    5.0 out of 5 stars

So far so good. But needed a bit of work on setup.

Overall:A great gaming PC, providing me consistently high framerates on HDR 1440p screens. Images have been buttery smooth, crisp, and beautiful. Even games that are commonly reviled for poor optimization issues were managing just fine. Graphic and CPU intensive games are holding up well, with the AIO CPU cooler keeping thermals well-managed around 75 Celsius under intense loads. The shipped PC has a BIOS version from September of this year, so it should be just fine for those who don’t know how to do that.Very importantly, this PC is highly upgradeable. The AIO Cooler can handle any Intel CPU on the market with ease, and the power supply is juicy enough to spin video cards that cost more than my ’94 Honda Accord from high school. It has many storage slots and tons of space on the inside for components, and really love that vertical riser to prevent sagging/damaging the PCI slot if I ever decide to bump up the GPU to something especially beefy.Setup:Runs fast, runs somewhat quiet. Windows was configured no problem. I also expanded the RAM from 16 GB to 64 GB no problem, and added additional storage drives. After everything was up and running, it did need some tweaking here and there in BIOS settings. Biggest thing: XMP needed to be enabled for the RAM. Also, fan curves needed to be set up, so they’re not constantly going at 60% speed even while idling (using the “auto” fan curve setting works fine). The PC was running a little loud with the fans constantly going, but configuring their fan speed has reduced the noise to a more suitable level.Troubleshooting:Issues? Yeah, a few. But I’m keeping this a 5-star review anyway. These are issues that probably wouldn’t bother most users, and they are easily handled if you have cursory experience setting up and maintaining a PC. Honestly, most of these issues could happen with just about any PC ordered and delivered online, so consider it a helpful checklist of considerations.Biggest issue first. The motherboard’s wifi drivers on my particular PC seems to have corrupted, and they stopped working after updating Windows and restarting the PC. Did some poking around, reinstalling, command line hootnanny, no fix found yet. Fortunately, I have a spare wifi/bluetooth USB receiver as well as an ethernet cable, so with a functioning workaround already on hand, I haven’t needed to dig deep troubleshooting this problem. I’m sure it’s a simple fix if I worked harder on it. But if I didn’t have that USB receiver, or just didn’t know much about computers, this could’ve been grounds for a dismissive one-star angry review for “shipping with broken Internet installed.” You know, THOSE kind of reviews. Fortunately, CyberPower, I ain’t like that. I’m a solutions-oriented kind of guy. If it happens, y’all just buy a $10 USB receiver. It’s a useful little life-saving device that everyone should have anyway.Protip! You will need a Phillips head screwdriver. I mean, you should have one anyway, but have it at the ready. The protective padding inside the case was a bit difficult to take out, requiring me figuring out how to remove the front-facing panel to give it a better angle to be extracted. It’s not hard to actually do, just tough to figure out. You have to remove the right-side panel, which will give access to three Phillips head screws in the front of the chassis that holds that panel in. Remove those screws, and then you can get the other wad of padding out at a less motherboard-destroying angle. Note: one of the thumbscrews at the back of my PC’s case isn’t properly aligned, so it took a bit of work with a screwdriver just taking it out, and I’m unable to screw it all the way back in. No biggie, case still looks beautiful, panel firmly pops in anyway without that screw, so I’m fine with that.I was having some minor thermal issues after a couple weeks, noticing that my idle temps had risen from 34C to 45C. I discovered that two of the screws on the AIO pump were quite loose. Don’t know if it happened during transit or assembly, but turning those screws to a “comfortable hug” tightness helped. So now instead of idling at 45C, temps are now idling around 32C.The remote control for the case RGB lighting shipped with a dead battery. Certainly not a deal-breaker, but does raise concerns for quality control at CyberPower. Fortunately, the case RGB controller uses the same frequency as many other RGB devices’ controllers, so I was able to use my monitor LED light strip’s controller instead. However, if I didn’t have that, I would be needing to buy a separate replacement battery to disable the default rainbow deluge billowing forth from the case.I also found a lot of the pre-installed MSI software didn’t actually function with this PC. You would think that would be where the different configuration settings for the case RGB would be, but unfortunately, the MSI apps are just slow and not really useful for anything. Maybe it works with different fans, and mine was built with leftover third-party inventory? Who knows. Super easy to uninstall. Conclusion:So…I was ready to build my own PC. After selecting all my desired parts, I decided to compare my final build’s cost to other prebuilts on various websites to see how much I saved. Apparently I didn’t save anything, because I found this beastly thing! It was somehow cheaper than my parts list, yet still exceeded it with a better CPU and GPU. And my goodness, the case, talk about one heck of a statement!I’ve only been using it for about a month, and after a week or so of tweaking and tinkering with settings and getting everything properly configured, I’m quite impressed. Though, one month is also not enough time to have a definitive conclusion for now, so this review may be updated later if any issues with hardware failure or poor customer support spring up. But for the price and the hardware on offer, this beautiful monstrosity is absolutely worth it. And when the time comes to build the next PC hopefully many many years down the line, I’m definitely re-using this gorgeous case.

