Great little PC, flakey HDMI port
Has held up very well running HomeAssistant on a little VM started at boot time. I also was using it for a while to do cloud gaming onto my TV. It worked super well for around 2 years! However, the HDMI port broke (not getting power anymore). As far as I can tell, it’s a component with a high failure rate on these otherwise flawless little machines. The PC runs fine, and I can still remote into it via parsec, so I’m buying a USB-C HDMI adapter to get it back up and running. I’m long out of warranty, anyway, and don’t urgently need this replaced, so no big deal. But a heads up to buyers: be prepared for your HDMI port to stop working. Everything else will run fine, but you will need to use an adapter or a remote desktop to get a visual if that happens.

Runs Linux Mint Fast
I had two other mini-PCs that cost under $200 – one for my guest room and one attached to the TV in the family room. I run Linux Mint almost exclusively – that is on the other Mini-PCs. I was a little hesitant to install Linux over Windows on a PC that cost as much as a real desktop, but I’m glad I did it. This thing has an i7 processor which shows its speed when I run Blender (video and 3D-modeling) software. It runs way faster on this Geekom i7 than on my Windows 10 i7 machine (I used Windows only for Blender and Quicken). 16GB memory on both machines. To install Linux, go to the Linux Mint download page and follow the instructions to create a bootable thumb drive containing Mint.

A lot of features for its size.
I really like mini-PC’s and have used several of them around my house as HTPC’s on the televisions in my living room, bedroom, etc. I also like to use them as Linux boxes for things like Asterisk, etc. They can also be useful as small desktop replacement boxes, especially when VESA mountable. This specific mini PC has a lot of good things going for it and has a lot of features, but it also has a few things that I rather dislike.First, the good:This little PC is attractive, solid, and appears well made. There is a lot of attention to detail and it comes with more graphics ports that most I have seen. I especially like that it has both HDMI and mini-displayport. It also even implements displayport over USB-C, which is a rarity. This also means that you can actually use most USB-C docking stations with it for even more capability. As a nice touch, they also included an HDMI cable with it. It also comes pre-loaded with Windows 11 Pro, which is a nice upgrade over the Home version (this also means that it includes downgrade rights, so it can be rolled back to Windows 10 Pro, which is what I plan to do). A very solid VESA mounting plate is also include, which is nice for potential TV mounted or kiosk type applications. Fan noise is audible, but minimal, unless the PC is under a heavy load (more on that later).Component wise, the i5 processor is quite capable, although, being 8th generation, it is a bit of an older model at this point. The SSD and memory are both manufactured by Kingston, who is at least a recognizable brand name, and offer decent, if not stellar, performance. While 8Gb RAM and 256Gb storage are not all that large by current standards, they are definitely adequate for most tasks. WiFi capability is provided by an Intel 7265 series 802.11ac adapter and is quite reasonable. Access to the internal components for upgrades is very easy and only requires loosening 4 captive screws. Room is provided for adding an additional SATA drive (be cautious not to pull the cable loose when removing the bottom) and one memory slot is free for upgrades. I was also happy to see a thermal pad for the SSD that essentially uses the entire bottom of the case as a heatsink. Now for the issues:The i5 processor on this PC tends to run a bit warm under load, which is not uncommon for 8th generation CPU’s. When doing a stress test or running an intensive task like video encoding, it rapidly spikes to 97C temperature and 49W TDP for a few seconds before the CPU’s protection circuits kick in and throttle it back down to its 28W TDP limit. Once the power limit kicks in, the temperature comes back down to a more manageable 73C. When operating at these loads, the fan gets quite noticeable. I have definitely heard a lot louder, but this is louder than I would want in an HTPC if I was using it for watching movies, etc. Additionally, when the PC was operating near its maximum load of 49W, before the TDP limit kicked in, it would begin to throw some noticeable rolling interference onto the HDMI video display. It isn’t terrible, but is quite obvious when you are looking for it. Before and after the limiters kick in, the interference goes away, so I’m guessing it is power circuitry related. That said, this only occurred during a Prime95 stress test and during a video transcoding test with Handbrake. I have yet to test the video output on the other interfaces to see if it occurs there as well.My other issues with this unit are more observations, than actual problems. First, while having only a single SODIMM slot occupied with 8Gb allows for easy upgrades, it also means that it is operating in single channel memory mode, which tends to seriously compromise performance — especially graphics performance on PC’s using embedded graphics, like this one. So, personally, I would prefer to have seen them use two 4Gb SODIMM’s rather than a single 8Gb one. Finally, unlike most similar mini-PC’s I have seen, the WiFi adapter on this one is permanently soldered to the motherboard, which precludes being able to upgrade it to 802.11ax or later standards in the future. I really wish they had put it in a standard slot and made it removable. So, while this PC has a lot of good things going for it, it also has a few issues that keep me from giving it 5 stars.

