Once you figure out how to make it work, this is really cool!
Instructions are not very helpful and they need to be more detailed. Once you figure out how to use it, we were thrilled at the results and passed them around for friends to see the cows and donkey in our fields that escaped from our neighbor’s fields. Very clear when focused properly!

nice gadget
Does not compare to a professional grade night vision tool, but works well for it’s purpose. Could have better battery life for all night viewing, but it is easy to charge with a USB cable. Tripod socket is a nice feature.

Really Impressed
I bought these night vision goggles because something has been stalking and killing my Granddaughter’s chickens and ducks at dusk before they’re put in for the night and has then been attempting to get into the henhouse overnight. We also thought it would be interesting to see what we could find on night walks around our property which is partially wooded.First of all, I was really impressed with how easy it was to set the goggles up. Everything was relatively self explanatory and everything worked perfectly! I love that there is a slot for an SD card as we wanted to capture video during our “surveillance” and hikes. It takes 6 AA batteries which haven’t run down yet and we’ve already put at least 18 hours of use on them! Everything is so clear and the distance is amazing! We’ve already seen owls, coyotes and deer that we wouldn’t have known were there. We’ve also confirmed that it’s raccoons going after the birds so we’ll now put out some live traps to catch and relocate them. Overall, I’m really happy with these goggles and we’re looking forward to using them alot more in the future.

Perfect for the wilderness!
I’ve always taken binoculars when out camping in the woods, but they were useless at night. I was searching for a new pair of binoculars since one of the lenses on mine cracked recently, and I came across these night vision binoculars! They’re truly awesome. I haven’t had a chance to take it camping, but was able to go out into my fairly dark yard at night & I could see everything. This is a great addition to my camping gear and my buddy was jealous — he said he was going to pick up a pair so he’s not left out at the campsite. Great quality & construction, & even comes with a SD card so you can record or take photos. Not something I would typically do, but it’s definitely a welcome feature in case I see something cool. Very happy with my purchase!

This surprised me!
We have a lot of nocturn movement in our backyard and every morning we found things laying in odd places, not were we leave them. So we got these to check who could be the potential intruder. Well, first and foremost, these made me felt old fashioned, we started using them wrongfully, (looking from the wrong side) so we were thinking we waste our money, till we read the instructions…It was a surprise, through these you can see in the dark like a cat. And it reach quite a bit far… so we now know there is a possum, a whole racoon family, couple of some sort of nocturn birds and some other critters that visit our back patio during the night. Probably there is more, but we went to sleep at some point. In general I’m happy with these. It takes pretty decent quality pictures and videos, they’re lightweight, and the brightness is the best part.

A decent product for beginners
I have been looking for a night vision goggle for quite a while. The few I tried before were either too expensive or of low image quality at night vision mode. This goggle, however, exceeds my expectation at a price slightly lower than $200.Pro:The large yet well-separated rubber buttons on the top of the goggle make operation very easy without looking in the dark. The on-screen menu is simple and straightforward.I am delighted with the night vision image quality. Under both photo and video modes, the goggle reveals high-resolution details within at least 50 yards that I tested (that is the range I mainly use it for and concern with). The built-in IR illuminator has a 7-level intensity adjustment. Level 2 provides more than sufficient brightness for observing objects at 50 yards.The infrared sensing technology has advanced impressively. Merely a few years ago, the IR illuminator of a night vision goggle at a similar price would cast a visible faint red spot at least ten yards away. Now the IR light source is invisible in the dark unless you look directly at the illuminator. Although remaining stealth is not my top priority, and the nocturnal animals I want to observe cannot see the red color anyway, it is a welcomed improvement.The device is robust, light to carry, and weather-resistant enough for regular outdoor activity.Con:The only issue I have is the brightness of the viewing screen is not adjustable. When used in the total dark, the screen is too bright, effectively killing the eye’s dark adaptation.Misc.:The goggle comes with a carrying bag, a 32-GB memory card, and 6 AA batteries, making it ready to go right out of the box.It is equipped with a USB connector, which allows convenient data transfer directly to a computer.The goggle supports daytime mode. That is not the reason I bought it, but the daytime image quality is fair good.In all, this night vision goggle is a decent gadget worth recommend to beginners of night/dark adventures.

