Arrived very fast | extremely great laptop
This laptop arrived so fast. It came from Amazon but it was an apple product so there’s not much to say processing is very good. The quality is very good. The battery life is extremely long. I haven’t charged my laptop in about three days and I still have power! 10/10

Great laptop
I had to replace my old MacBook Pro and this fit the bill. The screen size and clarity are great. Now, dealing with Amazon was the only issue. I ordered one and three days later, payment had not processed. So I called Amazon and after being transferred around, they said it was because it was not it stock. Bologna! I cancelled my original order and reordered two minutes later. Lo and behold, it was in stock. It said signature would be required for delivery. No problem. Except they pushed the delivery date out one day. So I had to cancel my appointments to make sure I was here to sign for it. I met the UPS delivery person at the door. He was just going to leave it by my front steps! Said no signature was required. I’m sorry, but if I am ordering a $1400 item, I expect a required signature, not just leaving it on the steps like a $25 item.Shame on Amazon!

The media could not be loaded.
Wow. Super fast and the battery life is incredible! This replaced my 2015 MacBook Air, and I’m so in love. Super fast video editing and airdrop… still playing with other apps and functions, but I had to review this first.Great sound quality and the display is dreamy. Yep… I made the right choice.

Super slow! Very disappointing
The media could not be loaded.
A MacBook PRO with the newest M3 chip should be fast. Please watch mg video. For 45 seconds, I’m simply trying to switch to a different tab in my internet browser. I have 11 total tabs open. 45 seconds is absurdly slow!I’m using Google Chrome since my work uses many of G Suite apps. Maybe Safari is better on this device but it’s not as good when using the Google apps in safari.I’ve owned this laptop for one week and am returning it. I think the most likely reason for the constant lagging is only having 8 gb of RAM. Baseline for a MacBook PRO should be at least 12 gb. Instead, Apple would rather charge $200 for you to upgrade your RAM memory to 16 gb (which BTW, you can only do through the Apple website, not even through the Apple Store on Amazon). Very disappointing to have thought that I bought a nice laptop and every other PC laptop before this was faster.

Pretty good overall!
I brought this MacBook to replace my old Intel MacBook and it’s a pretty good computer. Arrived after three days and I had to give a passcode I received from email to the person delivering it. Thankfully, the computer was in the package and wasn’t damaged. I was worried I might have been scammed due to purchasing a 1k computer but overall I had a good experience with the delivery.

It’s been great so far! Battery is better than expected. I just miss having the Touch Bar like my last model but having MagSafe charging is nice to see back for the Mac laptops it won’t be ripped off your table if someone walked by and snagged the cord by accident

It’s great
I love how long the battery lasts, as a college student I don’t want to be lugging my charger around with me all day and I find that this laptop has a lasting battery . The video quality is crystal clear , I do watch movies , while studying and I can’t commend it enough ! The reason for the 4 star is for when it turns my screen black for no reason at all so watch out for that … had to learn to trouble shoot that .

Look, this M3 chip is great for you if you use it for college works it’s very fast and smooth but the camera quality is like a 10-year-old iPhone. It little slow for video editing and then into detailed processing so get the M3 pro chip.

NO USB a or B port
I’ve been an apple person forever (since Apple supplied Apples to schools way back when). The computer is fine. It’s the stupid ports they chose to put on (or rather, Not put on) this computer. The box arrived, I was excited Then went to transfer assist my backups onto the thing. NO GO. No USB A or B port to be seen! What??? I then had to order an adapter to plug the backup disc into in order to transfer data from disc to new computer. HOW STUPID!!! JUST stupid. Apple “new improved” decisions to constantly change ports has come to a new idiocy level.

Terrible value for money 8GB RAM on a $1500 laptop is 2010 pricing
Apple must be joking giving a $1500 laptop only 8GB of RAM in 2023. If you want a machine that is obsolete but costs top dollar then this is the one for you.
