Good Product for being Refurbished
I was a little worried about purchasing a refurbished product. However, it came in and looked almost brand new. You can’t expect it to look perfect as it is not a brand new product. My main concern was the battery life. So far it is okay. I did purchase additional insurance just incase the battery life does not remain the same.

Pleasantly Surprised
I was extremely worried about buying a refurbished watch from Amazon. I wanted to buy from Apple, but the cheapest refurbished watch they had was $339.00 and I’m just unwilling to pay those prices for a watch. I had a Series 2 from January 2018 – fall 2021, when the watch face simple fell open (I was appalled but I don’t blame the watch, I wore it all day every day during that period of time. It got me through 60 lb weight loss, I’m surprised it made it that long).Watch arrived today. I will note that it took a really long time to charge. That is the con here, it took about an hour to charge to 68% which suggests that either – it takes Series 4 longer to charge, or there may be a battery issue here.Besides that, the watch is in great condition. There is one tiny ding at the very top of the watch. You only notice it if you have your eyeball an inch from the watch, like I did. Otherwise, no scratches or defects on the watch screen or in the watch when it is powered up (I saw others had dots or other irregularities in their refurbished watch screens – none on this one). The watch set up and paired to my phone without any problems. I have been unable to set up cellular – I keep getting an error. This may be an AT&T issue, I’m not sure yet. Despite this being a 4 year old watch, it doesn’t feel like a 4 year old watch. It’s new TO ME. I like the new features (ECG, the slightly bigger screen DOES make a difference .. I always put my passcode in wrong at least 2x with the Series 2, with this that issue is gone).I’ll revisit this review after I’ve had it a while, or uncovered answers to any of my other issues. As a note, my seller was The Camera Guyz in Brooklyn NY. My delivery date was initially towards the end of next week, next Thursday (I ordered yesterday, Friday)… watch came within 24 hours.

Love it!
Great product, feels almost new. Screen is unscratched but the aluminum case came with a few scratches, I couldn’t care about it enough though. The battery dies kind of fast but again, not too worried about it. Everything else is great and works perfect. Comes with a little walkie-talkie app and I talk to my cousin with it all the time just for fun. We go to different high schools so at lunch we talk while walking around which is pretty fun 👍

So far it works like it supposed to, never had an apple watch before and i couldn’t see paying full price for a new one when this one works just fine. Still getting used to on how the apps work on it and battery life seems to be good, i just take it off at night to charge since im very active at work all day and don’t want to wake up in the morning with little battery life

It was looking brand new, It has a couple of scratches really not noticeable though, I absolutely love it. Another issue is the battery, It kinda dies quicker than a newer watch once you start using it.

Got mine used but it’s very good quality
One issue have is the battery doesn’t seem to last very long. Have to charge it about twice a day. Doesn’t take long for it to charge tho. Love the color of the metal around the face but I prefer gold over silver. Works great. Literally looks brand new. Works very well I was surprised with the call quality. Another issue I have is the watch band I don’t think this is an everyone issue tho but the little flat pieces on the watch band inside that sit on the skin make me itch. I think this is a me issue tho. Going to prolly swap out the watch band soon.Overall I’m happy with the purchase.

Decent
I got the excellent condition one, it had a few scratches but that’s to be expected with refurbished. The worst thing about it is the battery life, it doesn’t last any longer than 5-6 hours with a full battery. I’ll have to get a new battery for it. Shipping took a little over three weeks, it was delayed big time.

The only down side was the battery was really bad Checked the battery life setting and it said maintenance required so I called to see how much a new battery was and they said it would be best to just get a new watch seeing as the battery costs about how much the watch costs. Poor battery performance
This was annoyingly difficult to pair to my phone. Finally got it, and it seems to work fine. There was no user manual etc. just the watch and charger. Looks great. Clean!My biggest complaint is that the battery life. I charged it up when I opened the box, went into settings and found that the battery is still in need of servicing/changing out. It dies on me by 4pm. One would expect that refurbished includes exchanging a battery with minimal life in it.I don’t see how this watch was worth the refurbished price, without a good battery in it.

Outdated IOS
It took days to configure as the watch was shipped with an outdated OS, fortunately I work in IT and was able to resolve this. Since I was adding it to a family plan both the watch and the phone needed to be at certain IOS levels and it took days to complete. It would have been easy if the watch software had been updated before shipping.

Battery and appearance

It’s a watch but I like some of the features
I am still getting used to wearing a watch again but because I am getting bad with my balance, a smart watch was part of my plan along with a walker to keep moving. When I retired at 62, after working, 5 years teaching in MI & 2 years at a Y in Lexington, KY & 26 years working for The Commonwealth of KY, I stopped wearing a watch & switched to a Fitbit. Now at almost 80, I have two metal knees & lose my balance more & fall more even with a cane. So the smart watch will call for help if I fall when my husband isn’t home, like now. I bought a renewed with as small a face as I could get (40mm) & my granddaughter set it up for me. So far it does measure my steps & I bought a stretchy band for it to make it more comfortable to wear. And she used the screen saver from my Apple phone which pictures my dog, Rosie & my youngest Grandson Asher. It’s just about perfect.

The media could not be loaded.
Overall all the features are really decent and it’s a great watch. The battery kind of sucks because it goes down no matter what and it doesn’t really last long considering. If you’re not on it, it will die anyway. It has a waterproof mode but you can’t be on it while it’s in that mood which I understand so I don’t really mind it. Also, the band isn’t always the best but that’s all Apple watches and you can always buy a new one. But I do recommend it’s a really good watch.