Depending on your application
If you are looking for quality of a PVS 7 give or take a generation you will be disappointed. This is NOT Military grade hardware. It is what you pay for. $4-5K will get you there but for the price point it serves its purpose. Grainy with or without eye glasses. Zoom has a bit to be desired. Night vision is much better in total blackout. Color night vision actually impressed me where the green screen was a bit disappointing. I was going to return them then realized it is better than what I have now without shelling out minimum $4K for a PVS-7 or anything in that realm of equipment. When I do get the TRUE NV I want these will got to the kids for a novelty use.After further thought and usage. I decided to return the item because I figured I’d never end up using this. Giving a $200.00 novelty to the kids is really foolish. Returned today.

It’s a decent set of night vision with some issues
The infra red light is what makes these work. Without it on, your field of night time vision drops to zero. While it can take pictures, be aware that the moment you turn the screen on in the dark, the super bright screen will blind you. If you get past that, then you find out that the infra red setting will reflect back any close by trees, shrubs or undergrowth and it will be difficult to see what’s going on beyond them.The fix is to turn the IR setting down a bit and it will help with the splash back light.On the other hand, if you have a large yard, a hay field, or live in the desert, it might work better. If you are looking for real night vision, this might be a bit frustrating. On the other hand, it is thousands less money than tactical goggles. So, if you’re on a budget, it’s worth consideration.

Solid Product – So Far
The unit arrived on time and in excellent condition. Read the manual to learn the functions and controls. It isn’t difficult to learn them but will save time and frustration. The construction seems to be very sturdy. Fit and finish meets my expectations. The video shows wildlife at close to midnight in late January with a light covering of snow. The date stamp is actually ahead by 2 days. I had to reset it back after the video was taken. The video was shot through a closed window at approximately 23 yards. Motion lights and a dusk-to-dawn light along with snow are providing ambient light. The infrared is off for most of the time. You’ll be able to tell when the infrared is turned on because it will produce a glare against the window glass. Color replication is fine. Zoom and focus are what I expected. Higher zoom results in pixellation of images, but is still acceptable. Body movement is exaggerated at higher magnifications. Battery life is very acceptable. The viewing screen will illuminate your face to a degree, and may be visible to wildlife. interfacing with a computer is straightforward and easy. Necessary USB cable is supplied, along with a micro SD card. Unit is stored is a convenient rigid clam-shell case. So far I am satisfied.

They work but the picture quality is not that good.
I purchased this for my mother-in-law because she love watching birds.Several things have to be done to get a decent picture.1st, it has to be on a tripod. You can not hold it steady enough to take a picture.2nd, the zoom operation is sluggish and if you’re not careful, it takes you straight into night vision mode.3rd, night vision mode is always a little blurry.I ended up giving her my high dollar hunting binoculars and buying me another pair. The grand kids mainly use the Digital Night Vision Goggles Binoculars.I would read the reviews and you decide if you want to purchase this product.

Better than expected
I got these night vision binoculars because I live in a pretty secluded area with lots of random critters in the area. There’s been times when I walk my dog and couldn’t see if there was anything dangerous out there. I have a Doberman so small critters are ok. It’s the bigger ones I worry about. Ended up seeing a coyote a few ft in front of me which I wouldn’t have seen without these! Avoided a possibly bad scenario.. So glad I got it! Recommend!!

Worth the price!
The night vision goggles is nice, very easy to zoom in & out. There are many modes you can choose, great. 7 levels of infrared adjust can hep you see clearly in the dark condition. Read the manual and it’s simple operate. I was hesitant to get it at first but I knew it was something that I really wanted especially when I’m going out into the wilderness and can’t see at night. I do plan to bring extra batteries when I go hiking. The only thing I wish is that it took less batteries simply because I spend good money on good quality batteries but for what I get it’s not bad.

Night sight
Nothing to dislike and liked it all. I really was expecting to get them and find they were just like most night view can’t see nothing. Wrong I was shocked when I went through the directions and looked threw them it was bad ass I seen things as if it was dusk. If you bought these and say they don’t work well they must be defective or you didn’t read the instructions book. When you do that they are so easy to record, take still photos and learn how to zoom in, out all the good perks. Love them.

It is not worth the asking price.Don’t waste your money if you are an adult expecting something that really works.It cannot even be called a binocular as it only uses one lens, the other is for show.Digital Zoom but no focus.