Great for dual boot Linux
This is a great din size mini computer. Everything for windows 11 pro checked out and worked as expected. Overall a great buy for an i5 mini computer. But I got this mini to be a dual boot with Linux and easily loaded kubuntu on it in 15 min. For Geekdom computers, you hit f7 repeatedly after hitting the power on button and that takes you to a boot screen (pic 5). Select the 2nd choice to add a 2nd operating system to the Kingtson m2 250MB ssd. Pic 2 shows the dual boot screen, u can pick the order and default in the setup of the previous f7 screen. Pic 4 shows the desktop once installed. I was up and working in no time. Fast boot into either windows 11 pro or linux are fast, linux is faster. This thing is well built and easily up-gradable with a 2nd memory slot and a space for a 2.5″ hard drive. The box opens with 4 screws on the bottom. Pic 3 shows the bottom of the main housing, u can see the m2 ssd on the left, and the 2 slots of memory are on the right, with only one slot used. Pics 1 and 6 show the bottom plate which has the cable, connector and slot for a 2.5 in hdd.You can hear the fan, but it is not to loud. Quieter than my i7 tower. All ports on front and back are easily accessible and work great. I did plug in a usbc extension that I previously had used with my work surface pro laptop. I wanted to add a 2nd hdmi port. It would not work. Need to debug why or just buy a mini-dsp to hdmi cable for the 2nd monitor. While test-driving this mini my neighbor came over with problems on her dell all-in-one windows computer. It has a din mount on the back. This mini pc might just bolt on to the back of the built in monitor, plug in the hdmi port and replace the dead computer’s guts. I will get her one and do that if I can’t resurrect windows for her.

Very capable PC in a small package
To me, this Mini PC is worth the extra cost. When comparing it with its cheaper alternatives, this one comes with a much more solid metal case (the outer/top is still plastic, but the metal base does wonders for making the whole unit feel solid and much more substantial). The i5 is a much more capable CPU than the typical Celeron in these Mini PCs, so this really could be used as a whole desktop replacement PC if needed. It works great for typical workflows and can even handle some modest gaming like League of Legends and Minecraft. Its great for browsing and streaming video, but it does do better if you can try to focus on a single “main” application and try to avoid multitasking. As you might expect, this PC takes more power than one of the lower-end Mini PCs, so keep that in mind. With that extra power comes more heat, so cooling on this was also improved and they added a fan, which isn’t too loud but can be heard.Connectivity-wise this is also a big step up over the cheaper competition, it has more modern ports such as 2x USB-C (not thunderbolt, one in front and one in back) and a mini DisplayPort along with the HDMI. If you’re looking for a Mini PC with some more serious processing power, this is a really good one to consider. It has been running great for me for months now, no complaints.

