Great opportunity to replace your IPad mini of 16G with 128G
Wanted to replace my IPad mini 4 that had 16G to this one having 128G. Wow. After 12 years I had to let it go only due to lack of storage. This refurbished is perfect for me. Have used it for two months now and I love it. The IPad mini 4 is the perfect size. Am so glad I could replace it with a more powerful model. Very very satisfied.

Great Product! Highly Recomend!
I just love my iPad! It came to me in pristine condition and I had no problems with it at all. I haven’t had any problems with it at all either. It’s been working great! Battery life is great and so is the picture and so is it’s function. I couldn’t recommend it enough. I will say the Apple ID took awhile to get onto the iPad and fully get on the iPad but that may be because it hadn’t been used for awhile. Other than that it’s been great I love it. My Apple ID finally got into my iPad and is working. I fully recommend this product and this company.

Perfect Condition
We got the renewed version of this for $230. My daughter LOVES it. There were no cosmetic issues since we did not choose “acceptable” or “excellent” condition. We just did the normal renewed selection. Came with charger. Started right up, updated it, and she was playing on it within 20 minutes!

Nicely refurbished ipad mini 4
I bought this because my mother had bought me one before she died and someone stabbed that one with a steak knife. So I bought this one in rememberance of my mother. When I turn it on, it has an almost imperceptible whine that keeps going while it’s on. But other than that, it’s perfect.

It’s great except battery life
My daughter loves her tablet and it works perfectly! My only complaint is the battery does not run very long. Just about every 2 hours or so, depending on what my daughter is doing, it dies and we have to charge it. It does not seem to hold for very long but I’m otherwise thankful to have it.

Great gift for my younger brother
My brother was in need of a new tablet, since he’s attached it to his arm. I surprised him on his birthday with an apple ipad, as he only ever used android tablets. This would be his third, hopefully he’ll get much joy and work out of it than the last two. This being an older model, I realized the battery won’t be as great as as when they first released but shouldn’t be anything to worry about for couple years.

Practically Brand New!
I searched for refurbished ipads and was a little anxious about doing so , but I didn’t want to pay full price to get ipads for my twin daughters. Not only was the price worth it, the quality of the ipads itself was like opening a brand new one from the Apple store – minus the little bit of scratches on the front , I was satisfied with everything else!!

Good product, very worn condition
It seems to run fine, but I just received it today. This review is more on the condition.The iPad came on time, it arrived in a small bubble wrap sleeve with a chager and cable, but no other packaging in the box to protect it. The back of the iPad is very worn as seen in the pictures and has black tape at the top as well. The tape feels like electrical tape and is definitely not supposed to be there. It’s going in a protective case so I’m not to overly upset over any of it. The glass on the front is clear of any scratches or blemishes, as well as the back camera lense.I bought the iPad to film my daughter’s volleyball games, so as time goes I will update on the battery and quality.

Believe Reviews About Battery Life
It has some noticeable scratches on screen but in fairly good condition. However, in the time it took me to set it up (maybe 10 minutes) it went from 90ish% battery to 70ish% battery. My kid is not going to be happy about this.

The iPad arrived, erased and reset, ready for me to set up for my own use. It works just fine. Battery life seems great. The home button is slightly depressed, but works fine both as a fingerprint reader and as a home button. A very good deal for me. I am a happy customer.

Not worth it. Be careful, get the warranty you’ll need it
Bought this thing in November 2022. Now Sept 2023 and having trouble with wifi connection. If it does connect it disconnects and refuses to let me turn the wifi on / off to reconnect and I have to turn it completely on / off multiple times to reconnect the wifi but it just disconnects so quickly its useless. Almost made it a year. Was used for the bare minimum : kids YouTube. not worth the money for how short we used it

Charging issues
Everything works on the iPad and no cracks or damage. After having the iPad for a couple weeks it doesn’t seem to hold a charge very well so we are charging it very often. It came with a charger but it wasn’t the new lightning one. After having it a few weeks, it has stopped working so we had to get a new one. Overall happy with the iPad just upset with the charging/battery issues

Is just ok
The display was great. Colors bright. Worked well except for:Battery life was horrible. Much shorter than a new one.Performance was laggy.Between those 2 things, this Mini 4 was comparable to my older Fire tablet.That said, for the price, this is a good product for someone with patience and an outlet close.Returned mainly because of the poor battery life. I’m not sure the battery was damaged or not evaluated for the renew.