Excellent for the price
The field behind my house is between 100 yards to 250 yards in distance. I had my wife walk out 100 yards and hold out her hand in complete darkness and I could tell how many fingers she was holding up! The buttons are a little quirky but once you figure them out it’s fairly intuitive. Not bad for the price and I don’t know that you could expect more. I could see the infrared illuminator at about 100 yards away as I was looking back towards my wife as she was tracking me. It shows up has a very low red glow. Unless you’re looking for it you really will not notice it right away. I do not see that it would be a problem scaring off wild game but it would definitely give away your position if you were trying to hide from a person. Very good for surveillance and watching wildlife! Highly recommend for first time night vision enthusiast. I see myself getting a night vision scope for one of my rifles now. I see where it will be very useful for hunting predators such as coyotes👍🏼

Great night vision
I love the ease of use of these night vision goggles. The 3 inch screen is great and lets you easily view things compared to squinting and trying to focus with my old binoculars. The night vision is amazing, going from total darkness to showing clearly what is in the woods around our house and no more guessing why my livestock is getting nervous at night. I can see intruders before they get too close.While the sharpness during the day is not as nice as with my old binoculars, I take looking at the screen over it any day. The goggles are very well made and have a nice solid weight to it, the case is a definite bonus and very well made, but I feel comfortable to leave the goggles out once in a while.Its great that you can snap pictures and take video with it, no more putting my binoculars down, finding my phone(and by the time you get it the animal is gone).Overall I would highly recommend them and wish I would have gotten them sooner.

Worked better than my work NVG’s
So I have a set of monocular nvgs for my job, but wanted my own personal set because I hated the work ones. I decided on these because it covered your whole forehead, and not just like binoculars and just your eyes. You can even wear your glasses while you’re still looking through them, or, you can hold them an inch or two away from your eyes and still see just fine! So, the first thing I will tell you, is make sure you either read the directions, or take your time! Me, I did not do either, and got very frustrated. It was my own fault, and not the fault of the night vision. I could not figure out how in the world to get it to switch between infrared and regular. When I finally did, I felt like an idiot. All you have to do is press the button and wait for it to click, and it works like a champ. then, to switch pack, just press the button closes to you and wait for it to click again. It also took surprisingly good photos, which I finally figured out where the MicroSD card slot is. These are so sleek, well-built, and fairly tough. Don’t expect these to be $10,000 night vision, but for this price, you cannot go wrong. I actually used them during the storm the other night for my backyard to be able to look for limbs, and wish I would have taken a picture. Quite frankly, my mind was not on taking pictures, but looking for damaged. As you can see, when you turn on the night vision, it likes everything up! I was very surprised, and will probably put this in my work bag for when we get call outs. Very happy that I got these, my and my partner is actually ordering a set also. You cannot beat the price, or the quality.

Not good during DAYLIGHT.
They were a gift for someone, so not sure how they worked at night, but his cheap binoculars worked better during the daylight. Could see much farther with the cheaper ones with not all the blurring.The ability to takes pictures was nice.

Great quality and Great price
I opened the box and found a nice quality hard case with zipper. Opened up the case and checked out all the components. The one thing I am not too fond of for this piece of equipment is it requires 8 AA batteries. Would like to see future model maybe come with a rechargeable battery pack. But I digress. So After putting the unit together, I turned it on to see it work very well. I then turned it off and waited for it to get dark outside, coincidentally this was the same night we had the lunar eclipse (bloodmoon) earlier this month in the midwest. So I broke out both my telescope and my nightvision binoculars and both performed very well but after some comparison I ended up putting the telescope away and just used my brand new night vision goggles fir the remainder of the time my son and I watched the moon and the stars. I highly recommend this product. You won’t be able to find anything better for under $200!

Great value for simple night vision needs.
This unit delivers fairly clear images with zoom capabilities for around $200, which is comparatively inexpensive. If your needs are limited to being able to see objects in the dark and capture images and video from up to 10s of meters away, this model will likely please you.Reading the manual and orienting yourself to the button locations will increase your ease of use. One aspect of the unit that could be fixed or modified is the brightness of the output screen. Looking through the viewfinder tends to greatly affect your unassisted night vision when removing from your eyes or turning off the unit. It could potentially create a hazard if being used while walking or moving while in use. Adding a dimmer control or false color image for the output screen might decrease the affect to vision when transitioning between assisted and unassisted vision.The field of view is also partially limited by the single output of IR light from the fixed position at the front of the unit. Having an additional IR light would increase the field of view by illumination of the area beyond the single fixed cone of light. Another aspect which could be modified is the power requirement of AA batteries, with no option for an external power input or included rechargeable batteries. This is obviously a factor in the reduction of the cost, however this negative aspect doesn’t cancel out the effectiveness for the price. This unit could be used for camping and leisure or simple home security concerns; from noisy parties to nuisance wildlife activity, you can capture the culprits in the dark with ease.Images to follow.

