    Amazing Telescope

Super telescope and glad to have it before my weekend star gazing event. Easy to set up and assemble all the pieces/tool set. The tripod is stable and help smoothly to see the venus and mars. Everyone loved it! Though it is little expensive but I think the price speaks for the quality of the product. Totally recommend it and worth the money.

Good quality and easy to assemble

I loved the quality of this Telescope, i haven’t had time to use it, but plan on taking some pictures of the moon, the tripod base is extendable so you can be sitting or standing. And the carry case its solid! Will update once i try it

    Good telescope for beginners

It is a good telescope for beginners for a reasonable price. Easy to learn with the manuel. Has a good carrying case. Tripod is stable and strong.

Amazing piece of equipment for the price

It’s an amazing piece of equipment for a budget. I didn’t know a telescope can be so affordable and still work so good. I was observing Jupiter tonight and it looked great. I also watched full moon and was able to focus fairly easily. Very quick to assemble and I was pretty much able to use it without any help. Must buy to fulfil your extraterrestrial fantasies 😄

    Expected Better Quality

Disappointed with my recent telescope purchase. Despite being marketed for beginners, assembly was overly complex, lacking clear instructions. The telescope is also notably heavier than advertised, making it less convenient for those seeking a lightweight and portable option. The disparity between marketing claims and the actual product has been a significant letdown, impacting my overall satisfaction with the purchase.

    My very first telescope

This is my very first telescope, so I do not know what should be expected. Considering the price, I feel like it is decent. Getting it hook up to my phone so I can share what I am looking at with my son. Really need to spend more time on it and will update.

Great as a gift for novice astronomers

Purchased this for our son due to his interest in the solar system, and it works great for beginners. Includes two different lens as well as a finder lens. Quality is decent for the price, and it’s pretty lightweight for portability. Perfect for the price

Easy to setup and handbag for carry wherever you go to explore the galaxy or nature earth. Cool product to take some cool snap of sunset from mobilephone. I woult be even happy if i could take a picture in regular frame rather than circular frame.

    Nice telescopes

My kids were asking me to buy a telescope and I was thinking for a cheaper option because we don’t use it frequently in that case this one is best option, it has 3 lenses to zoom the moon, it has lenses holding tray also have storage bag and a nice tripod. I would say all are decent quality if you spend $200-300 or more you will get better quality. this solved my purpose and I recommend this if you want a cheaper option.

    I would recommend this

I bought this mostly for viewing the moon and using as a travel telescope. It works really well if you have the patience to use it. I would recommend this to anyone willing to spend time outside looking at the sky.

Very Good image Quality and Strong build Quality

The telescope is very good in terms of build quality. The Assembly of telescope is very easy. The best thing about the telescope is the carry bag that it has it has an option to secure both the tripod lens and the main body of the telescope. The telescope appears and looks very premium. I have attached the photograph of moon that shows the image quality. The image attached of the Moon here has a little saturation increased by me to showcase the clarity of telescope. I would recommend to buy this telescope as this is beginners friendly. I have been so obsessed with this telescope that from a past week I have been capturing the Moon. The only minor issue that I faced was tightening of the screw when telescope is adjusted to the distance object wherein i needed to fasten the screw tightly. But overall i would recommend this.

    Great for the whole family

I recently purchased the Dianfan Telescope, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. This telescope offers a fantastic viewing experience, thanks to its 80mm aperture and 600mm focal length. It’s perfect for both adults and kids, making it a versatile option for the whole family. The fully mult-coated optics provide sharp and clear images, and I’ve been able to explore the night sky with incredible detail. The inclusion of a tripod, phone adapter, and a convenient carrying bag is a nice touch, making it easy to set up and capture stunning celestial moments.Whether you’re a beginner or a more experienced astronomer, this telescope is a great choice. It’s a well-rounded package that delivers on its promises, and it has rekindled my passion for stargazing. I highly recommend the Dianfan Telescope to anyone looking to explore the wonders of the universe.

    not tall enough

it’s a very good telescope with clear imaging and you can focus on the moon quite well. I bought this for adult friends and have realized it’s very short, it’s only possible to look through by kneeling down the whole time or picking it up. Does anyone know of a different tripod that would work with this telescope?