I got the new one and the newly refurbished one
The new one is great the other one is also great but almost impossible to set up. I got these iPads for my 11 year old sils and the new one for my son. I think they are amazing because if they break them it’s ok cuz it was cheep and an old generation iPad. I wouldn’t recommend the newly refurbished one tho

Good product, questionable packaging.
I bought mine from Certified Resellers, so this is more of review on them and not the ipad itself. Buying a refurbished model of anything, you can’t let the physical appearance of the device affect your review. I’m only including it here so other people will know what to expect. Ipad arrived dead, but charged up fine, screen is in perfect condition and had a screen protector installed (a horrible one I immediately replaced). Physically it looks like it was dropped A LOT. All corners have dings and scrapes. There is a single scratch on the backside. But all that considered, it works fine so it doesn’t bother me, it is refurbished anyway. Im only taking a star away because of the packaging. Ipad was packaged in a single thin bubble wrap bag, inside a box that was too large for it with no other padding, inside a soft plastic shipping bag. If you shook the shipping bag, you could feel the ipad hitting either end of the box. So even though it arrived fine, the way that shipping carriers treat packages sometimes, it also wouldn’t have surprised me if it had arrived entirely broken. On a side note, they did include a charger and cable (neither is apple brand if that’s important to anyone). Overall good ipad for the price, would hope it would be better packed if I bought another.

Good deal for the price
Given that I paid about half of what a new iPad Mini would cost, I am happy with this purchase. It seems a little slow compared to my iPhone SE 3rd Gen. And I sometimes need to tap the touchscreen a few times to open an app or read an article in a news app (or whatever). But all in all, I think it was a decent purchase.

Great product for the price point!
The product is great for the price, however, keep in mind that this is an older generation (there are two generations after this one). Therefore, it’s not as fast as the newer generations, even after a factory reset and software update. The iPad works perfectly fine in all areas except gaming. It is very laggy, so I suggest going up a generation if you’re getting this iPad for a child who plays games on their iPad.It’s easy to set up, compatible with my son’s AirPods and is as durable as an iPad can be. Great condition!

Terrible battery life
This iPad was working pretty well, but now that I’ve had it for a while the battery is awful. The battery drains even when I’m not using it and often dies when I still have over 30% battery left. It did come in good shape physically, but overall do not recommend.

Not in excellent/like new condition. Screen marred, ding on side, battery life not close to new standard. Device was dirty, not cleaned. Does not appear to have been service checked. It was shipped in a deflated bubble wrap sleeve and placed in an oversized box with no packing matterial

Very slow
Unfortunately you get what you pay for. My tablet is very slow and difficult to use. The screen has a pretty good size scratch. There was a good bit of the former owner’s info still on the tablet when I got it. I kept thinking it would get better, and thus I missed the time to return it. Very disappointed. TF

wouldn’t order again
we ordered 2 of these for our 7 and 5 year old. there original iPads broke and we didn’t want to spend the money on new ones so we got these. overall they are doing the job. However, the slow down easily, freeze at times and get really laggy. Again, they are doing the job at the moment but wouldn’t buy again.

Very poor battery life
I took this on vacation and it was constantly running out of battery. If I used it to take, say, 25-35 pictures, it would be down to less than 25%. I just bought it to read ebooks, write emails and take pictures. I had to always make sure I carried a battery charger for this. Very disappointing. I wish I used the generous 90-day window to return it.

Bad charger
Happy with the purchase overall. It serves its purpose of entertaining my son on long airplane trips. The charger that came with it is awful. Literally just doesn’t charge. Ended up buying a new one asap. Also, this iPad does not hold a charge very long at all. Even on airplane mode. A little disappointed but it’ll do for now.

Very happy buyer
After reading a bunch of the reviews and comments I reluctantly made the choice to buy two of these mini iPad 4s. my stomach turned waiting for them to be delivered, BUT when they got to me I was excited to find they were in amazing condition. They can with very nice c type wall plush chargers and 3ft cords. All in sealed bags. Both iPads were free of scratches and dents. We have been using these for about a month with no issues. I would buy from them again.

Disappointed in Amazon refurbished
Purchased an iPad mini4 in”excellent” condition. While it works well generally, the battery life is exceedingly short and erratic. Apparently, Amazon doesn’t test battery life as part of the reconditioning process. It will be returned shortly to Amazon.
