Overall happy with the phone
I can’t complain, they phone came in sealed and pristine condition. They even include a free wireless charger that works well. It was also cheaper than the 8gb ram version as well. If you’re hesitant about buying the global version, don’t be. I haven’t seen any difference from the US version

The product was fine, but this phone does not work with Cricket or some other carriers. They should put that in the description as a major issue before paying a $1000 for it only not to work with your carrier.

Battery Power
The Only thing I dislike is that the battery doesnt get up to 100%, and loses the charge faster than the description says. Also there was no Adapter with it so I had to order one.Otherwise I like the phone.

Low quality phone
Phone not very durable. Definitely wrap phone up I’m bubble wrap because if you drop is softly screen will crack. Also once there’s physical damage on phone samsung warranty will become void. Also Samsung customer service very low quality since call center is not US based

Value for the Money
The phone that I received looked brand new. It’s just perfect, fast and no signs of usage at all. The pictures are great. My only complaint is that when the glass screen protector is on, the finger print recognition does not work at all. It’s either a funky thing or my phone likes my face better. Overall this is a fantastic phone at a fantastic price with a one year warranty included in the price.

Excelente teléfono pero no llega con el cargador.
El teléfono llego en buenas condiciones pero no llego el Cargador inalámbrico NGP Incluido como lo menciona en la publicidad. La verdad eso me mesto porque para mi es un mal servicio por engañara al cliente y por no cumplir con lo que ofrecen por la cantidad pagada. Para que lo consideren al comprar.