Great beginner to medium telescope. exceeds expectations

I had to return a different manufacturer/model I purchased (similar price range) and I was disappointed. Then I found this telescope while searching in Amazon and saw great reviews. So I thought of giving a try. This exceeds my expectations and it produces very clear pictures. My main purpose was to observer moon and I can clearly see craters with this. I am happy for my choice. I thing I have to buy now is a moon filter. It did not come with one and not sure which one will fit.

    THE MOON IS GORGEOUS-!!

Advice to people who purchase a telescope for the first time, READ THE MANUAL.I’ve always wanted a telescope ever since i was a child, and now that i got one, i was so happy i ditched the manual and instantly tried the 25mm lense to look at the moon.Silly me thought that was all but then i started reading the manual, learned how to aim properly and the difference between the lenses, now all the parts make sense and i got my eyes on even more beautiful shots of the moon.I know the telescope offeres much greater capabilities, so i can’t wait to use it more, I’m anticipating each clear-sky night now.If you never got a telescope before i highly advice you to try it once in your life, i don’t think you’d regret it.

    Exciting!

We had wanted to buy a telescope for quite some time. So finally decided to get this one.Shipping was fast and it was well packed.Set up is not too difficult but focusing and tuning can be tricky in the beginning. But once you get the hang of it it is quicker. It’s so exciting to watch the birds and moon at night. Also included is a cute backpack to pack it and use it outdoors.Overall a good product.

    Faboulous learning experience for beginners

I gifted this telescope for my husband, since he was so wanting to buy one, he just was astonished with the clarity and the quality of it. He felt it’s a great deal, comes with high precision metal also, has a sturdy stand, packed very good. it has 80mm caliber, so I would think that much good quality visibility is required, only negative side of f it is that, this product is difficult to set up if no instruction paper, thank god it comes with it, it took a little bit of time

Lens and spotter scope not right angle

The small spotter scope and the 30X scope are not right angle so all corrections especially the 30X where micro adjustments can throw you off angle completely are all upside down causing all corrections to be reverse what you see. The tripod is very flimsy which also throws off your sighting in distant targets. Will definitely be returning this.

    Not worth the $$$

I have used telescopes my entire life. I got this one as a cheap alternative for my nieces and nephews to use instead of my expensive one. This thing dose not stay still no matter how hard you tighten it. There is a constant blue glow over everything. The crosshairs are WAYYYYY off making it nearly impossible to pinpoint something. The thing never focuses. Myself, my husband and 5 of our friends tried to get this thing to focus on the full moon and it just wouldn’t do it. Save your money and buy another.

Great Product – Clarity is awesome – Fun For Family

Received as described. Packaged really well. Easy assembly, great instructions. Clarify is very nice, easy to move around telescope when needed. The phone bracket compatibility is nice, but can be designed a little better. Just some feedback on that. Overall we’ve capturing some great images. Would recommend. Great for family and friends for a stargazing night.

    The magnification is great!

I got this, because my 5yr old grandson is OBSESSED with the stars, the moon, and “all of the aliens that probably live up there on top of the stars” lol. Now, I don’t know the first thing about telescopes and I couldn’t easily understand the instuctions to put it together. That aspect, along with the fact that the legs don’t seem real stable, are the only 2 reasons I gave this a 4 star rather than a 5 start lol. I had wanted to have this set up already, as a surprise for my grandson when he arrived to spend the night with me. I just couldn’t do it myself though lol. Once my son arrived to drop my grandson off, he put it together pretty quickly, and played around with it a little bit showing me how to operate it. -The operation of it was really easy once it was set up lol. It’s very lightweight, which I appreciated and it has a really nice carry bag with it! My grandson was just beyond himself when we started looking at the moon and the stars. Although he WAS just a tad disappointed that we didn’t see any aliens jumping around up there or waving to us lol. This held his attention for almost 2 hours. Grandma had to tell him that was enough for the night, that we would look for aliens in the sky again on another night lol. The magnification truly blew me away! It worked way better than I expected it to, honestly. For a beginner and for the price set on this unit, I feel it’s a great deal!!

    strong magnification, strong build, lightweight

The media could not be loaded.

