Minor problem became a big deal
Arrived as expected. Looked like it was just an open box model as all the plastic wrappings were sill intact. Do not even think it was plugged in. Only external defect was that the handle on the shipping box (Apple’s box) was missing.Product booted up nicely first time. I then added 32GB memory. Booted again. Downloaded the macOS updates. Made a bootable clone. Then migrated (with great difficulty — Apple’s issues) my 10.12 based configurations to the 10.14 macOS.Then the keyboard (the “Magic” one that came with the unit) failed; some 11 keys, in a distinct pattern, failed. Though maybe the keyboard battery was low, so I charged overnight but the keyboard still failed.So I called for assistance thinking that a replacement keyboard (remember there is a 90 day warranty) was a easy decision. Nope. For a working keyboard, I needed to return the entire package, all 27.5 pounds, meaning the iMac, the two cords, the mouse and the defective keyboard. Crazy. Now, the reader might expect that I have plenty of extra keyboards in my lab so being without this one keyboard for a few days is no bit deal, but to be without my entire system that I had spent hours (had not slept for 20 hours) getting the iMac setup was not a solution; it was a big deal.So Amazon support could not see the big picture.

Don’t buy this computer, the WIFI and Bluetooth doesn’t work.
I bought this computer and realized that wifi and bluetooth are not working, I took it to the apple store for diagnostic and it failed wifi, the seller knew that because apple said the original owner took it to apple store back in 2018 and failed wifi, I wonder why they decided to sale it anyway.I need my refund.

Fast Shipping; Better Than Expected!
The seller shipped the item within just few hours from when I ordered. I ordered a renewed 2017 iMac, and it was better than I expected. I ran an Apple firmware diagnostic test, and it passed with no problem. I saw some negative reviews by some other buyers, which frankly I do not believe is fair. Firstly, please realize if you are buying a renewed device, it may come with after market accessories. If you are lucky enough to buy a renewed brand name device in great condition at about half the retail price, there is nothing wrong with a generic keyboard or mouse as long as they are functional. I strongly recommend this seller. Do yourself a favor and save money & time by ordering from Reuse Deals!

Mine showed up looking brand new and contains even better components than advertised. As others have said, this company really comes through with a like-new and ready to go iMac. Checked out perfectly on the Mac hardware test and is literally without a scratch or even smudge. The simply beautiful 5K Retina screen is flawless, with no dead pixels anywhere.Makes zero sense to buy a newer model when these perform at such a high level. Very highly recommended. Extremely well packed
Good discount, but the age of unit was not given in advertisement.Unit appears with no damage or marks, could easily be seen as new.Only concerns has been with the bluetooth. Audio garbles to a sound bar occasionally. I don’t know if from OS error or the computer. Sound bar on separate unit works fine. Apparently not a unique problem as multiple references on YOUTUBE.Overall, I would have no hesitation buying from this dealer again.

It is like a new computer
This is the first time I have ordered a “renewed” item from Amazon. The computer arrived a day before the expected delivery window and it looks like new. When I booted it up it ran like a brand new computer. The mouse and keyboard provided are fine for what I need. The description said 2 TB drive, but the computer I received had a 3TB drive installed. I am very happy with this purchase.

My beautiful iMac arrived packed beautifully, so safe that it could have been dropped and still it would have been perfect.Mine totally exceeds everything, and using Migration Assistant to move 656 GB of data took a bit, that’s a LOT of stuff, and then SO clean and SO fast.I’m kind of blinking at the overview – so much more than promised. 2019, 3.12TB storage. MANY OF THESE ARE FALSE ADVERTISING AND ONLY HAVE 121GB OF FLASH STORAGE!!! Mine also had a Windows Keyboard and a random wireless USB mouse. The sheer level of frustration at the wasted time and energy dealing with the errors in the Migration Helper because of the insufficient storage and then having to box up and return these is off the charts… AVOID!!! ZERO Padding, but so far so good
Can you believe someone would ship out a computer in a box with no cushioning whatsoever? All I kept thinking is, “My computer better work after rattling around in this box all the way from IL to FL.” Luckily, at this point, it seems to be working as it should. This is my second 27” iMac. I purchased the first in 2011 and since the OS cannot be updated past Maverick, I cannot update Google Chrome, therefore many websites will no longer work properly with it. So this renewed 2017 model is just what I needed. It came with Sierra OS installed, but I’ve updated to Ventura, which is free in the App Store. I have access to all of the websites that I need and have found some great apps to add to it, that weren’t available for my first iMac. As someone who designs home interiors and does graphic and web design, having a computer with this large screen, vibrant and true colors, and both easy and sensible navigation, is imperative. In my experience, Windows computer screens look so washed out and lack luster. With my iMac, no matter what the angle, the colors and clarity remain stable. If you haven’t had the privilege of owning an iMac, do it. But note that the 27” iMac is no longer being manufactured, only the smaller sizes. So getting a certified renewed one is your best bet if you desire a 27” and I would advise not getting anything older than a 2017. That way, you won’t have the updating issues that I had with my first iMac. If you don’t mind spending a bit more, then you can go with a 2019 or newer.

iMac arrived ahead of time. Perfect condition. Came with High Sierra Os system, upgraded to Catalina, now it says I can upgrade to Monterey. Probably won’t do that just yet. I replaced a 2007 24″ and this 27″ is quite an upgrade! The screen is amazing! I would have never purchased a new one. Can’t afford that but this for me is like having a brand new one. Runs great, highly recommend to everyone!