Considerable power in a little package
If you’re in the market for a strong piece of hardware off the shelf, you could do worse than the peculiarly-named GEEKOM Mini PC. I can’t make spec comparisons between other PCs of this type, but I can at least say that it handily outperforms the laptop I use for most everyday computing. It’s mostly designed for people looking to upgrade and already have a setup with a mouse/keyboard, monitor, disc drives, and even a hard drive – the one included only has 512GB, which is probably the bit that annoys me the most about the package. That said, there isn’t a whole lot else for me to complain about – it comes with instructions for replacing the hard drive and installing it on the back of a monitor that are well-illustrated but it’s not super clear where the steps for one of these tasks end and the other begins. But overall I’m satisfied with this compact piece of kit.

A versatile and reliable mini PC
My initial impression upon unboxing is very good. The device feels solid and well made. While the exterior is plastic, inside there is a metal frame.Inside is a Kingston 256GB PCIe NVMe drive. I appreciate the inclusion of a name brand module, as it gives me more confidence that I won’t lose data. Likewise, the single 8GB DDR4 SODIMM memory module is also from Kingston. While I would have liked to see two modules to take advantage of dual channel, I can also appreciate that buying a single 8GB module to increase to 16GB would be preferable over having to buy two of them to replace the stock modules. The IT8 sports an impressive assortment of ports, with 3 USB 3.0 (type A), two USB Type C, mini DisplayPort, full size HDMI, gigabit Ethernet, and a headset port. The inclusion of a full size SD card slot is a bit puzzling, but appreciated nonetheless. Finally, a Kensington lock slot keeps the device where it belongs. After booting it up, singing in, and applying some updates, Windows 11 was ready to go. Overall performance felt snappy, only slightly slower than my i5-1135G7, which is considerably faster on paper. I had no issues driving my 27” 4K monitor at 60hz via HDMI or USB-C (DisplayPort adapter cable). The fan is noticeable but not overpowering, similar to that of a typical laptop. The next phase of my testing was to put it through its paces with my son. Nearly as soon as I dropped it on his desk, it was loaded up with Rocket League and Fortnite. He had no issues pairing an Xbox controller to it l, plugging in a headset, and getting right to gaming. Even with OBS Studio streaming to Twitch, Fortnite was able to maintain 60fps at 1080p. I normally wouldn’t have considered this a gaming PC, but this shows that some of the less demanding games are certainly playable! In closing, I would say that this is a more than adequate PC, capable of taking care of general computing tasks like web browsing and office work, but also not bad in the gaming department either. Its small footprint and included mounting bracket make it an easy choice for those looking to save space.Tech Specs:SSD:Peak Read: 2531MB/sPeak Write: 1275MB/sPower:Idle: 5WPeak: 72WGeekbench:Single Core: 935Multi Core: 3490Geekbench (w/ two 8GB modules)Single Core: 965Multi Core: 4072CPUMark: 2708.9

super compact – great for simple uses
This is a really small PC and easy to use. It comes with its own carrying pouch, as well as power cable and HDMI cable. The PC itself only has about 256GB but it is something that can be upgraded if you have the know how. The size is what drew me to it and it does power up pretty quickly and got everything setup very easily. This is a good beginner PC – I wouldn’t necessarily play games on here as it seems to struggle with just me trying to access the internet. It navigates without issues – it really is just that it can be really loud. This comes with many different ports (such as SD card and USB ports). I never got to test if it can be on multiple monitors but it does have ability to have HDMI connection and a mini display port connection. Since it only came with a HDMI cable, you’ll have to buy or make sure you have a mini display port cable to connect another monitor.Overall, the draw in this PC is due to the size and how convenient it is. You can actually mount this somewhere or just grab it and take it with you on the go. My only gripe is the noise it makes. It seems to struggle a bit so I wouldn’t use this for gaming but this is perfectly fine for simple word processing or surfing the internet.

Nice balance of power and tiny size
What I like about this Mini PC is that is appears that careful consideration went into developing the specs. The sleek little package is about as small as you can get, and has a very nice case design and nice port layout. The one I got comes with Intel Core i7-11390H which has the horsepower I need for the video surveillance recorder I’m using this with Milestone XProtect software suite. One thing I upgraded is the SSD since it only comes with a 512G M.2 SSD which is not enough for serious multimedia data storage . I swapped it out with a 4TB M.2 SSD.This has the latest WiFi 6 spec, up to date USB-C support, and recent Bluetooth standard. This should be future proof for several years.