It was difficult to understand the instructions at the beginning when I didn’t know how every piece worked. However, as I learned how the pieces work together, it became easier to understand. I included 2 pictures of the different configurations of the lenses for other newbies like me. The lenses work really well, and can be focused to across the street, to see a bug on a leaf on a tree. Or, it can be focused upwards towards the sky.I found that the more lesnses are on the telescope, the smaller the image is, and the closer I have to place my eye to be able to see it. Or I can move my eye around the area until everything focuses. I found out that I could see the same distances with the middle lense on and not as zoomed with the frame, or without the middle lense and the frame more zoomed in.The instructions say that it is usable for everything without the viewfinder, except for seeing Jupiter and Saturn. Those need the viewfinder. The viewfinder shows everything upside down and I’m not sure why this is a feature, but that is explicitly on purpose. To use the telescope, start off with the least amount of zoom and slowly start to expand the tube until you focus. If the zoom isn’t enough, contract the tube, add a stronger lense, and expand the tube again. It’s an excellent telescope. It’s light and has a sturdy base. I am very happy with it.to put away it requires pieces to be unscrewed but it doesn’t take too long.I fou

    Good Telescope for Beginners

Easy to assemble the telescope; with phone adapter, I can use my phone to capture the moon or stars from sky. It is a good telescope for beginners. However, for astronomy fans, this may not meet their needs if expecting to get high quality views from the sky.

Sturdy but cannot get it to work

The kids and I were very excited to use this telescope. The pros: it comes in a small box with a small carrying bag. Does not weigh very much and it is fairly easy to assemble. It includes many magnifying lenses. The cons: we have tried for 3 days now to get it to work to no entails. It comes with instructions but they are very vague and share no insight into how to successfully use the telescope. The legs do not seem very sturdy but then again the telescope itself does not weigh very much. Again, it’s disappointing that we cannot get it to work which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars.

Nice complete kit with everything needed to start viewing.

It is a basic kit that comes with everything needed to start viewing with the family. I think this is a great kit to see if this hobby is good for your family. It was very easy to put together, and it also comes apart easy. Everything fits into the storage bag that is included and it doesn’t weigh much at all. My son really enjoys using this kit to check out the moon.I haven’t played with the phone adapter yet, but it looks like it is generic enough to fit most phones without any issues. I think this could be a very cool feature to get pictures of the moon and other things you might see. I’m sure we will get a lot of use from this and at some point. I will try to update this review with pictures from the telescope later if I get any good pictures.

    Perfect Beginner Telescope for Kids

We got this telescope for my 9 year old daughter. For a beginning user, this telescope works very well. It’s seamless to assemble. The mountings are adjustable so you can rotate them to where you need to. It has a high magnification so you can see things up close from 16x to 120x. The tripod takes it up a notch so you can have stabilization while looking at the stars. This is a nice set for a beginner.

Lightweight, could be carried back inside by my 11- year-old grandson, one-handed, overhead! Had a few neighborhood kiddos watching bats 🦇 aflutter in the moonlight! Then the moon came out from hiding behind clouds and bam! Up close and personal! Grammy don’t do ‘some assembly required’ so neighbor kid daddy had it, all day long, gettn it good to go!

    Great!

The kids love this telescope. It was easy to set up (it was set up by my 9 & 8 yr olds). And we enjoy a quiet night as a family gazing at the stars…

    Cute gift for kids

Not as big as I thought it would be but perfect size for a child. Was kinda hard to see at first but after messing around with it was able to see. Very compact and easy for storage.

    Good quality

I like it very much and I will repurchase it next time if needed. It easy to install, the process is also very interesting, and the final imaging effect is full marks.

Easy to setup and Good view

I was eagerly waiting for this telescope and I started using it right away it got delivered. Packaging is very good, it comes with a carry bag and nice quality. The telescope is easy to assemble and there is a detailed manual comes with it. The manual has all the things specified on how to assemble and use. It has two 10 mm and 25 mm lens. So far I could only see moon, haven’t seen Saturn and Jupiter. It is good for kids and adults too.

    Value buy

This telescope is way better than the last one my kids had. The reason I say sorry is because it is made up of high-quality material than the last one they had (they dropped the old one and it cracked) and instructions were easy to understand.

    Awesome

Easy to assemble. Instructions were clear with pictures that are clear and helpful. Viewing instructions are a little sparse and somewhat confusing to this Old mind, but pretty clear to my 12 year old grandson. He loves it. Thanks

    Flimsy like a toy

This telescope is about what you would expect for the money. It’s so flimsy that it’s hard to get it to not flex and wobble losing the target. Feels like a fisher price toy. I returned it.
