Old and Stopped Working 1 Week after Purchase
I bought this for my mom for her work from home job. It worked well for a week and then had issues with the updates. It kept saying memory management error. We called the manufacturer who said the pc was 7 YEARS OLD and that there was nothing that could be done to fix it.

Good Desktop for the price
Really nice refurbished desktop. It worked fine from the beginning. The set-up was easy. Very fast with many nice features. I like having 3Tb of storage (1Tb SSD, 2Tb HDD). I wasn’t crazy about the keyboard (a little too light for me) or mouse (it powered off when I wasn’t using it and wouldn’t easily come back on), but I replaced them with ones I had. The LED mouse pad is pretty cool, and when you get tired of the array of colors, you can turn off the light by pressing the light button for a few seconds. The desktop doesn’t come with a CD/DVD drive, so I purchased a Gotega External DVD Drive for $20 which works fine. All in all, I would recommend this desktop.

Great value and same experience as with a new PC purchase
So far I am quite satisfied with this item. This is my first “Amazon Renewed” purchase, or refurbished device of any type.The first boot-up and configuring of the installed Windows-10 went smoothly. I am not sure if this i7-6700 based system can ever be upgraded to Windows-11, but no worries; with Windows-10, 32 GB of RAM, a 1-TB SSD and a 2-TB HDD, I am now able to run the latest version of my 3D-CAD and video editing programs, and just about anything else I can think of. I’m presently not into gaming, but there are plenty of graphics cards available if the integrated graphics chipset was not sufficient for some high-end games.This PC came with a new wireless keyboard and mouse. The mouse was the only thing I had a minor issue with. When pressing the left mouse button I could sometimes feel a physical interference with the right button. On close inspection I could see the ends of both button surfaces (between the buttons) not been sufficiently trimmed of casting flash. This was easily corrected with a razor knife, and now both mouse buttons press smoothly with no interference.Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and would not hesitate recommending STG for anyone looking for a great deal on a powerful general purpose PC.

Exactly what I was looking for
I wanted to give this computer a few weeks of use before writing a review. Not only is this exactly what I was looking for, the hard and solid state drives came already configured how I wanted them. (In the past, I’ve gotten computers without the HDD and SSD configured at all, much less set up the exact way I would have done it).Since most (if not all?) products are fulfilled by Amazon, you have absolutely nothing to lose by giving this seller a shot.The PC came with a keyboard, mouse, and mousepad as well. They’re nothing special but they do work as expected and a lot of times you have to buy those things separately. Overall I am happy with my purchase but will update if that changes.

Easy set up
Only had computer for 2 days, appears to be working fine. Easy to set up and was up running within a few minutes. I was disapponted it did not have a VGA connection port for monitor and I had to find a HDMI cable to hook up monitor. Tower is small, takes up very little room on shelf, very fast and quiet. So far on my second day of use seems to be going well. I do notice that the second monitor I have hooked up, the resolution on the screen is not as clean and crisp as monitor number one. Did not come with the wireless keyboard and mouse as advertised, came with the hard wired devices.

Lola is weird and creepy – Ick
Computer is great, small, compact and works well except for the wireless feature. I get a fair amount of lagging on short videos. Tried reaching out to the seller but I got some weird robot named Lola, no help there. I was looking for a better wifi connector thingy but no response except some standard lola is my servant message. Ya all need to change that sheeshAlso does not seem to have a built in wifi – Lags on videos and I have this antenna (2) sticking out the back. So buyer beware –

Good replacement system
Bought this to replace an old HP that died. So far system works well has the functionality I wanted at a great price compared to buying new. It’s for home use only not business good enough for now. It had a few scratches, scrapes on the case but nothing worse than that. It comes with wifi and bluetooth which I needed to have so I’m happy with it.

Great work station for the money
I used it for software development using Microsoft visual studio 2022. It works very well and I hope it can last for a few years. I initially bought “KAMRUI Mini PC Windows 11 Pro, Intel Core i7-11390H(up to 5.0GHz) Mini Computer Tower,16GB 512GB Small Desktop Computers Support 4K UHD WiFi6 Type C BT5.0 for Business Home Media Office Industrial IOT” a month ago. This mini PC is however extremely slow for my work. When I finally decided to return it, Amazon refused as it just passed one month, and this configuration of the machine was not available anymore on Amazon. I contacted the seller KAMRUI-US, they agreed to return. I just mailed it out to KAMRUI-US today. I expected Amazon would take care of this kind of defective machine, but unfortunately.