Very Good First Impression
I’m in process of building a virtual pinball machine. This review will be of my impressions so far.1.) Weight. This has more weight than I was expecting for its size. It’s a good thing.2.) Build Quality. This is made of mostly metal and feels substantial.3.) Power Supply. The uses a 90 watt power supply letting me know that this mini pc is no toy.4.) Inputs. You have a mini DP, one hdmi port, ethernet port, two usb 3.0 ports, 2 usb SS 10 ports, and a usb SS 3.0 10 port.5.) SD Card Slot.6.) Processor. Intel Core i5-8259U, 8th generation.7.) Intel IRIS Plus Graphics.8.) Memory. 8 gigs9.) ROM. 256GB M.2 SSD10.) Operating System. Windows 11 Pro. This version is nice but it’s not a requirement for my intended use.I am quite pleased with this and look forward to getting it set up and installed for my pinball machine.I will update this review once I have everything built and this mini pc set up.I hope this helps.

This is a great mini PC. Extremely powerful and very well-built. The fit and finish are really nice and the build quality is a few steps above the cheaper mini PCs. Despite the processor being older it is still very powerful. Of course this would cost twice as much at least if you used a current generation Intel processor call. The company seems to offer eighth generation and 11th generation Intel CPUs. The price is consistent with the CPU.This one has a few things that set it above the typical offerings that I really appreciate. The first thing is that the memory is upgradable to 32 GB which is very handy. I cannot upgrade the memory on some of the other mini PCs.The NVMe hard drive is upgradable to 1 TB and the case will also hold a 2 TB SSD.The cooling solution is more robust than the other mini PCs that I own as well and it doesn’t get as hot despite having a very powerful processor. You get three USB-3 ports and two USB-C ports. HDMI and mini display which are a little more flexible than your typical single or double HDMI. Also the video can run out of the USB-C port on the back so you have three video options that will support a maximum of four screens. That’s pretty robust. It doesn’t come with all the video cables those so you will have to supply those yourself. The eighth generation Core i5 is a little bit older but it’s still quite serviceable blows the doors off of the seller and that is typically used in these. So for the money these things are very powerful and flexible computers that can be used anywhere.I still wish it was using windows 10 because windows 11 is still very buggy. Unlike my other mini PCs would use some pretty obscure hardware, these drivers are very available so you can easily downgrade back to Windows 10. And the website has a better support page that I am used to seeing so all in all this mini PC is a fantastic choice.

Little PC that packs a punch
It really is amazing how small and compact this little PC is and will be a great computer for many people out there. Now this is not a high end machine that will allow you to play the latest PC games that require graphics cards that cost 5 times more then this entire machine but if you are the casual user that wants to browser the internet, stream movies, and other everyday tasks then this is the perfect machine for you. It comes loaded with Windows 11 and ports for just about anything you want to hook your machine up to.This mini PC also comes with a bracket so you can Versa mount this PC to the back of a monitor for an even more compact and space saving experience. It’s very quiet while working but does have some fans that will start up as the PC slightly heats up. I also plugged in a USB dongle for a wireless keyboard and mouse which the machine picked up on immediately after turning it on for the first time.If you are looking for a compact PC that just works and again is not going to be doing very graphic intense work you can’t go wrong with this PC. I myself will be using as a workstation for running some 3D printers and laser engravers so I will update this review if I have any issues or problems that come up from using it in that fashion.

