DO NOT BUY THIS SPECIFICALLY FOR ROBLOX
After reading several reviews, I thought this tablet would support the Roblox video game. The video game does download and it is playable but it lags terribly. I bought it for my grandson whose iPad recently died. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a new tablet so I went with this one. I’ll be sending it back as soon as we return from our holiday vacation.

Good for price
I give five stars because they worked with me very nicely when my tablet quit charging and wouldn’t start about 9 months after purchasing it and very light use. They very kindly sent me a replacement which is notable. Otherwise the tablet has worked well.

Great specifications, build & very affordable
I like the K118 tablet a lot. Very sturdy, beautiful display, terrific sound. Little heavier than I expected, but I’ll get used to that. I wanted a tablet capable of doing simple personal business transactions without having to drag my notebook around with me. I’m impressed by the technical specifications and price. My only issue is my mistake. I didn’t pay attention to the Android version. I’m an 11 user and struggling to get my new 12 tablet setup. I thought about returning it for one of the other models with 11. I’m getting older and change is challenging, but I’m still stubborn. Bottom line, this is a good product and I would buy it again. Just make sure you get the version of Android you want 🙁

Nice product.
I love the size and clarity of this tablet. It has quick response. The problem I have with it is it doesn’t respond well when the on button is pressed. It often takes a few minutes for it to boot up. Otherwise, it is an excellent product.

This company stands behind their product.
I purchased this product so I was able to play games such as Mah Jongg. I was extremely happy with the tablet for 7 months. The quality of the screen was very good and response time was quick. I had an issue with turning the unit on so I contacted the company. Their quality control department was very responsive and helpful. They solved the problem and I now have a device that is operational again. I was very impressed with their customer service.

Excellent Android tablet
I have only been using Kindle Fire tablets since introduction. They were generally good values and I am fine with the speed. However, I found out that there were characters that could not be displayed even though my Android cell phone has no issue. I tried several different tests and all came back with the same result.That was when I started to look for an Android tablet instead. This tablet is inexpensive, much cheaper than my cell phone, but reviews were good. It was delivered the same day I ordered. Great.It arrived fully charged, another plus. Setting up was easy as one would expect for Android devices. Download speed was about 50 mbps with my 200+ mbps internet connection. So it is slower but acceptable. Everything runs fine and works as expected. Battery life has been fine so far.Overall, it is a great, no frills Android tablet. Customer service appears to be good so far. Highly recommended.

Good Value
I bought this tablet for my daughter. Great value and overall happy. Sure, some things could be better, such as loading speeds, settings options, and reliability. But the Dell equivalent was like 3x the price so no complaints for my child user.Aside from the product, my device stopped working after about 3 months. After examination, the USB-C charger it came with was corroded. I switched chargers and it started working again. A couple weeks later, no charger would work. I contacted FEONAL (why does this always remind me of fentanyl) and they promptly and courteously replaced my product.

Great Value for Cost
Bought this tablet for my 11 year old granddaughter. It gives her more space to download her games and music, she has better viewing capabilities with the large sceen size, better picture quality because she as front,/rear cameras, and it runs faster than her old tablet. She got it for Christmas and has not put it down! I wanted the replacement warranty in the event of accidental drops or other problems which is a good value. 👍

Fine print
I say fine print because the instruction manual is such fine print it is hard to read. I am older and not a natural computer whiz. I am reserving full judgement till I have time to use this device. I was looking for an android tablet because I am an android user. I am going on 70 so I need to actually READ the manual to get started, its not just a natural thing. I have good vision with glasses but you almost need a magnifying glass. I had a neighbor who is in her 30s help me and she thought it was very fine print! She is not an android user but found it very logical and helped me work thru getting on WIFI and linking to my accounts. Now I need to get to work. I want this to play some games (old lady)on planes and maybe download a movie or book for entertainment during travel. For me the screen is very clear and so far the battery seems good, as well as the touch screen but I am not super fast. I only gave it a 3 because of the manual and it seems a bit slow to download but I need time to work on it and it could be my internet connection. I almost never give anything a 5 because life is not perfect! I reserve my final opinion after I have time to use it.I need a cover or prop to make it stand up so I can use it better.

