    Depends on who you are

I would caution anyone buying binoculars, be prepared to be dissatisfied. Amazon has a great return policy, so it should not be a deal breaker.I got these for my friend. She LOVES them. I tried them before I gave them to her, and I did not like them. The space between the eyepieces were too small for me. Looking at objects left me feeling dizzy once I brought down the binoculars. I have Nikon Monarchs and love them. However, my friend needs to close one eye to see well through the Monarchs.Long story short, it depends on who you are. I do not know why some work better for others, but it could have to do with length of space between one’s eyes and their vision.

    Nearly perfect binoculars for hiking

Just what we want. Only a pound and pretty bright image. The strap is a little too cumbersome for the binoculars. Also, we had to attach the eyepiece cap to the binoculars with some heavy thread so they didn’t get lost on a table or in a flimsy pocket. They should come with their own mini attachment strap.

The 42 mm objective is a good compromise between the standard 35 mm (not so good …

These binoculars are expensive, but worth every penny. Celestron delivers top quality optics, in a light weight compact package. The 42 mm objective is a good compromise between the standard 35 mm (not so good in low light) and the 50 mm (larger and heavier). Get the 8x version with a broader field of view, rather than 10x, as it reduces “jitter” (from vibration/palsy/arthritis etc.) and gives improved eye relief with the 8x.

    Sharp. Bright. Clear.

Sharp. Bright. Clear. Only regret is that I didn’t spend an extra 100 bucks to get ED glass. This is important for birding. Without ED glass (or some other comparable technology), the jet black cap of the chickadee has purple-ish tinges around the edges. They are still great for general-purpose birding: sighting, etc., but when I graduate to take pictures and videos of my feathered friends (talking digiscopy), I will get a spotting scope and make sure it has ED glass.

Celestron 8×42 Trailseekers – Great value for the price

I did a lot of shopping before I decided on these porro prism trailseeker bins. They have great reviews on the web and when they showed up in my mailbox and I had a chance to use them, I was very pleased. Fogproof, waterproof, lightweight, with a magnesium body and quality optics, they exceeded my expectations. I like the wide 426 ft field of view, close 6.5 ft focus, and bright, clear image. Plus they come with a quality carry bag with wide neck strap, a wide neck strap for the binoculars, and even a chest harness. They are a great value for the price. Nice to have in my pack.

Recommended by Audubon. Bought them to take to a Nature Preserve. Great vision.A bit too heavy and big to put in a jacket pocket but they come with a nice pouch with strap.

    Awesome view

I did a lot of research on nocs for bird watching. I wanted to see the detail of the feathers so I went with the 10×42. Being almost 61 years old I found I shake too much and should’ve gone with the 8×42. My bad. But I love these. I can see the crevices on the moon. Awesome. I also wear glasses for distance and I don’t have to wear them when using these. I just adjust.

Highly recommended for a set of binoculars

Bought these for a trip to Africa and was quite pleased with them. They focused easy and gave a great view, lens quality and light passage appeared excellent. My Mom was over and tried them, she had bought a pair of binoculars for quite a bit more money when they did a safari and said these were head and shoulders better than hers.I especially like the metal construction although I never had need to test its durability.

The only reason I didn’t go 5 stars with these is that I had an issue with the diopter (control that compensates for differences in vision between your two eyes) with the pair I initially received and had to return them. But just as they always have been with me, both Celestron and Amazon really stepped up in getting a replacement in my hands amazingly quickly. So far my new pair is worthy of the full 5 stars; I really like them. For the price, I doubt you will find a better all-around birding binocular. I recommend them.

and had tried one other type from Amazon that wasn’t a good fit for me

I had read many reviews of Binoculars, and had tried one other type from Amazon that wasn’t a good fit for me. I ordered these, and have been very impressed. A small river with many birds and deer runs against my property, and a friend was watching a heron on 5/3/17. He took the binoculars, rested them on a small clock near my sink, adding one of my artist’s paint brushes, to prop them up the way he wanted, and took this photo with his IPhone THRU the binoculars! The heron was about 80 yards away. The second pic is of his ‘set up’ . I never knew the binoculars would be used to take distant pictures through, but you can see it’s possible!

    Good birding bins

These binoculars have been great. I do lot of bird watching and the amount of clarity these bins offer is truly amazing. Very robustly built. I have had it in slight drizzle and lot of dust. There has been no issues on the performance of these bins. Colors are well rendered with no obvious purple fringing but it’s there if you go look for it. For the price these have been great. The case and the harness have been great too.

