The best purchase I’ve ever made!!
I was afraid it would arrive with several scratches on the screen and casing but it arrived simply perfect and the battery is also in excellent condition, 96%. The store I made the purchase from was Networkstore and I chose the Space Black 512GB. The cell phone arrived in perfect condition and very well packaged! It looks like I just took it from the Apple store. I put some photos so you can draw your own conclusions.

Worth the money
Came in great condition! No scratches or cracks! Was super easy to set up! The only thing that made me give it 4 stars was because it arrived with 10% battery life, which isn’t a big deal, but it would’ve been nice if it was charged.

Disclaimer: I ordered this phone twice. All complaints go to the first phone, which was sent back. The second phone was kept and is great. The video is of the first phone (which was sent back) and all the other photos are of the second phone. I rate these phones: 5 stars for the second phone, 3 stars for the first oneOkay, so I received this phone and it was not packaged well at all. It came in an android box that was open and the phone had no secure place to sit (because it didn’t fit in that box) so it was sliding out/ halfway out the box when I opened the FedEx bag. It came with a screen protector on it. When the screen protector cracked, I took it off and there were so many scratches on the screen. There were also A LOT of scratches by the charging port, above the speakers, and on the edges of the phone. It came at 97% battery life and the function of the phone was totally fine. I wouldn’t say it was excellent condition at all, more like “good” or “okay” condition. I ended up sending this one back and reordering & received a brand new phone with no cosmetic defects and the phone at 100% battery life. Phone was not eligible for Apple care but is still under apples warranty.Also, I’m very unsure why people are leaving bad reviews because this phone has an eSIM and not an actual SIM card slot. Apple moved over to eSIM starting with the iPhone 14, so whenever you upgrade to the 14 or newer it is going to be an eSIM. It is literally the same thing as having a physical SIM card. When setting up the phone it is literally the same except you don’t put in a SIM card, it just makes you an eSIM when you transfer your number. It’s hassle free actually.

Great Phone Battery Health could be better
This phone so far has been exceptionally refurbished and have only small complaints such as the battery health being 89% and small scratches on the side but with a case it isn’t noticeable and the battery health is certainly better than my last phone so I see this as really a minimal complaint, the phone operates beautifully and I am happy with my purchase

I ordered this phone and was a little nervous based on the reviews but i took a chance! i made sure to order the “excellent condition” and it is excellent in my opinion! the only signs of use are small scuffs on the edges of the camera lenses which does not bother me, i ordered a used phone so that’s what i expected! it works very well so far 🙂 came with 100% battery health. i can’t guarantee the other phones are the same but i recommend this product!

Perfect!
I was surprised this came in such amazing quality, given some of the negative reviews! Been working perfectly for about a month or so now! Battery life was at 86% when I got it which is the same as what my iPhone 11 I got brand new is at, so it’s fine and it’s been lasting me even longer per day than my iPhone 11. Usually by the end of the day it’s at around half- 15% if I use it a lot.

Phone was physically flawless but……
The phone itself was great. No scratches or niches anywhere. Plus a nice screen protector was installed. The only slight issue I had was the battery health was only 86%. I was hoping it to have been at least 89% or better. I would have rather had a slightly imperfect cosmetic phone with better battery life.

Perfect, as long as you temper your expectations.
The arrived a day earlier than Amazon predicted in a plain white box with a generic wall charger & USB-A to Lightning cable. I do wish they had done more to protect the phone, as it was just in a bubble-wrap sleeve, and the box was quite large, leaving the phone to just rattle around and bump into the particularly pointy prongs on the wall charger. There are a few scuffs on the screen that don’t buff out with a microfiber cloth, but I don’t know if that’s because of the poor packaging or because it’s a refurbished phone. I plan to put a screen protector on it anyway, so I’m not too concerned.This device IS refurbished. I wasn’t expecting perfect, but the phone’s condition did meet expectation. There are a few visible dings on the outside edge of the phone, and there are a few scuffs on the screen.The device powered on immediately, although the battery was nearly depleted, so a trip to a power receptacle was necessary. The phone only prompted me for my language, promptly dropping me on the home screen. This is my first foray with IOS devices, so being unsure about its lack of setup questions I went into Settings and did a factory reset. After going through a more thorough and proper setup, I checked both the battery health and warranty. The battery is at 97%, so it’s definitely been used, but still within expectations. There’s also still 4 months of warranty left from Apple!Overall, as long as you purchase this device with the understanding that it is refurbished, not new, then I believe this is a good choice for people who want the new iPhone experience without paying the full Apple Tax for a brand new device. I am a little concerned about the lack of initial setup questions (I work in an industry with a heavy focus on cyber security, so I’m a little paranoid about that stuff!) but it’s easy enough to be absolutely sure that you’re getting a freshly wiped device. I would recommend this product.

