Computer is very fast and easy set up but it’s windows 10 os. Not sure if 11 pro would have been better but it’s not good to say it’s 11 pro when it’s actually windows 10.

Refurbished when it should be new?
The media could not be loaded.
This is my first AIO however the fabric at the bottom, just out the box has me suspecting its refurbished when I paid for a new computer. The fabric is dark in some areas and looks dirty. I’m gonna turn it on and see what I’m working with but already I’m not pleased with the appearance and the possibility it’s refurbished. We’ll see.**Update** while the fabric still looks disgusting, the speakers performance with simple melodic tones is not good at all. It fuzzes out. While the performance is cool so far, the speakers suck making me regret this purchase more and more. I’ve never had this experience with any computer/laptop I’ve purchased in the past, and this is my first AIO.

Keybord was useless without the usb connector
Just received my new computer…everything looks great however I couldn’t use the keyboard due to the usb connector being missing. You would think that at this price there would have been quality control. Good thing I have an alternative keyboard that I was able to use.

Wireless keyboard and mouse
The wireless keyboard and mouse started freezing up after about 10 days. I replaced the batteries in both, rebooted several times to no avail. I finally replaced both with a wired keyboard and mouse and the problem stopped. The junk they sent as an addition to the computer was worthless!

We have had this for 3 weeks now and put maybe 50 hours on it and we have been really happy with this Dell 27″ Core i5. This replaced 7 year old Intel Corei5 touchscreen HP Envy AIO that the screen had developed random “ghost touch” and basically made it unusable. For that reason we decided we didn’t want to mess with touchscreen because we really never used it on an AIO…the mouse is right there so it was a bit redundant.This computer was easy to set up. It did transfer all of our files since we had Windows on both and it synched between the old computers last backup and the new computer. It did not transfer all our programs though since the old one was Windows 10 and some of the programs were not compatible with Windows 11. It has not been a big deal though since you can see the icons for the programs and it prompts you to download the new version where applicable.We were concerned about performance since I use a 3D printer and prep files, and I also do some image and light video editing. I have had several of these programs open at once and have had no slowdowns and no issues with any programs crashing. The solid state drive makes programs fast to open and it comes out of sleep mode quickly as wellThe screen is huge and makes browsing so much easier, and the image editing more precise. Audio is typical for an All-in-one, fine for sitting at the desk but not great as a room sound system. BUT it has bluetooth so if this is a concern just grab an affordable speaker and pair it. I just went into windows search bar typed speaker, selected “Choose your sound output device” selected “pair another speaker” and bam, it plays audio from a bluetooth speaker like Sonos or a portable speaker.One other cool built in feature, the Dell mouse can have the buttons re-assignable. So very easily I was able to open that preloaded program, and re-assign the wheel mouse press function to pull up the program menu from the desktop, or in Chrome it takes me to the search bar and opens a typing cursor. Pretty cool.So, for the money this has been an excellent computer, I am very happy with the purchase.

It’s a great computer after you make a few adjustments, in my experience.
Once you set up this computer, make sure you 𝐮𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 your computer right away. Without the current updates, you’ll find your computer crashing a few times a day. Also if your sound bar sounds 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝, check the volume levels in your app (ie:Spotify) and the volume level for you computer. I’ve noticed if the app is maxed, then compressed distortion will be heard as you turn up your computer’s volume. Having owned this computer for a month, I’m still uncertain if I solved this sound issue.(edit: After a month of owning, I FINALLY found a fix: Control Panel / Hardware & Sound / Sound / Speakers / Advanced / UNCHECK Enable audio enhancements. It was the “audio enhancements” which caused the compressed distorted noise in the speaker)The 𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 quality isn’t the best especially if you were previously a mac uses, but it is sufficient for most things. I’m fine with it. The 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 can be a little choppy for some games, but I’m not much of a gamer, personally.Overall, this is a great computer for its price. I’m a happy customer despite of the learning curve it takes to make these adjustments. 4/5

What an Improvement
I had a 2017 model of the same computer by Dell. Using Microsoft’s OneDrive made the conversion sooo easy! IT starts up immediately and connecting to the internet is just as fast. Screen is beautiful and responsive. Only issue was the first mouse they sent didn’t work. I let them know and they sent a new keyboard/mouse set immediately. Could not be happier!