    Great binoculars

Wish I could give these more stars. For the price, they are just great – very good distance viewing. Included in the package was a strap device which you wear like a small vest, the binoculars hang from this. This device was a great extra for me, as wearing binoculars with a neck strap is uncomfortable for me. I am extremely pleased with the binoculars and accessories.

They don’t fit in case if neck strap is attached!

Binocs seem great & are very lightweight. As others have said, they’re so compact, they wouldn’t be great for someone with large hands. The part I’m unhappy with is how difficult the neck strap was to attach to the binocs & that there isn’t room in the case for the strap when it is attached. But it’s so difficult to put on (I had to use tweezers & cut the ends off the straps then remelt them so they don’t fray), it’s not like you can remove it every time you want to store the binocs. Really poor planning! So they seem great if you don’t plan on using the neck strap.

    Great for Bird Watching!

I’m an avid bird watcher, and when I needed to get a new pair of binoculars, a friend recommended Celestron’s products. I was not disappointed. I broke them in on a hike on Catalina Island, and I was very impressed with the power and ease of use of these binoculars. This product is more powerful than my previous pair of binoculars, allowing me to identify more bird species from afar. They were also great for taking in the sweeping views f the coastline. These binoculars, while having great scope, are also light and compact, which is good for a long hike. In short, I was impressed by both the power and convenience of these binoculars. I won’t go hiking without them in tow!

    Good for Bird Watching

I read a review of binoculars good for bird watching. The Celestron’s were listed so I thought I would try them. We have an eagle that has a nest about 5 miles from here and I see it every once in a while. I used these binoculars to view the eagle. The reviewers were right they are good for bird watching.

    Very bright, crisp view

I e been using Celestron’s Ouland model for 3.5 years for birdi g and have been very happy with them. I’ve noticed, however, as I grow older (I’m 66) that I need a bit more assistance, and the Trailseeker is PERFECT. A side by side comparison is subtle, but the Trailseeker is a bit brighter, which has been of real benefit to me.

    Well Made

What I like the most about these binoculars is everything. Super clear and easy to focus, nice compact size that feel solid in your hands. Unlike a very old pair that were my Dads from 60 years ago these large eye cups work great for a person like me with glasses. Bottom line I can’t find anything to complain about I even like the case they come in.

I’m still toying with it a bit. It’s a well made design and easy to use. Nice, sharp images. A few options for carrying. I’m a newbie birder and I also take these with me cycling and in the field. Wanted something affordable for a new hobby but well made enough to ensure an enjoyable start. My more experienced friends were also impressed, which was reassuring!

    Grat features, great price

I looked a length at numerous binocular reviews before choosing these. They really give you a lot of bang for the buck. The quality is superb, and the optics are great as well. The weight is good, and focusing is a breeze. I bought these for an upcoming Alaskan cruise. I’m sure I will be happy with my choice. And as an aside, I happened to buy them with a $40 mail in rebate, and got an especially good deal. I heartily recommend them!

I own allot of binoculars of all price ranges and I will say these are extremely well done, easy as good as the monark 5s mechanically perfect with great edge to edge clarity, you are gonna like these. Very good low light performance. And great fast service! Not as good as the 2000 buck Swarowvskis! Would say they compare to the 275 to 450 dollar range of binocs.

    Lightweight and great

I bought the 8×32 non-ed version in April 2021, I think they were $160 at the time. I bought them specifically because the field of view is similar to what the 8×42 is but much lighter. Primary use is birding, but you could easily see the moons of Jupiter on a clear night. I wanted some good binocs that I could take hiking with me, and possibly backpacking. I just weighed them- with the strap it was 484 grams, or slightly over 1lb. I really love these, they are so light you don’t even notice them half the time hanging off your neck. My sister has the 8×42 ED version, hers are obviously better, with a slightly wider field of view, but it’s definitely not worth then being almost 2x as costly (not for me at least).Another great feature is the diopter adjustment. This allows you to adjust one optic different from the other, so if you have eyes that are slightly different vision these will allow correction. I really enjoy this because although I have a weak prescription for glasses, I don’t enjoy birding with them because glasses suck to wear when using binocs. Highly recommend these binoculars!