I am very pleased with the quality of this renewed/refurbished iPhone 14 Pro, marked “Acceptable Condition”. Obviously, this Seller’s business model and mission statement is to “under-promise and over-deliver”. I have not been paid fro this review, I very rarely write reviews, but this Seller deserves 5 Stars. Perhaps I was fortunate ,by God’s grace (Hebrews 4:16) to receive this good quality for the price, so first pray and then show “due diligence” when you shop and remember used cars and used/refurbished products are good fro the environment, God Bless

Coming from somone who had the Se 2,(I desperately needed an upgrade!!!)This phone i genuinely think feels like new! It did come with a screen protector installed too, though I removed it. Refurbished iphone 14 Pro–Nice deal
I’ve only had the iPhone 14 Pro for a couple of weeks and the phone so far appears to working well. A few minor scratches (none on the glass), but hidden once in a case. So far, the battery life appears good and appears to be a good value when compared to buying it new. The phone is the smaller version, which fits well in my pocket and I chose the 14 due to good ratings for the camera. Previous phone was a 2020 SE, so this is a major upgrade for me and the first time I’ve had a better phone than my kids in my entire life. This phone was unlocked and has an eSIM “card” and I was able to transfer all my data and get set up for my phone carrier, eliminating the need to go to the carrier’s store. It took about an hour total to fully set up. Facial recognition is a big bonus and less hassle. Sound volume obviously better than my SE, but the SE was a super- great bargain in 2020 at ~$350.

100% battery life and No scratches
Honestly I was super worried about this purchase because this was the first refurbished phone I bought but I was very pleasantly surprised. The box is obviously very minimal but comes with the phone and a charger. The screen had no cracks on it and no scratches or anything. The next thing I checked was the battery life which I had seen other people complain about but to my surprise it was at 100%. Literally a brand new phone. No sign of usage or anything. Has been working seamlessly and the transition from my old phone was super easy.

Good phone, but overpriced compared to other similar offers
Got this renewed and it was really well packed and like new; beside some minor flaws and little scratches. The main thing I can say about it though is that it is very overpriced; and that is no surprise if you are an Apple fan. Features compared to same phones of the same period are more expensive, so you may want to give it a go first.If you are switching from Android, you will see this more easily; but for Apple users it has value and the new features added are useful and worthwhile. Screen is fine overall, and this is the same exact phone you get year after year, a bit faster, with less and less connections (even the SIM card slot is gone… ), so nothing new here.Performances are great; it can handle most of what you throw at it basically.I like it but between a Samsung and this, I think that there is more value in something like an S21 compared to the iPhone 14

Perfect condition amazing phone.
I was wondering what the quality would be as an “excellent” condition iPhone 14 Pro. There are zero scratches on the phone. The quality is immaculate. I transferred everything from my old phone by just having it close by. I will note that anyone with a physical SIM card will need to generate an eSIM. I created mine through the Verizon app. Since this phone is unlocked I assume all carriers have this conversion available. Overall 5 stars. Love this phone and I’m happy I saved 1K by not buying a new iPhone 15.

Performs better than expected
I love this phone. It arrived as promised. It was packaged well and had NO flaws. Works great. Battery life is great. I start with a full charge about 7 AM and use the phone for calls, streaming videos, listening to music, surfing the web and social media and the charges lasts all day. The seller provided a perfect product and quality service. The only downside is price. But this phone was less than what other sellers were charging. I just hate the prices of everything now days.

screen was horribly scratched
the battery was 100% which i was pleased with. it came with a screen protector on the iphone so i didn’t think i taking it off. biggest mistake. i took it off about 3 weeks later to put a fresh one on. the screen was completely damaged. it had scratches everywhere. i do not recommend. pro tip: if you order a renewed device and it comes with a screen protector, take it off and look at the screen underneath!

Overall Pretty Good!
despite the low battery health, the phone still performs better than my iphone 11 did. I find it important to note that it was a struggle to switch over my sim card and despite ordering an unlocked phone I don’t believe I received one. Thankfully I was still able to transfer the sim after about an hour and a half and the phone is working great! when it comes to actual performance I really like the phone and the upgrade was definitely needed and worth it!