So far so good
I replaced my mid-2017 21.5” iMac with this one after the logic board went south on me. I totally got robbed when I bought the 21.5. It was so slow I had to purchase an external drive to boot from using an SSD just to get my boot times under 6 minutes. Yes you heard that right. 6 minutes. Maybe it was the logic board the whole time? Don’t know. This used Mac is way faster and way more responsive. Internet speeds match what I should be getting as well (500mbps+-) vs 100mbps on the former.The only knock is that the description said this unit was in excellent condition but it was not. There was a deep ding/scratch on the back. But, I can live with it since it’s up against a wall and I’ll never see it.So far so good. It’s a nice upgrade from the 21.5” and a larger HDD.

So Far, So Good
I’ve been using this new-to-me iMac 2017 27″ for 12 days now, lots of hours of graphics work, multiple browsers, youtube video, etc. It’s running fine so far. No problems other than when the computer arrived I found that the Fusion drive had been split and appeared in the Finder and in About This Mac as two separate drives. I went to Apple support and found their how-to to re-fuse the drives into a single Fusion drive. I followed the directions for the OS that was out the year the computer was first sold, and that fixed the problem. So, now it works great, looks clean and unscratched. The keyboard and mouse that come with it are about as cheap as you can get, but the computer works great. One star taken off for the Fusion drive hassle.

Delivered what was promised and more
I can’t even begin to tell you how happy I am with this purchase. I had to send back two renewed iMacs to finally get what was promised. This 27 inch Mac came early and in perfect condition. Plugged it in and is fast I was promised a 2017 but got a 2019 with everything I needed. Thank You Seller. The mouse and keyboard are generically adequate but what can you expect, The original from Mac will set you back a good $250 and that’s a 3rd of what this system costs. If you are questioning whether to buy from this company, ask no more. They deliver what they promise and more

Like a new Mac
Wanted a newer iMac and did not want to pay new price. Beautiful machine and works like new. Only reason for the 4 stars overall was the keyboard and mouse were very cheap and good thing I had the original ones from Apple that came with the iMac I replaced. Also no documentation at all. If you are new to using a iMac you would never get it to work for sure.

Ive been waiting a week for this computer after a power surge sapped my old. Finally comes in with no power CORD. REALLY?????? I pay $2000 and dont get cord to plug it in. Im beyond boiling. Im not Amazon whine baby roasting people for no reason. Im a consumer who just spent $2000 and cant even turn on my COMPUTER or overpriced desk weight. I would look else were for this.

Screen fell off.
Was in love with this computer for first few weeks then came home to find this. Customer service was great replacement was on my step three days later no questions asked. I gorilla taped the screen on this one so won’t happen again. From what research I did almost every one who replaces screen faces this unless serviced by Apple. So I don’t blame seller they held up their end.

Nice computer 32gig Ram was super easy to put in. Machine runs and looks great. Uploaded Monterey in about 15 minutes – really nice upgrade from Apple. The computer is 4 years old but Apple’s new units are not upgradeable and the amount they charge for RAM and hard drive upgrades should be criminal!!!

Desktop like new
I choose this 2017 IMAC because it still supports the old style USB ports (4) and also supports one SD card slot, the new IMAC’s require you to hook up an adapter due to Apple changes in the new USB style ports. Price is also much cheaper then the new 24″ iMAC, much better value.

I’m very pleased with the unit they shipped to me. Everything is in working order and the case looks flawless. The included mouse and keyboard were a cheap wired set, but brand new in box. I just kept my magic mouse and BT keyboard from my old iMac and used them instead. Price was great and it shipped well packed.

Looks and Feels Like New

Runs exceptionally well and had more ram/hdd space than advertised.
Excellent IMac. Upgrading from my 2013 model and it was a strong jump. You can update it to the latest Monterey OS, and the ram is super easy to upgrade. If you see a good deal on this, grab it immediately

Terrrible
JemJem sent me a defective computer that did not have the operating system installed and then made me feel as though it was My fault. They were inconsiderate about my need for the computer and the time it took to package up to send to them. I had to pay to have the computer shipped back to them. And to add insult to injury, they will inspect the computer and offer me a refund in seven days. It didn’t take 7 days for my payment to process.They will not answer If you try to call the number on their website.What kind of business operates this way?

WONDERFUL renewed Apple IMAC, performance is excellent. That’s why Apple continues to be the epitome of quality computers. There is no reason to buy an expensive new desktop, when you can get a renewed identical version for a lot less!

I called Apple, this unit is FIVE years old!!!
I am neither cheap or financially distressed. I assumed this was better, not w 30% life left. I am returning it,now. I use an IPad Pro that I use all the time. It also is almost as old, so if it gives me a moment of problem I will replace it that day and have others transfer its data to another new bad boy PRO.

Worthless $918.83 Apple Computer after 3 months
Purchased this 27-inch iMac Retina 5K Display back in March 16, 2022 and after 3 months it’s a worthless $917.83 paper weight as it stopped working. I emailed and was told, sorry your 3 months to be able to return has passed. I took it to an Apple Store for repair and they state it’s the logic board and display panel. If I want it fixed is going to be $499 for the logic board and $649 for the display. Please save your money and don’t purchase from this source as it seems they are not reliable or stand for what they sell.

Minor software issues that I have not experienced on other iMacs
I spend a lot of time on Excel and every once in a while while I am working on something the computer will just crash and I will lose everything. It is not just Excel, I was sending an email on Chrome the other day and the same thing happened, the computer crashed and took 45 seconds to restart. Seems to be some sort of software issue.

First Mac for me!
Great price compared to a new one. Upgraded from the 8gb to 32gb, came with a off brand keyboard and mouse, meh! Upgraded to Big Sur right away. Very impressed with the packaging and the box it arrived in.