    Great binoculars for the price

I purchased the 10×32 version, and was very impressed with the “clearness” of the binoculars. I have several pair of “mid price” Steiners, so I use those as my “baseline.” I consider Stiners darn good binoculars for the price. You get what you pay for, and you’re buying solid equipment. My 10X32 Stiner binoculars were about the same price as these Celestrons, but the Celestrons are clearer. Heck, they’re clearer than my 10×42 Stiners, and I’m not sure the light gathering of the larger tubes is significantly better than these 32mm Celestrons. When considering performance for price, I choose the Celestrons. Not everything is perfect. The dust caps fall off easily, so always ensure they’re still connected. Do not walk off without checking to see if they’re still attached. The neck strap seems to slip out of the “buckle” after a week or two, so I started tying an overhand knot after feeding it through the buckle. No idea on the durability of these binoculars, and no idea if they will hold up as long as my Steiners, but these Celestron binoculars are my choice for clarity in the “lower mid-price” segment. If you are in the market, these are excellent. I give them 5 stars.

Amazing value, incredible clarity, perfect for birding.

The first time I went out birding with these , the phrase “game changer” kept popping up in my head. I’m amazed that I was able to get such a great pair of binoculars for under $200. The clarity is fantastic. The field of view is great. Using my old binoculars, it was difficult to track birds in flight. With the Trailseeker 8×42, I can do it with ease. I really enjoy being able to look closely at the details of birds. I was thinking about getting the 10×42 (my old binoculars were 10x). I decided to trust online sources that said that 8x were better for birding, and I don’t regret it. I haven’t found much of a difference in the 8x vs. 10x. Perhaps the quality and clarity of the Trailseekers make up for it, but I feel like I can see more details of the birds I’m looking at. It also makes it so much easier to track warblers hopping from branch to branch. I also wanted to mention the brightness. I was skeptical about how much of a difference the lens coatings would make. I went out on a cloudy day, and was pleasantly surprised when I looked through the lenses. It seems the Trailseekers allows more light in, so that the image you’re looking at is actually brighter than your eyes see. Bottom line, I feel like I’m using binoculars that I would have had to pay $400+ for. These are fantastic.

    Stunned with the quality

I have had so many binoculars from so many brands. I wanted a pair to keep in my jeep that would just always “be there” when I needed it. Frankly, these are going in the house and staying there, I will find something else for the jeep. These far exceeded my expectations for the cost. A lot of binos brands, you pay for their marketing – but Celestron is a Telescope brand – but they clearly make good optics. These binoculars are shockingly good. Nice work Celestron!

    Celestron needs better quality control

I think these would be pleasing to most people, IF you happen to get a good pair. Mine arrived defective and unusable, with the center hinge frozen in place and the barrels stuck impossibly far apart. These are made in China, and a gross defect like that tells me no one with any competence inspects them after they leave the Chinese factory assembly line. Amazon was great with the return, and my credit card had its refund soon after they shipped out via UPS. But what if a pair was just mediocre, with dirt specks on the inside, loose parts, or just put together so a lot of chromatic aberration showed? These are examples of what I’ve read in reviews of this item elsewhere, or seen myself on the less expensive Celestron items. There’s no attempt at quality control, so look them over carefully. I bought these thinking they might be clearer or brighter than my Sightron Blue Sky 8×32 bins, also available on Amazon, and for a little less. Before returning the Celestrons I tried to make a comparison, and perhaps it wasn’t fair, since I could only look through one barrel of the Celestrons at a time. On a cloudy day, the two binoculars seemed equally bright. In reading fine print across a rather dark room, I found the Sightrons slightly clearer. The Celestrons come with better accessories, but the handling to me gave a huge advantage to the Sightrons. The Celestrons are much heavier, though average for an 8×42 binocular. The Sightrons are sleek and light, with an open bridge design that allows you to wrap your fingers around a barrel and hold them easily in one hand. I knew that I would always choose to use the Sightrons, so I did not ask for a replacement for the Celestrons. I do want to say the Celestron Trailseekers are a pretty good value for those who like a somewhat bulky binocular. Worth 4 stars if you get a good one, but really inspect them carefully because of Celestron’s poor quality control.

Excellent Binoculars for the price. Low abberations. Excellent edge to edge sharpness.

