Still in test, but I like it
I like the watch, have been using it for the last 5 days. The functions like workout app, ECG, body mass, etc, seem to work just fine.The only think I didn’t like was that the watch band I got was not the same as in the advertised picture (it is not the one with the magnetic closing, it is a regular buckle-type). Not that it is a bad one, it’s just not the one it supposed to be.

A bittersweet taste. Very poor battery
A bittersweet taste.It is to be expected that it has several scratches in several parts, and I understand that it is *Renewed* but I bought a *Renewed in excellent condition* and even so the scratches are quite a lot, as if it were rubbed against the pavement, the battery is bad, I charge it at 100% in the morning, and I go to work at 8:00 a.m. and at 12:00 p.m. It’s already at 70%, it should be noted that I don’t use the watch much when I’m at work, but I expected a better battery for at least a full day’s charge, the rest works fine. I’ll update if there are any changes.

No USB connector at the end of the charging device. Why? Why not provide something you can use
Why don’t they provide a standard USB connector? I’ve been charging in via a power bank and, although it was initially working fine, the powered bank just fried itself. It was a heavy duty one I purchased in Germany. Now I need to get another device. Why not provide a standard fitting? Otherwise, I like the watch. The band was a bit of a challenge to size right, but once set up it works beautifully. Still discovering things about what it can do. Would be nice to have instructions with it, but nooo. That would be asking too much.

Good product, but maybe buy new
The watch is great. I am enjoying everything about it. The problem is that the service on Amazon renewal products is among the most frustrating experiences I have with Amazon. In this case, the first watch did not have the appropriate fast charger. Part of the reason of choosing the pro model is the ability to get a full charge in 90 minutes. Don’t let anyone tell you a slow charger is an “equivalent” because the charge time will be double for the entire time you own the watch unless you buy a nice aftermarket replacement. I ordered a replacement hoping for the right fast charger, and I got one…but the replacement did not even have the 4g LTE capability. Ordered it again and had the same thing happen. At this point, I just accepted that if I wanted the watch at this price point, I needed to sacrifice something. Since I didn’t plan on using 4G, I just let it go. Individual sellers either cannot or will not resolve the issues (it’s tough to say whether their hands are tied or they just don’t care) and Amazon’s solution it to just have you repeatedly print labels and return the item until you are satisfied or give up.Bottom line, decide if the lower price is worth the headache. Good product, tough decision.

Not the Watch to Rule them All
I really wanted to love this watch. It had the promise to be the Swiss Army Knife like the Apple Watch in the Android ecosystem. Unfortunately, the design just has too many flaws to make it competitive. Exercise tracking was one of the main things I bought the watch for, with LTE it also meant I could make calls or texts without my phone while on a run. Unfortunately, the GPS tracking accuracy was horrific. One reviewer referred to the tracks recording the the 5 Pro as though drawn by a drunken kitten. That’s about accurate regarding the terrible accuracy that would make split times and overall run lengths way off.Battery life and overall watch thickness (this thing is a wrist brick), were two other downsides. The Android wear OS was pretty good on the watch, fit and finish of the band and titanium case were good, and sapphire glass was gorgeous. But at the end of the day it’s going back and being replaced by a Garmin Forerunner 965.This was purchased certified refurbished, no issues there, the watch arrived in like new condition and appear to just be an open box return with no signs of wear.

Great watch model, sceptical unboxing experience
This watch is everything I was looking for other than battery (Have yet to optimize all battery saving options via YouTube help). I charged it from dead in the box and once it hit 50% it heated up and turned bluish red on the screen and quit working (dark screen and dead).After unplugging and restarting it worked like a charm. That’s just very off-putting to buy refurbished products as this was my first ever time buying one. I’ll update by the end of my return window in a month. Btw, this watch lets you use Spotify discover and liked songs along with any downloaded songs with cellular, no phone needed! I’ll keep it if the battery can last 2+ days (have ‘Always On’ disabled as well as ‘Lift to wake’) without any more major compromises.Update: Apparently the mobile data will just drain any gw5 pro no matter if it’s new or refurbished. Sometimes the watch will overheat when I’m at work (hot warehouse) and stay disabled for a few minutes. Other than that, great watch