Poor battery health
I originally bought another watch from this seller which also had poor battery life. The first watch said “maximum capacity: 77%”. I was having to charge it very frequently, less than 24 hours between charges. So, I sent it back and they replaced it with the same watch size/model. This one (pictured) has a “maximum capacity: 73%” so it’s actually worse than the first one. I have bought several renewed Apple products on Amazon and they’ve all been guaranteed to be at at least 80% maximum capacity. I realize and appreciate that the purpose of purchasing a renewed product is to extend the life of an electronic and reduce waste. However, if the product has to be recharged this frequently, it’s more of a hassle to maintain. I paid extra for the insurance. When contacting them and filing a claim, they instructed me to contact Apple because the first watch was believed to still be under manufacturer warranty. Apple ran a diagnostic and said nothing was wrong with the watch so I sent it back to the seller hoping a replacement would solve the problem. No luck there. I will keep the watch and continue frequent charging then eventually purchase a new watch.Update: I did disable functions known to drain the battery and this did not make a difference.

Good watch
I got this Apple Watch for my daughter for Christmas. It works great and I have had no problems with it. The only downside is that there is some paint missing on the medal part but you don’t notice unless you really look at it. I’m giving this a 4 star because the product does work as if it’s brand new, but cosmetically it could have been better for the price I paid.

Finally arrived!!
After being delayed for days (fed ex)and delivered to someone else i finally received watch. Looks like new and I updated to os10 and seems to work fine. I have never had one before so it is a learning curve. Charge that 100% but only lasted about six hours before it ran all the way down trying to figure out how to reduce its usage with keeping it up-to-date

Ordered the watch feb 15 because 2 days prior my 42mm series 3 fell out my hoodie and face planted into concrete, anywho… got it two days after on the 17. i do wanna mention, DO NOT THINK ITS REFURBISHED JUST BECAUSE IT SAYS RENEWED AND INSPECTED. i thought that too but it’s just a used watch in used condition (LITERALLY) that was wiped down w a alcohol pad and packaged to be sold. it came in a generic box with a aftermarket/3rd party charger and watch band (didn’t like the quality so i swapped it w my m/l apple original band form my previous series 3 seen in video). it was classified “excellent” condition but had normal yet obvious wear and tear which i didn’t really expect considering “excellent” lol but it was still in rather good condition. i did notice the screen was replaced (it’s a grid like pattern only seen underneath a light, may see in video) but display works fine. my biggest issue/concern is battery health. mine came with a 76% battery capacity and within the last day and a half of having it. i charged it twice (1 3/4 full charges) and still kinda found the battery life bad. i remember when i finished setting it up it was literally dropping a percentage every 2-3 minutes. maybe because the setup process?? it has been sliiiightly better since but still not the best, my series 3 has better battery life and i’ve had it since 2021. all the media was took within a hr and as you see, it dropped roughly 10% within that hr with low power more on. i’m gonna give it a week to see how battery holds up. may return it if i find the life pitiful in hopes that i get one in better condition w better battery life. but still not a bad purchase, just don’t forget it’s used if you do purchase.

Rather disappointed.
I was really excited to find out that I could buy an Apple Watch for such a good price. I went ahead and bought it in best condition for what I believe was $140 at the time. However, when I got it, the case was scratched up fairly badly, the new screen wasn’t marked but it seemed to be put on 98% perfectly – it wasn’t too responsive and the way it was placed on was just a little bit off if you looked very closely. The worst part of it all was the battery capacity – I’m pretty sure it was at about 80%, which is not what you want in a watch with one-day battery life. Over time it degraded down to 76%, and it would cost $100 to replace It still had a lot of the good features, but I began to realize that it was just too old and over time it just became annoying, with bad dictation, frequent OS glitches, and a frankly awful Siri experience – the voice assistant hardly ever acts like it understands me, even when I’m connected to the WiFi and my iPhone. I ended up finding a deal at Target for a factory-sealed series 8 around Christmas time this year, and Apple claimed it to be $60 for trade-in value. At the end of the day, if you still consider buying this, I would just say be prepared for some annoying gimmicks and an expensive battery replacement, without the original Apple box, charger, and band that it came with (they’ll all be off brand). I’d say give this to someone who is not tech-savy, or just buy straight refurbed from Apple a 7 or later where you get smaller bezels.

Worth it
The watch arrived two days early than expected. Was not charged when arrived, but that’s expected. It gets super hot on charger. Used an actual Apple charger and it doesn’t get hot at all. When I went to set up the screen was not responding, found out it has a screen protector. Had to remove. Took some time to remove all glue( as pictured) has a few small scratches, but nothing too bad. The first night it took 2 hours to update , download and pair with my Apple Watch. Then the next morning I had to re pair it to my watch again and go through the long set up download process again??? Frustrating!! It’s been three days and have not had to pair it again. All the functions and features work so far.So at this time I give a 4/5 stars …cuz of the screen protector and having to do the set up , downloading, re-pairing to my watch in less than 24 hrs.I do think this is a great quality watch and is with the purchase and price.

It was a great buy but the battery life been going out on me. Not sure if it’s because of the watch being an outdated series but it definitely does not last the 18 hours that’s promise.