These are extremely well built. The entire construction has a premium feel to it. They are compact and not heavy. The pouch, the harness, the straps, eye cups, tethered objective covers all seem to be well made. But in every binocular what matters is the optics. These were not listed as ED so I was little skeptical how bad the chromatic aberrations would be. I own several telescopes (some of them are Celestron) and 4 pairs of binoculars. Celestron is know worldwide for their quality products at an affordable price.I tested them during the day time and was very pleased. 6.5 degrees FOV at 10X is awesome. 7 ft close focus distance is another plus. I decided to try them on almost full moon and Aldebaran that was close by. The night sky exposes many flaws that are not visible in day time. I was surprised. There was virtually no chromatic aberrations unless you looked really hard for it. Despite full brightness of the moon I did not notice any ghosting which was quite apparent in other binoculars I compared them with. Generous FOV meant it was easy to frame objects even at 10X magnification. Almost 95% of the FOV was sharp. Excellent edge to edge sharpness.I am very pleased with these and would recommend them to anybody looking for premium affordable binoculars.

    A great pair of binoculars

I ordered these for birdwatching after doing extensive research. These were highly rated and, after using them for a week, I understand why. I love the clear, crisp image and how responsive they are.Regarding the seller, the binoculars arrived on time and packed well. Thanks!

    Missing pieces!!!

I just received my purchase of Celestron Trailseeker 10×42. Extremely disappointed of missing accessories!!! The Instructions, Lens cloth and Harness Strap. At a price point of over $200, I honestly expect all stated included accessories to be in the box.

    Excellent – an outstanding value!

I own four pair of binoculars – each for different purposes. I am very particular in the choosing and, of course, the proper deployment of each instrument for its purpose. With optics, you are dealing with trade-offs. Want light weight? Be prepared to give up high magnifications and wider fields of view. Want a wide field of view? you’ll need to compromise on magnification. Want super powerful magnification? Get ready for some significant weight to tote around, For these reasons, althoughI am a big fan of reading and comparing numbers on the web, in order to properly purchase the right binocular you have to hold them in your hands, look through them, judge weight and eye relief along with focus speed and other factors And it helps to have an idea about what you want to bring closer and the conditions you will be doing that in. At some point, the investment in both the optics and the activities they accompany become worth the effort. These Celestron binoculars certainly fit the bill as to weight (23 oz), super wide field of view, and relative sharpness as compared to their more expensive brethren. I like the dark green color and I like the relatively long eye-relief (17mm), as well. For a 42mm objective (the larger, outer lens) they are fairly portable, feel good in the hand, and provide a clear sharp image. Taking the price and warranty into the equation delivers an outstanding value. Keepers!

I bought this for traveling and watch birds. Very well made, light weight and smooth to operate. The optics is good enough.

    Excellent binocular. Great price.

As an amateur astronomer I have long been aware of Celestron’s history of (mostly) excellent optical equipment. As a result, when my wife and I first began birding about 20 years ago we purchased two pairs of Celestron 7 X 50 binoculars for about $50 each. That was not a totally “cheap” bino at that time. We were very happy with them and they lasted about 5 or 6 years. Various mechanical problems, mostly arising after we dropped them or handled them carelessly, finally made them difficult to use. The optical quality was always excellent. Since then we have gone through various other binoculars by many manufacturers at prices from $100 to $300. Because we do not always take the best care of our binos, we have never purchased any high end $2500 Leicas or Swarovskis. I recently saw the need for a 10 power binocular so my aging eyes could get up a little closer to the birds. Trusting to Celestron’s reputation, as well as many good experiences with their products, (and the recent rebate), I decided on these reasonably priced Celestron Trailseekers. I have already had them out a number of times and am quite happy with their performance. The field of view for a 10X binocular is excellent. So is the close focus which will allow you to focus on a bird less than about 10 feet away–as close as most birds will allow. The focuser works smoothly, the weight is about average and the general feel of the binoculars in my hand is comfortable. As for the optical quality, these binoculars produce a bright, sharp image that shows no aberrations except possibly toward the very edge of the field–and not much even there. While they won’t produce an image as nice as a $2500 pair of binos, these cost less than 1/10 as much. Unless you are used to the ultra expensive binoculars, these are an excellent compromise between quality and price. Actually, it’s not really a compromise since Celestron is not compromising on the quality. They are giving you a beautifully made product with exceptional optical quality that would have cost much more, if this quality was even available, 30 years ago. Optical glass and coatings have advanced a lot in the past 20 to 30 years and we have been able to benefit with better quality and lower prices. I believe these are a good choice for anyone seeking a good performing binocular at a very reasonable price.

    Amazing binoculars!

The binoculars are nice, medium size, great weight, attractive, well built and are absolutely optically wonderful. The view is so bright and sharp and full. I have no issues with being steady handed or with a narrow depth of field (they don’t feel narrow at all). I’m so glad I got the 10x42s and not the 8x42s. They’re kinda perfect. Oh, the lens caps are a little weak. Those could be better, but who cares.