    Efficient & Powerful Option

I really wanted a rig, but I’ve never sprung for liquid cooling before. I’ve built all of my PC’s since 2000 on my own and this time around I just wanted that extra punch and decided to go ahead with this built since it met all of my spec and pricing needs. It arrived quickly within about 6 days and was cleanly packaged, carefully assembled and had zero setup issues. The computer case itself was a little unique so I needed some help getting the panels off but once the initial setup was done, it was a perfect plug and play powerhouse unit.I’ve always been a “build it yourself” elitist, due to the trouble involved with pre-built units but this certainly has changed my mind on that topic as of now and I’d consider buying another one in the future or even just using this base unit as a modular upgradeable unit for years to come. The performance was easy to control with propriety software, the noise level was virtually silent; especially with headphones on which most gamers have on anyway– and a performance level to match it.A lot of people get wrapped up in the elitism and untrustworthiness of pre-built units and it’s understandable with how many shady companies there are, but this one was astoundingly easy to setup and the price point was manageable. I had one single question about the RGB fan controller software “MSI Center” while setting it up and CyberpowerPC support answered my call within 2 minutes and quickly slid me the answer I was looking for; which wasn’t even a problem with the build, it was a software question which was very nice of her to clarify.

    Very good very nice

Easy to setup, quick and pretty quiet. Haven’t had an issue yet and even at the pre-markdown price it’s great for the cost.

    Best Bang for the Buck!

This is the best gaming PC I’ve ever owned. The 4070 graphics card is a beast. The RGB lighting is amazing and awe-inspiring to people that come over to visit. This PC runs very smoothly and is very quiet, even when running graphically intense games like Starfield. This is a Must have PC.

    Good value system so far

I’ve only had the PC for about a month or so now, but have been pleased with its performance since then. It boots up quickly, runs fairly quietly and has given me zero problems since I got it. I only have a few points of criticism that I feel should be addressed. The computer came with very little in the way of manuals or documentation. No description of the layout of the input/output jacks and connectors. The setup and preparation documentation was very generic and somewhat difficult to figure out. In fact, I at first thought I had the monitor hooked up correctly following their instructions, only I actually had it plugged into the wrong HDMI slot altogether. This was while trying to follow the instructions exactly, they guided me to the entirely wrong hook ups. There weren’t even any digital manuals provided. Fortunately, I’ve had experience setting up PC’s in the past, and was able to figure everything out, more or less. But some of the new connectors required going online to research them (it’s been over a decade since my last desktop, and technology changes). These are all ease of use issues, and do not affect the actual quality of the system, which so far seems quite good.Overall, the performance is very good. I have dual monitors hooked up and run some pretty demanding games, and it purrs like a kitten as it serves up great performance with zero problems. I must also say to CyberPower’s benefit, the disk did not have a bunch of extra garbage of no use to me on it, it was a much cleaner install than I have seen from competitors in the past. So, that’s a definite plus.I’d give a qualified recommendation for this system, only because it’s still very new and I don’t know what sort of long term performance I will get yet. But out of the box, it’s a very good deal.