If they hold up…. Could be good
Just received… Not as rugged looking as I expected but we will see how they hold up. Quality of vision is in line of what I was expecting for the price. If you are looking to zoom up distance, the 8x optical is not for you. Bit of a stretch to call them binoculars in my opinion. May come back and up the rating in 6 months if I have no issues.

Great product you won’t regret buying
The goggles are mostly for night time viewing. I was amazed at how far into the woods and fields I could see. The image is very sharp. There are 7 different levels for the IR light at night. 7 being the highest. It will drain your 6 AA batteries pretty quickly. If you don’t have enough juice it won’t give you the option for the higher levels even.I am happy with the quality of level 1 or 2 and usually leave it there.When viewing at night you don’t want to be behind any glass. You may get some ok views looking straight through. However as soon as you look through at an angle it will wash out the display from the IR light bouncing off the glass.For batteries, the booklet says not to use rechargeables. I can’t recall for sure, but I don’t think it would power on with them. If it did, night vision was limited to the lower numbers.Using levels 1&2 I have been using the same batteries for 3 months with light usage.I have been having a lot of fun using these. I only wish there was a way to turn down the display brightness. When using them as night if I let them hang from the strap around my neck I can’t see out in front of me. I have to cover the display or turn them off because I can’t see past the light the display is putting out. If I am missing it could someone let me know?

Even better than I thought! ( Because I didn’t read the full description )
So, it was my own fault for a couple reasons. First, I didn’t finish reading the entire item description. I read some and then skipped to the reviews, because we all know that’s where the good stuff is. Second, I opened the package and pulled the NVG’s out to check out the device itself and didn’t open the rest of the plastic wrapped booklets. When I initially opened the package I was pretty darn pleased with how they came. You know how some things come like they just got chucked off the conveyer belt straight into the box? This came packed like they actually took the time to box it up, just for me. Also I need to mention, the case these come in is impressive!! It’s actually very sturdy, zips closed all around and has a very nice handle to carry them in. While I was playing with these after taking them out of the box I was bummed because they said we needed a memory card and I immediately thought DANG IT, I should have bought a card too. Well, after finally opening the rest of the stuff a couple days later, THERE IS A CARD INCLUDED. It’s in a clear hard plastic case, enclosed with the manual. Also, the neck strap that’s included clips to the metal frame on the goggles, and I really like the 360 swivel on the clips that hook on. Helps to keep the kinks out. PLUS, I can leave it attached and it still fits in the case so I don’t have to constantly take it off and put it back on. Overall, after trying out the photo mode and the IR in the dark, I am really, really happy with these. I had looked at buying a few different brands at stores I’d seen in person, but I’m a big believer in the power of a review. I opted to buy these for around the same price, and I’m not disappointed.

Excited to use it! Night vision is pretty cool
Disclaimer I’m a very very very amateur bird watching person and also not an expert on binoculars, but I’ve had a great experience with this product. Easy to use and comes with a 32gb memory card too. You do need 6 AA batteries but that’s about all you need. Comes with a lens wipe and a sturdy strap too. Easy to read instructions with pictures. Overall I’m impressed! I’ve used it in low light conditions in my house and the zoom is pretty nice! Can’t wait to use it outside on my next hiking trip! It’s not too heavy either.

Great but limited
I tested this product out on a full moon and a moonless night. For the most part it does the job well. I could see fairly well at a distance of 35 ft. Yes I measured. Every 10 feet afterwards, was slightly out of focus. I measured as far as 100 ft. On a full moon that I tested it oh, I could see that far. 100 ft. So yes of course any light source will greatly enhance your ability to see. These are still great night vision goggles. In the front you have a focus dial for clearing up some pictures. In the back it’s nothing more than a digital stream. It does come with a strap to put around your neck. They are some buttons on the top for changing some settings. I believe it took up to six double a batteries. And make sure you have at least about a 32GB micro SD card. You can take pictures of what you’re looking at and video as well. Again everything depends on your settings. If I can come back to this review oh, I will post the pictures of the things I took during a full night and a moonless night.

