My first experience w/ GoPro
I am actually satisfied with the product thus far, however I am a little disappointed in the packaging. I was unaware that I would receive so little with the e-commerce packaging. I didn’t get a much other than the product itself, not even a manual for operation. I guess I should have understood more about what that entails. Great camera though. Thanks

Absolutely unfathomable to me that a camera around this long has an android, apple and mac app but no software for windows 11! Transferring and playing videos on a pc is buggy and simply doesn’t work on some windows machines. How is this possible??? What a joke.

I don’t know how anyone can get good movie quality out of this! GoPros have horrible video quality. I went on youtube and followed everyone’s advice on settings. The low light is sooo bad! This is the GoPro 11 WTF. Supposedly this is a pretty awesome little video camera. Unless your in the mountains snowboarding or in paradise on some sunny beaches, I really can’t seem to find a good use for this. I can’t get over how bad the video quality of this camera is!

After 2 days of possession and 30mins worth of film the camera stopped giving any response and is not built well. I recommend getting the DJI action 3 or 4 as it is essentially better with most especially battery life

The media could not be loaded.
I have been a GoPro user since Nvme the original GoPro hero. I skipped the 5,6,7,8,9 and 10 versions and got the 11. Wow. The night Timelapse features are amazing. I have tried several other cameras to include AKASO, DJI Pocket 2, FeiyuCam Pocket and others but nothing compares to the GoPro image qaulity and pro shutter speeds.The only thing bad about this camera is battery life, even in Timelapse. I got an external recharge case for mine and can go for 9-10 hrs of shooting with that plus any external batteries I plug into the recharge.Love this camera. Takes some practice to get the right shots but this does great!

Lots of Lemons, no videos!
In 1996, I bought a small square Go Pro for a trip I was taking to the Galapagos and I had a blast with it. This year we planned a trip to a remote area of Panamá where I wanted to be able to take above and below water pictures. I decided to but a new Hero 9. Tried it out before I left seems to work ok. Quality of video wasn’t great but I chalked that up to be new this Go Pro. Arrived in Panamá with tons of adventures planned and with in 3 minutes on land it stopped. I tried charging it but nothing. I had read some reviews that there were some lemons out there but I never expected I would get one and it would screw up my capturing snippets of life long memories.

Incredible
Purchased my first GoPro and already thouroughly impressed! Delivery was extremely-fast (same-day), and I’m blown away by the image and video quality. Caution – NO SD CARD!?!?!?
I was excited to get my GoPro today. I opened the box, charged the battery and started the setup process during my lunch hour. Unfortunately the camera needed an SD Card to load the necessary software upgrade and to begin the setup. The camera is completely disabled without an SD card. Why would GoPro sell a camera that doesn’t have the basic requirements in the box??I ordered this on Amazon so that I did not have to go to BestBuy. You can guess where I am headed now to get the SD Card….

I want to love GO-Pro, but there are some major disconnects
Let me start that I love supporting US companies when I use my $$$. I have lots of cameras for lots of purposes. I purchased the Go-Pro 11 because it has built in GPS for trail riding. They removed this on the Go-Pro 12. Having said that, 1st ride was a mess. About 26 min in the camera 4k 60fps Activity + GPS turned off due to overheating. It was 77 degrees in Florida and I would say I was going about 8-10mph so it had plenty of airflow.The next major fail is no Mac or Windows software to do the Stickers (Telemetry overlay). So I did it on my Fold 5 and wow, 12.5 min video takes 30min to render and more times than not it fails even though the phone was connected to power. After 6 hrs I got 4 12.5 min clips out after stopping the queue process and doing each one individually while walking by and touching the screen every 8 min.The other miss is the 12ish min clip cuts. The telemetry data resets each clip so you can’t see the entire ride. I know you can buy software $149.00 that can do this in post, but I am going to try the Insta 360RS series or DJI Action 4. I hope Go-Pro can address these issues as again Go Pro is a US company and I want to give my business to US brands so we can keep US jobs.