    It exceeds my expectations

Let me start by saying I’m generally skeptical of pre-built gaming PCs. But after doing tons of research trying to build my own, I took a chance on this CyberPowerPC system. And you know what? I’m really happy with it.The moment I powered it on, I could tell this thing was a beast. That Intel i9 processor is blazing fast and the Nvidia RTX 4070 graphics card handles everything I’ve thrown at it with no sweat. I was playing intensive games cranked up to max settings and enjoying silky smooth frame rates even at 1440p resolution. Color me impressed.Beyond the speed, I’m really liking the look of this machine. The case has tempered glass on 3 sides so you can see the RGB lighting inside – it looks super slick on my desk. The design is compact but allows for plenty of airflow to keep temperatures down. It also runs very quietly compared to some other gaming PCs I’ve heard that sound like jet engines.I dislike the placement of the HYTE riser cable for the GPU but it is on me.At the end of the day, I’m thrilled with how this CyberPowerPC system handles gaming and multitasking. And there’s still room to upgrade in the future if I want. For the price, it’s just an awesome blend of performance and quality that works for me. No regrets going pre-built with this one!The air coolers included with this CyberPowerPC system, likely CoolerMaster or be quiet! models based on the photos, are also compatible with ASUS Armoury Crate software. These standard air coolers connect to the CPU fan header on ASUS motherboards. Once connected, Armoury Crate will automatically detect and monitor the CPU fan speed. You can then use Armoury Crate to control and customize the CPU fan curve. This allows you to ramp up the fan speeds more aggressively at higher temperatures or tune the curve for lower noise levels.I tested by connecting one of the included CyberPowerPC air coolers to an ASUS ROG Strix board and Armoury Crate picked it up immediately. I was able to tweak the fan curve easily within the software. So the standard air coolers that come with this system will work great with ASUS Armoury Crate right out of the box. You get full software control which is really handy for optimizing the cooling performance. Just make sure to connect to the CPU fan header and Armoury Crate handles the rest!

Really good deal for the price.

Arrived in excellent condition and was packed very well…Very clear instructions on how to get everything up and running…Is way faster than my old PC and the RGB is very nice…The fans are a bit loud but the system runs cool…Can be ungraded a bit which is also nice…Overall I’m very happy with it and look forward to doing some gaming on it soon.

    Ready out-of-box, fast, POWERFUL

awesome experience so far! comes right out of the packaging ready to go (which I needed YouTube’s help for haha) but it is so fast, the RGB is so cool, and I’m in love. if you want a pre-built PC that’s POWERFUL and can handle whatever you can think to throw at it, I can’t think of a better one. I’m excited to put this through its paces.