Phone looks perfect like if it was brand new. I have been using it for the last 2 months and yet there has been no issues at all. I live in Venezuela and again, no connectivity issues, I receive calls and messages perfectly with my new eSIM. We thought it came with a scratch but it is actually a line that is part of this model’s design. As everyone said it keeps record of your fingers and any insignificant thing,dirt and oil are big enemies. From day one I bought the screen and camera protector, as you can see in the pictures. Charger is not working, worked for few weeks, it can be due to the fact that electricity works strange here but still the price is too great. Battery came in perfect 100%El teléfono se ve perfecto, como nuevo de hecho!! Ya lo tengo desde hace unos meses y funciona perfecto sin algún problema. Vivo en Venezuela y no he presentado problemas de conectividad, le coloqué la eSIM y funciona perfecto desde Digitel, recibo llamadas y mensajes sin algún problema. Súper recomendado especialmente considerando que los precios en Venezuela son muy elevados. Al principio creíamos que tenía un rayón pero resulta es una de las líneas de diseño del telf. Cómo dicen todos los feedbacks, es un modelo en el cual se nota un montón las marcas de las huellas y cualquier otro sucio pero el telf en general es perfecto, de todas maneras siempre lo mantengo con mi forro y protector de pantalla y cámara. El cable de mi cargador dejó de funcionar, de igual manera ya tenía un cargador Anker y ese es el que estoy usando, no le echaría enteramente la culpa al cargador ya que en Venezuela hay cambios bruscos en la electricidad, picos y bajos. La batería vino en un estado de 100%

Battery Life So-So on 1TB Option
I didn’t see any reviews for anyone buying the 1TB model, so here is one! I purchased this phone THREE times to try and get one with a Maximum Battery Capacity that was acceptable. I saw people in reviews complaining about 92% – I wish! The first one I got had a max of 85%. My iPhone 12 Pro that is nearly 3 years old is at 85%… it seems if you are selling a refurbished phone that is a little over a year old and marked as “excellent condition” then it should have a higher capacity than a 3 year old phone. I ordered the phone again hoping the battery was a fluke, but phone 2 was only slightly better at 88%. I went for ‘third try’s a charm’ and ordered again. This last one was at 92%. I decided that was the best I was going to get. The phone has otherwise been functioning great the last month. Very minimal scratches. Apple will do a battery replacement without any Apple Care coverage for a flat $99. So taking this $850 phone and maybe one day paying $99 for another batter is still a better deal than an additional $600 to get the 1TB iPhone 15 Pro model. So overall this is still a good deal and I had a very good experience with returning to 2 phones I chose not to keep. But I wish the seller would list what criteria need to be met to be marked as “Excellent” vs “Good”.

All good after figuing how to synch transfer from old iphone
I ordered this when my old phone screen became almost unreadable, and was relieved to get this a few days after ordering. It’s a “renewed” iphone 14pro and it works just fine. I ordered a purple one and it’s not purple, but not worth sending back by any means. One thing I might leave a warning about is I did have quite a time transferring the contents of my iphone 11 to this phone. What finally worked was to FIRST update to iOS 17.0.3 (late Oct 2023), then synch the new iphone to my old one. That info wasn’t apparent anywhere. Once we updated the iOS, the data transfer proceeded well and all is good. Do miss the purple though.

Good phone, but some inconveniences with used phones
Looks brand new with no scratches or dents. I bought it in excellent condition so I expected minor inconveniences. but overall very good except for the battery life. It came in today and the battery life was 87%, which is still pretty good. If you want AppleCare on the phone, just buy a new one because there’s a chance that the phone has expired AppleCare

i was so scared to buy this phone bc it was expensive and i was worried that i would’ve gotten scammed😭 but oml this phone is in amazing condition!! i don’t even think this phone was actually “used” bc the battery is at 98% and there’s a minor chip near the camera but it isn’t noticeable unless you look at it up close. the case i got covers the chip so my phone looks brand new. the seller i bought from is “Networkstore” , i recommend buying from them bc they have the best reviews out of all the sellers for a decent price!! it took almost an hour to set up my phone, it’s so much faster than my old phone. i got the silver color in 256gb and it came with a charger. i upgraded from a iphone 12 mini (64gb) to a iphone 14 pro (256gb) i highly recommend buying this phone from the seller i bought from 🫶🏾 the phone runs extremely smooth and fast, buy it now‼️