Premium mini PC perfect for office duties
There are a few things that make this mini pc and company stand out to me.- the build quality is top notch and unlike many other brands this one is built to last and feels like a high end tv box.- it’s fanless efficient and does not overheat if used for it’s intended usage. I mostly use mine for media consumption and all office work and this is pretty much a beast performing these tasks.- it’s light, small and easy to store. You can store it behind a tv easily and mount it.- from usb type c to fast speed usb type A, to micro to add card readers, you’re provided with all required io to pretty much transfer every file available. The WiFi card in it is super fast and takes full advantage of my fiber optic speed which is awesome.- light gaming on this is ok, I mostly play retro games on it using retro arch and this performs the tasks without issues. High end gaming however of course is not recommended as this requires stronger cpu, graphic card etc.Overall this is just beasting through the intended tasks for my usage so I’m very pleased with it overall.

Great substitute or replacement for a PC. Upgradable.
I ordered this to use for stock trading. This turned out to be much better than anticipated. I’m a bit of a tech geek, so one of the first things I did was open it up to see what’s under the hood. I discovered that both the SSD (Hard Drive) and memory RAM are Both upgradable. There are two slots for RAM, which one slot is already occupied with what comes with the Mini PC. I plan on upgrading the RAM for sure. Also, there is a separate slot on the inside of the back cover for a laptop hard drive. I have an old 750gb hard drive from a laptop that will hook up and fit perfect. After hooking this up and turning it on and going through setup, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it also comes with Windows 11 pre-installed. This was a nice bonus.Since I’m using this for stock trading, I was able to hookup two monitors, one HDMI and one Display Port. This Mini PC is perfect for small spaces where even a laptop may be too big. You could mount this on the back of a monitor to save space. I’m very pleased with my order and look forward to purchasing another one for each of my kids room.

Geekom hits another homerun with quality build and solid performance
Geekom has some of the best mini cases I have seen with a nice combination of metal and plastic parts. Even the air mesh grills are a nice solid metal mesh. The case has nice smooth rounded corners and they look great. This I5 performs really well and they have included an NVME drive instead of the cheaper SSDs so you get a big performance boost from that alone. This specific model has ALL 10 gig USB ports with an added bonus of USB C/ Display port on the back. This case is a little taller and also has a smaller footprint than others. There is a spare DDR4 ram slot and upgrading is easy and accessible. When unscrewing the bottom screws for access, they are retained so you dont lose them. The overall benchmark score ranks this mini better than 42% of the computers out there. Of course the 2d and 3D graphics are not as good as a standalone GPU costing more than this computer. But for the Intel pis does a good job and can handle everything except for higher end gaming. Even the power supply has a great finish to it. Very impressed with the build and component quality, the expandability, multiple video output options, and the 10 gig ports all around and even a built in card reader. Definitely one of the better brands of minis. Overall a great product and thumbs up!

Awesome Home Productivity Tool
I bought the IT 11 as a home productivity tool for school and general tasks. I got it kinda maxed out, 32 GB and 1TB SSD. After about 4 weeks it’s working well. Fan very rarely comes on, so it’s mostly silent, which was the goal. After having it in hand it’s clear that you could buy a lesser version and do all the upgrades yourself easily if you wanted to. Expansion is a bit limited compared to a real gaming machine like Alienware, but overall this is a pretty kickass little package that is unobtrusive and draws no attention to itself. It just works.

Pretty Impressed so far
Hard to believe the computing power I’m getting from this tiny machine.I went from a Lenovo Desktop to this and I still can’t believe it’s BETTER than a big-ass desktop. It’s so good that I’m waiting for it to crash so I can say, “Well, I knew this would happen,” but so far, I’m sold. To emulate a desktop, you’ll need a powered hub with half a dozn USB inputs and an optical device (if you use one), but that’s it. Dual monitors is no problem; one HDMI cable and one mini Displayport to HDMI cable.Very impressive little machine.

Amazing fast!
Needed a replacement for a 4-5 year oil MS Surface pc. This mini system opens up many new options. It’s fast, is loaded with 32Gb memory, 1Tb SSD, and optional space for an additional SATA drive . I exercised that option and installed a 1Tb drive.