Fantastic (sale) price for futureproofing if you’re good with computers

The computer was packaged well, and after getting it unpacked everything appeared to be in good working condition.I made sure all the connections were fully pushed in, and unseated then reseated the gpu. I checked that the fans were connected to the motherboard and not the power supply, then put the case back together and started it up. It ran great and was very quiet.I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my daughter so I haven’t used it enough to rate its performance. I just opened it up to unpack the foam and get it setup and updated so we didn’t have to do that all on Christmas morning. They build these with whatever parts are most affordable at that time, so here’s the details of what I got:- MSI PRO-Z790-P Wifi motherboard- PNY dual fan 4070- I didn’t check the PSU, so I’ll update this after Christmas- I believe they all come with the same RAM and coolerIf you are unsure about buying this and want to read my rambling thoughts below, feel free. I hope it helps.I had planned on building a gaming PC with my daughter by slowing buying up the parts over time. I wanted to put the bulk of the money into the mobo and the cpu since those would be the bottlenecks on future upgrades, but when I saw this PC for sale on Black Friday (~$1600) I understood that I would have to really hunt for deals to build something with those specs for less money. For those not into this kind of stuff, I would like to explain why this PC isn’t nessecarilly a great deal for everyone. You do not need an i9 processor for gaming. A good processor does make a difference, but a top-of-the-line processor with 24 cores is far more important for multitasking – like running multiple virtual machines, video editing, or music production. But if you just want a solid gaming rig, you can save yourself some money and go with something cheaper than a 13th gen i9. The difference in performance between 12th gen and 13th gen processors is substantial enough that if you have the money to get a 13th gen i5 over a 12th gen i7, do it – but 12th gen processors are still relevant and will be for a long time. Also understand the difference between a K and a KF processor. K comes with integrated graphics, so if you ever find yourself without a graphics card you just switch over your monitor to the mobo and you’re good to go. The KF does not have integrated graphics, so you have to have a working graphics card installed if you want to see anything on your monitor.A good graphics card is essential for gaming, and while the 4070 is a good card the difference in performance between the 4070 and the 4070 ti is enough that you might wish to prioritize it over a more expensive processor or motherboard.Speaking of motherboards, you don’t NEED most of the upgrades on a Z790 motherboard. Most people are not going to be able to take advantage of the improved speeds from Wifi7 for quite some time. Z690 boards can come with either DDR4 or DDR5, and while DDR5 is cheap enough that you might as well get it, DDR4 is still plenty fast enough and will mostly likely be supported for a long time to come – so that if you want to save yourself some money here you won’t be sacrificing much.Which leads us to ram. New games are increasingly asking for more memory, but 16GB of high speed ram will be fine for most gaming needs. If you plan on doing more on your PC though (like streaming or editing) you probably want to bump it up to 24 or 32GB. Note that you can’t just buy any 2 sticks of ram, plug them in, and expect them to work. The manufacturer will have documentation on compatible ram and configurations somewhere on their website, but if you aren’t thrilled at the prospect of opening up your PC and digging in, you probably want to get something that comes with all the memory you want for now and for the future, pre-insalled.Last is the storage. Look at the size of the games you play or want to play and consider how quickly 1TB is going to be used up. There are 4 M.2 slots on the MSI mobo I got, but only slot 1 gets 4 dedicated lanes, the other slots all share lanes meaning they’ll mostly be slower. That may or may not matter to you. External drives aren’t as fast as internal ones, and again if you don’t like the prospect of installing additional hardware this is probably an area where you’ll want to spend more. All of that to say that if you are shopping for a pc that will pretty much only be used for gaming and you aren’t comfortable getting hands on with hardware, you can probably find something cheaper and/or better suited to your needs. Now onto why this PC works for me, and why it might work for you.I’m buying this for a 13-year-old (although we’ll all use it since the only other computers we have are old laptops and my rack servers) and I want it to last her through high school, so futureproofing was my priority. I was looking for a mobo with the Z790 chipset and an LGA 1700 socket. I was looking at 13th gen i5 and i7 processors. 13th gen is pricey but it would be able to run all of her stuff decently and wouldn’t need to be upgraded for a while.Between the motherboard and processor I was looking at spending ~$550 – $700 alone. I hadn’t started looking into gpu’s yet, but based on the little I knew, I could expect to spend at least $300 for anything decent and easily $500+ for anything a little nicer. Then another $100 or so for the memory and around $120 for a cheap liquid cooling aio – putting me at just over $1,000 on the lower end and around $1,500 on the higher end – and that didn’t include a case, storage, OS, or my free time, etc.Personally, I wouldn’t pay full price for this PC. I like computers and would find building one fun, so the markup of a pre-built usually wouldn’t be worth it to me. But while my kid doesn’t play competitive games and certainly doesn’t need a 40 series graphics card – $1,600 wasn’t that much more than I was planning on spending on something with lower specs, so the little extra money for not only a better gpu but also a better cpu was worth it to me, and everything else on this that is “just okay” is easily upgradable.

Powerful Gaming PC with Minor Setbacks

I recently bought this system, and after a period of thorough testing and some upgrades, I have a mixed bag of impressions to share.Firstly, the performance of this machine is nothing short of impressive. Equipped with an Intel Core i9-13900KF and GeForce RTX 4070, it breezes through every game I throw at it, including graphically demanding ones like Star Citizen, all on max settings. This sheer power also extends to my AI work, where it handles applications like Stable Diffusion with ease. The cooling system deserves a special mention here – it’s been exceptionally efficient, keeping everything running cool even under substantial load. However, it’s not all smooth sailing. The construction of the drive bay doors is a noticeable downside. They seem to be made from a lower quality material, and I encountered issues with the screws stripping when I tried to reattach them. This speaks to a possible oversight in build quality, something you wouldn’t expect in a high-end gaming rig. This issue was significant enough to make me cautious each time I needed to access the drive bays.Adding to the inconvenience was the installation of the M.2 drive. I found myself having to remove the graphics card to install it, which, while not a deal-breaker, was an unexpected and somewhat annoying step in the upgrade process. It’s a design choice that could be off-putting for those who aren’t as comfortable tinkering with their PC’s internals.Another point of contention was the lack of necessary extra power wires. I had to purchase additional wires from EVGA to install the SSD, as they were not included by CyberPowerPC. This felt like a bit of an oversight and added an extra step and expense to the setup process.Despite these issues, I’m pleased with the performance enhancements gained from upgrading to 192GB RAM (which requires Windows 11 Pro, too), and adding a 4TB SSD and a 4TB M.2 drive. These upgrades have made a notable difference in the machine’s performance and storage capabilities. To sum up, while the system is great for either gaming or a workstation, it has a few design and quality control issues that prevent it from being perfect. The drive bay quality and the extra steps and costs for upgrades are drawbacks that buyers should be aware of. Despite these issues, the PC’s high performance and upgradeability earn it a solid 4 stars from me. Although I’m content with the RTX 4070, a part of me wishes I had opted for a RTX 4090 as I find myself hitting the 12GB VRAM often and begins to spill over into RAM. This has only been an issue with AI work.