Defective charging connection and or charging software!!!!!
This is a great unit if only the charging issue was a problem. A dead unit is not much good. We have tried several power supply bricks and and USB cords with the correct adapters. This has not gotten much use at all… maybe twenty times to stream to a TV vis chromecast? By the fourth or fifth charge it became very unreliable in charging. The connection was very touchy and had to get a cord connection to register. Not sure if it’s a software issue or a hardware issue. Think twice about taking a chance on this one. Other than that we liked the unit. Perhaps the seller will reach out with a solution.Update: I did get the unit to charge again. After some more research I see that the manufacturer recommends only their power supply. I thought, maybe, I might have damaged the unit but not the case. The power supply I was using matched the specifications of their power supply. No power supply was provided as advertised. The seller let us down there. I have hope it might be ok but the software seems wrong. We used the unit 4 times in a row and the battery monitor curiously showed 100% every time after each use. I decided to plug it in knowing this was wrong just to see what would happen. Immediately, the unit was dead and could not start or show any indications of life or charging whatsoever. Nevertheless, after 2 hours of charging it gave indication it was charging on the screen. So yeah, still scratching my head on this. Anyway, there is no contact info to be had for the manufacturer or the seller since the 30 day Amazon return period expired. I could find any contact info. It might be somewhere but very well hidden.All in all, we really think this is a great deal if we can keep it charged some way, somehow. No support yet so we hope it works out. We bought this mid August 23″ and it is late Jan 24.

This tablet won’t stay on!
I have checked everywhere for a way to disable whatever sleep mode is causing this tablet to turn off randomly after 30 minutes it’s not out of power it just decides to turn itself off. This is wholly unacceptable!

Pleasantly shocked

Not bad, but mine has an issue.
It is a very nice tablet, but for some reason it ticks like there is a stop watch on it… it seems to be the speaker and it only does it when it is in idle mode…when it’s in use, it doesn’t make that noise. I would send it back but there is too much information on it and it serves its purpose well.

Great
Great purchase, was thinking of getting a Samsung but honestly there’s not really any diff between this one and that besides this being a off brand and a few other things.I mainly use the tablet for playing games and watch videos or searching things online which it’s excellent at,, If I wanted to take pictures though, I have to say the camera quality is horrible and for whatever reason; super zoomed in (no you cannot zoom out I tried) but that doesn’t affect me cause I didn’t buy it for that reason anyways. Other than that, It’s a fairly decent tablet.

Christmas gift.
I work in retail and it’s been a brutal year, especially for some of my kids. One in particular was told that reading off his phone was bad for his eyes. (He’s a typical teen despite working hard.) I gave it to him Christmas Eve and he’s told me since then that he loves it. Games and reading is easier on his eyes. He can use it for school work. His happiness is everything.

Pros and definitely some cons
The pros are easy but I don’t think they out weigh the cons. So lets start with what I like.Good screen colorNice responsive touch screenHandles all my games. I have 15 puzzle type games on my tablet as of todayHas a descent battery life. This is the only reason I didn’t send it back. And now for my consThis tablet has its very own charging cord. Any other standard cord is to smallIf you use the tablet in its vertical, the power button is on the bottom, so if you rest it on a stand of any kind, you wind up shutting it off quite often.**My last con is the worst. If I plug it in to charge, and go to bed, when I wake up, its not fully charged. OMG, 6 hours and its not charged.For that reason alone I would never recommend this tablet to anyone.Review update…..I was set to return this tablet because I was just not happy. Well it turns out, the seller ask me to buy a new cord to see if that was the issue. So I did, and the seller reimbursed me for it. AND NOW IT IS WORKING GREAT. I judged to harshly and to quickly. Tablet worked great until it didn’t. Four star review so folks see what they could end up with. Was extremely surprised to see this on the screen after turning on two days before return window. The title of my original post was the more I use it, the less I like it. That is no longer the case! Are there still things I wish were different, yes. But! The customer service alone deserves at least 5 Stars! After some emails back and forth, it was decided that my tablet probably has a defective battery. That is no one’s fault, sometimes things just happen. A few suggestions were given and I followed the directions, but there was no improvement. So the battery alone was the only conclusion.I was sent a new tablet within a couple of days! Relina at Feonal’s customer service has been very helpful and responded quickly to emails.The things I still don’t like and hope get changed for people buying in the future. Starting with the booklet, as others have posted, the print is SO small! It’s almost unreadable. That above all needs to be changed. There is no way to know for sure that it is charging after you plug it in, no lights or noise or anything. The cord is so short! Just over 3 foot, 39 inches to be exact. Do not buy this tablet if you are planning to use it for taking pictures. The camera takes blurry and grainy photos no matter what you try.I DO recommend this tablet for playing games, email, and looking at websites! If those are your interests, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

It’s everything that the description says it is. There is pro’s and con’s to this. It’s fast plus enough storage space. I haven’t gotten to use all the battery life on this to know how much time battery life is. But the con for me is. For the life of me. I just can’t find a bank for my SD card.