Perfect product for my needs
I needed a powerful PC with a small footprint to act as a server and various tasks. I mounted the PC behind my TV, effectively hiding it and allowing me to easily access and forget as needed. The ports available met all of my needs and it’s super quiet which is a pleasant surprise. Its connected to a 10 HDD TB media drive and there is zero latency issues. Almost a month in, on constantly and zero complaints. Good stuff, would buy again

Great Mini Computer! Perfect for my needs
I bought this to convert a digital mini baby grand piano that had stopped working into a software driven piano/synthesizer/DAW, and it looks like it’s going to be perfect form my use, the onboard sound is good enough for my uses, and it is virtually silent. I would definitely recommend this.PSI’m not a gamer, so I don’t know how it would be for gaming.

so far… GEEKOM Has No Bloatware That I Can See
A minute after I purchased this little wonder box, I had a dreadful moment of buyer’s remorse. I didn’t research whether or not the operating system (WIN11) would be filled with bloatware place there by GEEKOM. So after one day of waiting (FAST SHIPPING!), I set this tiny PC up, turned it on and crossed my fingers… NO BLOATWARE! How refreshing. Who was the gold medal winner, the high priest king of bloatware in the past? DELL or HP? LOL!When you turn it on for the first time, a GEEKOM splash screen comes on; then a few moments later Windows 11 quickly loads. Do a quick Windows update, load CHROME and AVAST, and whatever else needs loaded, and BOOM!, you’re off to the races! I have ethernet, so Internet hookup was nothing for me; it was instant. You’ll need a USB mouse and keyboard (no legacy inputs). Though wireless inputs are probably the way to go here. Why? Because you can attach this thing anywhere; it has a bracket that allows you to attach it to the back of your monitor – or wherever you want. Wonderful! A wireless mouse and keyboard would almost be a must if you try to hide this thing out of site.Speaking of hiding. It’s not an ugly little black box at all. It’s quite fancy looking actually. Set it out in the open on top of your desk and be not worried! I looks great! Only two unsightly cords, HDMI and the power cord. Three if you have ethernet.Windows 11 is nice. HIGHLY ECOMMENDED!

Best PC I have ever owned
I had a pretty powerful HP laptop that was starting to show it’s age (5 years old). I decided to replace it with one of these new mini PC’s and I am very glad I did. The only issue was that I really wanted the IT12 but I could not find the configuration I was looking for so I settled on the IT11 with 32GB of RAM and a 2TB SSD.The migration went very well but I did have to spend about 4 hours to update all the software. The system did not come with the latest Windows 11 Pro updates so that took longer than anticipated to get accomplished. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

MiniPC with VESA mount
This PC was purchased for my wife to replace an old laptop. We had a wide monitor and attached the PC to the back. She has been so proud of it and showed it to many people.I have a home network with a Domain Controller. The PC was easy to join to the domain and been absolutely stable since purchase. It did not come with a lot of useless programs and add-ons. I have a Dell and it came loaded and the still try to get me to download more. :(I purchase a second to replace a server that died. Nice little energy efficient PCs.

This is an amazing product!
The Geekom Mini PC is not like any other computer I have ever owned, and at first, I could not imagine the potential power of the unit. I purchased a separate monitor with an hdmi port and used a regular usb keyboard and mouse that I plugged into the Geekom Mini PC. Once the Startup populated it was easy to navigate and set up the unit. In seconds it somehow brought in all my prior data, set up security for the unit and is better than any computer I have owned at around 40% of what I usually pay. It is unbelievable that something this size has such power. I could not be happier with the price and performance. You tube has a few clips about mini PC’s and I suggest looking at them because this is the future and the mini pc should be your next PC. Definitely take a look!

Quiet and fast
Something is slowing down the wifi and tech support can’t figure it out either. Once I hocked up the LAN it flew so fast that it set a new record. Speed test showed 66 on WiFi and 990 on LAN. Otherwise this is a powerful and super PC. Impressive and was easy to set up. What a great PC and I hope it last forever.