Great Computer, silent and super fast, best speeds on games

My son always wanted his gamer system, with this computer he finally got it, and he is way more than happy… It took us 10 minutes to setup and start initial configuring… Once configured, started loading his games, and now he doesn’t use his XBOX anymore.

Great for Video editing and Gaming!

My old PC decided to RIP. So i purchased this PC because i do a lot of video editing and gaming! Ive had it now for about 3 months and have 0 regrets. For the specs you get, its a great value! Its also a beast when it comes to editing and rendering videos! The RGB inside is also quite bright which really ads to the Vibe when your doing your thing! From all the options i saw on amazon, this was the best bang for your buck when it comes to spec/power ratio! So if your an upcoming content creator or want to start, this would be the PC that i recommend to start! 10/10 Would recommend!

    Great PC for good price

So to start off this is my 4th gaming computer I have bought in my life. This is also the 2nd pre built one I have purchased. This is a great PC that I didn’t have to put together.I wanted to upgrade for a while now and I saw this one and loved the cpu and that it has room for major upgrades. The case is cool and very spacious with cool led fans and very neat and clean set up compared to my PCs.Came ready to play out of box only thing I added was an extra SSD and more ram but that took like 5 mins. Also don’t know if it was the PC or Windows 11 but installing that SSD was easier than ever. Didn’t have to go into BIOS.Cool little remote to play around with LEDs and great little perks like Xbox game pass for a month and mouse pad when you register online. Will update when I play some games but so far bench mark test looks good. Big upgrade from my 1080 to this 4070. Also if you are wondering I got a MSI motherboard and a zotac GPU.

    UHMAZING!!!!

So I bought this for work…yeah…only for work…and if you know things (I know things), gaming PCs are generally the best and most powerful PCs you can use and blow business PCs out of the water for performance, speed, and reliability. This thing has been AMAZING so far and is so beautiful and quiet…it’s a BEAST and is twice the size of any PC I’ve ever had and bigger than many servers but it is SO WORTH IT!!!I shopped around and came back to Amazing to buy it and I have no regrets…GET IT!!!!

    A screaming beast, she is.

This computer is amazingly fast and is whisper quiet. I’ve been running MWIII on it with graphics turned up to max and haven’t had any latency issues. Admittedly, I added 64GB of RAM before even turning it on for the first time, so I have 80GB in total, but I the graphics card runs @ about 40% capacity even with such a heavy load. The keyboard and mouse that come with it are just OK, nothing great, so I only gave it 4/5 stars for value. Reason they’re only OK is because the RGB on the mouse can’t be customized (only the PRO version of the included mouse has that capability), and the keyboard can only be minimally customized: speed of RGB wave.Setup was extremely easy and even though it’s only been 3 days, I have no complaints. If you’re a parent looking to get your kid a gaming rig, this computer will set them up well right off the bat. Upgrades should be plenty easy as the case isn’t packed like sardines (you can get in there and work without other hardware getting in the way.

    Very happy with my purchase

This PC surpassed my expectations. Handled a lot of multimedia software like a breeze. The fans are very quiet as well. Only gets a little loud when using over 95% of the processor but not loud enough to cause any headaches. The only thing I didn’t like was that it only comes with one DDR5 memory stick. It should be in pairs. Now it’s impossible to find a vendor that sells just one stick. Other than that. I’m very happy with it.

Edits 4k video with no problems!

Powerful PC. I bought it so I can edit 4k videos without any issues. So far the PC can handle editing with no problems. My older PC (that wasn’t cheap) would always lag, but the CyberPowerPC has no issues. I’ve also played some high quality games on Steam… so far so good!

    5/5 PC, but 4/5 delivery.

5/5 PC.4/5 because the GPU came slightly unplugged from the motherboard. So much so that my monitors weren’t getting a signal. I had to snap the GPU down. I think this probably falls onto the QA department, but the product is 5/5 and a great build and price. Love the PC, I just can’t give a 5/5 review becuase someone who is less computer literate may have had a far worse experience.

