Pcs are not properly refurbished!!
The computers arrived scratched and the mounting was not the right one, after a painful return the company refunded me but not for the expensive 109 dollars shipping when it wasn’t my fault that the pcs arrived with wrong accessories.

Phenomenal Value of HP EliteOne Refurbished
A Phenomenal Value for the money of HP EliteOne Refurbished. This is like a luxury item at the cost of a budget all in one computer. Very impressed, highly satisfied, and the ladies in the front office of our business for whom it was purchased are very happy. I actually didn’t know it has a touchscreen, and that is an awesome feature, but I would say that’s the only negative part, that it really doesn’t need the touchscreen, and I touched the screen a couple of times by accident when installing the new system and it triggered a few unwanted reactions. Simple enough to solve the problem, don’t touch the screen unless intending to do so, otherwise amazing resolution, and a perfect fit for the front desk.

I am so far extremely happy with this PC, I have to say as a refurbished product the time will say the last words about it, but so far it is fully functional. The product accomplish the features displayed by seller. As refurbished came with minor scratches but the most important thing the stunning screen came intact. So I got after shipping and taxes a 505 usd computer i5 intel processor/ SSD 250 Gb hard drive/16Gb Ram memory with DVD reader and with clear sound speakers!!!!. Good relation price-quality.

Came ready to go
Runs fantastic so far. I really only needed a machine for casual family usage. This is perfect.Noticed some very minor scratches. One in the screen and the back. The box it came in was also beat to heck. My mail man was awesome and checked the machine with me before he left.

Non-operational
Very disappointed- again. Second time I’ve tried to buy a refurbished computer from Amazon and it’s not functional. It worked for 2 days, then the network adapter seemed to go out. Can’t get online. The power cord is loose, the keyboard is missing keys and is sticky. Overall a very poor seller and product. Does not seem to be tested properly. I’ve lost work over this. Will not buy used again.

Plug and play – it works!!!
I was looking for a second powerful computer. Since I knew I’d have to buy a monitor too, I decided to go with this all-in-one PC. I’ve had success with HP computers as they don’t seem to crash over the years. I’ve had one computer (ACER) die on my exactly one year after purchase. So, yes, it could happen. I love the touch screen (even though I don’t use it). Though it’s a used unit, the vendor took time to test it and clean it up well so that it looks and performs like new.

Easiest disassembly for any AIO, Ever.
The media could not be loaded.
Literal 8 second disassembly. Fantastic.One of the machines has a post code error on every startup saying that the clock time was lost and memory has changed. I replaced the CMOS battery and the issue persists. Not a big deal.Seller was 10/10 as well. I ordered 10 of these to teach a computer class to my community so they were delivered via freight. Arrived great, they delivered right into my garage. Thanks!

Very happy with it so far…
But of course I have only had it a short time. It sits on my kitchen counter, where the internals are above any moisture that might spill onto that counter, where I can watch TV and cook and so forth. I’m a multitasker. As an older guy, I particularly like the screen size, it’s easy on the old eyes.

I’m finally rating this PC because I’ve just now ordered a 3rd computer and the first 2 I ordered work great. Recently I ordered from another vendor who had higher stars. It turned out to be a mistake. The machine wouldn’t even start. I will stick with this vendor because the computers are affordable and most importantly, FAST!

Huge Disappointment for me
Dislike was the fact that on day to after setting the computer up, I got a notice on the screen to save my files as the hard drive was fixing to fail. And fail it did within two days. I debated the wisdom of sending the computer back for a new drive or taking it to a computer shop in the small town nearby. Being a bit lazy at my advanced age (84) I had my son take it to the shop and they had it up and running again with a new 500 gig HD in a matter of hours and a new operating system which I had lost. It was a tough decision as I wasn’t all that happy with the breakdown. But with the machine now repaired I totally love it. I know with the turmoil of the time we live in even routine repair things are sometimes skipped and I also take that in consideration. In summation like I said I’m now very satisfied with the machine, HP has always been kind to me performance wise. Where I amazon however I would check out this repair/renovation shop and hesitate to pass along any more orders their way. Cost me two thirty five for the repairs which I thought was fair.

Wifi not good
The wifi is not built in and it keeps going in and out. I’m connected one moment and then it’s gone. Trying to get anything done on internet is a problem. Very disappointed in how it’s unreliable and difficult to get anything done. Never bought a computer that had the external wifi from HP. Have had HP computers for over 25 yrs. with no problems. After buying this, I will now have to get it fixed by outside sources. The problem is not our connection as we have changed companies and the same problem remains!!

It is a nice little computer for the price.
I use it every day. With the i5 CPU it streams movies and videos very smoothly. With the 16gb memory it’s what I needed to do video editing. The hard drive could have been bigger. But I can upgrade that later.
