Didn’t even have a single scratch on the phone
It’s my first time buying something through Amazon Renewed and I’ll say I’m genuinely impressed. Great amount of packaging and aside from the phone’s open box, there’s no sign of use and my S23 Ultra is working perfectly fine. Only the headphones were missing but it’s not an issue for me.Funny enough, Samsung doesn’t include a charger with their flagship phones. This one came with a 25W aftermarket charger so hats off to that

Well was not sure on buying a phone onAmazon Renewed but I took a chance on the Samsung S23 Ultra price was the cheapest anywhere quick delivery and I think it’s brand new cant find a problem or scratch on it will give Amazon Renewed products a chance again in the future.

Sin embargo y este es un punto negativo algo considerable no se puede actualizar de acuerdo a las actualizaciones recientes por bloqueo de ATT por el cual se necesita desbloqueo forzado el cual invalida la garantia la cual aun conserva.

Restart/Boot loop Problem/issue
Recently bought a s23 ultra 4 days ago. The phone constantly turned off and on at will (restart/boot loop) while the phone service attendant tried to download all my apps from a previous phone. The attendant advised me to return the phone back to Amazon asap however, I tried a few troubleshooting steps to remedy the issue first before filling a return claim. The troubleshooting steps are as follows:1. I closed all background apps; the problem still persists. Move to next step.2. Placed in safe mode; after removing safe mode problem still persists. Move to next step.3. Placed in download mode, after reboot problem still persists. Move to next step.4. Placed in recovery mode, after removing mode problem still persists. Move to next step.5. Rebooted phone, problem still persists. Move to next step.6. Wiped cache, after restarting problem still persists. Move to next step.7. Performed factory reset, problem (restart/boot loop) got even worse. The ultimate step. Phone needs to be returned to manufacturer if a factory reset does not fix the issue.Now I’m waiting for the seller to finalize the refund transaction. I’m highly disappointed even though this is a common issue with s23 (any model). Hopefully the troubleshooting guide I left above helps solve your issue. Just Google or watch a YouTube video on how to place your phone in the different modes. Some YouTube videos have all mode changing procedures I listed. Good luck.

S23 Ultra appeared nearly “as new”. It’s a pain to change phones, but so far all appears to be working properly. Would be 5 stars fo the value, but it’s too new to me to say for sure that all is well. I would recommend over a brand new phone from your carrier.

Don’t buy a renewed phone from Amazon
This is the second so called renewed phone I have bought in the last few months. Nothing but nightmares. It has cost me hundreds of dollars in activating the new phones and then having to re-activate my old phone after I sent the other junk back. Plus loss of time and wages. It takes hours to transfer data from the old phone to the new phone and then you have to customize it to your own settings. Total waste of hours of my time. Tech support is non-existent for third party sellers. Amazon won’t help nor will the original company who made the phone. You are on your own. DON’T BUY REFURBISHED PHONES FROM AMAZON.

The description says: SAMSUNG Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G Factory Unlocked 256GB – Phantom Black (Renewed).but the phone WAS NOT UNLOCKED, the worst of all is that they already knew it since they sent you a piece of paper that tells you that it will not work and that maybe after updating it it will work.

Received locked phone, missing half of Pen
Received from perfectly professional.At first glance – I saw the phone had not even been cleaned, so bad that I thought it had scratches but it was just dirt buildup, so not even a slight attempt at cleaning. Phone does have the SM918U1 firmware, but is locked to Verizon network. Unable to unlock the phone because the number only asks for a phone number with no way to speak with someone.

Does NOT work
I bought this phone and shipped it to Trinidad. It refuses to download anything. The latest software for transferring data does not download. it’s a dud. We tried everyone and everything. I shipped it back last week and still awaiting a refund. Please be aware of these reconditioned or renewed phones from Amazon. They are risky buys.Dr Fayad Ali

This phone came in with one of the best packages I’ve gotten from a refurbished packaged. I was completely shocked that the phone was very secure! It does work with Cricket Wireless (which I was very worried if it didn’t). It came in excellent condition.

Glass scratch

It’s a great, beautiful and secure phone.
I researched cellphones for several weeks. It was down to this phone and last years model of this phone. Both are vetted as secure phones. I moved from Verizon to T-Mobile. The price I paid at Amazon was substantially less than the $1,200 in the phone stores. It’s a great phone at a terrific price.
