Disappointed
Update- bumped up to 3 stars, the refund for the item has been submitted, just wish this transaction didn’t have as many issues, hopefully their QA team is able to make some updates to the process before they ship outFirst one I ordered on a Black Friday sale, great price, picked it out as a Christmas gift for my girl. She loves rose gold and environmentally friendly company stuff and recycled goods, felt like a perfect fit.First one arrived pretty quickly, was the wrong color…understandable though mix ups happen.I contacted Amazon and they sent another one in the mail, and I sent the other back for a refund (which I have received)Second one was the right color, turned it on and everything was looking good and working.Fast forward to Christmas Day, she loves it along with the recycling and climate pledges…however when she went to pair the watch it was still linked to another Apple ID. Unfortunately we googled and contacted Apple, we have to have it removed by the previous owner…so we are stuck and have to return it….unfortunately we can’t exchange it since they are sold out atm…not happy with itI’ll update when I get the refund when it hits if there are any other problems

Good refurbished watch
I got this watch two weeks ago and I am pretty happy with it. I was worried as it was refurbished so I also purchase the insurance with it for 24 months for $20.It is comfortable to wear and easy to use. I love the different face features where you can add whichever item is more important to access to: calendar, weather, steps etc.I love that I do not need to carry my phone on me at all time now as I can respond to texts on it.

Disappointed
Didn’t come with wall charger as displayed. Battery life is awful, not sure if it’s the normal for this edition but only lasts about 8hours from full charge to 10% notification. Also when I click the screen it only reads the touch about half of the time. Can’t get the fitness app to let me click DONE after a workout so have to go into the phone to make sure it transfers and force close the app on the watch. Was much happier with my 3 series.

First watch I ordered I only received a charger, was sent a replacement. This was listed in excellent condition, upon receiving the item it has scratches all over the screen and a chip in the bottom left hand corner.

Nice watch for my daughter
Beautiful watch and arrived quickly. One drawback we found was we expected a series 5 watch as the listing indicated it was. We received a series 4 watch in a series 5 box. My daughter being at university decided to keep it as she has found the Apple Watch to be indispensable to her day. The listing agent did eventually give us a $50 discount which was appreciated. Packaging and product where otherwise all in great shape and worked right out of the box. I would shop this seller again even with the product hiccup as they were responsive and helpful to resolving the issue in a timely fashion.

I like this watch; the only thing I don’t like is that the battery needs to be charged every night. I love when I get texts from my phone so I know what’s going on. I also like the get-up and move activity app. Helps me stay more active during the day. The watch works fine, and glad I could get the Apple watch at a discounted price, too.

I had an issue with my watch shortly after buying I contacted Camera Guyz not expecting much as a third party seller. However they proved me wrong they responded to my question that day and had the issue resolved 2 days later turns out it wasn’t my watch I had a problem with my charger and they sent me a new one. They definitely know their customer service!

I LOVE my watch. I was so upset when my last one suddenly broke. My husband said I could get one refurbished on amazon and I won’t lie, I was worried. But it was in great condition and works great! It wear it daily and its never given me any issues!

Should’ve listen to reviews
I thought it maybe was a slim chance that I’d have battery issues when I got the phone. Not so much. The battery charge didn’t even last a full 24 hours and I barely had apps open. The battery info said it was processing at 76% and recommended bringing it to apple for battery replacement. I returned the item within 48 hours

Battery life is short
I like the product a lot. I use it to track my workouts and that is about the only time I wear it. I’ll probably change out the band since I think it looks a little juvenile for me! My only complaint is that the battery seems to get low quickly. I leave it on the charger when not wearing it since the life seems to be about 12 hours or so.

The battery is not as bad as it seems
The battery is sort of bad but I charges fast the bad drain slower than people say it drains. Most people say that the battery drains like 30% an hour, but it drains more like 10% an hour-ish.