Not a bad pre-built at a good price

The price for what you get is great 👍 I did however add ram right away as I’m using this as a video editing/ gaming setup.I used it for about a week with the 16gb of ram and it seemed to cap that out while using davinci resolve + I generally have lightroom and other thing open at the same time so I added another 3 sticks and I think I feel I have a great workstation for the next few years .

It’s expensive (to me at least) but it’s worth every penny.I stepped up from a 1200 PC I bought back in 2018 so this is almost night and day difference especially when it comes to the graphics. Also IT’S VERY LARGE. Much larger than any PC I’ve ever seen honestly lol.

Came out great right off the bat!! To be honest for right out of the box gaming it’s pretty solid! i did personally swap out the ram since 16gb wasn’t what I personally needed but beyond that I can’t say I’m disappointed! Great price, pretty to look at and quite capable for intro level higher end gaming right off the bat!

The Quietest PC I Have Very Had

Super glad I got this PC when it was on sale for Black Friday. It has been running everything smoothly since purchase with no issue. Playing games with 144 FPS or higher with no issue, lag, or screen tearing has been a blessing. I know it’s only been a few months but definitely the best purchases (PC wise) I have made so far.Take a chance on it… 100% worth it.

    Amazing for Gaming.

This is the perfect PC if you want something that can handle big games without overheating or being too loud. Shooter games like Overwatch, Fortnite, Valorant, The Finals, COD, etc.. or adventure ones like Skyrim and BG3 are beautifully smooth, can handle high graphics, and there is no fps drop. Would recommend.

    Love my new monster!

What a delightful PC! I love prebuilts, my previous computer was a cyberpowerpc as well.I like grabbing one to be able to swap out parts later as I need, they last a long time. I finally had to give up my 10 y/o desktop and purchase this- and I’m very happy with the upgrade!

  51. WillyP

    5.0 out of 5 stars

Great for me, but with one minor exception…

So far so good the only negative I’ll say is the SSD is a little small. Games nowadays are over 100gb easily. So an upgrade sooner than later will be necessary. Other than that though the Pc does everything I need it to do. Gaming on it is amazing. Hardly any dropped frames on high settings. Coming from a PC that had a 1050ti this PC is a night and day difference for someone like me who doesn’t need astronomical performance to be satisfied otherwise I would’ve invested in a more powerful model. I game at 1080p and this machine does more than necessary for me to enjoy whatever gaming I throw at it. Well done CyberPower. Again I know this one is budget friendly, but SSDs aren’t that expensive to have a 1tb base in all models. That’s my only complaint so far.

    Decent Build For Price

Bought this prebuilt on sale during black friday for 1600 before taxes. For that price the build quality and parts in the build were decent. I would reccomend it for someone who doesnt want to build their own pc but not for someone who doesnt know how to build one. Since the listing did not provide the manfacturer of the specific parts, what I recieved with the pc I ordered were a gigabyte 4070 gpu, a MSI z790-p mother board, and one 16gb team group ram card at 6000mhz. The power supply and aio cooler that came with the device were cyberpower branded and I could not find much info on them. It also came with its own branded keyboard and mouse, they are not top of the line but are of an acceptable quality. My reason for making this a 4 star review is due to the following reason. They only included 1 ram stick in the incorrect slot which was not clocked correctly in the bios. I ended up replacing the ram due to not being able to find just a single ram card at the same speed they provided. All the nvme slot screws have also been removed and are missing making adding another ssd annoying since you need to buy new screws too. All the installed fans except the rear fan were set to pull in air only. Only the single rear fan was set to exhaust which would cause bad airflow and make the pc work at a hotter temp.Pros: Put together well and clean cabeling, good selection of parts for the price. No proprietary parts that cannot be swapped out. Comes with an acceptable mouse and keyboardCons: Only came with one ram stick in the incorrect slot and not clocked properly. All nvme slot screws have been removed and are missing. Only rear fan was set to exhaust which required removing and reinstalling fans.

Perfect starting point for new PC gamers

If you’re like me and dont want to build a PC from the ground up, but still want to be able to freely upgrade any part of it that you want later down the line, then this is a fantastic starting point. Even then the base specs here are enough to keep you going for likely the next decade. Only thing you may want to upgrade immediately is the ram. 16gbs of ram is fine for most games but a lot of newer games coming out on the market are expecting you to have 32gbs of ram as its basically the new standard. Do wish the wiring was a little better so it would be easier to actually get to the ram cards but its a minor thing.