Spectacuar!
My first smart watch and I’m bowled over by what this thing can do. AMAZING features that track and provide usful stats on my cycling, running, walking routines and much more. The down side for me is the fact that you basically have to provide full permissions to Samsung via their mandatory fitness app to evey part of your phone. That said, that’s pretty much common policy for all smart devices and third part apps theses days and as a society we seem to have accepted the intrusion into our private lives, the capture, analysis and sale of our data, so I guess it is what it is. Great Watch!

Edit 7/9/2023 update. While watch was working good and I never really tested the speaker till now. The speaker when talking through the watch sound really raspy like the speaker is bad. Sounds ok when volume is low but anything past 50% volume does not sound good. Will need to contact support to see what they will do about this issue.Good deal for a refurbished watch. Or should I say a used watch. There are a couple things like very minor blemishes on the watch body that wasn’t mentioned and the charger that came with the watch was aftermarket and not the original Samsung for the Watch 5 Pro. Also it seems like the watch was not cleaned well as there were some stains and the bottom sensor part was kinda dirty. Due to that I have to deduct 1 star. Overall not bad as the IMEI was clean and not blacklisted so I can use it with LTE so 4 stars rating 🙂

I got the Samsung watch 5 pro renewed. The product came on time and look very nice to be renewed. I would have kept it but found out I was being gifted one as a surprise so I returned it the next day. If the refund experience is as good as the delivery experience I will definitely do business with this company again.. I haven’t got my refund yet but I will update about experience. 4 star for now

Disappointed with the battery life.
The watch was in excellent physical condition, however the battery life is very disappointing. A new watch should last around 3 days, however this one only last one day, without even using it to track exercises. Also it came with a cheap charger, taking almost 3 hours to charge. If it was possible for me to return it I would. However I can’t do it, so will have to stick to charge it every day.

Refurbish (excellent condition) was a lie
The watch works great, but I specifically selected the excellent condition and the rim of this is really beat up and scratched. Nothing like the other ones that my friends bought from the same shop. Keep that in mind if you are looking to save some money, you may get lucky, or you may get a worse condition one than you expect. I will have to put a case on this so I don’t see all the silver scratches on the black paint. I can’t say that I am very excited about this purchase.

Miles better than my previous fitness watch
I had another higher end fitness watch for about 24 days but that product was extremely inaccurate for fitness functions. This one has been on my wrist for about a week and it is a significant improvement. I was a little concerned buying a pre-owned item but the price was just too good and I was very surpised at the excellent condition of the watch upon arrival. Pros: accuracy, display, watch face options, overall functionality. One of the highlights that I did not expect was the auto recognizing of my exercise. It typically will begin within one minute regardless of what I am doing. Cons: My only issue with the watch is the charger interface. I have an official samsung charger but the magnet is so weak that you have to connect the two and then very gently set it down or the charger puck disengages from the watch. I had to buy a charging stand to address that issue. Very highly recommended fitness watch.

An excellent watch at a true bargain price
I love the features (I won’t list them here – see the web page), and of course the watch is extremely accurate (I used to have access – in my job – to one of the atomic clocks which is used to keep the clock accurate on the world’s largest telecom network. I can still get to it occasionally [i.e., when I get called to fix a problem at my former job (I’m retired but get calls…)] and checking the watch against it, there was no difference after 168 hours (1 week) of run time. I love the way it looks, and while I do NOT care for rubber/silicone/plastic/leather (i.e., non-metalic) watch bands, it was easy to replace the (silicone?) band which came with the watch, and (because I realize how “picky” I am) I didn’t mind paying the few dollars to buy a quality metal band which looks fantastic with this watch. One thing I particularly like is the watch’s ability to me load and use custom watch faces on it. (I know that sounds like a “so-what-they-all-do-that,” bit isn’t – I learned the hard way that it is NOT a given that all smart watches in this price range have that capability.)I also like the way it reacts when I set alarms, but for that matter I love all of its features so far (this is after wearing it for a few days – I’ll add more info after a couple of months when I have enough time using the watch to find (and solve?) any problems/gotchas I may run into with this watch.Overall I love it and would recommend it to anyone wanting a quality smart watch with the ability for the user to customize it.

SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER THAN EXPECTED!!
I been looking to replace my Samsung Frontier since 2021, but no matter what I got, The Galaxy Watch 4, Pixie and even the TicWatch Pro5, nothing quite felt good enoug to make me part away from my very old Frontier. But finally!! I decided to test both the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic and the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro LTE, and in the end, I decided to keep the GW Pro 5.. Not only has a veery solid look with a very balaced size to it, but its extremely good at what it does. The batter like any Galaxy Watches could be a little better, but the Pro 5 is by far the best one og all the GWs in this part.In addition to all that I wrote above, this Watch is also a head turner for sure. hehe I highly recommend it!! 🙂

Good watch with some software issues.
It’s a good watch, but there are some disappointing experiences:1) First time I went for a run and wanted to test out the cellular connection, it overheated and told me to wait. This happened twice since I’ve owned the watch, and it’s usually been on actually hot days. I do have a protective cover, so that may be part o the problem.2) Run tracking is buggy…sometimes. I often start my run from my front door, where my watch has a connection with either my WiFi or phone. When I start a run from this location, it always seems to have trouble determining how far I’ve run. I’ll be 3 minutes into my run and it will say I’ve done a mile (I wish!). If I bring my phone with me, there is no issue. If I drive to a trail and run it does perfectly fine. I have the feeling their run tracking is using a WiFi rough location to start my run.3) Spotify. This won’t count against the watch so much, because it’s probably mostly a software issue. I would think it’s a pretty good chance that using Spotify with headphones while you’re not around your phone is a pretty good use case for a cellular watch. This does work, but it’s really not intuitive to use. Sometimes the Spotify UI will just sit there and not tell you whether it’s trying to play something, or if it’s loading, or whatever. You can literally sit there for minutes fiddling around trying to figure out what Spotify is trying to do. Sometimes when it does work, the events are delayed. For instance I may have chosen a song 10 seconds ago, and gotten no feedback from the UI, yet it will eventually play something.4) Google’s apps aren’t fully integrated. It’s like they’re still not fully committed to wearables. For instance, if someone is at the door, you will get a notification. Would you like to see who it is? Well, you will have to go find your phone. There are many apps that don’t show useful notifications on the watch. There is so much opportunity to make wearables actually much better than they are, and it’s frustrating that Google just doesn’t put in the effort.That’s pretty much the bad stuff. Now for the good news. When this watch works, it does a really nice job. The watch faces built in are really nice IMO, and you can customize them pretty well with useful shortcuts. (I added a shortcut to start a workout and another to set a timer). We do get Google Assistant now, and I’ve assigned mine to be triggered by long pressing one of the buttons. Google pay works fine for me. In my experience the battery is much much better than my previous Android watches, which removes some level of anxiety. The build quality is great. I am rough with my watches, and the screen on this one is pretty much scratch free at this point. I take this in the pool and in the shower, so absolutely no issues with water exposure. The workout tracking software is actually great when it is recording correctly.

