I can truthfully say that I’m a happy costumer! this is a great iPad! when its delivered it is inside a thin plastic layer and is bubble wrapped. the iPad is picture-perfect, it came on time, it has ZERO traces of scratch, and it works like new! you would honestly have no idea it was refurbished. the screen is well conditioned, and the back has the apple logo.I bought this iPad for everyday use and to draw and/or take notes. it works well and it is worth double the price! the charger is not an original apple charger, but it works just as great. it fits in any 10.2-inch case. i recommend getting 128 gig because it has more storage and works best with updates. i have the silver iPad Wi-Fi only 128 gig and it works great!thanks amazon!!!! 🙂

Excellent condition
Bought three of these for our kids and all of them were nearly flawless, except for a couple small unnoticeable scratches on the back. Battery life is very good considering these are several years old. The screens are in perfect condition, too. Setup and updating the iOS was easy. Wish I had looked into refurbished iPads sooner so I could get one for myself lol. Great quality at a fraction of the price of a new one.

Great starter tablet
This is perfect if you’re on a low income (like me) and need something immediately to draw with or to do other tasks. Only issue is the charging may or may not stay or charge fast enough. Other than that it keeps its battery when shut off and works VERY smoothly. I literally love mines it’s super convenient and worth the money for a student like me.

Wow! I was a little hesitant to pull the trigger because of some of the reviewers on here saying they got a terrible renewed iPad… I can assure you that the one that I received was in overall 4.5/5 condition. The screen looked brand new, and even the rest of the body didn’t appear to have any sort of defects. The cellular connection I’m getting (Ting Mobile, baby) is as steady as my cell phone (I was a little worried that the cell antenna in these wouldn’t be of great quality, but I’m happy to say it is.)I’ve never owned any iPads, but recently got an iPhone and chose this over other tablets because I know Apple retina displays are actually very nice. Colors come across as vivid. Resolution turned up to the point where you’re really struggling to make out individual pixels, and the screen is bright enough that I’m not struggling to see this in the car. And I bought this because I wanted a nice, big screen to look at when I’m in the car. One note about the display – it’s a 4:3 display rather than the more contemporary 16:9 displays of the Android tablet world. That makes this about a ~9″-9.3″ display when watching content with a 1.777:1 or 1.85:1 aspect ratio which are the standard aspect ratios for films/TV shows (which is why your TV at home is a 16:9 aspect ratio!) Back to car use, the GPS works very well alongside cellular data. There are some cool navigation apps available on Apple, plus now I don’t feel left out when there’s other neat apps for Apple that I can’t get on my Android phone. Also there are actually so many good accessories available for this thing because Apple has a small product line in comparison to the dozens of Android tablets and phones coming out each year from numerous manufacturers which equals lots of accessories with not so many reviews.I chose this specific model because it’s the newest cellular Apple tablet at this price point. As of now, it’s about 2-3 years old. The other ones I found on Amazon around the $200-300 range were as old as 8 years and without cellular, which is why I spent the extra money for something like this. I am happier than I was when I made my impulse buy which is impressive. You really do get a lot of tech for the money. A new 64gb iPad 10.2 with cellular is $459. This is only 32gb, and with a fresh install of iOS you get 23gb available to you. A little worried it won’t be enough for me, but I’ll probably manage.My only con so far is that the battery had a weird glitch. When you’re in a high state of charge, it seems to be discharging at a slow enough rate. I got down to around 40% after using it for about 4 hours after using it to stream Hulu using cell data with full brightness. Then while using it with GPS on and streaming Spotify with full brightness on, it jumped from about 35% down to 20% within a few minutes. I can’t complain too much because this is a 3 year old device about 2/3rds the price of new.I got mine from the seller “techexchangee” – came with a 5v/2.4a charger (or 12 watt) charger plus cable. Shipped in a plain box with lots of bubble wrap. Again, from the outside, I wouldn’t have been able to tell it was renewed.P.S. On Amazon, I found a tablet mount for a car using a CD player and that thing is great. Highly recommend that if you want to use this in a car. It’s the “APPS2CAR universal car mount CD slot” for $20.

Very good overall
The iPad comes well packaged in a box designed for it. When you open it, the iPad is well laminated in an intermediate cardboard and underneath is a charger, a NOT original cable and a piece of Amazon renew paper.When you take it out of the packaging, it does not show any signs of use, except for 3 micro-scratches on the screen only noticeable when exposed to light, to place the screen protector.The iPad is 7th generation and after updating it and contacting Apple support via chat, they told me that the battery is at 96% of its charge cycle.When the processor is put to work (update) you notice how the battery drops. For lighter things it is more stable. As is usually the case with electronic devices.You don’t see any dead pixels on the screen nor any defects on it with the dim brightness and low light.The truth is that in general it runs very smoothly andI am happy with the purchase.I would buy it again without a doubt.