Performs as advertised with one warning
This is a pretty nice product, does what it says and comes with a nice case. One warning to newbies on night observation equipment and what to expect from this device. Don’t expect anything like what you’ve seen in movies and games where many of those devices use some sort of thermal imaging and only shows living things highlighted amongst a dark background… Remember the movie Predator? This isn’t that. This basically shines a broad IR “light” across the landscape and just lights EVERTHING up. So, if you are in a very wooded area, you’ll be flooded with bright trees everywhere making it very hard to see anything other than trees. Since the image is black and white, differentiating between the natural environment and any animals that might be around can be difficult. Also, the light that comes out the viewing area of the device is quite substantial so, your night eyesight will be shot after looking through the device. And, you are quite visible to any animal or person around as your face is completely lit up from the light from the viewing area. Would be so great if there was a red filter of some sort to modify the image to a red/black spectrum rather than white/black and also would be great if the viewing “hood” was wider and perhaps rubber to better fit around the face.

Love these things
Been using this for a couple of days/evenings now. Wanted to run it through the paces before reviewing. I’m very impressed with these. They’re good during the day but are really impressive at night.Menu settings are simple enough and easy to adjust to your preferences. Night vision quality is awesome! Took me a minute or two to figure out the zoom but that was me playing with them before really reading through the manual. Read the manual lol.The only thing I’d like to see added is the ability to reduce screen brightness but that’s the only thing I’d change about them. I’ll modify something to work as a glare reducer.I’ve already told a couple of friends about these that have farms also. There’s always something moving around after night. Possums, coons, deer, coyotes, armadillos, chupacabras, bigfoot… You get the idea. With these, we’re able to better see what’s getting the dogs riled up or trying to get into the chickens.Longest distance I’ve checked them at is about a quarter mile but it lights things up like daylight with the IR. Try it in a lower setting and adjust up as needed.Clarity is pretty good. You’re not going to be able to see fine detail but that’s not what these we’re designed for. You’ll definitely be able to see what’s going bump in the night.Battery life seems good but I honestly haven’t used them enough yet to comment on it further than that. I’ll probably throw some lithium AA’s in it if needed later but so far so good on just regular energizers.Definitely great in open field situations. In the woods, you’ll need a clear line of sight. Fall and Winter will be better in the woods without as much foliage to contend with. Just in time for deer season to help during those low light hours to see what’s actually out there.Will upload some video and pictures I take with it once I have some critters to show off.If you’re on the fence about them, I’d say go ahead and pull the trigger. Price is good for what you’re getting.

Good for viewing nocturnal animals
This product is great for viewing nocturnal animals. It’s great for checking you surroundings at night. It it NOT useful if you are trying to observe other humans with night vision or thermal. It is almost useless without the built-in UV lights turned on as this turns them into a beacon to anyone looking back.

Great NODs
NOD = Night Observation Device (from the Army 30+ years ago). It’s older-style infra-red, so not the same technology we had when I was in the Army (which was “starlight” scopes), but works just as well. For the money, this is absolutely great – and the plus is the ability to take snapshots with it. I can’t wait to take it in the woods at night, when we go camping next time around.

Is great by specially for the price
Great product for the price. I’m happy I purchased it. It is a little odd at 1st to get used to. So you use the The Mode button on the top right hand side to access videos and photos,To take a video, or delete a video or picture. To take a video press and hold the mode button, Instructions do not say how to stop… Two Stop video Recording press the, shot button. To take a picture simply press shot. the menu Button, which is located at the top middle, Is to access everything else. To scroll up-and-down, through The menu, You have 2 buttons on the far left.When you are not in menu Mode, Those 2 buttons are for zoom in-and-out. manual zoom by rotating the left lens. I’d say the only thing that I do not like, is that you are unable to change the brightness of the screen.And a personal preference would be for it toFit snugly around your face. But I believe that is just the style of this model it is made to stare through, holding up, or on a tripod. It’s not made to wear snug strapped around your head. To overview, a little bit awkward At 1st. not molded for the face. The positives. Night vision works great. It is easy to take video and picture. It comes with a very nice case. Comes with All the features more expensive models come with… For far less… It’s a good buy…