Samsung smart watch with gimmicky fitness features
This is a previous generation Samsung smart watch which I bought refurbished at a good price point.It seems to do most of the smart watch functionality fairly well, but its my first smart watch, so I may not realize how much else it could do.This watch has the ability to connect to cell phone network on it own if you pay your carrier to add the watch, kind of a cool feature if you do a lot of running or something and want some of those phone features without your phone along, but for me doing more walking and hiking and sitting on the couch, the $10 to $15 extra a month doesn’t seem worth it since I have my phone with me anyway and it still does basic fitness tracking without the phone.The feature to let you know you left your phone is kind of nice, I think it reminded me when I went to walk into store once that I left the phone in the car (when I got far enough away from it).A little annoying is the feature that allows you to use Samsung pay or google pay from the watch. Kind of a nice feature, but you have to put a lock code on the watch for ALL features to use it. So if you want to do anything other then tell time, you have to keep unlocking the watch. It would be significantly more convenient for the user if you had to unlock for just that feature.The battery life is not great, I think in a perfect world, with a new battery they claim 40 hours I think. In the real world you pretty much have to charge it every day, and while that is similar to a cell phone, if you are going to use the sleep features, you need to have charged the phone before you go to bed and wear the watch. So at some point during the day, you have to take it off and stop tracking your fitness while it charges, so you better hope it has a fast charger (the amazon vendor I got did not include a fast charger).I mentioned the sleep feature, other than the ability to remind you go to bed if you want it, doesn’t seem like it tracks your ‘sleep’ very well since basically stop moving much and it will consider it sleep, even if you are lying there awake and tossing and turning.Some of the features are kind of gimmicky and have questionable accuracy. The pulseox sensor readings vary widely, and so are sort of unreliable. Compared to a finger pulseox it might be very close or way off. It has reported 99% on me much of the time, even though I live at high altitude and rarely get above 95.The heart rate sensor seems reasonable most of the time, but I haven’t dug out my old chest band to check it, but there have been a few unplausible readings as well. If you get a weird reading just immediately check it again it will right itself but it records the bogus one as well.Unless you are in one of the fitness modes, it only randomly checks your heart rate every X minutes. So if you want to say check it right now and you are not in the fitness mode, it takes alot longer to get a reading than cheap fitness/step counters Ive used in the past.The US model does not include blood pressure check, which irritates alot of people, as i saw it mentioned (somewhere else) as a feature, but only in some of the non-US models apparently.The step counter seems fairly conservative to others I have had. And of course if you pick up your wrist to check it while walking, you will miss steps trying to check you steps.The ECG is really a gimmick. It will show you a rough wave form on your phone after you record it, but I have to guess from a medical stand point its probably not high enough definition or accurate enough to use for anything other then novelty. It says it has the ability to check for afib pattern. But how often are you going to be worrying about that, are you going to take a few of these ECG for fun and then never use it again? It has very clear warnings that it is not going to be checking you for a heart attack which would seem to be a much more valuable feature.It also has a ‘stress’ meter, which takes a while to take a reading and appears to be the 21st centuries equivalent to a 1970s mood ring.The watch size is a bit bulky, I don’t mind it, but how close is it in size to something like a Garmin watch which probably has more features.A plus, the pro version seems to have enough protection for the screen built in that I haven’t bothered to get a screen protector.Id probably have been disappointed if I had bought this new out of the gate at the price point they sell for new. As a refurb, and not spending to much, its not bad, I just didn’t realize the accuracy and gimmicky nature of some of the features.

Great smart watch
Battery last forever. Bright face. Still learning what all I can use it for but it’s quick to connect to my new S24+ and with the Wear app it’s offers me a plethora of data.Also, it came in excellent condition and arrived quickly. I highly recommend this Galaxy 5 Pro smart watch.

Upgraded from Watch 3, everything is better and faster
I had a Galaxy 3 for almost 3 years and thought it was a great product. I got the BP to work but when I upgraded my phone, it erased the app and no longer supported so I was out of luck. Upgrading to the Watch 5 pro was easier than I expected, almost everything transferred easily with no issues (Samsung S23 Ultra). Activating mobile plan took 60 seconds and for $5 a month, it’s hard to beat. The watch itself is about the same size as my old 3, but lasts twice as long, with everything on it’s good for maybe 2 days. Like having GPS and Mobile network so I can leave the phone at home when I want to, which is liberating. Listen to spotify, audible with earbuds and no phone needed is easy to get used to. For under 200 refurbished, I’m completely satisfied as mine only had a couple smudges and looked new otherwise. I was also able to get the BP working (U.S.) with an onboard software mod that makes the entire process easy. The readings are fairly accurate for me, just like the 3 was. Calibrating showed it only off a few points. Best choice for android, especially samsung.

