New Dell computer was incompatible with monitor
I really wanted to like this computer. However, it was incompatible with my monitor and, due to its programming, my tech-savvy husband was unable to change that. Lines and letters were fuzzy. Icons on the bottom were positioned so that the bottom half of the icons could not be seen. Icons on the left were somewhere to the left of the monitor, off in the air somewhere, completely invisible. We tried reducing the size of the images–but the only way to make the icons on the bottom and the left fully visible meant reducing the size of everything else to the point where I needed stronger glasses/magnifying glass to read what was on the screen.

Wireless mouse and keyboard stops working
After trying multiple keyboard and mouse connections this computer continues to fail at recognizing both after some use. It does not matter what USB port I use it continues to fail in recognizing even the newest recommended dell keyboard and mouse after using for a short time. This does not happen when using another computer

Not as advertised
Received both computers that were advertised with Windows 11 Pro, but both came with Home, even on the box. We hooked one up and Windows isn’t activated and its telling me to enter a product key.