    Great PC at price point

So most of all, I am thrilled with this PC. I got it about a week ago, and I didn’t need to change anything in the bios for XMP or anything which was nice… I have 2 gripes with the system (albeit small ones) :1. The stock RGB fan lighting that the computer powers on with during POST – its the ugliest rainbow standard puke you see with many floor systems. Some people may like this, however I certainly hate it. While there is software to change it once windows launches, nothing I seem to do can get rid of it reverting to the standard default rainbow RGB puke colors…2. The Motherboard is not the worst, but not great either, and I will be replacing it. My system came with an Asus Prime A620-PLUS Wifi… It does the job, but for the price I would have liked a B650 type board with more features…Lastly, they said it came with 2 8GB DDR5 6000 sticks, and it only came with ONE (which as you may know immediately dumbs down the 6000 speed to 4800 in my case) You need Dual Channel sticks in order to receive XMP benefit. So all in all a great PC, runs everything I’ve thrown at it great, temperature and performance are great, just small touches I wish I could’ve had at this price. Will do a follow up in 3-4 months and see if anything has changed

Great computer, less than great support

I love this computer. It works great for the gaming that I do and is a beautiful box. I was taken aback by the size of the computer, having played on laptops for the past 10+ years. That said, I have been less than satisfied with the tech support I’ve gotten for this computer. It comes with 2 expandable drive bays and 4 memory slots. It had a single memory slot filled, so I purchased 2 32 Gig Memory sticks and a 4TB SSD drive to install into the computer. However, I haven’t yet gotten the memory to be recognized on the computer. Also, I asked for schematics or instructions on how to properly install or add new hardware, and I was told they didn’t have anything to recommend. In other words, you are on your own. I just sent another email to them, asking for schematics at least, but have yet to receive that information nor have I found much information on this on their website. The performance of the computer has been awesome. The additional 64 gigs of RAM might be overkill, but memory is pretty cheap. I suppose I may just guess my way through the hard drive installation, hoping for the best. I hope I can figure out how to get my additional RAM to be recognized by the computer.

    Excellent after sale service

Mine came with a bad keyboard. I almost didn’t bother to ask for a replacement, as I was expecting a runaround, but they replaced it with no hassle or 100 troubleshooting steps. I’m very happy with the machine. No way I could build one with these specs for the money, and it worked right out of the box. It’s a little loud with all the fans, but that’s not too surprising. My only gripe is that the top of the case has an open vent to let hot air out, which also lets dust and potentially liquids in. We already had one scare with kids spilling a drink. I need to 3d print a little hat for the vent. All in all very happy with the purchase.

CyberPowerPC Provides Top Component’s for a Great Price

Love this product. It has everything I need in performance! I haven’t updated a home computer in several years and this system brings me into this century. Case is clean and pure eye candy. Setting up the hardware and software was a breeze. I would recommend this system. I don’t know how tech support should be rated because I haven’t needed to engage them yet.

    Awesome Computer

The PC is awesome, and I received a great deal. I give the computer 5 stars but note I have only had it for 12 hours. Getting this price from Amazon was an unbelievable hassle. I give this process 0 stars. I ordered it and it was backordered. When they did get it back in stock the price had gone way up. They mysteriously lost the package and told me I had to cancel the order and reorder for the new price. I fought them and after many emails and phone calls got the price. I am very happy I fought for this computer because it screams with performance.

Excellent PC and arrived very early to boot!

Best PC I’ve ever had with room to upgrade if I ever need to. Arrived much earlier than I expected and was very easy to setup. My benchmark was Minecraft 1.20.4 at 32 render distance with Complimentary Reimagined shader and it still put out just over 100fps, so it can handle anything in my library! Definitely recommend this PC through Amazon since it was much more powerful for half the price I’d spend building a PC with less powerful parts.

    Great buy!

From the moment i booted up my computer, i knew it was a beast of a machine. I upgraded from a i5 gtx 1060. So upgrading to the i9, 4070 model was quite the change. I read nightmare stories of buying cyberware computers but as for me, i have not had any problems in my first week of non stop use. Overall i really like the computer and highly recommend it to anyone in the brink of purchasing.