The computer is fine so far, sound quality is not great, but OK for this set-up…My gripe with it is that the ADVERTIZED O/S is WIN 11 PRO !!!! Its NOT, itsWIN 11 HOME !!!! This is BLATANT FALSE advertising… We’ll see if Amazonwill do anything about…Paul R…

missing keyboard wirless fob
Great computer as of now, very big screen, very nice and fast, the only reason I gave it 3 stars is that I am missing the keyboard fob to access and sync the keyboard. As well as the delivery driver was supposed to have us sign upon approval. Driver came after 9:30 laid it on the porch and left.

Not Bad
I’ve only owned Dell computers and this Inspiron 7720 isn’t much different than the others. Easy to setup and you’re ready to go in a few minutes. The drive fans are a little noisier than usual… I can hear them running now. The sound quality of the speakers is not the best. I have a hearing disability, so the muffled, low tone sound of the computer’s speakers make some things hard to hear. I bought and attached a simple PC sound bar and that solved the problem. So far, so good, everything is operating as expected.

Short term use – nothing yet to fault except the inbuilt Realtek speakers . Sound reproduction leaves a lot to be desired. Sounds are distorted, like a reverberating tin can. Replacing with better quality sound speakers could only improve the overall experience.

Feature Filled
This all in one is great. It has everything I needed and has great features. The Webcam at the top goes up and down with a small press which is great for privacy. It is also a touch screen which is nice for certain apps. I chose to use a keyboard that matches my office but the one it comes with is really nice as well. It is a fast processor and the monitor is large and is great when having multiple windows open and there are many configurations available when using multiple windows.

OS is Windows Home, Not Pro
I’m very happy with this computer and would have chosen Windows Home if given the choice, believing that it would be less expensive. I do have a problem with being told that the OS is Windows Pro only to find that it is Windows Home. The only option given when contacting support is to return the computer for a full refund.This computer is replacing a 3 y/o hp laptop that I’m happy to be rid of, so this is a huge upgrade for me. It was a quick and easy setup, love the large screen for reading print and streaming videos. I listen to a lot of audio and streams, so a good bluetooth connection is very important. I have some Bose QC45 headphones that can connect to two different devices at the same time. They were constantly dropping out on my HP laptop. My headphones instantly paired with this computer and have never disconnected even when the computer is sleeping.I’m giving the computer itself 5 stars, but not happy that I may have been overcharged for it.

Works well; freezes more than my last desktop
For the money this is a good computer. I run it with an additional 27-inch monitor on my desk at home and it’s a great setup.The only criticism I have thus far is that the computer and/or operating system (Windows 11 Pro) freezes or has other weird tics at a far higher rate than my clunky old HP desktop running Windows 10. Also, on startup the computer does not recognize any operating system at all. This happens with alarming frequency. Then it asks if I want to Restore my computer from a copy because it cannot find any working OS on my main drive.VERY SCARY the first time this happened. Fortunately, in addition to asking if you want to go into the Restore mode, it also asks if you want to continue trying to start up. If you choose continuing to try to start up, it starts fine. So far.However, I would be sure to have a complete backup of your computer at all times. You should do this anyway, but especially with a computer that thinks your main hard drive is fried on initial startup this often. I am using a commercial back up service, but this all-in-one also has a second, larger internal hard drive that works well for an OS System Image. (Be sure to make a System Repair Disk of some sort right away so you can Restore from the System Image you made!)Once they work out all these bugs — computer problem or OS problem? — then this computer will truly be a good value.

NOT a touchscreen as indicated in the bold headlines!
One word describes this computer: STUNNING!Everything about this computer is outstanding with one exception: Although the big print in the description on Amazon clearly states that this computer has a touchscreen, IT DOES NOT! The decision to purchase this computer was not predicated on it having a touchscreen . . . if it were, it would be going back to Amazon. I’m just really disappointed that Amazon would somehow allow such a glaring error to occur. Yes, read the fine print and it whispers that it has a non-touch screen, but that’s not what is shouted in the headline.Otherwise, this is the finest computer I have seen in a long time . . . maybe ever.

Deciding if I should return…..
This comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse. it DOES NOT WORK. new batteries, batteries that came with it etc. it will not type, or only type a few letters out of all of the ones I type. mouse gets frozen and delayed. restart, unplug plug in ..I have tried all of it. the computer is nice, screen is huge, it is not a touch screen. it isn’t bad speed wise, I don’t game I just use it for work. I am bummed about this keyboard and mouse though. I am not sure I will keep it. overall not bad, but not great

So many issues
This is the first time I have a problem like this. From the first time I turned it on I already noticed this computer had an issue. It was very slow and as you can see in the pictures I can’t believe it is a new computer. Seller says it is but I can’t believe it. Device ran into a problem from the first time I turned on. Took around 40min until I was able to do something.