Diffuse images at only 60 yards
First of all, I will use this thing for hunting and my review will be based on the pros and cons regarding the intended use I will give it.This thing is too bulky. I don’t understand what was the purpose of making it so big.The screen is too bright and unless you put your face against it, every animal, alien, human being in the surroundings will know you’re there because it also illuminates everything around you.As for the imaging which is the most important reason for me buying this product is that at 60 yards I could not define whether I was watching racoons or pigglets. The image is not clear and diffuse. It was weird because the feeder which is black could be seen perfectly well. I’m assuming it is because of its color while the racoon are brownish and their image kind a mixed with the landscaping in their surroundings. The thing is that I had other night vision googles where this did not happen.I did not even install the memory chip so I can not say anything about the video capability’s of this gadget.I’ll try it once again next week to make sure it is the instrument and not me who still don’t know how to get it properly focused.If I get the same results, this toy will be going back.Update to my previous review:As I mentioned, I returned to the lease the following week and don’t ask me if I put the batteries in the wrong position because I did not and they were fresh but this thing did not work.Went back home the following day really disappointed and ready to return it immediately but I decided to try one more time to reinstall the batteries. This time it worked so maybe you have to be very careful about the batteries properly touching the contacts, something you never pay too much attention to because you normally don’t have problems with that.Yesterday I went back to the lease, this time the binoculars worked so I spent the time to check on the things that matter me the most, clarity of the image and distance.Once again, the product disappointed me. You can’t really define what you are looking at 65 yards away. The image is blur and very grainy.Also as I said in my original review, everybody knows you’re there as soon as you turn on the device. Too much light coming out of the screen.I went the extra mile and compared this gadget with my old scope and the image is basically the same quality. We are talking an old night vision scope 6 years old and this new one. I’m sure technology has progressed a lot for a new scope to behave like the older one.It is being returned tomorrow.

Comfortable that help you see in the dark!
I have enjoyed using these binoculars, they are strong and function well in the dark. There are woods behind my house and at times I hear the wildlife out there at night. These are great to see what is going on behind my house! The picture quality is very good and makes things much clearer.They are comfortable to look through and do not hurt my eyes. This is a big issue for me because I have eye issues and am always looking for things that don’t irritate my eyes.If you are looking for a great way to see at night in comfort, I would recommend these!

Great addition to my nighttime hog hunting gear!
Very adequate for my intended purpose, kill hogs at night. Easy to set-up and use. Was able to kill one hog last week, after last light, by using it to see what had run the deer out of a food plot. It picked up the IR flash of my trail camera as 5 hogs came into the food plot. This allowed me to zero in on them as they went to the feeder after the deer left. Picture does get a little fuzzy on the higher zoom but is still useful for my needs. I love the rechargeable batteries and the ability to use my add-on power pack if it does run low. Great addition to my night hunting equipment. Looking to see how well it holds up over time. I bought the extended warranty just in case.

Night vision has come a long way!
Long ago, I had owned several, monocular night vision goggles. They were big and required you to look through the lens like a telescope. If you wanted to record what you saw, you had to spend a considerable amount of cash to have that ability.Fast forward a decade later when my hunting and camping friend introduced me to this Gthunder. Absolutely amazing gift!
Digital Night Vision Goggles Binoculars for Total Darkness—FHD 1080P Infrared Digital Night Vision, 32GB Memory Card for Photo and Video Storage. Easy set up write out of the gate! It worked perfect right away! These are perfect for backyard star gazing — I love to look for owls that are hooting at night so these will be perfect for that. The clarity of images seen through these lenses at nighttime is nothing short of incredible! Zoom could be better though, but overall it’s an excellent product! I love using them for stargazing and bird watching, and the night vision feature works like a charm. Plus, they’re durable enough to handle some wear and tear, which is great for my adventurous lifestyle. “Night Vision”
This was affordable enough, and worth a try. The case is well built, and protects the device well. I’m not sure why, but it says “Night Vision” clearly printed on top. As it was made in China, perhaps there is less English language creativity.Overall, the camera works ok. Bluetooth would have been nice, but it includes a micro SD card for storage. The range of the infra red flashlight is the only limit to the range of “night vision”. However, it functions well as long as it is at full power, and it runs on six AA batteries. Reduced battery or charge also reduces its capabilities, oddly.My one large regret is that the monitor DOES NOT HAVE A BRIGHTNESS CONTROL. As this could potentially light up my face for animals at night I’m taking a discrete photo of, this is a disappointment—blinded by the light. For infrared, the limit of not functioning through a window might discourage some.As a side note, one benefit to this product is you will always have good customer service. If there are any troubles you have, they want to know what they can do to fix it. For most, I suspect these will fulfill their expectations.