Tengo casi dos meses de uso con mi iPhone 14 Pro, estaba muy asustada por pedir un producto reacondionado, pensé que me iban a estafar, cuando abrí la caja y vi lo simple que venía empacado, me dije “hice una compra muy estúpida” (especialmente porque no me salió nada barato, con todo e impuestos el precio se elevó), pero observé el teléfono y todo estaba en excelente condición, habían solo dos rayones en la pantalla, casi ni se notaban solo si lo pones a contraluz, todo lo demás estaba perfecto, revisé el estado de la batería y estaba al 100% de su capacidad.Después de todo el tiempo de uso, me di cuenta que la cámara tiene un pequeño error de desenfoque y se lo adjudiqué a ser un producto “reacondionado”, pero luego de hacer una investigación exhaustiva, puedo concluir que no es por el hecho de ser un producto reacondionado sino un defecto del iPhone 14 Pro, ya que más personas han reportado el mismo error en la cámara en productos nuevos de la tienda de Apple.Entonces, puedo concluir que el teléfono vino en excelentes condiciones, es totalmente funcional, el producto es lo que promete la publicación, pero pero recomiendo investigar el producto antes de comprarlo ya que puede que el producto venga con fallas de fábrica, es decir, no por ser reacondionado. Y pues, también recomiendo cotizar más el precio, ya que puede que los productos “nuevos” estén a su alcance en cuanto a precio, ya que si ahorras un poco más puedes conseguir un producto nuevo, pero si tu presupuesto no te da, esta es una buena opción de compra.

good value perfect cosmetically and functionally
Anything can happen, right? Well, I got a renewed phone that is cosmetically and functionally perfect. It came unlocked as advertised and took data off of my older 7 then connected with Verizon with no trouble. Only negative, which was expected with a renewed device, is that the battery life was 91% when arrived. It is 2 years old. Hight recommended for renewed phone.

Perfect condition, but battery level only 90%
I bought this phone after reading multiple reviews saying that the battery level in phones received was higher than the minimum 90%, with many reviews stating that they had received a phone with 100% battery.Mine was delivered with the absolute minimum- 90%.Hence, the 4 stars.The phone works perfectly and was easy to set up, but I’m disappointed with the battery.

Looked and felt brand new
I thought the 14 pro in excellent condition and it looked like a brand new cell. The packaging could be a little better though because my box was crushed upon arrival.

Overall Great Product and Fast Delivery But…
The media could not be loaded.
I received my iPhone 14 Pro 256GB a couple of days ago and so far it seems to be a great product and the delivery was very fast. It arrived in less than 24 hours. The only thing that I quickly realized was a small dot/item on the screen. I don’t think it’s not a crack because you can’t feel it as you touch it but it’s something that’s behind the top glass. It’s seems like when you install a screen protector and there is a piece of debris that snuck in between the phone screen and screen protector. So far it doesn’t seem to affect the functionality of the phone but I will be paying attention hoping that it’s not something that will later on affect the functionality of the phone

Received an almost perfect phone. 99% Battery life. 0 scratches.
I was surprised to receive my phone in such a good condition. It came with the camera a little dirty but not one scratch in sight. I almost can’t believe that this was used. 99% battery life too. The main issue is that the screen is not flat to my screen protector

If it’s not DirectCertified don’t buy it!
I have purchased two iPhone 14 pros from this store and it has been one of my best purchases on Amazon. The iPhone came in with the Apple limited warranty still active, no single scratch or damage to the phone, and battery at %100. It’s just like buying it new. Their customer service is also superb and help professionally with returns and other issues. That’s why I say if it’s not from DirectCertified store don’t buy it.

Pretty good
Item arrived in time and without any wear. Battery health was 89% which was a bummer but from upgrading from an iPhone SE 2020 the battery is still WAY better than what I was used to. Eventually will get a new battery for this phone when the health goes down but that’ll only be $100 so I’m not worried. Happy with the purchase and will be using this phone for years to come. Also the camera is amazing.

Great battery from networkstore
I ordered a “refurbished-excellent” purple 1tb iPhone 14 Pro from the Networkstore reseller. Got here in 2 days and the battery capacity is at 100% just like a new phone. Great deal. Good time to get iPhone 14 maybe it was hundreds cheaper than a year ago. Much cheaper to upgrade storage on the refurbs than what Apple charges.