This little guy is very powerful and offers a lot of capabilities at a good price point
This is my second mini PC and it is definitely an upgrade over my first which was also good. I’m attracted to mini PCs due to their small, space-saving size and ability to provide a lot of performance and options for the size, so I was drawn to the GEEKOM Mini IT11 after reading the capabilities it provides and the mostly positive reviews. I bought the 512GB Intel i7-11390H 16GB DDR4 model and I am very happy with my purchase. The product arrived in a neat package along with a nice thank you note in a sleek envelope which I thought was a nice touch. It has all of the port options that I need and use, including a USB4 port which is compatible with my USB-C hub which I use for my mouse and keyboard connections and an additional monitor. I like that I can also attach additional monitors if I want to expand my display capabilities.Starting up the system for the first time and configuring Win11 Pro was quick. One thing that I noticed during start-up was how quiet the PC’s fan was. I assumed I would start to hear some fan noise as I started opening and running more hungry programs simultaneously, but I did not which is another positive because I don’t sit that far from the PC and tend to get easily distracted by fan noise. As previously mentioned, I have the i7-11390H 16GB DDR4 model and I’m more than happy with this model as I have not had any issues with applications taking a long time to load or being unresponsive and don’t foresee any issue with performance with how heavy I’ve been using the PC so far.Overall, this is a great mini PC for the price point. I don’t think you can go wrong. This model packs a lot of power and options in a tiny package and should be sufficient for most users’ needs.

Neat PC and good customer service from brand store
Update: I tried out the replacement PC and it works well. I have returned the old PC and they refunded the shipping to me. Thank you, Geekom Brand Store Customer Service! Excellent customer experience!PS – The tech support were asking me to do a lot of troubleshooting. The brand store gave excellent service by doing a replacement.Update: After I submitted the below review, the Geekom Brand Store got in touch with me and offered a refund. I suggested a replacement. Now they have sent it. I need to try it out and will update the review. Added a star for customer service. Will update after trying replacement.——This is a very neat PC. Very small and very fast. However, after about a month of use, my wifi keeps turning off. The only way to recover is to restart the PC. It happens very unexpectedly.Geekom does not have any tech support. I tried updating drivers, uninstalling updates, network reset. Nothing helped. I am very frustrated! This could happen during a Zoom/ Teams meeting.

Very nice computer.
I like the fact that is takes up little room on my desk. It does not make any noise that I can hear.It is fast and has a large amount of memory – 32gb. The 2TB will hold a lot of data.I had very little issues with the installation of the computer. The problems I did run into was from my own doing. I was replacing an old Tower PC with this small form factor computer and I made some mistakes copying data over from my old PC to this one.All in all I would buy it again.

I hated downgrading this beautiful computer to four stars
This little box replaces three dual-screen desktops. With a separate dock and power adapter for each site, the unit is ready to go when the dock and adapter cables are plugged in. Performance is fine and the unit is well-behaved.Well-behaved, but with one surprise: wired ethernet was flaky: Buffering for streaming music stalled periodically. Things did not go well for a couple of large Dropbox downloads. I don’t know whether the problem was with the ethernet adapter or its driver. The problem went away with the use of wifi. Moreover, the problem doesn’t appear with wired ethernet through the dock. Since those work-arounds serve my purposes, I didn’t contact support and can’t rate it.Overall, this little unit, with its light weight, portability and performance, meets my needs perfectly. I recommend it highly, save with a 4-star caveat.