Misleading
I mean the watch is beautiful and it turned right on, but i’m giving it to my mom as a gift since she’s always wanted one, and like I was made to believe it would come in an apple box, so now there is no indication on what is is at all, so no packaging, and no instructions or anything, my mom is older and needs those, i thought that it would come with it even though it was refurbished. oh well at least the watch works

My series 5 Apple Watch is great at giving me notifications, texting or calling my friends, and keeping track of my health when I’m not using my iPhone. The only real issue I see is that the battery life can be short at times, but I feel like that’s what happens a lot with these watches. Additionally, the photo of my wallpaper didn’t show up in the best quality, but that’s not much of a tech issue either- just more of an aesthetic issue for me. Nevertheless, I’d highly recommend getting this watch!

Like New!!
I was weary about getting a refurbished product. As my first Apple Watch, it was already expensive, even being refurbished, but I decided to give it a try since it was backed by Amazon’s 90 day return policy. After two weeks, I’m so happy I decided to give this a try. I’m a fitness gal who does high intensity training 6 days a week. This watch tracks it ALL and I love ALL of its other features and compatible apps. The messaging and calling features work great when my phone is out of reach. Calls are clear and communication is seemless (granted you’re in range of good reception) I get emails and even photo flashbacks from Google photos and I love it. It charges quickly and the battery lasts all day and then some for me. Since purchasing, I’ve downloaded various compatible apps to enhance the watches features like a water tracking app and a menstrual tracking app. Both have been great for daily use and just round out my iPhone use a lot more. It’s just great to have a reliable watch compatible with my iPhone and one that holds true to its reviews.One thing I dislike, but not related to the actual capabilities of the watch, is that the case I have on it prevents me from touching an app on the first go and it loading. I have found that with a case on, I have to touch apps, programs, and options slightly on the sides to access them. Directly touching an app, or anything on the watch, in the center, does not allow access. I’ve tested this by removing the case and of course the touch feedback works perfectly no matter where I touch the watch. But I would rather have the case on than nothing at all and risk something happening to it. A VERY Expensive mistake to make, I’m assuming. I can’t wait to buy more bands and colorful cases to go with this watch and am super happy with my purchase this far.

Battery doesn’t last
Ended up returning original watch because it would be dead by lunch time after starting the day with a full charge. Replacement took longer to arrive than estimated and has the same problem as the first one! Company is not selling quality products. Not sure what kind of testing they do to market these as “excellent condition” because they definitely ARE NOT.

At first the watch wouldn’t turn on it kept showing green snake something that seems to bee a common occurrence with apple watches but as instructed i charged for about 4hours and all was well the watch itself works well but upon receiving it the screen was scratched i mean understand it’s refurbished so don’t expect brand new but the screen should have been replaced before resale thats the point on refurbished like new so far no issues my daughter is very impressed and it also came with a spare strap same color pink

Refurbished and great quality
It didn’t come with instructions so a quick YouTube search helped. I did so to charge it a bit before it was ready to set up. I wore it just a few hours today before letting it fully charge. I never wear watches so was worried it would be irritating but it’s very comfortable to wear. The set up was easy. I am mainly using this to track my activity/fitness as it is so hard to find women’s athletic wear with pockets to hold my phone and I don’t like arm bands or want to wear some sort of Fanny pack/bag while I walk or train. It came packaged nicely with a charger and looks great – no scratches, cracks, etc. Can’t tell it’s refurbished. Not a huge fan of the band – it’s a baby pink color – but will eventually purchase a different one.

Good buy
This is a good buy however, the battery life is a problem. That’s the only reason why I have four stars. The battery doesn’t stay charged for a full day. It is a good purchase if you’re usage is minimal. I do drop it and the screen didn’t crack. However, I would recommend get a screen protector. I did! I love being able to track my steps and cardio on the Apple Watch and not have to put out my phone.

