for a bit and see if it’ll have any issues (it’s only been a day ) but no issues (yet ?). I also realized that the chips were just a screen protector so that’s good.So kinda a rough start but so far I’m liking it.

As good as new
Took a while to receive it, came with some little to no scratches on the screen works good so far , haven’t experienced any malfunctions camera quality great . Works pretty well