Very good, compact, light inexpensive binocular

I have used this binocular recently for birdwatching. The view was clear and crisp, comparable to another far more expensive binocular. I like very much its compactness and light weight. It is ideal for travel. The only thing I disliked was that the instructions were only in chinese … but few people read them anyway and it was easy to assemble the strap. Enjoy!

    Quality item

These are well made binoculars that would be fine for use on bringing objects closer and into focus on a number of activities. However, if you want to use them for gazing at the stars/planets with any intensity, you may want to consider something more powerful. I bought them for this purpose and they really don’t change what you’re looking at except to make them brighter, with the exception of the moon. I returned them realizing that a more powerful pair would be needed or an efficient telescope.

Top Midtier Performance at Entry Level Price

I own the Vortex Diamondback HD 12×50 as well as a GPO Passion 10x42ED and can safely say the Celestron Trailseeker 8×42 performs as well optically, give and take, with some advantages even. FOV is superior to any I have tried. Glass in the Trailseeker are bright and sharp edge to edge with minimal chromatic aberration. I realize the difference in magnification makes them difficult to compare. There is little to fault; If I am nit picking, I think the focus wheel is a little too loose for my taste. Frame is magnesium similar to the other midtierers and even the eye piece is made from metal. I got mine under $200 which I think is an amazing value. I love these binoculars as I think they are the right size and perfect for general spotting.

    Very pleased with my purchase

I do not know much about binoculars but I wanted a reasonable pair for use on my vacation – no special purpose, general touristy things. I read up on things such as magnification (7x, 8x, 10x and so on) and decided that 8x would be right for me, giving me a decent magnification, a reasonable field of view and not too much difficulty in keeping the image of what I was looking at steady and in view. I looked at lens sizes and whilst I would love to have gone bigger, the extra weight and dimensions seemed to detract more than the bigger lenses seemed to offer. That is how I ended up picking 8×32 from the range.I did a lot of comparative research on brands using the internet and everything kept steering me back towards Celestron, whose name I recognised from telescopes. Unfortunately, at the time of buying I was in a part of New England that did not seem to have any stockists. I visited a few stores and tried out a whole range of other makes such as Vanguard, Vortex, Nikon and even Swarovski before deciding to stick with my research and go for the unseen Celestron.I am happy to report that I am more than happy with my decision. They are as compact as any I looked at, feel very solid and well made without being at all heavy and I can wear them with my spectacles just fine without any problem whatsoever. They are perhaps a little brighter than I was expecting, which was a bonus and left me feeling better for not going bigger. Also the field of view is nice and wide, so you can really see what is going on around you. They come with a decent enough case, an average quality neck strap which I found comfortable and an additional chest strap, so I could wear them around my neck without them swinging all over the place. To be honest, I haven’t quite figured out how to wear it (or if I would need to) but whilst I was out, I did see someone else wearing such a harness and it was working well for him as he hiked about, so a nice touch having it thrown in for free. The eyepiece rubber covers are connected to each other, with the ability to thread them through the strap, so you won’t loose them in use. The covers at the other end (objective lens) I’m a little less happy with. They come with a rubber ring that sits in a groove that runs around the body, so you can flip them off and not loose them. I’m just not sure how well this will last, whether they will slip off off or the rubber ring snap. I have to stress everything is working fine now, its just in the long-term. I also have to say I never looked to compare other makes for how they dealt with it, so this could be good, bad, or average. It certainly does not detract from how pleased i am with them.Overall, for someone who is a very occasional user, I am very pleased with my purchase. They look good, feel good and do what I expect them to do. Amazon’s delivery was poor – ordered for 2 day delivery and they were days late, Prime certainly seems much better in UK.

Great product! Clear view, sturdy design

Upon first use, I actually got angry at how good these are. The clarity and ease of use is so far above the base level cheap binoculars that everyone had growing up that those old binoculars may as well have just been cardboard tubes. WELL worth the price.

    Good clarity

I like the bright, clear pictures. A lot like my old compact Zeiss, though not as light. Better than my old Bushnell compact and a lot better than the el cheapo Cabela’s. Been my hunting companion lately.

    Great for casual birding

I am very pleased with this purchase. The clarity, field of view, and range of view are all very excellent. The weight is not terrible and the protectors are durable rubber. Would absolutely recommend for the casual birder who is getting more serious about the hobby.