UPDATE — Just received a replacement machine, now to see how this one holds up…
When i first got this I was impressed, small and fast, great picture on my 4K monitor. WIN 11 set up very quickly. But sometimes when using it the video to the monitor would suddenly say it was not there. I figured it had gone to sleep, but moving the mouse or tapping the keyboard would not wake it up. Tapping the power button did nothing. Holding the power button to force it to turn off did not work either. Around this time the machines fan really started making noise. Eventually I just disconnected the power supply and let it sit for a while. When i plugged it back in, it finally shut off when i pushed the power button, and i was able to reboot it. Today it did it again, but now I cannot get any video signal out at all, and the fan is even noisier. Sadly i am going to have to return it. I was really looking forward to the small foot print and the power of the I7 with 32G of ram. If it had continued to work, I would have been singing its praises, but unfortunately at this point in time I cannot recommend this amazing compact PCUPDATE!- So I wrote my review and Geekom contacted me within hours. They provided me a list of things to try and when nothing worked, they had me ship the machine back to them directly. As soon as I emailed them the tracking number, they had another machine headed my way. So today (14 June 23) I received a brand new sealed in the box Geekom Mini T11. As before, set up was blazing fast and since I did this once already, it seemed even faster. While I am still forming opinions on this little PC, I will say the customer service you receive from Geekom is amazing. If this machine holds up to the initial reviews I read and the tech vids I watched, I will be giving the a solid 5 stars, but for today I am holding it to 4, stars. If this one doesnt have any issues in a week, I will be upgrading my review to the full 5 stars that it probably deserves.UPDATE 16 June : I am not going to wait to give this review, this machine is much better than the previous one. I have installed it in the same location as the previous machine, same cabling same power outlet, same peripherals. Same environmental factors and this Mini-PC is absolutely quiet. It sleeps when you leave it alone and wakes back up without any issues. Currently, I am not running any crazy memory intensive programs, but I will be loading my AutoCAD on to it in the near future as well as the control program for my Snapmaker 3D printer, CNC, Laser. We shall see how that goes, but for now I do recommend this Mini-PC. Tiny footprint and included VESA mount, let you mount this on the back of a TV or a computer monitor. It also comes in several chipsets and memory options so if you do not need an I7 you can get an I5 or an I3 or several AMD options. If you are looking for a small PC and do not want a laptop, this would be a good option to look at.

Tiny Titan!
I am super impressed with it!!!I stumbled upon this brand when I was looking for a laptop or a small computer but was not familiar with a ‘NUC’. I was looking for a very small but a powerful computer with a genuine American processor as well as the OS and plenty of connectivity options as I was going to be traveling across the globe and needed computing horsepower and capacity including memory to be able to run graphics and database intensive software.I got it all in this Geekom Mini PC!Imagine having a 11th Gen i& Intel processor with Windows 11 Pro, 2 TB internal drive and full 32 GB of memory with all I/O one can think of including BLE/WiFi/HDMI and a mini Display Port at this price!I have carried this and a 15″ monitor with a compact keyboard and a mouse along with a pair of clothing and my work stuff in a backpack (!) through many a TSA checkpoints without a hitch (as all of us know how exasperating it can be when taking out/putting back in, computer stuff at TSA can be!). It is also whisper quiet when I use it in many settings. This little guy is always ready as a valet!I only wish, it came with a preinstalled 64GB memory instead of 32GB as I need more for my work. I am hoping Geekom will offer that option soon! It is also nice to know that they are only an email away if I need any support but have not any need for it so far!I would heartily recommend this computer and the company behind it to anyone looking for a powerful yet tiny and reliable, portable computer. Go for it if you are looking for a tiny titan like this!

Phenomenal Mid-High Range Gaming PC
The highlights of this guys is the fact that its super small and convenient to place anywhere. It can be wall-mounted, but I chose to tape it to the counter for stability instead of behind the TV because I felt like it was more convenient. This computer can run games such as red dead two end fallout 76 with medium high graphics and a variable of 45 to 60 FPS depending on your Internet connectivity. The graphics card is a Hi-Rez XE, not necessarily the best, but it satisfies for playing most computer games available these days. It is unable to run starfield, I am disappointed by that, however, that has been the only real disappointment I face with this product. I was worried about leaving the computer running and it overheating but I’ve left it running for three days just to test it and maybe get my moneys worth from my warranty however, a passed with no problems.