Does what it says it will
Out of the box, with batteries I provided installed, this works really well.I use it for work, so this is definitely something I needed to function at a high level but not break the bank to do so. It is intuitive to use and allows me to do the thing I need most – see in the dark at a distance. I can spot bad guys doing things they shouldn’t be doing at a range of several hundred yards away in what they think is complete darkness and safety. I have already used it to excellent effect. Paired with rechargeable batteries, I’ll get a ton of mileage out of this.In terms of what that mileage looks like – I have a specific bar I need and it’s different than most. I need to spot the actions a watched person is taking at a distance in very low light as opposed to being able to identify *who* they are. If I can discern an individual, say, cutting a bike lock in an alley at 300 yards, I don’t need to be able to identify them personally as “Mr John Doe 5’10” 175lbs brown hair red sweatshirt blue jeans” But I do need to be able to say “THAT particular dude in that alley just stole a bike.” This works phenomenally for that purpose. The closer they are, the more closely I can come to that John Doe description. The optic zoom works great. The digital not as well so really far distances fall flatter than the mid range. But it’s a grand total of 7x zoom.Things like trees/bushes/foliage will obscure the IR. I don’t like that there is not an on-screen indicator of what output level the IR is currently set at. Apparently you just have to cycle through 7 levels plus off for the IR emitter. But recording video and taking a photo are simple. I have not tried it from inside a vehicle (and through the glass of the windshield/windows) but when outdoors it works fantastically.I can see down alleyways that have surrounding light – meaning there is illumination “noise” around it – in front, behind, to the side, etc. Bright light of course will drown out the night vision but as long as I’m not looking directly at a bright light source, it’s really good. I can discern and distinguish objects, animals and people at several hundred yards away even on cloudy nights with no starlight or moonlight. Even in pitch black it’s good.The lack of accompanying audio recording is a bummer, but that’s typical with these items.What I could really use is a better method of carrying the binocs. The case they came in is an average molded-shaped type protector. But that case is not designed for quick deployment nor for anything other than hand carry. It also comes with a neck strap, but how many uniformed good guys want to walk around tough parts of town with a noose wrapped around their neck? I don’t run around with a tactical helmet on to attach this to, either. A belt loop style pouch mount on the back of the case or a molle-capable type web would be a big help.

Double object. Any light source. Even things that are not lighted up. First time it formated card . It said card error.. then the screen went nuts and locked up. Iformatted card in menu and it seems to work.. The ir will be in a circle many times. Not ful filling the screen.. Ir level look all the same.. I will be returning.. 4.3 is not a true rating on this product… they also rate 3 differnt modles under one rating system.. that should not be allowed…. lol I also bought there 2023 version.. it won’t let me make a separate review.. 2023 are made vary cheaply… zoom does not work in vidoe mood. Both are being returned.. your buying junk.Update. 2/12/2024. I bought for 3rd time.. they made this item wrose!! They put the crap software from there newest crappy 4k unit on this.. thats not what the add says for this.. with the 4k unit software on this know.. you no longer can zoom in or out while recording. !. I already filed with BBB. There this company deserves to be sued with a class actiom law suit. Vary disappointed. I rebought just for zoom in and out while RECORDING. THIS NO LONGER DOES IT DUE to thay pUT THE 4K UNITS SOFTWARE ON THIS UNIT.. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! False add. I double checked. Thank god. Company sucked. i was pissed in the past. I skyrocket and call the bbb! They even started to harras me in emails.. came to the point i gave all my order numbers to them.. for they asked.. all they said you returned them. I said no. Beep.. i was not getting to the point why are u bothering me if u will not help.. again they asked for my order numbers.. i took this as harrasment.. after another email. I was better much toasted.. with there service. I uoloaded pictured of the software version that is not suppose to be on this.. lol and showing 4k options to record. Inwitch i dout it records in 4 k. Add does not say it does.. again stay away.

These binoculars have truly enhanced my nocturnal outdoor experiences.The first thing that stands out about these binoculars is the exceptional clarity and visibility they offer in low-light conditions.Additionally, the build quality of these binoculars is top-notch. They feel sturdy and well-made, and the ergonomic design makes them comfortable to hold for extended periods. The rubberized coating provides a secure grip.The binoculars also come with a variety of useful features, including adjustable focus, multiple zoom levels, for even better night vision performance. These features add to the versatility of the product.One minor downside is that they are a bit bulky, but given the exceptional performance and features, I don’t mind the size.