    Love them!

Light-weight and fairly compact. Love the “harness” that came with them for carrying without the pull on my neck. Two of the lens protectors are attached and flip down and the other 2 are one piece. VERY happy with these binoculars!

YES, GET THEM. Such a good value for the money.

These are absolutely amazing for the price. I have never seen a pair in the $100-200 range with this quality. The colors are bright and vibrant, the FOV is amazing, the close-range focus is excellent. I just can’t say enough good things about them. No I didn’t get paid for this either lol (btw… how DO people get paid? Heck, I’ll take some money if you’re throwing it out. jk). Anyways, I am in love with these. I used other pairs and tried out other peoples, but this was my first “official new-birder” purchase and I am absolutely pleased. It seemed like a risk buying from what I thought was a smaller brand but these things are easily as good as the monarchs which were a lot more. I like these even better because the way the exit pupil lines up with my eyes. And yes, they are waterproof. I got caught in many flash floods in Hawaii this month and these are still perfect.

    Excellent buy

Bird watching has become a new hobby/interest of mine. Admittedly I am novice at this but wanted a decent set of binoculars. I reviewed recommendations from Audubon. This binocular was one of the lower cost recommendations. Thus far I am really impressed with the overall quality of the optics and controls. The accessories that come with the binoculars include neck strap, harness, case, cleaning cloth. The only comparison I can make is against an old pair of pocket sized Nikons 7×20. These were always a challenge to use and locate your target. The image with the Nikon binoculars always seemed dark. The new Celestron 8X42 make finding the target so much quicker, the image is amazingly clear, and not dark like the old Nikon.Highly recommended.

    I’m pleased

I started taking walks during COVID and was found myself bird watching. I decided to get a pair of binoculars to add to the experience, but didn’t want to spend a ton of money and I am more than happy with these. I haven’t used binoculars in awhile and I was stunned at the clarity and precision these gave me. The image is clear and crisp. I’m not an expert but I’m very pleased. Also, they are not too big and seems sturdy and well made, all the parts move smoothly and precisely.

    Oh, the sharpness!

I bought these after reviewing binocs on the Audubon Society website. I’m very happy I did. They got high marks for sharpness, and that’s what is most important to me. I want to get a very good look at the birdies (or whatever other wildlife has gotten my attention). In order for me to see the birds well, the focus needs to be sharp, and these are. I’m very happy with them. They are also lighter weight than our other binocs, which I do appreciate after hiking several miles. This is our second set of Celestron binocs and I must say I’m quite happy with both of them. The other pair are huge and have a tripod, so are not for every trip.

    Best binoculars we’ve bought

Third time’s a charm. This is the third set of binoculars we’ve gotten, and we finally hit the jackpot. The image quality and magnification are fabulous. I can tell right away if it’s a cedar wax wing or an evening grosbeak from a distance, and enjoy them as though they were a foot away up close. For the price, I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. I read all the reviews. In a lot of the lists these binoculars were at the top of the midrange pricelists- so just below the last entry in the most expensive category. And I suspect, probably very similar. Definitely recommend.

Great image and decent low light performance

Great image and decent low light performance for a 8×32 binocular. Eye cups are not the best and tend to uncap, but this is a minor issue and doesn’t reflect my rating. I’d prefer the focus ring to be a little stiffer. I have the tendency to bump it, while removing from my holder or general use. I use these for hunting so they do get tossed around a bit. The rubberized surface could have a little more grip. However, for the price, these are a great set of binoculars.

    Great product and value

This 10×32 binoculars fits the purpose and more. I don’t think you can get this quality at this price. This is definitely not the best binoculars out there but I think it has the best value. You can easily spend double or more for a better pair. The instructions are clear. I like the way they explained it so even people who have never used binoculars will be able to set it up to get the best images possible. The packaging is nothing fancy but adequate. The optics are again great for the price. The material looks and feel sturdy. I haven’t abused it yet but it looks like it can take some pounding.Celestron also has limited lifetime warranty on this product. If you are looking for something practical with great quality. You should definitely look into this pair for the value.

    Nice binoculars!

I found these easy to focus and hold. I bought a the 10×42, and reviews said that it might be a little harder to get get it aimed at what I’m looking to see, but so far I find it pretty easy. It does help to steady yourself against something. I mostly use it for looking at moon or stars. I suspect the advice to get an 8 rather than a 10 if you are mainly birdwatching.