Not a perfect buying experience.
Overall the purpose of my purchase was to upgrade the my watch from the Watch 2 which was also refurbished from Amazon as well.This particular purchase was OK at best. The watch looked good except for a few scratches by the speaker of the watch. The battery was quite flat when I received the item which was OK except the charger was a 3rd party cheap replacement. Not to mention this watch has issues with 3rd party charges causing phantom touches on the screen(kind of the sellers fault.) The listing says it comes with a fast charger and it did not. I contacted the seller and after sharing pictures of the items I received. They assured me that I received a fast charger. I will have to disagree that the charger I received is a USB-A 5v 0.5A output charger. At least that is what the sticker says on the charger itself. Fast chargers are USB-C with 5v 2.0A output. They offered a refund of $10 for me to buy a fast charger at my local store. Local fast charge is $35. The seller refuse my request and offered a refund instead. But, I would have to return the device and ship back the item. This is a HUGE inconvenience especially since I spent all the time getting this watch setup. So, refused there offer and accepted the $10. Still not happy with my experience. Buying this item but OK with the device so far.Keep in mind that you will NOT receive OE accessories (charger and wrist strap) with your refurbish purchase. So, if that bothers you, then pass on this.

Slow shipping
It took about a week to get here. It shipped via Amazon, don’t know why it took so long. Battery life is good if you turn off location. Having location turned on uses lots of battery. For a used item, it looks and acts brand new. Very pleased.

Ya he comprado más de una vez productos renovados gracias a dios ni una vez me ha ido mal , me costó solo 84$ osea x ese precio y está como nuevo lo único malo que no trae el cargador original nunca nada de lo que comprado lo trae pero por eso precio vale más que la pena, gracias al vendedor 100% recomendado , ah por cierto la batería tampoco es tan asombrosa como creía pero si me da 2 días de uso normal.

Great
Love this model. i can pay from it. the battery lasts my whole 8 hour shift only dropping to about 77%. its water proof, has my pics cycle on it and it keeps checking my heart rate through out the day plus my steps. its all the things i need and i love the band on it. it still does have issues trying to measure bpm just like the 4 did but still love it.

Not 4G LTE Compatible
I recently purchase a watch 4 classic 42mm and found the battery life and size were actually a downgrade from the Active 2 I had been using for years prior, so seeing this listing for the watch 5 pro with LTE looked like a steal. Only problem, I received the R920 model, not the R925. I’m personally fine with not using the data plan for it, but it is a misleading listing for that reason. But seeing as I cannot find a listing for this model that is any cheaper, I will eat that loss. The watch I received is in good condition, however did not have the correct color band, the box said the band was brown but the band in the box is black. However, whoever had this watch prior seemed to have barely touched it. After reading through more reviews, I noticed other people having the same issues with this seller of not receiving the 4G LTE model as well. If you cannot sell the product you are advertising, then just be honest. Otherwise, if you are looking for just the Wifi model for a decent price, this one will suffice.

Renewed Galaxy Watch 5 Pro is a Winner !
Purchased my Amazon Renewed Watch Pro 5 a few weeks ago. Could not be happier. Great price. Battery gives me amazingly about 2.5 days. Using with my Galaxy S23+, Wearable Watch5 Manager 2.2.12. Had a competitor watch that never synced properly and had limited battery charge. Bought for running, biking, and basic health monitoring. Using Spotify for music syncing. Connected to my Beats Studio earbuds without issue. After reading Watch 6 reviews, decided on the 5 Pro model w/ 4G LTE. Have not activated LTE plan yet. Also purchased a few extra bands that switch out easily. Thumbs up !