My desktop’s audio failed so I bought a replacement. This PC is a reliable, fast bargain. When it arrived I installed my favorite Linux in dual boot configuration. With this amount of memory and a VMM I could run both Linux and Windows simultaneously but I prefer one or the other. It’s commercial grade hardware and will probably outlast me, like my VW.

So far, it has met my expectations. I used an external 1 TB drive to transfer all my goodies from my old PC to this new one. The only negative so far is the wireless mouse that came with it. It is very prone to double-clicking and feels less than sturdy.

This system has been working perfectly for a week now, it came on time and in great packaging, it worked great as soon as powered up, it recognized my usb hub with my own keyboard and mouse and my external backup drive. I installed Steam and Persona 4 Golden,it’s been playing great. I also installed VMware Workstation 17 on it, and installed Windows XP Pro as a guest, the sounds play very well.

Works Good So Far
I was surprised at this item. If I could afford it I would buy another one for the company I hope to start in January. Ran Defrag and Scandisk on both drives, other tests, after updating the OS it ran smooth. My Acer with 16gb memory, It’s so slow I forget the rest, it takes a 6 cup pot of coffee for that one to boot oh it’s an i5-whatever and such, but this one, takes about the time for me to lean back up from powering on.This review may not provide enough information, however, as I said I was impressed and would like to leave a review in case you are considering getting this for Christmas, It does not do Windows 11 but wow is it fast. I mean sure you could pay for the memory the hard drives and the skeleton seperately then the mouse and keyboard but …. Until it messes up, if it does, this is the most impressive box i’ve bought in 7 years. That includes one of them MacBook Air thingys. If you want to be my distant not related person that will get a thumbs up in my book please buy one of these and send it to me.

OMG, why didn’t I buy this months ago?!
I just received this computer today and got it set up with two new monitors I had also ordered. The setup was so easy, and internet is now blazing fast! I also have WAY more memory available and the result is the the speed is WAY faster than my old Asus desktop. I should have stopped trying to keep upgrading my old system a long time ago and switched to this one. At this price, I feel like I should buy 10 of them so I always have a spare! Highly recommend!

Poor Quality Control
At first, the PC performed as expected, but as I added common applications, it began throwing STOP CODES at me, most often MEMORY MANAGEMENT, but also “System Thread Exception Not Handled”, “K-Mode Exception Not Handled”, “Kernel Security Check Failure”, “System Server Exception – FTMGR Failed”, and many others. Don’t believe that what you buy has necessarily been “rigorously tested”. The unit is HEAVY – about 22 pounds. Packaging was adequate. Luckily, I saved it all so I could return it after three days of frustration and dozens of STOP CODE (the dreaded “Blue Screen”) errors. It even crashed often while rebooting itself from a crash!

Works fine
Works great outta the box, but it said it had windows 10 pro, and it didn’t come with a product ID. Also the mouse and keyboard didn’t come with batteries or receivers, so that’s something I gotta throw away, but I didn’t need em anyway so whatever. Other than that, works as advertised.

Great tech support!

Bang for your Busck
I am not a reviewer so please forgive my wording, however I wanted to leave a review for the equipment I have purchased. The computer even thought it was refurbished it has worked like a charm and could not be any happier. My small business needed a workhouse and this does the trick. I will update again in a few months!

Took a few days to get a tech who knew how to solve my problem. Aaron reached out to me and was able to fix the problem with windows not seeing the second installed harddrive. He was able to solve the problem in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Aaron! Everything looks good with this pc. It arrived undamaged and is as described. Everything appears to work but I have only had it for a few days so will keep my fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong.

very good machine and great price
Purchase system to use a home web server. The system was very well packed. All items were in sealed plastic bags and the entire unit was packed in foam. I know this is a refurb’d machine but it look like a new one. Came with a valid Windows 10 pro license. Everything was as advertised. Very happy with the purchase. Thinking about a second one to replace my development machine.

This is a PC that is smokin!
The set up was easy, but I am part of tech support :-). It is nice and fast, love the 32GB of ram I got in it and it is nice having the SSD 512GB drive and the 2TB hard drive as a secondary drive. Runing it on the Win 10 Pro. All for under $200. That is a heck of a bargain. That is the bargain for me. Glad I did buy one…lol

Customer service is excellent
I received a refurbished computer from S.J. Computers, and had some issues with it. S.J. Computers customer service was extremely helpful; they replaced the SSD RAM drive. When I had a problem with Windows not rebooting, Aaron walked me through getting Windows reinstalled. I appreciate his help greatly. Now my computer is back to normal.
