Be cautious when buying!!
The pc came in with packages already opened! And it was missing a wifi antenna leaving me with one instead of 2! The package was clearly opened and used before even though I ordered a new one, not used. Most importantly, the pc was missing an ssd! How am I meant to use it without the main storage option?? Proceed with caution!

Missing hardrive!
It came missing the hard drive and pieces shaking around in the inside!!! Ridiculous and it was a Christmas present. So disappointing.

Money hungry Pos company
My sons pc wasn’t working correctly from day 1 it wasn’t something that he cldnt get around. I am disabled a d single had to pay to have help getting it in house and wrapped. They have shamed me for my disability and even had the NERVE to say they weren’t a charity I have been in and out of hospital I just want something that makes my son happy. I would’ve NEVER BOUGHT FROM THEM HADI KNOWN. I ADVISE FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!!

Amazing in every field
Super nice pc and in outstanding condition. This computer runs games super smooth, I run games like Minecraft and Fortnite at well over 200 frames. Download speed are really fast! The 4060 GPU has descent performance, to use 144hz. The 16 GB of ram are really easy to add to. This is the perfect pc which i highly recommended!!

its a great pc for the most part
the only reason i gave 3 stars is because my cpu cooler was bent and its the wrong cooler from the picture with no mention of this. the cooler can barley handle the cpu at all to be honest under load it crawls towards danger and i couldnt figure out why till yesterday i removed the cooler and you can clearly see the whole cooler is bent and because of this my cpu isnt getting full coverage on the cpu cooler plate i only had thermal past on half my cpu and it was already cracked and dry i replaced the past and put down the cpu cooler to see the pattern and yep a good quarter of my cpu isnt touched by the cooler so thats why i keep seeing it jump would love for you to contact me or send me a a new cooler cpu tower fan cooler like the picture shows

Love my new Gaming Machine
Loved this new machine that replaced my older one. I enjoy playing on-line games such as World of Tanks, LOTRO, and Destiny. This machine handles those without any issues or overheating. With dedicated fans on the CPU and Graphics cards, the machine also has 3 fans in the front and on in the back moving air.I shopped around comparing costs verses key features for gaming, such as graphics card, RAM memory and CPU. I can’t afford the top end, but I don’t want to be out of date in 3 years or so. This machine fit that middle ground just right. And it boots and loads super fast, once I removed or disabled the bloatware all new machines come with.

Great Gaming PC for the price!
I shopped around for a long while before finally pulling the trigger on something. For the price it is the best, I could find. I have ran Starfield fine. If you are looking for an entry level gaming PC that won’t be outdated in a year or two, this is it. I’m going to drop some more RAM into mine. It has four bays so two more 8’s, and you will have 32 GB for only $30 or so more. I’ll eventually do it, but I’m very happy with it.

Great Price for a Killer Computer
This thing is super fast, runs every game I currently own very well, and I got it for a great deal on black friday.The only complaint I have is with AMD. When I bought this it came with a free game code that I can’t redeem, and they don’t care.

Really good
Hubs is in love with this. It’s massive and taller than his 22in screen but it has the power for sure. He plays heavy load games like Fortnite and Smite and has had no issues (these were maxing out the CPU on his old set up.) It was a simple plug and play set up.

Glitchy
For one thing the reset button is right next to the power button, very bad place for that, I myself hit it by accident a few times. Another thing is its glitchy sometime it stutters, slight freezing not smooth. The quality is low mid range and it try’s to control what you do, too many messages too many popups, very annoying to say the least. Also there is no way to view any photos, when you click on a photo it goes to printing.

Great PC!
This was the first MSI machine I have purchased, and it is a fantastic pre-build. Plenty of room for things on the SSD, which is actually a m.2 ssd, so that was a big bonus. 16 GB is a good medium for RAM, but I think I’ll double it in the near future. It has 4 case fans, the lighty uppy ones, and I am surprised at how quiet it is. CPU runs around 50c, so cooling is fairly good. I did have a slight hiccup when I first got PC. The motherboard was faulty and needed to be sent back for repair, however MSI was super fast with the turnaround, so I can’t complain really. It’s up and running smoothly, plays all the games I like at full high settings, and is very quick.

Slaps
This desktop is lightning fast and easily handles all the games I want it to at max settings. Setup was a breeze. The keyboard and mouse that comes with it are also much nicer than I had expected, I’ll be keeping them as a backup for when my Corsair equipment eventually fails.

Great value. A nice upgrade.
I’ve had no issues with this upgrade to my previous gaming PC. I added a secondary SSD from my old PC, reinstalled whatever games I had to and everything worked like a champ. I can now play Madden 24 (just as the season is ending). Machine is quite. Plenty of USB ports. My bluetooth headset connected fine. The network card comes with two directional antennae, so that’s nice. If you’re installing a second SSD drive, there’s a convenient spot for it as a side mount inside. Pretty cool. Overall, a great value.

The solid state drive was not installed when I bought it.
The product description states that this computer comes with a 1 TB of storage. It does indeed come with a 1 TB SSD. But that 1 TB SSD is not installed. in the motherboard itself. So if I want to use this computer, then I have to open it up, unscrew the SSD holding apparatus, install the SSD, then screw everything back in, all without damaging the computer. I bought a pre-built because I am not confident in my ability to do that, nor do I wish to. If you are expecting a computer that works when you take it out of the box, then do not buy this.

Great pc for the price but know what your buying
I purchased this on a great discount on cyber Monday. Pc worked perfectly out of the box no issues.However the CPU cooler is not the same one shown but it works not as good as a tower cooler by any means. As well as the heat sinks were not on the top capacitors like the motherboard shows.But those are the bands the goods is the pc runs and runs at an average temp and just how id expect it tobwith the specs.

You can’t beat the price on this one. I did my research and if you don’t want to update your pc in a few years this may be the one for you. Runs Call of duty , Fortnite and dead by daylight no problems. The install is mega easy to plug and play.

good pc with one major issue
while the computer is a good buy the only issue i had with it is the windows 11 install. after a couple months of using it i noticed the microsft store was not installed on it. After doing more in dpth looking i realized a ton of the windows 11 features were not on the computer such as a program to open photos. so to say the least i had to do a fresh install of windows 11 to get everything needed to run properly. None of cmd commands are recognized so trying to use winget upgrade fails. So if you buy this computer id do a fresh install of windows 11 before you do anything else.