Damaged screen
The watch itself works fine; however, as you can see, the screen is insanely scratched. I attempted contact with the seller because when I bought it it said “90 day repair, replace or refund guarantee”. Well they failed to update that to just “return”. When I told them that I didn’t want to wait for a return to get a refund and purchase a new one in hopes it is acceptable and asked if we could meet in the middle with a partial refund so I could get the screen replaced myself, they “escalated it”. This went on for WEEKS and I got Amazon involved twice (the messaging with with tekreplay, the seller). Finally they respond with an offer of 20$. I was sick and tired of going back and forth with them so I accepted it, knowing it won’t cover a screen replacement. I understand it’s refurbished, but to me that means better than new as all the kinks are worked out. I guess screens don’t count as kinks.

Nice purchase however charger didn’t work for long
The media could not be loaded.
Very nice , it looks rose gold in person not gold which I love but on the camera it looks gold . However my charger that came with it stopped working after like 10mins of putting it on there, it basically came dead and I couldn’t get it to charge but it was a easy fix I just bought another charger and it’s charging perfectly fine now . I love it . Now I can answer my text messages at work faster .

While outdated and not brand new, I have purchased 2 of these form this seller and both have been fantastic. I suppose if you buy ‘used’ you could be in for any manner of unpleasant surprise. These look like brand new and act like brand new. Yes, you will probably need to update the iOS. Easy to remedy. Very pleased and could not ask for more for the price point. Doesn’t come in a fancy Apple box but who cares! What did you expect? Watch band was genuine Apple but that was the least of the concern given the amount of aftermarket options. Not sure if the charging base is Apple, but works just fine. Super happy x2

Apple watch
There are several features I like about this watch, however the battery life is one area that needs improvement. I have to put it on the charger after 12 hours or else the watch shuts down. The volume for phone calls is not very loud and difficult to hear even if the volume is turned as high as it will go.

Difficulty obtaining refund but Amazon corrected issue
Received the watch but the battery was crap. It would die in less than 24 hours. It was refurbished but this was unacceptable.I returned the watch but did not disconnect it from my APPLE account. I was notified by the seller CELL 4 LESS NY so I deleted the watch but they were charging me a restocking fee. I thought this was just a lesson learned till I got the email with this. Here’s the breakdown of your refund for this item: Item Refund: $180.00 Item Tax Refund: $14.85 Restocking Fee Refund Deduction: ($144.00)If there is a “restocking” fee of over 75% you would think Amazon might say something about it in their description.24 hours later-After I submitted my review Amazon and CELL4 LESS emailed me that the refund of $144 dollars was going back on my card. I guess I jumped the gun and complained before giving them time to process everything. I apologize to Amazon and to CELL4LESS

Great watch for the money.
I ordered this watch for personal safety reasons. I love the color and the watch arrived ahead of the promised time. It is in perfect condition and charged up and paired with my iPhone quickly. I was surprised that the band included two sizes which guaranteed it would fit my small wrist. I’m still getting acquainted with how to use the apps. The battery lasts about 12 hours and I’m hoping I can get a charging scheduled down so that it is operational during my waking hours. I chose refurbished for economical reasons and do not regret the decision.

Happy with my purchase but
The “but” here is that from the beginning I notice that screen seemed very cheap. It was smooth like my previous iWatch; which was series 1! Let’s keep that in mind.My old watch has a few scratches but NEVER broke! With this one, less than a month in and the screen broke out of nowhere. I didn’t drop it. Don’t remember hitting it with anything. Contacted the seller, didn’t want to do anything about it a voided my 90 day policy.Needless to say, I am very grateful I purchased the accidental warranty with ASURION when it was offered when I bought it.Now the screen they changed it too looks like a legit Apple screen.You can see the difference from the first two pictures compared to the last one.I’m not mad, but I’m a bit upset that the seller used cheap parts. And they were cheap parts. I should know. I would with LCD screens. And you can definitely tell when a screen is cheap or decent.Thanks!