DAMAGED:As soon as I pulled it out of the box I noticed there was a dent. Not big, but definitely noticeable.PACKAGING:It appeared as if someone just loosely wrapped one piece of bubble wrap around it. Not appropriately packaged at all.BATTERY:It was completely dead and took nearly 3 hours to completely charge even while using a fast charger that i purchased.OVERALL:Overall I may or may not end up returning it. I was hoping that I would love it, but unfortunately I do not.For kids, sure.For an adult as myself, not a good purchase.

Update: the battery life after one day use is not the best. So it charges slow and the battery runs out quickly. I’m still happy with the purchase because it’s for a kid and they do not need it to last all day anyways. For the money it is worth it!iPad looks brand new. I bought it to see if my Verizon sims card would work in it, since my kids broke the iPad I bought through Verizon. It does work! The only problem so far is it charges the speed of a snail. It’s a kid iPad so that doesn’t bother me because they are not allowed to use it much. If it was mine it would probably be an issue. The other problem we had is more of a shipping issues. It took 3 days more than it was supposed too get here, but ALL of my Amazon purchases are doing that. I will still be buying another iPad for the 2nd kid that broke theirs. $189 was much better than $600.

This was a great value except for one thing… the battery life SUCKS. I watched my battery go from 42% to 15% in a matter of minutes. It has since gotten a little better, but people are claiming its the new IOS that drains the battery.

Happy with purchase
Purchased this iPad for my son about 1 month ago. I wanted to give time to see that it actually works well. It does! The charge also holds for a good while. Unfortunately, my shipment was delayed at no fault to the seller! FedEx dropped the ball and lost the package but thankfully was able to relocate. Very happy with my purchase. I will feel comfortable purchasing future electronics from this company!

I got this tablet for my children both in different colors, it was the big gift ask this year I only got the one in the silver as of now but I also got a rose gold one as well I wanted something more modern but also not as pricey since these are for kids and my daughter mostly wants it to draw/play games… I decided on the Gen 7 iPad bc they aren’t as pricy as the new ones and still can be used with the pencil it’s a step up from the tablets I usually get them on Black Friday so I was nervous but excited and being an artist myself I was excited to get one bc I have a hard time buying myself nice things but no problem doing it for my children, anywhooooo back to the product iand I hope this don’t bite me in the but bc I have not received the rose gold one yet but the silver came in excellent condition even though I got the “good” condition” instead of “excellent” there a few imperfections in the screen but not noticeable and I’m gonna put temp glass on them anyway and they are for children, so they’re perfect and look and act brand new I played around with it so I can test it out and everything is in working order! I’m highly impressed this being my first “refurbished “ purchase 💕

It was a Christmas gift for my 13-year-old son. We expected at least an eighth version, but the iPad that arrived was the 2019 model, seventh version. It’s in excellent condition with no signs of previous use. The size is slightly larger than the sixth version he had before.I was very disappointed with Amazon’s delivery. They simply left the iPad in the mailbox, even though there were instructions with a code to enter the building and leave the package inside.

When my 7th generation iPad suddenly died I was confronted w/either sending it in for new battery or Home button (not sure why it died..just quit turning on!) or replacing it. After thinking about the hassle of sending it in and spending more $$ to have it repaired I saw the same 7th generation iPad offered by Amazon Renewed program for $169 (as of this writing they’re down to $149!) in good condition. It came in 2 days, looks excellent (no screen scratches or body dings) & came with what an iPad usually does-a charger & that’s it. I think it’s a good program & great prices with the Amazon guarantee so I’ll recommend it & use it in the future.

Ok iPad
I got this iPad for my 1yr old, this is her first full day with it as it was delivered yesterday…she was always playing with mines so I decided to get her her own…the iPad is cool and everything but it doesn’t charge. As you can see in the pic it’s on 75% after charging all night, and when I opened it yesterday it was on 11%… I did not use the cheap charger it came with, I charged it with an authentic Apple charger that I use to use on my iPhone. Having to keep this thing on the charger is annoying, may have to just buy her a brand new one because it’s dying pretty fastUpdate 3/9/2024! My baby has had this IPad for almost a month, the battery no longer last at all, she’s lucky if she gets 3/4 hours out of it. Won’t buy anything else “Renewed” from Amazon

The media could not be loaded.
This iPad is absolutely amazing. I got the 7th generation with 128G and it works greatly. Also, for anyone having charging issues, just plug your charger in the iPad and power it off and let it sit for some hours or overnight and it will be fully charged. {At that least that works for me.) It may charge slow but it takes forever to go dead p, so that’s a plus for me. 🩷 (& Please Don’t Mind The Fingerprints.)
